Social Forestry at Java island or known as IPHPS (Permit for the Utilization of Social Forestry) is part of the agrarian reform of the forestry sector which expected to solve tenurial problems and improve forest governance. The successful implementation of this program could not be separated of the roles of stakeholder involved. This study aimed to 1) identified stakeholders and their roles in the implementation of IPHPS, and 2) analyzed the relationships between stakeholders in the implementation of IPHPS. This research was conducted in the KPH Telawa area of Boyolali Regency, Central Java. This research uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection was done by observation, interviews, and literature studies. Data were analyzed based on the research objectives at stakeholder analysis conducted by identifying stakeholders and their roles as well as the relationships between them in the implementation of IPHPS. They involved in the implementation of IPHPS at the Telawa KPH included Perhutani (KPH) Telawa, KTH IPHPS holders (Wonomakmur 1, Wonomakmur 2, Wonolestari 1, and Wonolestari 2) LMDH Participants PHBM, BPKH IX, BPDASHL Pemali Jratun, Field Companion, BDK Kadipaten, Forestry Foundation, NGO Rejo Semut Ireng, PSKL, LHK Office of Central Java Province, BPSKL Jabalnusra, Forest Development Financing Center Public Service Agency (P3H-BLU). Each of the above stakeholders has their respective strengths and interests. This affects the pattern of relations between the stakeholders which in turn will determine the results of the program. A good relationship will support the successful implementation of the program while a bad relationship can hamper the implementation of the program.Keywords: analysis, stakeholders, implementation, social forestry
Conflict is something that can not be separated in the process of management of the company. Conflict that managed well will be able to make a positive contribution to the business activities and the achievement of corporate goals. This study used a qualitative research methodology with a case study approach. The selection of a qualitative methodology based on the problem formulation used in this study. The results of this study indicate that the conflicts that happened in management Central Market Puspa Agro caused by internal and external factor. Internal factor is derived from obscurity powers, functions and roles, monitoring and evaluation weakness, slowness of responds to the problems, the competence of individual differences, the target and task interdependence. External factors consist of the presence of government policies and industry demands. The effect of conflicts are functional and dysfunctional. Conflict management is applied by stimulation , reduction of conflict and conflict resolution methods.
Kuta Bataguh is administratively located in Bataguh and East Kapuas Districts, Kapuas Regency, Kalimantan Tengah. The research aims to reconstruct the characteristics of Kuta Bataguh. This research is using interpretive-descriptive method with the inductive reasoning. Data collection used surveys, excavations, interviews, and literature study. The analysis included environmental, stratigraphic, artifactual, spatial, and absolute dating analysis. Survey (surface and aerial) and excavation activities were carried out inside and outside the fence, both downstream and upstream of the Karinyau River. The results illustrate that the characteristics of Kuta Bataguh are a large permanent settlement that is split by a river. The fortified settlement of Kuta Bataguh was the leader residence of Ngaju community group (as the center of power). By referring to the pattern, function and extent of this settlement, it can be assumed that the local authorities in Bataguh are on par with early state in their socio-political organization. ; Kuta Bataguh secara administratif berada di Kecamatan Bataguh dan Kapuas Timur, Kabupaten Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan survei, ekskavasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis lingkungan, stratigrafi, artefaktual, ruang, dan analisis pertanggalan absolut. Kegiatan survei (permukaan dan udara) dan ekskavasi dilakukan di dalam dan di luar pagar benteng baik di arah muara maupun hulu Sungai Karinyau. Hasil penelitian memberi gambaran bahwa karakteristik Kuta Bataguh adalah tempat tinggal permanen yang luas dan dibelah oleh aliran sungai. Dengan berpatokan pada pola, fungsi, dan luasnya pemukiman ini, dapat diasumsikan bahwa penguasa lokal di Bataguh dalam organisasi sosial politiknya sudah setara dengan early state.

This research aims to analyze the City Branding model "Pemalang pusere Jawa" in Pemalang Regency, which focuses on the strategy of the Government to develop a new brand of Pemalang. "Pemalang pusere Jawa" has shown an impact on increasing tourism in Pemalang, Central Java, Indonesia. The Government supports the success of the City Branding program, and the people involved in the program, stakeholders, and culture, to boost tourism, which will have an impact on the economic sector and increase tourism significantly. Data were analyzed using the Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) approach in qualitative research that defines and explains distribution characteristics. The data were collected through interviews with six key informants who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Document studies were also conducted to support data analysis. This research uses the NVivo 12 Plus application to analyze data consisting of Concept Maps, Group Analysis, and Cluster Analysis. There are three points found in this study, consisting of 1) Program; the program is based on Pemalang Regent Regulation Number 27/2017 Article 7 concerning Utilization and Implementation of the City Branding Logo. The branding "Pemalang pusere Jawa" was launched in 2016 and the Visit Pemalang application is used to assist tourists in exploring tourism in Pemalang or known as a tour guide application. A Visit Pemalang application makes users easier to find tourism sites in Pemalang Regency by displaying the distance from the users' location to the destination. 2) Partnership; this program is supported by infrastructure stakeholders consisting of the Planalogy Team, the Architect Team, and the Economic Development Expert Team. Program implementation involves the Government and the Community. 3) Culture; various annual events are held as an effort to preserve culture in Pemalang such as "Festival Wong Gunung" and other annual events. Community involvement in the implementation of City Branding is one of the success factors of the program. ; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model City Branding "Pemalang pusere Jawa" di Kabupaten Pemalang yang menitikberatkan pada strategi Pemerintah dalam mengembangkan brand baru Pemalang. "Pemalang pusere Jawa" berdampak pada peningkatan pariwisata di Pemalang, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Pemerintah mendukung keberhasilan program City Branding, serta masyarakat yang terlibat dalam program tersebut, stakeholders, dan budaya, untuk menggalakkan pariwisata yang berdampak pada sektor ekonomi dan peningkatan pariwisata secara signifikan. Aplikasi Visit Pemalang memudahkan pengguna dalam mencari lokasi wisata di Kabupaten Pemalang dengan menampilkan jarak dari lokasi pengguna ke tujuan. 2) Kemitraan; Program ini didukung oleh stakeholders infrastruktur yang terdiri dari Tim Planologi, Tim Arsitek, dan Tim Ahli Pembangunan Ekonomi. Pelaksanaan program melibatkan Pemerintah dan Masyarakat. 3) Budaya; Berbagai acara tahunan digelar sebagai salah satu upaya pelestarian budaya di Pemalang seperti "Festival Wong Gunung" dan acara tahunan lainnya. Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam penerapan City Branding merupakan salah satu faktor keberhasilan program.

