The aim of this paper is to analyze the contribution of the series of standards ISO 30300 to the efficient management of the judicial documentation. It takes into account the context of the Judicial Office and the Fiscal Office in Spain, and also the aim of the judicial system to provide an efficient service with quality. The methodology used is based in the search and analysis of the records generated by the Ministry of Justice to improve the court administration, the modernisation of the judicial archives, the implementation of the Judicial Office, and the legislation related. This paper describes the needs around the records management and the requirements offered by the standardard ISO 30301. Finally, it signals the need of more empirical studies about the implementation of management systems, the ISO 15489 in the Judicial Office and the Fiscal Office, the organisational culture, and the factors that can facilitate the implementation of the series 30300 in the administration of justice. ; El objetivo de este artículo es conocer la contribución de la serie de normas ISO 30300 a la gestión eficiente de la documentación judicial, en el contexto de la Oficina Judicial y la Oficina Fiscal en España y el objetivo del sistema judicial de prestar un servicio eficiente y de calidad. La metodología utilizada está basada en la localización y análisis de los documentos generados por el Ministerio de Justicia sobre la mejora de la administración de justicia, la modernización de los archivos judiciales, la implementación de la Oficina Judicial, y la legislación relacionada. Se contextualiza las necesidades surgidas en la gestión de documentos y los requerimientos señalados en la norma 30301. Por último, se señala la necesidad de realizar más estudios empíricos sobre la implementación de sistemas de gestión, la ISO 15489 en la Oficina Jurídica, la cultura organizativa, y los factores que pueden facilitar la implementación de la serie 30300 en la administración de justicia.

Along with the trend of globalization, the rise of the Chinese economy, and the encouraging policies published by the government, more and more Chinese companies started to walk across the border. However, there are always threats behind the opportunities. Xiaomi Technology Co. Ltd, which is conceived as one of the leading innovative tech companies, has achieved outstanding success in the domestic market of the mainland China, occupying the biggest Market share after establishing for 4 years, and obtaining profound influences for the whole telefone industry. Xiaomi started its internationalization process in 2013 and decided to be na international company. In this thesis, an introduction about industry background would be delivered, including how foreign multinationals like Samsung and Apple are influencing Chinese market, and how Chinese telephone companies like TCL, One plus is deciding to explore the oversea market in this situation. Moreover, the international practices of Xiaomi were described, ranging from the trial sales in Hong Kong and Taiwan to the complete launch to Southeast Asia and the Other markets. More importantly, three main problems Xiaomi has been exposed during its internationalization process were studied – The patent crisis, and the unsuccessful sales performance aboard. La gobernanza y gestión de servicios y sistemas de información disponen de una serie de normas que reúnen las mejores prácticas desarrolladas por instituciones y empresas. Esta experiencia se presenta en la forma de marcos de referencia que definen objetivos, indicadores y procesos, y que se pueden usar como guía para definir los procesos internos y comparar la actuación de las organizaciones con las buenas prácticas de la industria. Entre ellos destacan el modelo COBIT desarrollado por ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) y la norma internacional ISO/IEC 38500, dedicados a la gobernanza TIC. En este artículo se analiza la presencia de las prácticas de gestión documental en el marco del modelo COBIT y la visibilidad de las normas específicas de gestión de documentos ISO 15489 e ISO 30300 en el mismo.

Since the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) was put forward in 2013, 172 countries and international organizations have signed cooperation agreements with China, and the cumulative trade volume of goods has reached 9.2 trillion US dollars. At the same time, the study of the BRI has gradually become a "promising research field", which has aroused the warm attention of scholars in China and around the world. However, while foreign scholars focus more on the international factors and global impact of the BRI, Chinese scholars prefer to analyze the domestic background of the BRI and its great contribution to China's development. Among them, The Belt and Road Initiative and the Development of Western China, written by Professor Zhao Lei, is a representative work in Chinese academia. Zhao Lei is a well-known Chinese political scientist whose research focuses on Chinese diplomacy and international relations. He currently works at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee and is the author of The Belt and Road Initiative: China's Civilizational Rise and many other books and articles.

Despite the fact that historians almost always recognized that time is important for historiography or simply identified time with history (like Jules Michelet, who said that history is time, or Marc Bloch, who called history the science of people in time), only recently the necessary prerequisites were formed for historical time (its nature, structure, models of periodization and ways of experiencing) to become the direct subject of modern theory of history. This new state of affairs in the field of theory is today more and more often referred to as the temporal turn.

Con una marcada fraseología revolucionaria y obrerista de tintes libertarios, los primeros sindicalistas revolucionarios de Argentina provinieron del seno del Partido Socialista dirigido por Juan B. Justo, dentro del cual habían impugnado su creciente orientación electoralista y parlamentarista, bajo la influencia de las nuevas ideas que comenzaban a ganar terreno en el movimiento obrero francés e italiano. A comienzos del siglo XX, las intensas luchas sociales de Argentina catalizaron este proceso de diferenciación política, en el contexto de las primeras huelgas generales y las confrontaciones directas con el Estado y la clase dominante. Durante los años sucesivos, el sindicalismo revolucionario se desplegó como una corriente dinámica y dúctil dentro de un movimiento obrero de formación reciente, heterogéneo y con una alta fragmentación étnica. El libro que aquí presentamos continúa y avanza sobre las indagaciones realizadas en el último período, aportando un conjunto de trabajos originales que examinan aspectos poco relevados sobre la corriente sindicalista revolucionaria criolla durante el período anterior al primer gobierno de Hipólito Yrigoyen (1916-1922), el mandato propiamente dicho y el momento posterior, ya bajo la presidencia de Marcelo T. de Alvear (1922-1928). A partir de un cuidadoso trabajo de relevamiento sobre fuentes primarias, los capítulos indagan aspectos tales como: la formación política sindicalista previa a 1916; la militancia y organización en la industria maderera; la activación del sindicalismo revolucionario entre los trabajadores rurales; la vinculación del sindicalismo con el mundo del trabajo femenino; los posicionamientos y luchas dentro de la corriente en torno al proyecto estatal de personería jurídica para los sindicatos.

El presente texto se enfoca en el PS durante los 17 años de dictadura que siguieron al golpe de Estado que terminó violentamente con el gobierno de la Unidad Popular. El régimen de Pinochet sometió al PS a la traumática tarea de recomponerse en medio de la extrema represión, la clandestinidad, la diáspora del exilio y el intenso debate en torno a las causas de la derrota, las alternativas de la lucha antidictatorial y las posibilidades y caminos de un proyecto socialista en Chile. El período es largo y contiene tanto continuidades como profundas transformaciones en el socialismo chileno, las que hemos ordenado, para fines analíticos, en tres momentos o ciclos. Cada ciclo se caracteriza por estar centrado en determinados debates y condicionantes que determinan las dinámicas partidarias de las orgánicas socialistas. El propio desarrollo histórico de cada ciclo implica su superación y el paso a otro ciclo con características distintivas diferentes.

She calls for including mining and mineral resource issues into future histories of plastic.
