The relevance of the study of the prosodic structure of speech acts of abuse is due to the tasks faced by an expert linguist in the study of oral discourse. The present study is experimental; in its course, for the first time, a set of universal and individual prosodic means used when pronouncing a conflict statement with signs of verbal aggression is considered. The purpose of the article is to identify the prosodic characteristics of abuse as an illocutionary act and study the features of suprasegmental units of speech containing invective elements, including those in the structure of utterances not limited by the semantics and pragmatics of abuse. An interdisciplinary approach is applied to analyzing spoken texts based on the appeal to acoustic, auditory, and linguistic analysis methods. The study's object was unique, authentic utterances: spontaneous sounding speech qualified by the preliminary investigation authorities as a public abuse to a government official. As a result of the study, we identified suprasegmental units that characterize the speakers' invective speech. The prosodic components of the speech act of abuse within the framework of the utterance include the ascending-descending nature of the frequency of the main tone and increased dynamic characteristics of speech. Statements containing signs of abuse are often carriers of other goals. Prosodic accents in such utterances vary and depend on the leading speech purpose of the utterance. Together with their addresser's speech goal, the analyzed utterances' propositional content is manifested by a particular prosodic structure. The intonational model of such statements when solving diagnostic expert problems acts as one of the indicators of a subjective negative assessment, which contributes to identifying a speech act as an abuse. ; Актуальность изучения просодической структуры речевых актов оскорбления обусловлена задачами, стоящими перед экспертами-лингвистами при исследовании устного дискурса. Настоящая работа носит экспериментальный характер; впервые рассмотрен набор универсальных и индивидуальных просодических средств, используемых при произнесении конфликтного высказывания с признаками вербальной агрессии. Цель статьи – выявление просодических характеристик оскорбления как иллокутивного акта, в частности изучение особенностей надсегментных единиц речи, содержащей инвективные элементы, в том числе в структуре высказываний, не ограниченных семантикой и прагматикой оскорбления. К анализу звучащих текстов применен междисциплинарный подход, основанный на методах акустического, аудитивного и лингвистического анализа. Объектами исследования являлись уникальные аутентичные высказывания, представляющие собой спонтанную звучащую речь и квалифицированные органами предварительного следствия как публичное оскорбление представителя власти. В результате выявлены суперсегментные единицы, характеризующие инвективную речь дикторов. К просодическим компонентам речевого акта оскорбления в рамках высказывания относится восходяще-нисходящий характер частоты основного тона, а также повышенные динамические характеристики речи. Высказывания, содержащие признаки оскорбления, нередко являются носителями и иных целеустановок. Просодические акценты в таких высказываниях изменяются в зависимости от речевой цели высказывания. Пропозициональное содержание анализируемых высказываний в совокупности с реализуемой их адресантом речевой целью манифестировано определенной просодической структурой. Интонационная модель таких высказываний выступает при решении диагностических экспертных задач в качестве одного из показателей субъективной отрицательной оценки, что способствует идентификации речевого действия как оскорбления.