When the Central Lampung Civil Service Police enforced control, the traders could be disciplined, but when the Central Lampung Civil Service Police did not control them, the trade around Awning Baru started to flourish again.To control the New Awnings, the Central Lampung Civil Service Police already have a clear working mechanism, namely Central Lampung Regional Regulation Number 05 of 2010 concerning Public Order, Cleanliness and Beauty of Central Lampung, which regulates the prohibition of using public roads or sidewalks or on terraces. in front of shops / market buildings facing public roads for street vendors or other businesses, except at places determined / appointed by the Regent.In addition, the Decree of the Central Lampung Regent Number 7 of 2010 concerning the Arrangement and Empowerment of Street Vendors, can also be used as a working mechanism for the Central Lampung Civil Service Police to create and maintain a clean, beautiful, orderly, safe and comfortable environment in controlling the New Awnings.But so far the Central Lampung Civil Service Police are still difficult to control the Bandar Jaya Plaza New Awnings, although there are mechanisms that can be used to control the Bandar Jaya Plaza New Awnings such as the Central Lampung Regional Regulation Number 05 of 2010 and the Regent's Decree Central Lampung Number 7 of 2010.Based on this background, the researchers formulated the problem, namely: Is the working mechanism of the Civil Service Police in controlling the Bandar Jaya Plaza New Awnings in 2015 in accordance with the Regional Regulations? This research aims to determine the Application Of Good Governance Principles In Managing Village Fund Allocation In East Penfui Village, Central Kupang Sub-District, Kupang Regency. The data used in this research is qualitative data with primary data sources and secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is triangulation with data analysis methods using the analytical model used by Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the Application Of The Principles Of Good Governance In The Management Of Village Fund Allocation In East Penfui Village, Central Kupang Sub-District, Kupang Regency is in accordance with the principles of good governance, that is: professionality, accountability, transparency, excellent service, democracy and participation, efficiency and effectiveness, rule of law and can be accepted by the whole society. In realizing the Principles Of Good Governance In The Management Of Village Fund Allocation, East Penfui Village, apparatus always hold deliberations on the management of village fund allocation to the community. ; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Governance Dalam Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Penfui Timur, Kecamatan Kupang Tengah, Kabupaten Kupang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Governance Dalam Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Penfui Timur, Kecamatan Kupang Tengah, Kabupaten Kupang sudah sesuai dengan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Governance, yaitu: profesionalitas, akuntabilitas, transparansi, pelayanan prima, demokrasi dan partisipasi, efisiensi dan efektifitas, supremasi hukum dan dapat diterima oleh seluruh masyarakat. Dalam mewujudkan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Governance dalam Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa, aparat Desa Penfui Timur selalu mengadakan musyawarah perencanaan pengelolaan alokasi dana desa kepada masyarakat.

ABSTRACT The research that the writer did was the Effect of Motivation by the Head of the Agency on Employee Productivity at the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency. The research method that I do is a quantitative research method, which starts with data collection, data interpretation, until the results of the research use numbers.The problem that the author pointed out is that the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Regency Central Bureau of Statistics has not been maximized, it is suspected that the problem is caused by the lack of optimal motivation implementation by the head of the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency.The research question that the writer proposes is the influence of motivation by the head of the body on employee work productivity. The hypothesis that the authors propose is as follows: "It is suspected that there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation of the head of the agency on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency."From this hypothesis a statistical hypothesis can be formulated, namely: H0 (Zero Hypothesis): rs count rs table, then the formulation of the problem is:" There are a positive influence and significant correlation between motivation by the head of the agency to work productivity of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Cirebon."In the study showed that the results the motivation made by the head of the Cirebon Regency Central Bureau of Statistics was good enough, but it was not optimal as seen from the successful implementation of motivation which reached 60.6% with a total score of 1637, and employee work productivity was good enough but not optimal as reaching 59.5% with a total score of 1740.The implementation of motivation by the head of the agency has a close influence on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency with a value of rs calculated 0.805 and when compared with rs table with a 5% precision of 0.248. Because the RS calculated is greater than rs table, there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation of the head of the agency on the work productivity of employees at the Cirebon Central Statistics Agency. Thus H0 (Zero Hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (Alternative Hypothesis) is accepted.
