El problema de análisis y determinación de los pesos de un conjunto de alternativas atendiendo a su relevancia a partir de información proveniente de múltiples fuentes es un aspecto crítico en áreas como la toma de decisiones, la recuperación de información, sistemas de recomendación, teoría de la elección social, democracia electrónica, reconocimiento de patrones, etc. En este trabajo, se considera ´ el problema en el contexto de la teoría de la decisión de grupo. Se trata de obtener un vector de prioridad correspondiente a un conjunto de alternativas a partir de información de preferencias proporcionada individualmente por un grupo de expertos. Se asume que cada experto expresa sus preferencias acerca de las alternativas mediante matrices de comparación por pares (PCM), técnica ampliamente utilizada en este campo. Por otra parte, en muchas aplicaciones no es posible cuantificar numéricamente la información de preferencias de manera precisa, atendiendo a ´ cuestiones intangibles, vaguedad o imprecisión en los juicios, falta de información, etc., Por ello, se consideran PCM con datos intervalares como una forma flexible de expresión de preferencias. From its inception to the 4th century CE, Christianity experienced a formative process composite of three catalytic phases characterised by distinctive events (i.e. Jewish-Christian Schism, Hellenism and imperial intervention). From the aforementioned era emerged an orthodoxy fostered by an imperial-ecclesiastical link. There appears to have been a parallel story with regard to certain elements of African Christianity, in particular, Ethiopian Christianity. What can be made of the gap regarding Jewish Christianity combined with the absence of African Christianity from Bauer's modular theory on heresy and orthodoxy in the development of early Christianity? Despite the dominant story of the development of an imperial religious establishment at the turn of the 4th century, could there be an alternative narrative to Christianity in the African region derivate from Ethiopia? Reviewing the emergence of a religious political Christianity in this era as modular against Ethiopian Christianity in tangent with its links with Christianity in Roman Africa, establishment of the nature and development of Ethiopian Christianity was performed. This was performed through documentary analysis. Bauer's (1971) theory of orthodoxy and heresy in early Christianity did not exhaustively account for Jewish Christianity and North African distinct intransigent tradition characteristic of Carthage. By extension to African Egyptian, Alexandria is Ethiopian Christianity that was characterised by Judaic tradition in contrast to anti-Judaism. This established a parallel history of Christianity in Africa inclusive of Ethiopia. This study's qualitative component comprised semi-structured interviews, focus groups, and observations of more than 160 informants. In addition to analyzing the quantitative data to derive descriptive statistics, the qualitative data were analyzed to capture common themes and the differences between them. The results of these analyses were then triangulated with the current literature on Isan's development. This mixed method research allowed the Foundation's study team to understand Isan people's perceptions of their livelihoods from a macro as well as a micro perspective.

"Studies of the consumption-smoothing benefits of unemployment insurance (UI) have found that the optimal benefit level is very small, perhaps even 0, for conventional levels of risk aversion. In this paper, I derive a formula for the optimal benefit rate in terms of income and price elasticities of unemployment durations, directly inferring risk aversion for the unemployed from their behavioral responses to UI benefits. The optimal rate of social insurance is shown to depend positively on the size of the income elasticity and negatively on the size of the substitution elasticity. I estimate these elasticities using semi-parametric hazard models and variation in UI laws across states and over time. The estimates indicate that income effects account for 70% of the effect of UI on unemployment durations, and yield an optimal replacement rate around 50% of pre-unemployment wages. In this paper, the performance of a silicon cell with a Fresnel lens (FL) for building a solar photovoltaic concentrator system was evaluated; the solar concentrator is a Fresnel lens, which is a point concentrator made of polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA) as a thin lens for the optics system.
As the radiation from the sun on the solar cell is concentrated to the levels of solar radiation of 750, 1300, 1930, 2600, 4250, 7250, and 10500) W/m2, the work was conducted at the midday in summer weather conditions, with ambient temperatures ranging 40-45 °C. The evaluation was performed in three cases; each case was conducted in succession. The performance of the cell was evaluated first without a cooling system, and then it was evaluated using the heat-sink (phenolic (pcb) printed circuit boards type). Finally, the fan with the heat-sink was used as a cooling system, which was more effective in dissipating the heat generated in the solar cell.