Introduction. The formation of responsibility for one's health in the youth environment is one of the tasks of the institution of education that determines the process of socialization. The future of sustainable development of country is determined, among other things, by the formation of negative social attitudes towards drug use. The aim of the publication is to study the specifics of the social orientation among young people on drug use and to justify the need for prevention in the educational environment.Methodology and research methods. Methodological basis of work involves classical theories of social installation; anomies; cultural conflict; subcultures; stigmatizations; social control; social space. The analysis and synthesis of scientific publications and data of the government statistics, including results of a number of social researches of 2010–2015 conducted in the Tyumen region are used. Sociological methods, including poll, questioning and the formalized interviews are applied at an experimental investigation phase. Data processing is carried out in technique of the factorial and classification analysis.Results and scientific novelty. Drug abuse among young people is a result of the contradiction between youth attitudes and social norms. It is shown that the prevention of drug abuse in Russia is institutionally ineffective. The social attitudes and motives connected with drug abuse among young people aged 18–30 years are revealed. It is established that acceptance of drug abuse experience is not defined by a gender, social and/or material status. The main types of the attitude to drug abuse experience are designated: 1) complete negation of a possibility of drug abuse; 2) refusal of drug abuse, but indifference or loyal attitude to drug abuse by others; 3) readiness for periodic drug usage; 4) steady stereotype of regular use of narcotic substances. The necessity of flexible forms of influence on youth for formation of sustainable social barriers is justified.The need of adequate public opinion formation which does not enable exclusion and criminalization among youth having some drug abuse experience is approved. Repressive practices of work with such young people only exacerbate the problem. The recommendations on organization regulation of a drug abuse situation in the country are formulated.Practical significance. The materials of the present article can be used for creation of effective system of drug abuse prevention in the educational environment taking into account age characteristics of pupils. ; Введение. Формирование у молодежи ответственности за свое здоровье, в том числе отрицательного отношения к потреблению наркотиков, – одна из задач института образования. Эта задача тесно переплетается с проблемой социализации молодых людей, а ее решение в определенной мере является условием будущего устойчивого развития страны. Цель представленного в статье исследования – изучить специфику социальных установок молодежи на потребление наркотиков и обосновать необходимость профилактики в образовательной среде. Методология и методики. Методологической основой работы являются классические теории социальной установки; аномии; культурного конфликта; субкультур; стигматизации; социального контроля; социального пространства. Использовались анализ и обобщение научных публикаций и данных государственной статистики, в том числе результаты ряда социологических исследований 2010–2015 гг., проведенных в Тюменском регионе. На экспериментальном этапе исследования применялись социологические методы, в том числе опрос, анкетирование и формализованные интервью. Обработка данных выполнялась в технике факторного и классификационного анализа. Результаты и научная новизна. Потребление наркотиков в молодежной среде – результат деформированных взаимоотношений с социальными нормами и институтами. Показано, что профилактика наркопотребления, практикующаяся в России, институционально неэффективна. Выявлены социальные установки и мотивы, связанные с наркопотреблением среди молодых людей в возрасте 18–30 лет. Установлено, что одобрение наркоопыта не определяется гендером, социальным и/или материальным статусом. Обозначены основные типы отношения к наркоопыту: 1) полное отрицание возможности потребления наркотиков; 2) отказ от их использования, но равнодушие или лояльное отношение к употреблению наркотиков другими; 3) готовность к периодическому потреблению; 4) устойчивый стереотип регулярного использования наркотических веществ. Обоснована необходимость гибких форм воздействия на молодежь для формирования устойчивых социальных барьеров, препятствующих наркотизму и развитию наркомании. Утверждается необходимость формирования адекватного общественного мнения, не допускающего эксклюзии и криминализации молодежи, соприкоснувшейся с наркотиками. Репрессивные практики работы с такой молодежью только усугубляют проблему. Сформулированы рекомендации по организации урегулирования наркоситуации в стране. Практическая значимость. Attitudes towards various manifestations of human sexual behavior remain one of the actual legal and medical problems for both society and specialists. About forty years ago medical and moral understanding of the norm of sexual behavior was universal and unambiguous, but this situation has changed significantly over the past decades. In some societes, the principle of the so-called social homonormativity – the understanding of same-sex sexual behavior and self-identification as a form of medical and moral norms – has been institutionalized. In societies in which the understanding of the norm of sexual behavior is not based on homonormativity, some political movements and organizations actively pursue their goals to such a change in medical, moral and legal principles, which consolidates any forms of social activity based on homonormativity. One of the claims used by these movements is the assertion that "homosexuality is a kind of norm for humans, because it is common among more than 1500 species of animals". The pitfall with this statement is that it is based on the anthropomorphic interpretation of animal behavior, as well as on the selective transfer of the phenomena of the animal world to human life. In this review article, the authors consistently disprove all aspects of the application of the claim that "homosexual behavior is prevalent in the animal kingdom" in a discussion on the topic of same-sex human behavior. Interpretation of the observed cases of same-sex behavior in animals to assess any medical, moral or legal normativity of the same-sex behavior in human beings is biased, it avoids other forms of non-productive behavior of animals, which, within an anthropomorphic interpretation, can be used as phenomena that justify human incest, child abuse or bestiality.

