[spa] Este trabajo pretende ofrecer una visión del actual Sistema Financiero de Angola, con la finalidad de presentar políticas y alternativas de mejora del mismo. Además, se realiza un estudio comparativo con los sistemas financieros de España en la década de los ochenta y el actual de Cabo Verde. El presente estudio tiene por objetivos: - La recopilación y ordenación del material referente a los sistemas financieros de los tres países estudiados con la finalidad de contribuir a enriquecer la muy escasa base bibliográfica de Angola, sobre los intermediarios financieros, los mercados y los medios, referidos estos últimos tanto a los activos financieros como a las medidas de política monetaria y financiera de las autoridades, dirigidas a hacer posible alcanzar los grandes objetivos de la política económica nacional y a la consecución de los fines específicos de cada uno de los sistemas financieros; - Contrastar el sistema financiero actual de Angola con los sistemas financieros de España y Cabo Verde, destacando las características comunes y diferenciadoras de los tres sistemas, sus analogías y diferencias, sus interrelaciones, sus mayores o menores niveles de desarrollo, sus puntos fuertes y débiles, sus oportunidades y amenazas, etc.; - Proponer recomendaciones, políticas o reformas para la mejora y desarrollo del Sistema Financiero de Angola. La presente tesis está dividida en cuatro partes. La primera, compuesta por seis capítulos, estudia las generalidades de un Sistema Financiero. La segunda presenta el Sistema Financiero de Angola y está constituida por doce capítulos. Iniciaremos el estudio con la exposición de la evolución, características generales y estructura del sistema financiero, haciendo referencia a los rasgos fundamentales de la economía de Angola; profundizaremos en el estudio de las autoridades monetarias y financieras, con énfasis en la de carácter ejecutivo más relevante, el banco central de Angola y su aplicación de la política monetaria nacional; a continuación analizaremos las principales medidas de control y supervisión en vigor, que afectan a las entidades de crédito, pasando después al estudio de dichas instituciones, comenzando por las bancarias, terminando con las instituciones no bancarias y, en general, con todos los intermediarios financieros: compañías de seguros, casas de cambio, fondos de pensiones, etc., procurando siempre alguna información estadística sobre ellos. La tercera parte está compuesta por dos capítulos: el referente al sistema financiero de España, su evolución hasta los años ochenta y el capítulo que estudia el sistema financiero de Cabo Verde, su evolución hasta la actualidad. Para el análisis de los tres sistemas financieros de Angola, Cabo Verde y España hemos intentado seguir una línea argumental común, lo que nos facilitará el estudio, la comprensión y la comparación de los mismos. Por eso, para el caso de España y Cabo Verde, vamos seguir la ordenación que utilizamos para Angola. La cuarta parte está formada por dos capítulos: el capítulo vigésimo primero que refleja el estudio comparativo de los sistemas financieros estudiados, especialmente desde la perspectiva del sistema financiero angoleño y a modo de conclusiones generales, comparándose también los tres países estudiados con otros países a la escala de África y mundial. En segundo lugar, presentamos un análisis interno y externo del entorno competitivo de cada uno de los sistemas financieros estudiados aplicando la Matriz DAFO o SWOT. Por último, el capítulo vigésimo segundo, que contiene las posibles propuestas para el Sistema Financiero Angoleño frente al futuro. Presentamos las conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo y, para finalizar, indicamos la bibliografía consultada y un Anexo que contiene los cuestionarios realizados y la explicación de los resultados de algunos cuadros elaborados en la comparación de los tres sistemas financieros estudiados. ; [eng] This paper aims to provide an overview of the current financial system in Angola, with the aim of presenting policy alternatives and improvement. Moreover, conducting a comparative study with the financial systems in Spain in the eighties and the current of Cape Verde. The present study has for aims: - The summary and arrangement (ordination) of the material relating to the financial systems of three countries studied with the purpose of helping to enrich the very scanty bibliographical base of Angola, on the financial intermediaries, the markets and the means (ways), recounted the above mentioned both to the financial assets and to the measures of monetary and financial politics (policy) of the authorities, directed to making possible to reach the big aims of the economic national politics(policy) and to the attainment of the specific ends (purposes) of each one of the financial systems; - To confirm the financial current system of Angola with the financial systems of Spain and Cape Verde, emphasizing the common and not common characteristics of three systems; - To propose recommendations, policies or reforms for the improvement and development of the Financial System of Angola. The present thesis is divided in four parts (reports). The first one composed by six chapters, studies the generalities of a Financial System. The second one presents the Financial System of Angola. The third part (report) is composed by two chapters: the modal to the financial system of Spain and the chapter that studies the financial system of Cape Verde. For the analysis of three financial systems we have tried to follow (continue) a plot common line, which will facilitate to us the study, the comprehension and the comparison of the same ones. The fourth part (report) is formed(trained) by two chapters: the first that reflects the comparative study of the financial studied systems and an internal and external analysis of the competitive environment of each one of the financial studied systems applying the Matrix DAFO or SWOT; the second Angolan presents the possible offers of future for the Financial System. They present the conclusions and recommendations of the work.

