Abstract

Идея всемирного государства на протяжении нескольких столетий находится в зоне пристального внимания юристов, философов, политологов. С течением времени меняется представление не только о возможности, целесообразности и необходимости создания универсального сообщества, призванного объединить все человечество, но и о его форме и принципах организации. Наблюдаемое интеллектуальное возрождение идеи всемирного государства сопровождается ростом интереса к политико-правовым доктринам прошлого. Особое внимание предлагается уделить воззрениям отечественных мыслителей второй половины XIX начала XX в., представивших оригинальную интерпретацию данной концепции. ; The idea of global state has been attracting great attention of lawyers, philosophers, political scientists throughout several centuries. In the course of time the idea not only about the possibility, appropriateness and necessity to create a universal community, which is destined to unite all humanity, but also about its form and the principles of organization has been changing. The observed intellectual revival of the idea of global state is accompanied by the growth of interest in the political and legal doctrines of the past. Special attention is paid to the views of the national thinkers of the second half of the XIX the beginning of the XX century, who presented an original interpretation of this conception.