Background. Many social problems have worsened nowadays especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is important that child health professionals have all the necessary knowledge for detection of child abuse in modern society. Aim of the study is to study the awareness and competence of pediatricians on child abuse. Methods. The cross-sectional study was conducted using the international standardized questionnaire (22 questions). The study has included practicing pediatricians from inpatient and outpatient (95% of all respondents) clinics in Kazan. Results. The data from questionnaire survey of 73 pediatricians has shown that 29 (40%) and 39 (53%) of all respondents encountered physical and psychological abuse against children, respectively. Physical abuse was considered as the most common form of abuse by 38 (52%) pediatricians. The child abuse was revealed during routine examination in 33 (45%) cases. 20 (28%) respondents have initiated proceedings for every case of physical abuse, and 23 (31%) — for psychological abuse. One in three pediatricians, 23 (31%), consider the present legislation comprehensive enough in the sphere of children protection against abuse. Meanwhile, 50 (68%) pediatricians regarded their own level of awareness in this topic as insufficient. Conclusion. The study has shown insufficient competence of pediatricians (especially in the visiting services) in the detection and maintenance of children abuse cases (physical and psychological). It is crucial to enhance and continuously improve education of pediatricians on pre-graduate and continuing professional education levels in issues of children abuse. ; Обоснование. В современном обществе, особенно в условиях пандемии COVID-19, обострились многие социальные проблемы. В этой связи важно, чтобы специалисты детского здравоохранения имели необходимые знания для выявления распространившегося насилия над детьми. Цель исследования — изучить осведомленность и уровень компетенций педиатров первичного звена г. Казани по вопросам жестокого и ненадлежащего обращения с детьми. Методы. Проведено одномоментное исследование с использованием международной стандартизированной анкеты (22 вопроса). В исследование включали практикующих педиатров стационарных и амбулаторных (95% всех опрошенных) служб г. Казани. Результаты. Анкетирование 73 педиатров показало, что с физическим и психологическим видами насилия над детьми встречались 29 (40%) и 39 (53%) опрошенных соответственно. Физическое насилие считали самой распространенной формой жестокого обращения 38 (52%) педиатров. Жестокое/ненадлежащее обращение с ребенком в 33 (45%) случаях педиатры выявляли в рамках рутинного осмотра. Инициировали разбирательство по каждому случаю физического насилия 20 (28%) опрошенных, по случаям психологического насилия — 23 (31%) респондентa. Каждый третий педиатр — 23 (31%) — считает, что существующее законодательство исчерпывающим образом обеспечивает защиту детей, пострадавших от жестокого/ненадлежащего обращения. Вместе с тем 50 (68%) педиатров расценили собственный уровень осведомленности в обсуждаемой теме как недостаточный. Заключение. Проведенное исследование продемонстрировало недостаточную компетентность педиатров, прежде всего участковой службы, в вопросах выявления и сопровождения случаев насилия (физического и психологического) над детьми. Необходимо активизировать и непрерывно совершенствовать обучение на додипломном этапе и в процессе дополнительного профессионального образования педиатров по проблемам жестокого/ненадлежащего обращения с детьми.

Рассмотрена проблема злоупотребления правом в корпоративных отношениях, которая главным образом связана с отсутствием эффективных частноправовых способов защиты от недобросовестного поведения участников корпорации. Констатируется, что права акционеров все чаще подвергаются различного рода нарушениям и как следствие все большее число хозяйствующих субъектов оказывается втянутым в корпоративные конфликты. Указано, что деятельность акционерного общества зависит от того, насколько честно и добросовестно его участники выполняют обязанности по ведению финансово-хозяйственных вопросов. Проанализированы подходы в доктрине и в законодательстве к понятию «злоупотребление правом». Проведен сравнительно-правовой анализ данного понятия по законодательству Республики Казахстан. Приведены примеры судебной практики по корпоративным спорам, в которых суды квалифицировали действия участников корпоративных отношений как злоупотребление правом. Отмечается, что существуют сложности применения ст. 10 ГК РФ на практике, так как для признания действия злоупотреблением правом необходимо доказать, что данное действие направлено исключительно на причинение вреда другому лицу. ; This article discusses the problem of abuse of law in corporate relations, which is mainly related to the lack of effective private legal means of protection against unfair conduct by the participants of the corporation. It is stated that the rights of shareholders are increasingly exposed to various kinds of violations and, as a result, an increasing number of economic entities are involved in corporate conflicts. It is indicated that the activities of the joint-stock company depend on how honestly its members perform the responsibilities for financial and economic matters. Approaches in doctrine and in legislation to the concept of abuse of law are analyzed. A comparative legal analysis of this concept was carried out under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Examples of judicial practice on corporate disputes are given in which courts have characterized actions of participants in corporate relations as abuse of law. It is noted that there are difficulties in applying Article 10 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in practice, since for the recognition of the action of abuse of right it is necessary to prove that this action is aimed solely at causing harm to another person.

