Embodied experiences of patients with severe chronic fatigue after cancer. An interpretive phenomenological study
This article presents a phenomenological study on embodied experiences based on interviews with 25 patients with severe chronic cancer-related fatigue (CCRF). Insight into the patient's perspective can help to facilitate personalized treatment in CCRF. Theoretically resorting to philosophical phenomenology, we explored embodied experiences of living with CCRF. Using interpretative phenomenological analysis, we identified four superordinate themes: (1) Worn out; (2) Diminishment of one's 'I can'; (3) Socially invisible objectification of the body; and (4) Restoring one's 'I can'. For clinical practice, these results suggest that focusing on the body and restoring one's 'I can' could be helpful during treatment of CCRF. Future research should focus on measuring individual patterns of CCRF symptoms in order to personalize treatment.

Belgium is a rare example of a centralist state that achieved federalism via peaceful means. This process, which was initiated in 1970 & is ongoing, is fundamentally provoked by the development of two subnations within the Belgian body: the Flemish & the Walloons. Elites within both these nationalist movements identified each other as allies in the struggle for federalization. The role & interaction of this alliance in the federalization process in Belgium are described. Modified HA
For numerous public interests there are supervisory bodies, such as the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). Drawing on the multidisciplinary Transformative Equality Approach that was developed in the UU Gender and Diversity Hub, we argue that it is high time to establish a Netherlands Authority for Emancipation (NEMA). Rather than putting the onus for emancipation and equality on those who suffer from inequality, the government should take ownership of inequality problems by establishing a supervisory body for effective compliance and enforcement of equal treatment legislation.

Using online communities as a market research tool
Using online communities as a market research tool
This article describes the methodological advantages and disadvantages regarding the use of online communities as a market research tool. The advantages include the facilitation of an ethnographic approach due to the use of multiple research methods, the anonymity of a virtual environment, and the effect of unconscious thought processing. This allows for greater insights into the life worlds of consumers. Nonetheless, there are also disadvantages. The lack of body language makes the interpretation process more difficult. In addition, there is also loss of respondent interaction, especially in comparison to traditional focus group discussions.

Amalgamation of various Belgian municipalities has not led to an increase of administrative power or authority. However, distance between the citizen & the administration has increased: geographically, creating problems in outlying residential zones regarding intramunicipal service provision; socially, in terms of the increase of the influence of & importance attached to the municipal executive body; & organizationally, in terms of the expansion of the tasks of the administrators. The political policy structures have also been profoundly changed: the national parties have gained in influence; political instability has increased; the operation of local policy organs has changed; & the municipal councils have acquired a more intellectually oriented professional composition. 13 Tables. An exhibition that dismantles the prejudices against "feminine art". The exhibition ? whose title is taken from a book by Marguerite Duras ? highlights the work of 12 female artists nourished by a creative process that tends to tie artistic development to personal experience. The chapters of the exhibition open the comprehension and the gaze one can have on female art. And although there are sometimes feminist works, it is not in the traditional stereotype and combative way or as a revendication, but rather in a more sensitive way. The purpose is to reveal the link that unites art and life in all its complexity and richness.0The key question ?how does art allow to connect our body and our inner world? permits to dismantle the prejudices against "feminine art" as it transcends a gendered approach and doesn?t imprison the creation of women artists.00Exhibition: Centrale for Contemporary Art, Brussels, Belgium (09.12.2021 - 13.03.2022)
