The article is devoted to the analysis of the subjects and legal consequences of professional pathology. The article deals with the legal consequences of recognition of professional pathology. The rights of subjects of professional pathology have been listed. They are identified as the principal participant in the occupational pathology relationship of an employee who, as a result of his or her professional activity, has suffered a deterioration in health or illness. The main subjects of occupational pathology, the author refers to a sick employee and employer. The author includes the following subjects of occupational pathology: specialized professional pathological treatment-and-prophylactic institution; medical expert commission; state sanitary and epidemiological service; commission to investigate the causes of occupational disease; Occupational Accident and Occupational Disease Insurance Fund; the primary organization of the trade union or an employee authorized by the employees; representatives of other bodies as needed. It is stated that the main duty of the employer in the field of pathology is to ensure that the harmful effect of the work process on the health of the employee is reduced and the level of probability of his / her occupational disease. The procedure for the establishment and functioning of the commission for the investigation of the causes of occupational disease is disclosed. The scientific article states that in addition to the employee, legal consequences also arise for the employer. First of all, they will manifest themselves in the need to eliminate the reasons that led to the pathology. If this is not possible, the employer should make every effort to reduce the likelihood of occupational disease in other workers. The market relations development takes place in conditions of economic and political instability, so the activities of employees of industrial enterprises are filled with a significant number of stressful, non-standard situations that require high professionalism and flexibility. It is revealed the concept of motivation and motivation to succeed future professionals in a particular type of professional activity based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature. It is also determined that the motivation to succeed in future professionals training, scientists define as a set of psychological processes and states that guide human behavior, underline human activity and mental functioning, determine a particular direction of human behavior, its trajectory, the result of which is life satisfaction and impetus for further action that contributes to the goal of self-realization in the formation of professional self-awareness, which includes self-knowledge, self-esteem, self-control, self-programming for success. They are motivated to succeed and have a high willingness to take risks, less likely to get into awkward situations than other professionals who have a high willingness to take risks, but the high motivation to avoid failures (protection) and vice versa. One of the aspects of training is the formation of their motivation to succeed in a particular type of professional activity. Individual characteristics of a person are the need for achievement, propensity for creativity, the ability to take reasonable risks, the need for independence. The article substantiates the content of the organizational and methodical system of forming the professional and personal experience of a specialist in the art of music in the process of continuous professional training. It was emphasized that the developed organizational and methodical system accumulates: motivational-purposeful, methodological-conceptual, procedural-content, operational-activity and evaluation and productive components. The article analyzes the professional and legal aspects of forming a system of requirements for the judicial profession. The latter, according to the author, should be based on the judge's professional chart (description of the system of basic elements of daily activity of a judge in office), the requirements of international standards on the administration of justice, the rules of national legislation, as well as the rules and regulations developed by the bodies of judicial self-government. The application of the requirements to the judicial profession is relevant at the stage of professional training of judges, selection and competitive selection of judges, professional development and judicial career, consideration of complaints and application of disciplinary responsibility of judges. The general list of requirements for the judicial profession is defined as a set of personal requirements, professional requirements, as well as elements of the boundaries and framework of the judicial profession. Their generalization made it possible to distinguish the following groups of requirements for the profession of judge: 1) general requirements: professional, formed in the process of professional training and activity; personal, including psychological, acquired with experience and practice based on primary personal traits; 2) special requirements: originate separately for different jurisdictions; built on the basis of existing positions (including administrative) and the functions of judges. A characteristic that is one of the most important requirements for judges is the description of the signs of their independence. This principle is pivotal to others and deserves systematic implementation of the regulatory framework for the selection and evaluation of judges. On the basis of a thorough understanding of the content of the requirement of independence of activity of a judge, the necessity of improvement of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Judicial System and Status of Judges" is substantiated.

Professional training of future teachers-speech therapists is considered as a purposeful controlled process, which ensures the forming of professional competence and personally significant qualities necessary for the implementation of speech therapist activity. In the context of the global aging of the population of the earth, Ukraine in particular, and the changes that have taken place in our society over the past decades, the right to education has become increasingly important and provides vital human needs and interests, and guarantees their social adaptability. The problem of improving and further developing the education sector in Ukraine has necessitated the preparation of competent future educators who can reflect on the needs of modern life in their practical work, especially the need to work with people of the third age. The article analyzes some features of the education development of people of the third age in the conditions of a total aging nation. The relevance of the problem of improving and further developing the education sector in Ukraine in connection with the need to train competent future teachers to work with people of the third age is considered. Taking into account that fact, that there is a pension reform in our country, and representatives of the Government and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine gradually raise the retirement age, the latest news about retirement, and hence the elderly, deserve special attention. International audience ; Professional sports, from the standpoint of sociology, is a type of subculture. This is a system of relations based on the factor of social self-regulation. In view of the above, social relations in the field of sports are also characterized by the autonomy of their legal regulation.Such social ecosystem forms an autonomous legal order, which is in a degree of relative dependence on state regulation, while remaining an integral segment of the legal system of society as a whole. The sports order is formed among other factors by a huge network of various institutions, organizations and regulators, cooperation and participation of public and private entities at different levels, and has its own judicial system, which is based on the International Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.It is the autonomy of the sports legal order that presupposes the existence of a system of jurisdictional bodies whose activities are aimed at considering disputes in the relevant sphere of relations. At the same time, despite the integrity of the system of sports law and order in relation to public law and order, the internal organizational unity, in particular, of the process of resolving disputes in sports relations is unbalanced.The above indicates the need for clearer legal regulation of activities in the field of professional sports, in particular in terms of issues raised.At the level of national legislation of Ukraine, it is necessary to define statutorily self-regulatory organizations, to give the appropriate status to national federations and consolidate the structure of participants in relations in the field of professional sports around them.This will resolve the issue of local regulation of relations in the field of professional sports, including in the disciplinary field, as well as unify the general rules of dispute resolution in the bodies of alternative (arbitration) jurisdiction, appeals against their decisions.
The article deals with the problem of vocational training of degree professionals in conditions of information-oriented society. Taking into account transition period of Ukrainian society development from industrial to information (postindustrial) stage, its peculiarities have been analysed, specialists training requirements have been established. These requirements are caused by gender realities of information society development, its humanization, democratization, intellectual work predominance, creating conditions for personality efficiency. It has been analyzed the content of the concept «Individualization of the professional training» as a scientific problem in various dictionaries and the works of eminent scholars from different periods, both foreign and domestic. It was indicated in the article that individualization is a consideration, in the process of training, the individual characteristics of the students in all its forms and methods, regardless of which features in any way taken into account.It was noted by the author that some scientist, under the concept of "individualization of training", understand the relative individualization, which is namely: focused on the individual psychological characteristics of the student; based on the individual differences of the future teachers; implemented the principle of individual approach, taking into account the individual characteristics of students in the process of learning in all its forms and methods no matter what are the characteristics and the extent to which they are recorded.According to the individualization of training we understand the organization of the message to students the appropriate expertise and the skills formation based on their individual characteristics, creating optimum conditions for the realization of the potential of each student. Personalization of the training does not allow to level differences between students, each student contributes to the development of their unique skills, focuses on preparations for the highly professional work.