Based on anthropometric and functional studies of sexual dimorphism, physical
development, the vegetative nervous system tone and its reactivity in 304 boys in
Krasnoyarsk, found that young men of Krasnoyarsk have for the most part moderate
and mild symptoms of the body structure of the opposite sex and the indices sexual
dimorphism are ginekomorfnomu and mesomorphic body types (92,3%). Among these
types, about 63% of boys ginekomorfnogo type and 47,4% of boys have mesomorphic
type somatic criteria evnuhoidizme. Boys ginekomorfnogo body type have obvious
signs of gracilization and include a 84,6% to asthenic somatotype.
A total mass of the young men observed the predominance of sympathetic tone
and an acceptable adaptation (63,42%), stress adaptation mechanisms (36,58%).

This article provides a comparative analysis of the situation of sexual minorities and their legal rights in Europe, the USA and Russia, as well as their differences, and the attitude of society to people of non-traditional orientation. In addition, the article considered the main problem of modern society is the inability of people to perceive non-traditional relations in military service, in employment at work and much more. Even many liberal countries still do not fully approve of this kind of relationship. Many same-sex couples are prohibited from adopting children, and there are real problems in the field of inheritance law. The article addressed the problem of discrimination of these relations in Russia. This article also examined court practice regarding the underreporting of the rights of sexual minorities.

The authors address the classic problem of fathers and sons. To determine the specifics of child-parent relationships, the authors carried out the analysis of scientifi c psychological and pedagogical literature.

Throughout the time, communication was an important and integral part in establishing contact between people. This process can be called truly difficult, since it is interpreted in different directions. This term can be approached from a biological, social, psychological point of view. And yet, the biological concept is paramount, since it describes the origin of the process itself. Communication occurs absolutely between all living organisms, only at different levels. To the lower level, we could include tactile sensations, and to the higher verbal and non-verbal communication. It would seem that only the higher levels of communication play an important role for us, but this is not at all the case. Indeed, it is thanks to tactile sensations that the foundation of physical and moral well-being is laid in man from the very childhood.

Статья посвящена британской детской миграции в XIX – первой половине ХХ в. Исследованы причины и условия переезда, а также значение, которое придавалось расселению молодежи на периферии британского мира. Показано, что на миграционную политику влияли филантропические, социально-экономические факторы, империалистические, национальные и расовые соображения – акценты менялись с течением времени. До середины XIX в. переселение было вызвано желанием помочь бедным детям или стремлением депортировать лишних и опасных жителей из метрополии, со второй половины XIX в. в мигрантах стали видеть инструмент имперской политики. Миграция согласовывалась с доктриной социал-империализма. Она позволяла решить социальные проблемы метрополии, снимала в обществе напряженность, связанную с массовой безработицей, открывала новые возможности для экономического роста всей империи. Молодежь восполняла дефицит трудовых ресурсов доминионов, возделывала неосвоенные земли, распространяла европейские ценности и технологии, консолидировала разрозненных жителей в единую Великую Британию с глобальной британской идентичностью. В переселении несовершеннолетних из грязных и тесных мегаполисов на сельские просторы видели возможность сохранить здоровое поколение и силу англо-саксонской нации. В странах южного полушария мигранты из Альбиона рассматривались как защитники «белой» расы и европейской цивилизации, а потому с конца XIX в. были ужесточены требования к переселению, допускались только представители «правильного» типа мигранта по расовым, социальным, физиологическим, психическим критериям. Многие мигранты добились успехов на новой родине, но некоторые столкнулись с жестокостью, эксплуатацией, социальным остракизмом. Сделан вывод, что идея Великой Британии как глобального сообщества после Второй мировой войны оказалась несостоятельной, имперские цели все больше противоречили национальным задачам, что привело к прекращению переселения детей. Выросшие мигранты, лишившиеся своей родины и связей с родственниками, не сумевшие адаптироваться на новом месте, превратились в смущающее напоминание о «темной странице» имперского прошлого.
The article is devoted to British child migration in the 19th – first half of the 20th century. The reasons, conditions for moving, the importance attached to the resettlement of young people on the periphery of the British world are investigated. It is shown that philanthropic, socio-economic factors as well as imperialist, national, and racial reasons influenced migration policy. The emphasis changed over time. Until the middle of the 19th century the resettlement was caused by a desire to help poor children or to deport unnecessary and dangerous residents from the metropolis; in the second half of the 19th century migrants began to be seen as an instrument of imperial policy. Migration was consistent with the doctrine of social imperialism. It made it possible to solve the social problems of the metropolis, relieved tension in society that were associated with mass unemployment, and opened up new opportunities for the economic growth of the entire Empire. The youth made up for the shortage of labor resources in the dominions, cultivated undeveloped lands, spread European values and technologies, consolidated disparate residents into single Great Britain with its global British identity. The resettlement of minors from dirty and cramped cities to rural areas was believed to offer an opportunity to preserve a healthy generation and the strength of the Anglo-Saxon nation. In the countries of the southern hemisphere, migrants from Albion were seen as defenders of the white race and European civilization. That is why in the late 19th century, the requirements for resettlement were tightened, allowing only the "proper" type of migrant according to racial, social, physiological, and mental criteria. Many migrants achieved success in their new homeland, but some of them faced cruelty, exploitation, and social ostracism. It is concluded that the idea of Great Britain as a global community turned out to be untenable after the Second World War. Imperial goals increasingly contradicted national objectives, which led to the cessation of child migration. Deprived of their homeland and ties with their relatives, unable to adapt to new places, child migrants who turned into adults become an embarrassing reminder of the "dark page" of the imperial past.

