INFORMATION LAW: VECTORS OF MODERN SEARCHES
The European vector of domestic socio-cultural development is one of basic objects of information security of Ukraine. Ukraine's security is based on the fact that the development and strengthening of the EU is deepening pan-European security in all its dimensions. The principle of the indivisibility of European security is equally important for Ukraine, the EU and its full and associate members. Stepping up European integration processes also means more active participation in international cooperation to resolve conflicts and counter the latest security threats. The key areas of information security in the field of international cooperation is integration into the international information support system security and cooperation in preventing illegal actions in the information sphere. Ukraine, which has just completed the first, most difficult phase of the political and economic transformations, building the foundations of political democracy, formation of market economy institutions, starting civil society development and comprehensive integration to global systems of international cooperation must, implementing their own potential benefits, balance political, humanitarian, socio-psychological, macro- and microeconomic factors and direction of further development of the state. For this it is necessary not only to choose a more effective model of public policy, but also to put a fundamentally new one, comprehensive approaches to ensuring information security of the individual, society and the state into practice of socio-cultural life, which, as a result, will contribute to the creation of a reliable information base for the implementation of the European vector of Ukraine's development.
