As a step prescribed by the Joanna Briggs Institute methodology before conducting a scoping review, the protocol aims to describe differences in creativity between deaf and hard of hearing and typically hearing people. Creativity as a mental process is important for the development of personality, imagination, communication skills, and interpersonal relationships. For this study, the focus was on creativity of deaf and hard of hearing persons. Deaf and hard of hearing people show specific characteristics in their mode of creativity. All the studies that deal with creativity in deaf and hard of hearing people will be included. Studies of any design in English, German, or Czech will be accepted as sources for assessment and analysis for systematic review. The Joanna Briggs Institute methodology for a scoping review will act as a framework for the review that will be prepared. 14 scientific databases will be chosen for this review. Two independent reviewers will identify and evaluate all the titles and abstracts that are acquired. The selected data will be extracted and reported in tabular form and a descriptive format.

Creativity is fundamental to the overall progress of humanity and hence identified as a key competence required for being successful in the 21st century. Teaching that nurtures creativity helps not only to unfold children's creative potential but also to enhance the effectiveness of teaching. The essential step in helping teachers to learn the principles of creativity nurturing pedagogy is to measure creativity nurturing behaviour for teachers and develop it through training. Assessment of teachers' ability to nurture creativity is much needed. In this research we measured the creativity nurturing behaviour of 2006 teachers from various countries across global with creativity nurturing behaviour scale for teachers and analyzed the four-factor model's reliability, validity and measurement invariance across gender and countries. The following values were obtained: Cronbach's alpha (0.75, 0.70, 0.72, 0.79), composite reliability (0.76, 0.72, 0.701, 0.784), configural invariance (comparative fit index: 0.913, root mean square error of approximation: 0.063 and standardized root mean square residual: 0.662), metric invariance (obtained value in comparative fit index: 0.912, root mean square error of approximation: 0.061 and standardized root mean square residual: 0.52) and scalar invariance (obtained value in comparative fit index: 0.909, root mean square error of approximation: 0.064 and standardized root mean square residual: 0.7). The results of the study show that creativity nurturing behaviour scale for teachers is a valid and reliable scale which is invariant across gender and countries. Hence, the scale can be administered to measure the creativity nurturing behaviour of teachers and its results can be employed to identify the developmental needs of teachers to foster creativity in the classroom. This first scale for teachers is translated into Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, English, Turkish, and Persian.

This paper analyzes ethnographic and cartographic evidence from Sierra Leone that show the limitations of big data relative to the containment of Ebola. In this paper, big data is both a technology itself and also a foundation and catalyst for other technologies. Early in 2014, big data's technologies of data collection as well as its algorithmic functions were heralded by US media for detecting the West African Ebola outbreak. Later in the epidemic, big data - specifically, data from millions of cell phones - was further hyped as able to help stop the infectious and often fatal disease by tracking the mobility and migrations of contagious people. Big data's failures in this case are directly linked to what big data epidemiologists did not understand about the social life and thing-self issues of cell phones in Sierra Leone. In addition to identifying ethical concerns about human contagion tracking, the paper shows that cell phones did not serve well as beacons of contagion because they do not operate as inalienable indicators of individual property and identity in Sierra Leone.

In this essay I focus on workshops to examine how scientific knowledge in global public health is authorized. More specifically, in this essay workshops will be approached to elaborate on the public performance of knowledge, which is often considered to be a crucial element in the conduct of scientific research. The performance of scientific knowledge will be conceptualized as the staging of global public health through which experts craft the credibility of their advice by involving the publics in the form of so-called 'stakeholders' and thereby create the basis for global public health interventions. I will narrate the staging of science in global health in the form of fictionalized minutes and capture some of the techniques deployed in creating order out of disorder in the supply of medicines in Uganda. The plot of this account begins with the stock-out of antiretrovirals in the country, which occurred between 2009 and 2010 and incited concerned questions about the fragmented landscape of antiretroviral therapy and more importantly the responsibility for the life-long supply of antiretrovirals in the country. I will trace these concerns through national and international media responses. These media responses will be contrasted with workshops held to discuss a shortfall of funding and advance particular institutional reforms. The discussion of techniques to present facts (powerpoint presentations), practices of deliberation (working group discussions) and material objects (paper sheets) in authorizing claims to knowledge suggest that workshops are better understood as technologies of participation. Workshops are neither simply inclusive nor coercive. They are productive in redefining what ought to be 'public' in global public health in Uganda by fostering agreements over the causes of the stock-out of antiretrovirals and the measures to be taken in the public interest in the context of an underfunded national health system.

This study examines the influence of green creativity to the green new product performances. Creativity is a key source of organization's competitive advantage (Barney, 1991) and increases the likelihood of new product success by providing effective product differentiation (Song, 2018). Building on the thesis of Natural Resource-based view (Hart, 1995), we study the impact of green creativity on the performances of green new products. This study also shows that family involvement plays a role in the green performances of family businesses. We pay particular attention to family firms because of two reasons. First, family businesses represent a significant proportion of the corporate sector in both developed and developing countries (Faccio and Lang 2002). Second, family firms have different behavioral patterns when reacting to stakeholders' pressures (Huaang, Ding, and Kao, 2009; Sharma and Sharma, 2011) for better environmental management practices. This study surveyed 134 family-owned, high-tech manufacturers in Taiwan. The findings show that the green creativity is positively and significantly related to green new product performances. Our analytical results also show that family involvement moderates the relationship between green creativity and green new product performances.

