Mr- Buck, from the Committee on Military Affairs, to which was referred the petition of James D, Cobb, reported the following bill : o A BILL For the relief of James D. Cobb. 1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives 2 of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That 3 the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, directed 4 to pay to James 13. Cobb, a lieutenant in the late regiment of 5 light artillery, out of any moneys in the Treasury, not other- 6 wise appropriated, the full pay, subsistence, and other emolu- 7 ments of a first lieutenant of light artillery, from the period 8 when said James D. Cobb was last paid to the time when 9 said regiment was incorporated with the artillery.
