After reviewing the main empirical and theoretical findings about the evolution of inequality and its impact on macroeconomic dynamics, this thesis expands the analysis performed with an agent-based model by Napoletano, Roventini and Gaffard (2016). In the model, which is characterized by heterogeneous households with credit constraints, an inequality shock is introduced. This generates a fall in aggregate demand and income. Scenarios with different degrees of inequality are compared, and what emerges is that higher inequality is associated with more severe recessions. Moreover, a redistributive fiscal policy, in the form of a subsidy, is introduced after the crisis. This policy significantly dampens the fall in aggregate output implied by the inequality shock and is more effective than direct government expenditure in stimulating the economy.

Dal momento della sua istituzionalizzazione, il Tirocinio è andato via via configurandosi come "luogo" cardine della formazione alle professionalità formative (e non solo). Negli ultimi quindici anni sono stati avanzati passi per perimetrarne i confini legislativi, gettando non poca luce su tale "sentiero" di professionalizzazione, sul suo campo didattico, sui suoi oggetti, sui repertori d'expertise necessari alle figure di accompagnamento degli studenti (tutor, mentori, supervisori), assai diversi da quelli richiesti in altri contesti della didassi universitaria. Contestualmente, nella comunità scientifica pedagogica, sono andati moltiplicandosi gli studi al riguardo. Il capitolo fa il punto su tale meditore didattico nei suoi aspetti teorici e metodologici.

L'avvio innanzi al Collegio di Garanzia dello Sport delle procedure arbitrali relative alle controversie nascenti in dipendenza dei contratti di mandato tra agenti sportivi ed assistiti, per effetto della recente emanazione del Regolamento CONI in materia, ai sensi dell'art. 22, comma 2, del Regolamento Agenti Sportivi, ha riproposto all'attenzione degli interpreti la questione della assoggettabilità degli agenti alla normativa federale e, in specie, al vincolo di giustizia sportiva. La questione viene affrontata nel presente lavoro sotto lo specifico angolo visuale afferente alla possibilità o meno di considerare la clausola compromissoria, inserita nei contratti di mandato tra agenti sportivi ed assistiti, come abusiva ai sensi della normativa contenuta nel Codice del Consumo, ovvero della disciplina di cui all'art. 1341, 2° comma, c.c. ; The arbitration proceedings before the Sports Guarantee Board, concerning disputes arising from the mandate contracts between sports agents and clients, recently started as a result of the recent issue of the CONI Regulation, pursuant to art. 22, par. 2, of the Sporting Agents Regulations, brought again to the attention of the interpreters the question of agents being subject to federal legislation and, in particular, to the constraint of sports justice. The issue is addressed in this paper under the specific perspective relating to the possibility or not of considering the arbitration clause, included in the mandate contracts between sports agents and clients, as abusive pursuant to the legislation on consumerism in the Consumer Code, or to the regulation on abusive clauses in art. 1341, par. 2, of the Civil Code.

I propose a reflection on the construction of the Ghana-Togo border during colonial time, and its effects on the contemporary political landscape. The border has been used as a system of control and administration of the local people, producing a dramatic change in the power relationships between different polities. The case study is provided by the political changes experienced by a trans-border community, the so called stateless Konkombas, located at the periphery of groups which are more centralized politically. Historically under political and economic control of these groups, the Konkombas are still experiencing a condition of subordination with regard to access to land and political representation. Today Ghanaian Konkombas are struggling to gain direct control over land through the acquisition of "traditional" chieftaincy institutions. Indeed these are perceived as a fundamental tool for operating in the present national political arena. The situation in Togo provides a different perspective, due to the fact that Togolese Konkombas have attained since colonial times the recognition as a "traditional" chefferie. Through the comparison between the political situation of Konkomba people living in Ghana and in Togo, my paper will discuss the role of the border in connection with this "chieftaincy-building" process, considering the Ghana-Togo border as a possible "Internal African Frontier" (Kopytoff) where the regions are in constant change and thus their historical subjectivities are fluid.
