; In this essay, I analyze Kant's views on the permissibility of revolutions as a means of political change. I hold that in the same way the developments of the French Revolution were somehow contained in the ambiguity of the 1791 Constitution, Kant's hesitations concerning the continuity of a juridical order reflect his own inability to clearly specify who the sovereign is. This difficulty might be due to the fact that Kant did not develop a sound theory of constituent power.

This article based on the methodology of the investigation-action-participation, has the purpose in synthesis tight to reflect and question us about the role and place of the unions in the socialist construction. In the socialist transition, organized workers would be the protagonists of the economic, organizational, management and decision-making processes. The subject is complex, multidimensional, often rejected and misunderstood, however it has been very controversial, occupying an extraordinary place in the conceptions of the founding classical Marxism, later developed by Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, Rosa Luxemburg, Antonio Gramsci, among others.
The Russian Revolution of 1917 has been considered the essential cause of the awakening of the artistic avant-garde of that country for a long time. One hundred years after the revolutionary events on the political and social scenes, we examined the development of the Russian artistic avant-garde prior to 1917, during the events of the October Revolution of that year and thereafter until 1932. Avant-garde ideas were already present and active in Tsarist Russia and that the Revolution of 1917 would only provide a more glaring framework for the proposals of avant-garde artists. In the same way, it will be demonstrated how the new Soviet status quo ended up drowning the vanguard vortex and establishing a methodology of action and production in art that would be far from the originality of the avant-garde works prior to 1917.

José Luis Romero's socialist stamp has been explored from historiography. Instead, this work aims to give autonomy to its adherence to the PS. From this angle it is revealed as the conscious belonging to a minority wing within the organization. Beyond his militancy, the effects will be reflected in his own analysis of Argentine politics, especially after 1955.
