The subject of the article is a study of the labor market of Ukraine in European integration. The development of the labor market in increasing the level of employment and the improvement of qualitative characteristics is an important prerequisite for the economic growth of any country at both the regional and national as well as international levels. In developed countries the problems of employment and unemployment of the population considered that their decisions affect the provision of socio-economic development and the stability of society. In different countries there are their differences in the implementation of employment policy. Therefore, the introduction of effective mechanisms of regulation of the labor market in Ukraine requires the study of the mechanisms of legal principles and forms of employment regulation in foreign countries of the European Union (EU). In the research were used to general scientific and special methods: analysis and synthesis, analogies and comparisons, statistical, expert assessments, etc. The results of the work. The analysis of theoretical approaches to European norms of the development of the labor market and certain aspects of their adaptation to the practice of State regulation of the scope of employment of the population in Ukraine. Given the proposals on forming mechanism and tools of State regulation of the labor market in European integration processes. Results of the research may be used by all interesting parties, including organs of State executive power in improving the mechanisms for the implementation of socio-economic policy employment and State regulation of the labor market of Ukraine. The article shows trends, especially Ukraine's European integration policy 2005–2006 years. It is based on the materials of Polish leading. The basic directions of European integration of Ukraine are analyzed in the article. Position of Polish leading publications on issues of European integration of Ukraine is also determined. The results of the ninth and tenth summit Ukraine – EU were studied. It was found that in the context of the geopolitical realities of foreign policy of Ukraine during 2005–2006 was oriented on the practical realization of the strategic foreign policy priority – integration to EU. The EU's position concerning European prospects of Ukraine are stated. The article used historical and descriptive methods to determine the characteristics of the European policy of Ukraine and clarify the process of forming the Media component of the political issues of Ukraine – EU cooperation. A systematic method in combination with a problem – chronological one allows us to analyze the European vector of the Ukraine's foreign policy as a complex process.

It is revealed that there is no definition of a state agricultural policy that reflects its European integration orientation. It is proved that since the signing of the Association Agreement, the process of European integration for Ukraine has become a priority. It was stated that the state agricultural policy should be based on the introduction of a set of legal, organizational and economic measures aimed at the implementation of the Association Agreement in the field of agriculture and rural development. A detailed analysis of the legislation defining the state agrarian policy in the context of European integration has been carried out. The conclusions were drawn about: a large number of legal acts, which are exclusively declarative, since there are no mechanisms for their implementation; lack of a single legal act that would determine the strategic goals of the state agricultural policy, both in the field of agricultural production and social development of the village; lack of a systematic approach, and the adoption of regulations is aimed solely at solving current problems. It is stated that the main priority of the state agricultural policy should be the concept of sustainable rural development, which envisages integrated development of economic, social and environmental spheres of the village, which must be in interaction and interconnection in order for the use of natural resources of rural territories to meet the needs of the present generation. and was done without sacrificing the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. To find out the current state ofthe Ukrainian cultural policy, the article looks into the question of the effectiveness of Ukraine's entry into the European community and analyses the level of the country's positive image formation in the eyes of the international community. With the help of scientific methods of theoretical synthesis, comparative analysis and synthesis, there were identified the problems hindering the development of the cultural sphere and its entry into the European cultural space; there was analysed the legal basis of Ukrainian cultural policy for its compliance with European requirements and principles; there were studied the cultural diplomacyprospects ofbecoming as a tool of soft power policy in order to form a positive image of Ukraine in the world. As a conclusion on the basis of the analysis, there has been made an attempt to outline ways of optimizing cultural policy, as European integration is an important direction for Ukraine's development. Therefore, the creation of a Ukrainian institute abroad should become a key goal, aimed at forming a positive image of Ukraine abroad.

The specificity of customs regulation and customs policy of Ukraine, which at the present stage is an integral part of foreign economic activity in the context of the European integration, was considered. The stages of the formation of customs regulation and the conduct of its own customs policy, as well as the problematic issues of customs regulation faced by the business during customs procedures were analyzed. Highlights of the key components of customs regulation of foreign economic activity in the context of the European integration vector, which require common approaches and unification of all instruments of the regulatory system, namely: the introduction of a "single window" (automated electronic system), reduction of customs rates, simplification of customs documents. The emphasis was placed on the dynamic development of the process of integrating the national system of customs regulation of foreign economic operations into European, whose activation was facilitated by the application of the Regional Convention on Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of origin from January 1, 2019, the result of which is the mandatory introduction of the identity of the rules of origin of the goods being used in the framework of free trade agreements between its contracting parties. The emphasis was placed on the importance of preventing corruption in customs clearance and control, which, in the opinion of European partners, is an important obstacle to the development of foreign economic relations in the context of European integration. The main problem situations in the customs sphere, which may be related to the manifestations of corruption, are described, and recommendations are given, in order to prevent corruption manifestations during customs clearance. The conclusions were made about the importance of providing favorable conditions for the adaptation of the national economy to international competition by building an effective regulatory mechanism that meets European requirements and international practice.