Este artículo se enfoca en las concepciones y prácticas de adopción entre algunos amerindios de Sudamérica. Se propone abordarlas en el horizonte de una de las vertientes teóricas del posestructuralismo antropológico, el multinaturalismo y perspectivismo amerindios, a partir de la cual se enfatiza la importancia de reflexionar considerando sus ontologías y cosmologías. Para lograrlo se realizan algunas comparaciones que muestran ciertas similitudes y diferencias culturales con relación al tema de la adopción, y se resalta que la pragmática suele ser aplicada para establecer las conexiones que la involucran con el habla, la ontología, la cosmología, la economía, la política, el parentesco. Se revelan así, las relaciones que envuelven y aproximan a las personas por medio de las adopciones, y cómo se rigen por la reciprocidad, actualizando la solidaridad relativa al parentesco, teniendo relevancia en la formación de los grupos residenciales, en el ámbito sociopolítico, en la revitalización de ontologías y cosmologías, y en la reproducción de las condiciones de existencia, de formas de ser. Se recalca que, muchas veces tales adopciones generan conflictos, sufrimientos, reproducción de prejuicios y desvinculación de las personas de sus familias y hasta de sus culturas, entretanto, no siempre se reivindica junto a los Estados Nación su reconocimiento formal, es decir, el tema no está presente en las legislaciones que tratan de los derechos indígenas en los países. ; This article focuses on the conceptions and practices of adoption among some Amerindians of South America. It is proposed to address them within the horizon of one of the theoretical aspects of anthropological poststructuralism, Amerindian multinaturalism and perspectivism, from which the importance of reflecting considering their ontologies and cosmologies is emphasized. To achieve this, some comparisons that show certain similarities and cultural differences in relation to the issue of adoptionare made, and it is highlighted that pragmatics can be applied to establish the connections that involve it with speech, ontology, cosmology, economics, politics, kinship . Thus, the relationships that involve and bring people together through adoptions are revealed, and how they are ruled by reciprocity, updating the solidarity related to kinship, having relevance in the formation of residential groups, in the socio-political sphere, in the revitalization of ontologies and cosmologies, and in the reproduction of conditions of existence, of ways of being. The epistemological status of economic science —whether it is an exact science, analogous to the natural sciences, and what is the appropriate method to its object of study— dominated the methodological debates of the discipline in the 19th century and continues to be a lively debate in contemporary scholarship. The present article approaches this question based on the work of two figures in the history of political economy in Chile, J. G. Courcelle-Seneuil and G. Subercaseaux. The comparative analysis of the texts of both authors allows us to understand the way in which they conceive economic phenomena, human action, and the type of knowledge that these phenomena admit. Courcelle-Seneuil understands economic reality as determined by natural laws of universal validity that science should strive to discover and that would give the discipline great predictive capacity. Subercaseaux, meanwhile, conceives economic phenomena strongly linked to their cultural and institutional context and as the result of the action of free agents. This leads him to emphasize the inexact character of economic science and to be skeptical of the possibility of deducing laws and making accurate predictions. These differences in approach have consequences at the theoretical level and also at the political level, for example, in the debates regarding state intervention. A comparative study of the epistemological approaches of two thinkers that are best known for their positions on economic policy issues is novel and may contribute to the understanding of the contribution of these authors to the history of Chilean economic thought. ; La pregunta por qué tipo de ciencia es la economía —si es o no una ciencia exacta, análoga a las ciencias naturales, y cuál es el método más adecuado a su objeto de estudio— dominó los debates metodológicos de la disciplina en el siglo XIX y continúa vigente en la economía contemporánea. El presente artículo se aproxima a este interrogante a partir del trabajo de dos figuras de la historia de la economía política en Chile, J. G. Courcelle-Seneuil y G. Subercaseaux. El análisis comparativo de los textos de ambos autores permite advertir el modo en que cada uno de ellos concibe los fenómenos económicos, la acción humana implicada en ellos y el tipo de conocimiento que estos fenómenos admiten. Courcelle-Seneuil