Parte-se do estado da arte feito por Muniz Sodré (2012a) sobre a abordagem acadêmica do campo comunicacional e a dificuldade para defini-lo em seu aspecto "científico". No intuito de prospectar além dos paradigmas identificados por Sodré (o sociológico, dos efeitos; e o semiótico, dos códigos), propõe-se o paradigma pulsional que orienta a Transformática, teoria psicanalítica da comunicação.
Este trabalho tem a finalidade de explicitar o caráter experimental da história arqueológica de Foucault a partir da leitura que esse filósofo faz da noção nietzschiana de origem. Tratamos de analisar como o filósofo francês, ao abordar, em alguns momentos, a genealogia nietzschiana, acaba por conferir à arqueologia um sentido experimental, associado ao uso foucaultiano do conceito de vontade de verdade. Indicamos, por fim, como esta perspectiva da noção origem pode ser útil na compreensão do discurso sobre a socioeducação no Brasil.
ABSTRACT Objective: to investigate the practice of primary care nurses with regard to the assistance delivered to the population of lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender - LGBT, emphasizing the transvestites. Methodology: it is an exploratory research, with qualitative approach to be performed with graduate nursing professionals of the Basic Health Units of Caicó/RN. For the data collection it will be used a questionnaire with semi-structured questions based on the ethical principles of the resolution 196/96 of the National Health Council, including the signature of the Free and Informed Consent Terms. The data/speeches will be produced and fully transcribed, analyzed and discussed based on the theoretical reference built in this research. It was approved by the Committee of Ethics and Research of the University of Rio Grande do Norte, protocol n º 035/11. Expected results: it is expected that the knowledge and practices of the primary care nurses about public politic and attendance for the LGBT are updated and consider programs so that it is possible to ensure the full and equitable access for the health of transvestites and it is also expected that their practices are suitable with the SUS principles. Richard Rorty (1931-2007) stood out as a relevant thinker of contemporary political life, in addition to building a framework of ideas of language, culture, freedom and solidarity. One of his most recurrent banners was the primacy of literature over philosophy and freedom over truth. For the purposes of this article, we start with excerpts from Rorty's interview by Helmut Mayer and Wolfgang Ulrich, compiled in the text It's good to persuade, in Take care of freedom that the truth will take care of itself. In addition to this text, we also use Philosophy and social hope (from 1999), and, in particular, Education as socialization and individualization (from 1989), a text in which the author, moving away from the enchantment of traditional philosophy and defending the adoption of a philosophizing, primacy of freedom the edifying truth, by dogmatic, over a markedly essentialist and anti-foundationist posture.
This article aims to analyze the vision of science and knowledge production in its transition to modernity and contemporaneity within the meaning of an education based on creativity that values diverse knowledge. This reflection is a bibliographical character with a qualitative approach. Its theoretical foundation brings the realization of the concepts of the traditional paradigm in the context of modern science and the emerging paradigm today with a creative vision and interdisciplinary contemplating the whole of life, from the pedagogical, while production of knowledge. It is noticeable that in the contemporary perspective of creativity to transforming perspective has sought reconnection of knowledge that involves all areas of humanity valuing imagination, originality, flexibility, thinking, feeling and learning within the aspects encompassing the wholeness of life on the planet.
Objective: To investigate Brazilian publications on leprosy program evaluations from the components: inputs, processes, results and impact. Methods: Consultation in the LILACS database of the Virtual Health Library on the keywords "leprosy", "evaluation". Inclusion Criteria: Publications from 2001 to 2008, in Portuguese and descriptor "leprosy." Results: 27 approaches for components of input, process, outcome and impact studies in August of this review. The process component prevailed with 41%. Of all approaches and inputs and outputs were performed in 26% and 22% respectively and the impact component with the lowest percentage approaches 11%. Conclusion: The evaluation must be present throughout the process of implementing a particular program.
O objetivo deste texto é analisar o uso da literatura como a construção da consciência de mundo, relacionando a interpretação com a realidade. A proposta é investigar a importância do uso da imagem e da linguagem na literatura, analisando a expressão de uma literatura surda.
