Abstract

Abstract Local agripreneurs continued to rise in Brunei with the conversion from agriculture to agribusiness, and these are an essential pathway that makes the revolution in Brunei agriculture. Whereas agribusiness makes a profitable venture and more attractive. Hence, it is developed more income for the locals and create employment opportunities based on agriculture. By 2010, Haji Zainal, the owner of Sotorindu Restaurant and Catering whom his restaurant successfully branched out of six various locations in Brunei-Muara and uses his farm's fresh produce for the food serves preparation. During the same year, Haji Zainal opened a 100-acre natural park is diverse fauna and flora species, jungle trails fit for ATV racing and animals. This paper aims to solve the main challenges faced by both his restaurant and Agri park within the Brunei organization. Whereas the main problems are lack of infrastructure and technology, risk of management theft employee, and stiff inter-community competition. With these present issues faced will examines the alternative solutions of pros and cons of feasible solutions to problems by adopting the Guest model proffered by David Guest in 1987 where this model examined six dimensions analysis and four crucial components. With the help of Government support, Haji Zainal can extend and develop innovations to his Agri park, preventing the best ways toward his management issues, and underlining the key strategies to enhance in the competitive industry.