This article discusses the process of liberalization of sexual morality in the modern world. It is shown that normative beliefs about sexual relationships are significantly different between cultures, which enhance their social sustainability by erecting the boundaries of acceptable sexual behavior. In Western society, sexual morality originally based on Christian teachings, though regularly violated by its members, has remained stable for centuries. Individuals who violated the established norms in terms of sexuality never tried to dismantle the entire regulatory order. However, in the second half of the 20th century, dramatic changes occurred that destroyed many of the fundamental values and normative patterns that define human behavior. First the heterosexual youth revolution of the 1960s, which had a predominantly female face, tore down regulation concerning sexuality, marriage and fertility, and then, at the turn of the 21st century, the homosexual revolution permanently deformed traditional sexual morality.In the West nontraditional sexual relations at the moment are undergoing constitutionalization both in the informal and formal ways. The public opinion has begun to accept certain decisions affecting the interests of the LGBT community, who, in their turn, increasingly impose their culture on individuals, social groups and society as a whole. Those who disagree with the new rules are increasingly often subjected to various sanctions. Homosexuality moves from socio-cultural to the political field, entering the orbit of the geopolitical interests of Western countries.Unlike Europe and the USA, where sexual morality is being liberalized (although not in a uniform manner), in some countries the opposite trend is conspicuous. In this article, special attention is paid to Russia. Having analyzed the results of public opinion polls on the issue of homosexuality conducted in the last decades, we show that Russians' negative attitude to this phenomenon is on the rise. Perceiving homosexuality as a deviation contradicts the global trend of liberalizing sexual morality. ; В статье рассматривается процесс либерализации половой морали в современном мире. Показывается, что нормативные представления о сексуальных отношениях значительно отличаются в различных культурах, которые, выстраивая границы допустимого сексуального поведения, поддерживают тем самым свою социальную устойчивость. В западном обществе половая мораль, опирающаяся на христианское учение, хотя и регулярно нарушаемая его членами, сохранялась стабильной на протяжении веков. Индивиды, нарушая установленные нормы в сексуальной сфере, не пытались разрушить весь нормативный порядок. Однако во второй половине XX в. произошли радикальные изменения, разрушившие многие основополагающие ценностно-нормативные структуры, определяющие поведение человека. Сначала молодежная гетеросексуальная революция 1960-х годов, имеющая преимущественно женское лицо, порвала нормативную связь сексуальности, брака и рождаемости, а в конце XX — начале XXI в. гомосексуальная революция окончательно деформировала традиционную половую мораль.Страны Запада охватывает волна конституирования нетрадиционных сексуальных отношений в качестве не только неформальной, но и формальной нормы. Сформированное общественное мнение стало влиять на приятие определенных решений, затрагивающих интересы ЛГБТ-сообщества, которые начинает все активнее навязывать свою культуру различным индивидам, социальным группам и социуму в целом. Несогласные с новыми правилами все чаще подвергаются различным санкциям. Гомосексуализм переходит из социокультурной области в политическую, входя в орбиту геополитических интересов стран Запада.В отличие от Европы и США, в которых развертывается либерализация половой морали (хотя и в них не наблюдается однородной позиции), в ряде стран остального мира разворачивается противоположная тенденция. В данной статье особое внимание уделяется России. Автор, анализируя результаты опросов общественного мнения по проблеме гомосексуализма, проведенные в течение последних десятилетий, показывает не только сохранение, но и нарастание негативного отношения россиян к этому явлению, которое воспринимается как явная девиация, что противоречит мировой тенденции либерализации половой морали.