This paper is an introduction on the Causal Theory of Memory, one of the most discussed theories in philosophy of memory in the present days. We begin with Martin & Deutscher's formulation of the theory, in which the authors present three criteria in order for a given mental state to be considered an instance of memory, amongst them, the famous causal criterion, which stipulates that a memory must be causally connected to the past experience. Subsequently, we discuss if these criteria are necessary and sufficient for memory and we present two theories that complement these criteria with an epistemic and a phenomenological criterion, i.e., the Causal Epistemic Theory and the Causal Autonoetic Theory. We then introduce the concept of memory traces, which are, according to Martin & Deutscher, the causal link between the memory and the past experience which created this memory; we present the model of traces as structural analogues and the model of distributed traces and discuss the problems which arise for each of these models of traces. Afterwards we focus on the concept of causality and present the Causal Procedural Theory, which offers a different conception of causality that does not focus on the memory traces, but on causal process itself. Lastly, we present the theory called Discontinuism, a theory about the relation between memory and imagination, which follows directly from the Causal Theory of Memory.
The normative basis of the republican conception of justice is freedom as non-domination. This concept of political freedom comprises social relations in equality of power. Non-domination represents the social condition of not being submissive to the capacity of arbitrary interference of others. Republican freedom presupposes the development of human capabilities in their fullness. The potential for human capacity development must be protected by the legal structure of the State. The State has the function of equating the differences of individuals' assets and resources with their institutional structure. It acts to offer the necessary conditions, rights and basic liberties, to individuals in their social and political life. The Republican perspective of Philip Pettit leads to the normative deduction of republican liberty and to demonstrating that the theory of justice has to presuppose the resources necessary for the development of human life in its condition of equality and freedom. The democratic structuring of society presupposes the establishment of social relations that are characterized by the social status of non-domination.
The article discusses the project of creation and implementation of the Institutional Repository of the Federal University of Tocantins, RIUFT. The goal is to gather, store, organize, preserve, retrieve and disseminate scientific and academic production of UFT with a view to the management of scientific information, increasing the visibility and prestige of the institution in the national and international levels. Search available to the university community a space to store and preserve the information produced in the institution and at the same time promoting the transparency of public spending and support for research activities and creation of scientific knowledge within the UFT. The implementation of RIUFT is through adherence to Ibict the notice, and will be developed in two phases: planning and implementation. This study also addresses a history of actions implemented by Ibict in favor of open access movement to scientific knowledge as well as a brief literature review of the knowledge society and information and communication technologies. As a research technique, we adopted a qualitative approach, using literature review and exploratory research. The data collection method adopted was based on information provided by the university and its graduate programs.
A partir do pensamento de Foucault, o artigo tem por objetivo analisar as condições pelas quais o saber se constitui normativo para o campo da educação. Para tanto, serão desenvolvidas duas perspectivas. Na primeira, analisa-se a relação dupla do saber em sua potência de normação e de normalização. A seguir, apresenta-se a relação entre saber e homogeneidade, demonstrando algumas razões pelas quais é tão difícil mudar os regimes teóricos e empíricos no campo da educação. Com isto, pretende-se considerar, como hipótese de trabalho, que qualquer mudança ou transformação almejada para o campo da educação tem de passar pelo questionamento das (re)produções normativas.
O artigo discute a importância do conhecimento e do aprofundamento do referencial construtivista de Jean Piaget e suas principais contribuições para a formação do pedagogo e sua prática docente. Mediante a análise das respostas de estudantes de Pedagogia a um questionário avaliativo, o texto apresenta as percepções dos alunos sobre o estudo continuado da epistemologia genética.
The aim of this paper is to discuss the importance of children's literature in the early grades of elementary school. Taking as the object of analysis our practices while fellows of the Initiation Teaching Program (PIBID), where we develop different activities different than children experience routinely at school, using as resource main the story telling, without taking the literature with didactic or pedagogical function, but valorizing the aesthetic and creative possibilities of that language. For the theoretical foundation, we support in Soares (1999), Bettelheim (1996), Lajolo and Zilberman (2004), Abromovich (1993) and Aguiar (2001), among other reference texts. The study is justified by the fact that the classes with differentiated methodologies hold the gaze of the student, and to work the literature with children, enhancing the taste and the pleasure of reading by encouraging their expressions, opinions, construction and reconstruction of ideas, become the classes more significants for the class.
This article aims to rescue the principles of Natural Theology in the thinking of Thomas Aquinas regarding the possibility of a rational knowledge of God. Thomas, influenced by Aristotle's philosophy, will claim that for the reason he can arrive at the certainty of the existence of God. Certainty that is evident, but that needs to be demonstrated. To this end, it elaborates five ways, called evidence, to prove the existence of divinity, always based on the assumption that all rational knowledge has its origin in experience. All the work of Thomas Aquinas has a continuity in contemporary philosophy, being studied and developed by several authors who give form to the Thomist movement, particularly in dialogue with other sciences.
