Abstract

Challenges the fundamental assumption that political systems require that the individuals within flex to the power-elite structure in light of a critical emergence of problems. There is seen a current trend in which governments are handing management of society over to the market. The major pratfalls of such escapist policies are noted. An alternative legal process centered on conflict analysis & resolution & problem-solving is advocated. Human needs are paramount, thus the sources of social problems must be targeted. 7 References.
