Новый дискурс техники как предпосылка формирования третьей интеллектуальной революции ; New discourse of technic as a precondition for the formation of the third intellectual revolution

Abstract

Автор, используя междисциплинарный подход, соединяет такие составляющие современного общества, как интеллектуализацию, медиатиацию и компьютеризацию. Эти три составляющие в комплексе получают статус "информатизация". Интегрированное сочетание трех составляющих информатизации создает условия для мощных процессов изменений техники мышления человека. Эти изменения создают условия для формирования третьей интеллектуальной революции человечества. Первая революция связана с именами Сократа, Платона и Аристотеля, благодаря которым техника мышления "обогащается" понятиями и категориями. Вторая интеллектуальная революция оформляется под влиянием научной рациональности классического образца с идеей законодательного разума эпохи Модерна. ХХІ век с развитой технической базой, технологическими возможностями, потенциал которых увеличивается за счет использования компьютерного оборудования, открывает перед человечеством новые возможности. Параллельно в статье разворачивается анализ термина "техника" в дискурсах этих трех революций. Дискурс третьей революции позволит оценить феномен техники в новом ракурсе. В условиях развития современного общества техника выступает тем феноменом, в котором концентрируются интеллектуальные коллективные способности человечества. Дискурс техники, в котором отсутствует интерес к ней как концентрации интеллектуальных возможностей коллективного разума, тормозит развитие общества. Осваивая технику, взаимодействуя с ней, благодаря труду, человек онтологически приобщается к миру и становится частью коллектива, который "вложил" в технику свои способности, результаты работы разума, свою интеллектуальную коллективную деятельность. Именно работа по умению осваивать трансиндивидуальные возможности человека лежат в основе третьей интеллектуальной революции. ; The author, using a multidisciplinary approach that combines elements of modern society such as intellectualization, mediatiatsation and computerization. These changes create the conditions for the formation of the third intellectual revolution mankind. The first revolution associated with the names of Socrates, Plato and Aristotle, through which the technique of thinking "enriched" concepts and categories. The second intellectual revolution is made under the influence of scientific rationality classic design with the idea of a legislative mind of the Modern. XXI century with advanced technical base, technological capabilities, the potential of which is increased by the use of computer hardware, opens up new possibilities for humanity. In parallel, the article unfolds analysis of the term "technics" in the discourses of the three revolutions. The discourse of the third revolution will assess the phenomenon of technics in a new light. With the development of modern society technics that performs a phenomenon in which the focus collective intellectual capacity of humanity. The discourse of technics in which there is no interest in it as the concentration of intellectual capacity of collective intelligence, inhibits the development of society. Mastering the technique of interacting with it, thanks to the work, the person is ontologically attached to the world and become part of a team that is "invested" in the technics of their abilities, the results of the mind, its intellectual collective activity. It is the work by the ability to develop trans individual human capabilities underpin the third intellectual revolution.
