Bidal Aguero was born on July 23, 1949, and attended Texas Technological College (later Texas Tech University) in the fall of 1967. While there, he became active a Mexican American student organization called Los Tertullianos, becoming vice-president in 1970 and president in 1971. Los Tertullianos organized gatherings and seminars to encourage Mexican American students to be more politically active. Aguero graduated from Texas Tech in December 1972 with a B.A. in music education and after working for Learn-Education Talent Search for seven months, he helped found COMA (Commerciantes Organizacion Mexicano Americano), the Mexican-American Chamber of Commerce, in 1972. ; He joined La Raza Unida Party, ran for local offices such as county commissioner, and participated in organizing protests for injustices done against Mexican Americans. Aguero was one of those who filed a lawsuit against the Lubbock Independent School District to change its method of electing school trustees. Aguero has worked in several local social service organizations such as Defensa, Inc., Chicanos Unidos-Campensions, and Llano Estacado Farmworkers of Tejas and government groups such as the South Plains Association of Governments, the State of Texas, and the City of Lubbock. Religion in the postmodern era has undergone commodification. Commodification means, placing a religion as a product. Commodification of religion is a process of transformation of the values of religion as ways of life which are based on the belief in God to be values that can be exchanged by using functions that are adapted to the human needs of religion. One form of religious commodification that occurs today is halal tourism. Halal meaning, so far, is synonymous with labeling of wheter something may or may not be consumed based on Islam. On the other hand, the needs of the community towards tourism keeps the religious values increasing. As a result, the government in cooperation with investors are vying to modify the existing tourism facilities to be in accordance with market demand. The process of the commodification of religion, especially through halal tourism, will certainly improve the welfare of the society, because the Tourism Sector in Indonesia becomes an important sector in contributing the country's foreign exchange. Since 2013, the Tourism Sector is the 4th largest sector of the country's foreign exchange contributor, after oil and gas, coal and palm oil. Until the year 2015, tourism activity is one of the economic sectors that is able to grow rapidly, and is one of the largest economic sectors in the world.

This writing aims to find out the legal aspects, especially regarding criminal policies in minimizing the occurrence of criminal acts in financial technology in Indonesia in the perspective of improving people's welfare and to find out the role of law enforcement in preventing financial technology criminal acts in Indonesia in the perspective of improving people's welfare. This paper uses normative legal research methods because the focus of the study departs from norms, regulations, legal theories and therefore has the task of systematizing positive law, using the approach: statute approach, conceptual approach, and analytical approach. The technique of tracing legal materials uses document study techniques and analysis of studies using qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study that the need for reconstruction and/or reformulation of regulations which are the basis of the implementation of financial technology in Indonesia because they are considered not to regulate completely and in these conditions, the role of law enforcement in preventing and overcoming criminal acts has a strategic position because it is part of a task in carrying out the protection and protection of the community in realizing public welfare. Based on this the authors argue that in addition to internal reform in reconstruction and/or reformulation, external improvement is also needed through ratification from various countries and governments should be related to the implementation of financial technology in one door under the government so that supervision will be better and the government to innovate financial technology as an alternative in realizing public welfare.

The recent FTA between China and Australia aims to protect public welfare measures through joint treaty party control. This Perspective assesses the FTA's mechanism in the context of broader efforts to rebalance investor protection and state sovereignty, and to recalibrate interpretive authority between arbitral tribunals and treaty parties.
