The Lecture will be properly illustrated. Captain Partridge was formerly the Principal of the West Point military Academy, and is now Principal of two military Academies, one at Norwich, (Vt.) and the other at Portsmouth, (Va.) which are in a most flourishing condition. The Members of the Volunteer Companies of this City, it is hoped will be present THIS EVENING. Lecture will commence at 7 o'clock. Ladies will be admitted free, but all gentlemen will be charged 12 1-2 cents each, to defray expences. Lancaster, Feb. 9, 1842
