The research highlights the peculiarities of the decentralization of power in Ukraine in the political and legal implementation aspect of the principle of subsidiarity. The objective of the study was to determine compliance with the political and legal aspects of the decentralization process in Ukraine based on global standards of the use of the principle of subsidiarity, during the implementation of decentralization reform. The research methodology is because the principle of subsidiarity is the main feature of the interaction of all levels of power. This premise is recognized in the European Charter of Local Self-Government and therefore means an urgent task in modern Ukraine. Financial decentralization, district consolidation, the creation of different but united territorial communities, changes in the administrative-territorial structure, ensuring the capacities of communities, the provision of public services in accordance with national standards must be based on the principle of subsidiarity. The information gathered makes it possible to conclude that the principle of subsidiarity is a barrier to the overly profound centralization of the state body and the separation of power.

El gobierno de Carlos Lleras Restrepo se destaca en la historia de Colombia por haber introducido una reforma institucional de amplias proporciones que fortaleció las bases del Estado intervencionista. Este hecho, sumado a una concepción estructuralista sobre el manejo monetario y cambiario, permitió un evidente despegue del sector exportador no tradicional y un crecimiento del PIB sin antecedentes en la economía nacional, particularmente el PIB industrial. This fact, added to a structuralism conception on the monetary and exchange handling, allowed an evident take off in the non-traditional exporter sector, and a growth of the GDP without antecedents in the national economy, particularly the industrial GDP. Other macroeconomic issues, as the low inflation and the employment, also showed favorable results that extended the following years. In general, the measures achieved an economic stability that allowed a growth sustained in the following years in moments in those which the "age of gold" of the capitalism it arrived to their abrupt final.

The main objective of the article was to study the legal and economic aspects of the formation of the budgetary mechanism of the national model of economic development. It is possible to ensure the dynamic processes of economic development of Ukraine only through effective regionalization, which significantly increases the requirements for the formation and use of the financial potential of the regions, which requires the development of strategic priorities for public financial management of the region as a whole. The research methodology involved the use of modern theoretical methods of analysis within the framework of dialectics. As a result of the analysis, the key aspects of the budgetary mechanism of the national model of economic development in Ukraine were characterized. It is concluded that, the study has a number of limitations in conducting a purely theoretical analysis. Further research should be devoted to the examination of digital technologies for the formation of the budget mechanism of the national model of economic development, among other aspects.

The aim of this study was to analyze the politics that led to the bankruptcy of DINA in 2000 and try to measure the economic impact of the same, to raise awareness of the impact the policy decisions detriment of the economic sectors that consequently no longer the engine of industrial development in a region. To analyze the political aspect this study was focused on industrial policy aspects of conducting a comparative analysis of the country's industrial variables and the state of Hidalgo, as well as GDP, foreign investment and the trade balance. To measure the economic impact was considered necessary to make a comparative analysis of the items that make up municipal revenues. This research concludes that have not been able to count in Mexico with an industrial policy capable of promoting growth and attract foreign investments into the industry, bringing to stagnate because the income received by the states, so necessary for development, growth and improving the standard of living of the population. So it may be said based partion the trend of municipal revenue is adverse economic impact because it has not been able to achieve growth in revenue and that this stagnation is generated precisely by the stagnation in the industrial development of the state. ; El objetivo de este trabajo consistió en analizar los aspectos políticos que determinaron la quiebra de la empresa DINA en el año 2000, así como intentar medir el impacto económico que tuvo la misma; para dar a conocer las repercusiones que tienen la toma de decisiones políticas en detrimento de los sectores económicos que por consecuencia dejan de ser el motor del desarrollo industrial de una región. Para analizar el aspecto Político este estudio se centro en aspectos de Política Industrial realizando un análisis comparativo de variables industriales del país y del estado de Hidalgo, así como el PIB4, la Inversión Extranjera y la Balanza Comercial. Para medir el Impacto Económico se considero necesario realizar un análisis comparativo de los rubros que conforman los ingresos municipales. Esta investigación concluye en que aún no se ha podido contar en México con una política industrial capaz de promover el crecimiento y atraer inversiones extranjeras hacia la industria, trayendo como consecuencia que se estanquen los ingresos que reciben los estados, tan necesarios para su desarrollo, crecimiento y mejora del nivel de vida de la población. Así también se puede decir con base en la tendencia de los ingresos municipales que el impacto económico es adverso dado que no se ha podido lograr un crecimiento en los ingresos públicos y que ese estancamiento es generado justamente por el estancamiento en el desarrollo industrial del Estado.