Education in Polish and Hungarian penitentiaries aims at the successful social reintegration of prisoners. Penitentiary institutions support prisoners by education of primary, secondary, and vocational training. Forms of learning within prisons prepare prisoners for release and integration into the labour market. This study aims to review the most important concepts and possible interpretations of criminal pedagogy and the cultural life of prisons. We present the main cultural rights of prisoners (learning opportunities, community cultural opportunities) and their impact on prisoners, as well as highlighting the aspects that make prison a total institution. We present the goals of cultural life in prison and the current training process covering key areas. We state that cultural activities in prison are essential parts of reintegration, bringing prisoners closer to the cultural nature of the outside world. With this article, comparatively on the two countries, we would like to draw attention to the diversity and feasibility of cultural transmission for prisoners.

The importance of knowledge management enhances the competitive advantage of an organization in today's knowledge-based economy is agreed upon. In this era of globalized economy, knowledge is the main driver for growth. Knowledge promotes creativity is proved in the extant literature which is effected by abusive supervision. In this present study, we examine the process through which abusive supervision affects the creativity of employees. In particular, with the likelihood that abusive supervision is related to creativity of the employees and mediated by knowledge sharing behavior. Thus, the aim of present study is to investigate the effect of abusive supervision on the creativity of academic staff in the public sector universities with the mediating role of knowledge sharing. In order to analyze the relationship among the variables involved in the study, utilized the quantitative research methodology, deductive approach and cross-sectional time horizon .The questionnaire survey technique was adopted to collect the data. A five-point Likert scales with significant measures was used. The targeted population of the present study was the academic staff of three universities (Lahore College for Women University, The University of the Punjab, and Government College University, Lahore). Total 330 employees were selected as a sample through utilizing the proportionate stratified random sampling technique and among them 298 was fit for the analysis. The statistical tool, SPSS and AMOS was utilized to analyze the collected data to obtain the results. The results of the study show that abusive supervision has a negative effect on employee creativity and knowledge sharing of employees whereas; knowledge sharing has significant positive effect on employee creativity. Though, knowledge sharing is partially mediating the relationship between abusive supervision and knowledge sharing.

This study aims to find the Application of the Mind Mapping Model with Game Scatterories in Improving Student Creativity and Learning Outcomes in the Indonesian Legislation Regulations Material in class VI of MI Nurul Huda Cimanggis Depok. The results obtained were the Application of the Mind Mapping Model with Game Scattergories, the first cycle by obtaining an average score of 69.22, in the second cycle a score of 74.18 was obtained and in the third cycle the Application of the Mind Mapping Model with Game Scattergories managed to score 77 , 90 points and succeeded in increasing the Learning Outcomes variable in National Legislation Materials and Creativity in achieving student completeness. The conclusion of the study is the Application of the Mind Mapping Model with Game Scatterories has succeeded in improving Learning Outcomes in the Material of National Legislation Regulations and Creativity of Grade VI MI Nurul Huda Cimanggis Depok. The implication of the research is to make the results of research as a reference in developing students' creativity and the concept of national legislation can be used as a guide for behavior in life in families, schools and communities. Suggestions are intended for students, teachers, principals, governments, institutions and students so that the results of this study can be a reference in the development of learning models.

Teaching materials are one of the important components needed in the learning process. With the appropriate teaching materials, it is hoped that it can help the smooth running of learning activities. Science is a compulsory subject for elementary school students. Science contains all things related to nature. Teaching materials that have been used in learning activities are teaching materials made by the government. The purpose of this study was to determine the needs of students for context-based teaching materials and creativity to improve the scientific literacy of elementary school students. The research subjects were students from several elementary schools in Peukan Bada District, 25 students were used as the source of interview data. Data were collected using interviews and open questionnaires for students. The research data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop context-based teaching materials and creativity. Context and creativity-based teaching materials were chosen because they can facilitate students to learn, both with educators and independently. Context-based teaching materials and creativity are teaching materials that are packaged in a comprehensive and schematic manner. This study is also part of a study on the development of teaching materials on the topic of human and animal organism.

The notion of creative city has been extensively discussed both in academic debate as well as public discourse, including on Asian context. However, a tendency to study only on strategic government policies in relation to this matter has led many multidimensional aspects being left behind. One of these important aspects is the creativity-based activities initiated and conducted by local groups, communities, or collectives on a daily basis apart from so-called the official city programmes. This paper that derives from participatory paradigm takes into account this kind of practice, and seek the meanings of participatory culture as everyday life in urban context. The participatory initiatives discussed in this paper as the empirical cases are "Tobucil & Klabs†in Bandung, Indonesia and the street arts in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. Considering the current context that participation is getting more mediated (Livingstone, 2013), I employ digital ethnography and documentary photography as the methodological standpoints to understand the digital media practices – i.e. online engagement – that also intertwine with the offline engagement in these two particular cases. I argue, the creativity-based initiatives in these two Southeast Asian cities lead to new insight in understanding media and creativity in current Asia. Additionally, informed by the work of Henri Lefebvre on "social space†and developed it further, I also argue that this certain participatory culture lead to the production of networked space in relation to city identities. This could contribute in forming a new theoretical model in understanding the interplay between media, participation, and urban cultures in digital era.Keywords: City identity, creativity; digital ethnography; digital media; documentary photography; everyday life; networked space; participation; Southeast Asia.

Thai primary school teachers must be developed learning management skills for promoting students' creativity and innovation ability. This study developed a training curriculum to enhance teachers' learning management skills to promote students' creativity and innovation ability from using the professional learning community method and a training cycle "plan", "do", "check", and "reflect". There consisted three units of training curriculum, and the analytic scoring rubrics were used for collecting data. The results were (1) teachers' learning management skills were higher after implementing the curriculum at a statistical significance level of .01, and (2) students' creativity and innovation ability was higher after implementing the curriculum at the statistical significance level of .01.