comprende la realidad económica como determinada por leyes naturales de validez universal que la ciencia debiera esforzarse por descubrir y que le otorgarían a la disciplina gran capacidad predictiva. Subercaseaux, en tanto, concibe los fenómenos económicos fuertemente vinculados a su contexto cultural e institucional y como fruto de la acción de agentes libres. Lo anterior lo lleva a enfatizar el carácter inexacto de la disciplina económica y a mostrarse escéptico de la posibilidad de deducir leyes y de hacer predicciones exactas en esta materia. Estas diferencias de enfoque poseen consecuencias a nivel teórico y también en el plano político, por ejemplo, en los debates respecto de la intervención estatal. La profundización en el enfoque epistemológico de autores que son más conocidos por sus posturas en temas de política económica resulta novedosa y puede contribuir a la comprensión del aporte de dichos autores a la historia del pensamiento económico chileno.

El ex presidente de la Unión Soviética, Mijail Gorbachov realizó un valiente ejercicio de honestidad política con su Perestroika, en el que se intentó democratizar el socialismo soviético. Gorbachov pagó el precio: fue desplazado del poder y repudiado por comunistas y liberales ortodoxos. No por ello el ex gobernante soviético se ha retirado de la vida pública. En su más reciente libro, Carta a la tierra, Gorbachov pone al mundo sobre aviso de las grandes crisis producidas por el modelo económico y político imperante. ; The former President of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachov accomplished a brave exercise of politic honesty, leading his Perestroika, an attempt to democratize the Soviet Socialism. Gorbachov paid the price: He was displaced from power and was despised by orthodox Communists and Liberals. But the former Soviet President did not retired from public life. In his most recent book, Eanh Dialogues, Gorbachov alerts the world from the great crisis produced by the ruling economic and political model.

El objetivo del presente trabajo es describir las iniciativas legislativas del Estado Santafesino para la promoción del desarrollo de los diferentes sectores económicos que componen la economía provincial. Se consideró el período 1991-2015, haciendo foco, principalmente, en las diferencias entre la década de los 90 y los años de posconvertibilidad. Conceptualmente, el trabajo se enfocó de acuerdo a las nociones de capacidades estatales y desarrollo económico. Metodológicamente, se trabajó con las leyes sancionadas por la Legislatura provincial entre 1991 y 2015 que hacen alusiones directas a los diferentes sectores económicos o producciones específicas existentes en el territorio provincial. Los documentos fueron analizados con el software Atlas.ti. ; This article aims to describe the Santa Fe Province's legislative initiatives for promoting economic activities' development. It considered the period 1991- 2015, focusing mainly on differences between 90's and the years after 2001's crisis. Conceptually, it focused according notions of state capabilities and economic development. Methodologically, it analyzed laws passed by the Legislature between 1991 and 2015 with direct references to economic activities that compose Santa Fe's economic structure. The following is a reflection on Spanish undergraduate studies that combine the concepts of marketing and public relations.
Sharing origins and often functions and specialists, both concepts have run parallel paths that have merged on multiple occasions. This evolution has been studied from different points of view. Initially, marketing experts included PR techniques as an additional tool to grant it a greater specific instrumental relevance over time. On the other hand, PR scholars have tried to dissociate themselves from marketing in order acquire an independent position within the field of communication.
In Spain, these conceptual differences are currently blurred due to the creation of new university degrees and double degrees combining both disciplines. This trend is evidenced within the Spanish university market which, throughout this article, will be compared to other markets, namely the American and the British ones, as a scientific reference for both concepts, and to the Portuguese one, given its geographical proximity.
We will reflect on the reasons that have led the Spanish university market to combine both concepts and to offer official studies that include them in their nomenclature, far from the historical tradition in this country, where studies in public relations have been related to the field of communication, while those in marketing have been related to the field of economics.
The identification of this trend in the job market of organisational communication professionals poses new challenges to training institutions, especially to universities.
