Presidency of the Republic letterhead envelopes, one blank, and another hand written "Documents. Laredo - Texas," that contained an original and three copies of telegrams signed by Mr. Joseph T. Dickman, addressed to the official commander of Fort McIntosh, Texas, asking for protection for Gen. Francisco Murguía, recommending that the reformists not attack the train of American tourists and telling him that he accepted the invitation from Mr. Radolph Robertson. Memorandum signed by Col. Wilkins, in which he sums up what was discussed during the revolutionaries'conference that took place in Forseck Ranch in Texas, owned by Gen. Pablo González, and attended by Mayor Joseph T. Dickman; Engr. Alfredo Robles Domínguez, Head of the National Republican Party; Consul Randolph Robertson; Col. J.T. Briant; Hon. John A. Valls, representing Senator Albert B. Fall; General Pablo González and General Francisco Murguía, leaders of the reformist revolutionary movement, and Gen. Gerónimo Villarreal, personal representative of Gen. Félix Díaz, leader of the Reorganization Army and during which they asked Dickman to serve as mediator between them and the White House so that the government in Washington will help them to recover power from the dictator, Gen. Alvaro Obregón, in exchange for certain concessions to the government and citizens of the U.S. This documentation was found in separate envelopes, a copy in one and the rest in another and was put together in a single file. / Sobres membretados de la Presidencia de la República, uno en blanco y otro titulado a mano "Documentos. Laredo-Texas", que contenían un original y tres copias de telegramas firmados por el Sr. Joseph T. Dickman, dirigidos al oficial comandante del Fort Mc Intosh, Tex., pidiendo protección para el Gral. Francisco Murguía, recomendando que los reformistas no atenten contra el tren de excursionistas americanos e informando que se aceptó la invitación del Sr. Randolph Robertson. Memorándum firmado por el Corl. Wilkins, en el que resume lo discutido durante la conferencia de revolucionarios que se llevó a cabo en el rancho Forseck en Texas, propiedad del Gral. Pablo González, a la que asistieron el Mayor Joseph T. Dickman; el Ing. Alfredo Robles Domínguez, Jefe del Partido Nacional Republicano; el Cónsul Randolph Robertson; Corl. J.T. Briant; Hon. John A. Valls, representante del Senador Albert B. Fall; los Generales Pablo González y Francisco Murguía, jefes del movimiento revolucionario reformista y el Gral. Gerónimo Villarreal, representante personal del Gral. Félix Díaz, Jefe del Ejército Reorganizador y durante la cual le pidieron a Dickman que actuara como mediador entre ellos y la Casa Blanca, a fin de que el gobierno de Washington les ayude a recuperar el poder de manos del dictador Gral. Alvaro Obregón, a cambio de ciertas concesiones al gobierno y ciudadanos norteamericanos. Esta documentación se encontró en sobres separados, una copia en uno y el resto en otro y se reunió en un solo expediente.