Abstract. The essence of the concepts of educational service, educational servicesmarket, regional educational services marketare determined. The essence of the regional educational services market and its importance in the conditions of the European integration are determined. It is proved that in the conditions of the implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union and the prospects for the entry of the national education sphere into the European educational space, the necessity of its adaptation to European quality standards is urgent. The results of the evaluation of the development of regional educational services markets in Ukraine and the range of average prices for education are highlighted, the index of quality of educational services in the regions of Ukraine in 2017 is calculated. Purpose: highlighting the financial regulation of migration processes in Ukraine in context of European integration on the basis of analyzing their current state and trends according to the new Strategy of the State Migration Policy. Methodology: system structural approach, methods of observation and generalization, method of logical analysis, method of graphical analysis, method of comparison, method of abstraction, method of analogies. Results: on the basis of Ukraine-EU migration processes analysis and their regulation in European integration framework, the priorities of migration processes financial regulation are proposed corresponding the most urgent challenges for Ukraine in the sphere of international migration. Practical implications: further research of the problems of foreign economic activity financial regulation, particularly at the level of international economic relations in context of globalization and Ukraine's European integration; education process including preparation of the relevant sections of textbooks and manuals for the courses «Finance», «International Economics». Conclusions: the EU today is the most attractive region for Ukrainian migrants. In context of Ukraine's European integration in 2014-2017 there is a strong trend for migration flows towards emigration, mostly labour one. Ukrainian labor migration by its size and profile does not correspond to the national interests, as economically active population lives Ukraine for the EU. A threatening trend is the gradual transformation of labor migration into a permanent one. This requires developing an adequate system of measures for the regulation of migration processes within the framework of migration policy with its priority towards depopulation reducing. Introduction. In the article the state and prospects of Ukraine's investment and innovative safety under conditions of participation in Free Trade Area with European Union are explored.Purpose. To investigate the impact of participation in Free Trade Area with European Union on the state of Ukraine's investment and innovative safety, to disclose possible advantages and risks as a result of objective and subjective factors.Results. In the paper the state and possible advantages as well as risks of investment and innovative safety as a part of Ukraine's economic safety are analysed. Specified basic elements of investment and innovative policy including availability of financial resources for effective innovative activity; encouragement of small and medium-sized innovative businesses; stimulation of partnership between private sector and universities; support and development of international scientific-and-technological cooperation. Argued the possibilities for consolidation of Ukraine's investment and innovative safety due to eventual improvement of the conditions for innovative activity.Originality. In the article reasoned not only advantages from the participation in Free Trade Area but also possible risks in case if there are no measures to avoid factors carrying potential threat.Conclusion. Consolidation of investment and innovative safety is possible only when the state will provide certain development of scientific-and-technological potential enabling national producers to compete successfully in the international market. Under conditions of Ukraine's participation in Free Trade Area with EU the possibilities of the state for this somewhat rise. At the same time some risks can also occur.

The article analyzes the importance of public opinion, public attitudes of Ukrainian citizens on the effectiveness of the country's foreign policy and close integration into the European Union, the North Atlantic Alliance, determining the importance of taking into account the expectations of the population in developing and implementing strategies. The methodological basis of the study was the use of interdisciplinary approach in the analysis of phenomena and processes of public life, namely: historical analogies, sociological methods in revealing changes in recent years attitudes of citizens to certain government decisions, their desire to participate in plebiscites comparative – to identify the benefits of taking into account public sentiment in state-building through the concepts of realism and liberalism, which also testify to the state's ability to change and domestic policy. It is proved that over the last few years the number of Ukrainians (over 48 %) who are supporters of European and Euro-Atlantic integration has gradually increased, which is a positive dynamics and basis for the implementation of the chosen vector by the state. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that almost a third of the undecided citizens remain, who can become electoral support of those political forces and figures who promote the pro-Russian vector of cooperation as the main one for Ukraine. Accordingly, the state should systematically implement a strategy of comprehensive agitation, build information channels of positive perception and implementation of the chosen foreign policy course, work with opinion leaders, and so on. It is determined that the consolidation of the political elite and society is an important factor in the implementation of Ukraine's European integration policy at the current stage of development, but may change due to the inconsistent and vague position of Western partners.

Studying of competitive advantages, which are a reason of prosperity of some domestic enterprises, as well as misfortunes of other domestic enterprises of retail trade, becomes the main demand concerning their strategic management. Therefore, in conditions of a turbulent economic situation, identification and support of competitive advantages more often becomes a key priority of strategic management of enterprises. In order to have a decent standard of competitiveness, the Ukrainian retail has a necessity in modernization and reviewing of concepts, appeared due to change in needs and buying's mood of visitors, as well as new tendencies in this sphere. Main goal of this research is determination and concretization of directions of competitive advantages' development of domestic retail in conditions of European integration. In a sphere of retail, there exist a lot of competitive advantages, but in this research the most important ones, the ones that are formed under conditions of implementation of European Union Agreement, the actions of which are directed towards commitment to society and environment are defined. Let's allocate three directions of development of competitive advantages according to categories. The first direction includes the category "Production", namely: safety and quality of products; rich and selected range of products; criteria of selection of suppliers and preparation of suppliers. The second one is "Environmental Protection": waste treatment and effectiveness of usage of resources; application of energy and carbon emissions; application of packaging and innovative approaches to packaging. The qualification (bachelor's) work examines the impact of such crisis phenomena on the European integration project as: inefficiency of EU foreign policy, financial and economic crises of the EU, migration crisis, the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and the identity crisis. It is established that in general, the fundamental possibility of crisis processes in the development of the European integration project is largely embedded in the very structure of European integration policy.