Around the world, cable transport systems have shown benefits from environmental protection, social equity, and economic value; at the same time, they have resulted as initiatives in Latin American countries through their implementation as a collective urban public transport system. It is observed the incursion of this type of systems in Colombia, at the same time that there are concerns about its benefits and the sufficiency of the public policies that support its implementation. The present work aims to detail the benefits of the implementation of integrated cables to public transport systems in cities; also, assess public policies around those. The methodology is oriented to establish, on the review of the available literature, the environmental, social and economic benefits of cable transport. Consecutively, through the use of a contrast matrix for the qualitative analysis of policies, make the assessment of legislation and normative for regulation, promotion and development related to urban public transport through cables in the Colombian context as well as plans, programs and projects. The results show gaps in legislation and regulations, as well as in national plans. It is concluded that public policy is not enough and requires the intervention of the State in the matter, with a view to the implementation and exploitation of transport systems using cables in the cities of Colombia. ; Alrededor de todo el mundo, los sistemas de transporte por cables han mostrado beneficios desde la protección al ambiente, la equidad social, y el valor económico; al mismo tiempo han resultado como iniciativas en países de Latinoamérica a través de su implementación como sistema de transporte público colectivo urbano. The goal of the research is to identify the problems of the legal groundwork for ensuring economic security under the conditions of the accelerating implementation of digital technologies in the sphere of economy. Research methodology. During the research, a dialectic approach to declared relations was used, as well as the following methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, forecasting, formalization, formal legal and comparative legal methods. The main content of the research. The article analyzes both national and international risks associated with the development of society and economy digitization, as well as existing legislation that regulates informational relations including their protection. Profitability and uncertainty of the norms of law, including of the international nature, have been noted in this sphere. Results. Risks arising from the expanded implementation of digital technologies in the economic sphere have been identified. Subjects of law-making at various levels must in advance develop and adopt relevant legal regulatory acts that govern the digital relations in the economy in view of the world experience. They should create conditions for the functioning of an effective competitive economy while protecting the rights and legal interests of participants of economic relations.

The economic aspects of the body in ancient Greece have not raised much scholarly interest so far. However, they play a central part, the body being the meeting point of natural, economic and political dynamics. An interdisciplinary analysis about collection, crops, consumption and distribution of plant and animal foods in rural areas, allows the description of the feeding practices of peasant families. This research did a cross-sectional descriptive observational study, to evaluate the alimentary habits and the level of food safety, regarding to the early childhood, of 32 families from the municipality of Boyacá, department of Boyacá, Colombia. The results of this research showed that the feeding of people is the result of cultural learning and depends on economic, work and political conditions. Their absence puts at risk, mainly, the integral development of children on early childhood. From this one, the role of the Social Work professional is identified, around studying, describing and managing possible processes that help to improve the food security of the populations in which they work. ; Un análisis interdisciplinario acerca de la recolección, el cultivo, el consumo y la distribución de los alimentos vegetales y animales en zonas rurales, permite la descripción de las prácticas alimentarias de las familias campesinas. Esta investigación realizó un estudio observacional descriptivo de corte transversal, para evaluar los hábitos alimenticios y el nivel de seguridad alimentaria, en relación con la primera infancia, de 32 familias del municipio Boyacá, en el departamento de Boyacá, Colombia. Los resultados del estudio evidenciaron que la alimentación de las personas es el resultado del aprendizaje cultural y depende de condicionantes económica, laboral y política. Su ausencia pone en riesgo, en gran medida, el desarrollo integral de niños de primera infancia. A partir de éste, se identifica el rol del profesional de Trabajo Social en torno estudiar, describir y gestionar procesos posibles que ayuden a mejorar la seguridad alimentaria de las poblaciones en las que intervienen.
