Este artículo muestra los principios filosóficos sobre los cuales se sustenta el neoliberalismo y el prototipo de persona —homo economicus— que reivindica con prácticas como el egoísmo, la competencia y la libertad personal. Los países que como Colombia adoptaron el neoliberalismo en la última década del siglo XX sufrieron un cambio importante en la política, expresado en la mayor despolitización y neutralización de movimientos hegemónicos y luchas emprendidas por partidos políticos, sindicatos, sector estudiantil, líderes sociales y ciudadanía en general, para reivindicar sus derechos humanos. De esta manera y en términos metodológicos, se parte de un análisis hermenéutico de los principios y discursos del neoliberalismo, con el objetivo de mostrar la existencia de una frontera interna entre la economía y la política, lo público y lo privado, con la cual se legitima el uso de la violencia hacia las personas que pretenden reivindicar su dignidad en un escenario de competencia económica y beneficio personal. ; This article shows the philosophical principles on which neoliberalism is based and the prototype of the person —homo economicus— that it claims with practices such as selfishness, competition and personal freedom. The countries that, like Colombia, adopted neoliberalism in the last decadeof the 20th century, underwent an important change in politics, expressed in the greater depoliticization and neutralization of hegemonic movements and struggles undertaken by political parties, unions, the student sector, social leaders and citizens in general to claim their human rights. In this way and in methodological terms, the starting point is a hermeneutical analysis of the principles and discourses of neoliberalism, with the aim of showing the existence of an internal border between the economy and politics, the public and the private, with which it legitimizes the use of violence towards people who seek to claim their dignity in a scenario of economic competition and personal benefit.

Perfil 1 'Memorias generaciones, experiencia, género y materialidades: análisis semiótico material de discursos de no-víctimas de las violaciones a los Derechos Humanos', realizado entre el 2013 y 2014 ; Los monumentos y lugares de memoria construidos en Chile para recordar las violaciones a los derechos humanos durante la dictadura militar (1973- 1990) contribuyen a la construcción de versiones hegemónicas sobre dichos acontecimientos. que tienen el efecto de producir "verdades" sobre los hechos. En este artículo, se analizan los resultados de una investigación conducida en Santiago de Chile, que muestra cómo quienes visitan estos lugares se relacionan con el espacio e interpretan su materialidad como "prueba de verdad". El análisis se realizó a partir de la noción de experiencia, entendida como un producto que surge en el ensamblaje de cuerpos, objetos, discursos y prácticas que se actualizan en la interacción entre visitantes y espacios de memoria. ; The monuments and places of memory built in Chile to remember the human rights violations that occurred during the military dictatorship (1973-1990) contribute to the construction of hegemonic versions of these events. which have the effect of producing a "truth" about the facts. This article discusses the results of a research conducted at Santiago de Chile and shows how visitors of these places of memory relate to the space and interpret its materiality as a "proof of truth". The analysis was based on the notion of experience, understood as a product arising in the assembly of bodies, objects, discourses and practices that are update in the interaction between visitors and memory places.

Entre los elementos causantes de las actuales situaciones de pluralismo social y cultural a escala mundial podemos encontrar algunos que son herederos de fenómenos históricos (como el de la trata de esclavos), y otros debidos a los actuales procesos de movilidad de personas y grupos (migraciones) estrechamente vinculados con la evolución de las coordenadas económicas, sociales y políticas en las que se sitúan nuestras sociedades actuales. En otros casos, incluso, ambas situaciones, que están en el origen de la presencia de personas provenientes de poblaciones y culturas diferentes en un mismo territorio, se superponen. Es evidente, pues, que incluso planteando problemáticas más o menos similares en las relaciones entre personas y grupos diversos, se hace necesario tener en cuenta las especificidades de cada situación para ajustar en las respuestas más adecuadas a los principios de respeto de los valores democráticos y de los derechos humanos.ABSTRACT Among the causative elements of the current situations of social and cultural pluralism on a worldwide scale we can find some that are inheritors of historical phenomena (as that of the slave trade), and others owed to the current processes of persons' mobility and groups (migrations) narrowly linked with the evolution of the economic, social and political coordinates in which our current societies place. In other cases, even, both situations, which are in the origin of the presence of persons from populations and different cultures in the same territory, are superposed. It is evident, therefore, that enclosed raising problematic more or less similar in the relations between persons and diverse groups, it becomes necessary to bear in mind the specificities of every situation to fit in the answers most adapted to the principles of respect of the democratic values and of the human rights.
