This study aims to determine the optimization of the implementation of mediation in the Gorontalo Religious Court. This research is a field research with data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. Data's were analyzed using qualitative descriptive. The results of the study found that the implementation of mediation in the Gorontalo Religious Court was not yet fully optimal. Based on the cases decided by the Gorontalo Religious Court in 2016 totaling 1524 and entering the mediation process as many as 87 cases and only 1 case that was successfully mediated (0.1%). Factor failure of the mediation process because the mediation room facilities are still not efficient enough, because the parties to queue, even some mediator judges carry out mediation in the judge's room itself, there is no certified mediator as explained in the Minister of Religion Regulation (PERMA) Number 1 of 2016 about Procedure for Mediation at Court.
This study aims to analyze the effect of General Allocation Funds, Labor and Government Expenditures on Economic Growth in East Kotawaringin Regency. The research method used in this research is a descriptive-quantitative research approach. The analytical tool used in his study is multiple linear regression with the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of the General Allocation Fund and Government Expenditures have a significant effect on Economic Growth in East Kotawaringin Regency. While the Labor variable does not have a significant effect on Economic Growth in East Kotawaringin Regency. Simultaneously, the variables of the General Allocation Fund, Labor, and Government Expenditures together have an effect on the Economic Growth variable. The implications of this research include, among others, to encourage the economy of East Kotawaringin Regency, the general allocation fund should be increased for the advancement and improvement of economic growth as well as improving the quality of the Laborforce in the East Kotawaringin area.Keywords: Economic Growth; General Allocation Fund; Government Expenditure; Labor
This research is motivated by the formation of the Democratic Volunteer Program by the Election Commission in increasing voter participation in legislative elections in 2014 in the city of Padang. Volunteers Democracy is a social movement intended to increase voter participation and the quality of the voters in the voting. Volunteers Democracy consists of 5 groups of voters strategic group of voters, religious groups, women's groups, disability groups, Group Fringe. Volunteers Democracy referred to in this research is the existence of volunteers of democracy amongst the people which includes knowledge about the role of volunteers democracy, Impact Volunteer of the volunteers of democracy, as well as the constraints faced by volunteers of democracy in increasing voter participation in legislative elections in 2014 in the city of Padang. Research type is descriptive. The instruments used are interviews and documentation. The results showed, the existence of Democracy Volunteer to assist the Commission in order to regrow positive awareness of the importance of the elections in the life of the nation in order to decrease the level of abstentions. From these results it can be concluded, the volunteer role of democracy in increasing voter participation in legislative elections in 2014 in the city of Padang is to regrow public awareness of the importance of the elections in the life of nation and state in order to decrease the level of abstentions.Keywords: role, volunteering democracy, voter participation, pileg.
The General Elections Commission (KPU) is a state institution that conducts general elections in Indonesia, which includes general election of members of DPR / DPD / DPRD, presidential election of vice president, and general election of Regional Head and Deputy Regional Head. In increasing this participation, it is necessary to encourage the various parties to increase the political participation of the community in the implementation of the General Elections either from the Regional Government, Self or KPU as the Institution that performs the task of conducting the General Elections. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive approach. The sample in this research is the Chairman of KPU and KPU members 1 person, 2 persons pawaslu 2, village apparatus, people and society who have been included in the permanent voter list (DPT) 40 people. In this research, the researcher uses data collecting technique such as: Questionnaire, Interview, and Documentation. The results of this research, According to data sources from the Election Commission of Agam Regency, the number of permanent voters in Agam 2015 Election is 48,325 people. That the number of legislative elections the participation rate of the public as much as 67.24%. Furthermore, the role of the General Elections Commission in increasing the political participation of the people in Agam Regency only put banners on the highway, the results of which found that the implementation of the election must be far from Money politics. In line with the findings discussed above, The Election Commission in Agam Regency has performed its duty as the organizer of the General Election, especially in the Regional Head Election of 2015. This can be seen from the Regional Head Election of 2015 has resulted in one pair of Regional Head and Deputy Head of Region. Problems or obstacles encountered in the implementation of the implementation of elections is a matter of insufficient resources apparatus and budget so that in the implementation of the implementation of elections itself can not be implemented optimally. In the election commission which must be done to overcome the problem of the general election to be completed as soon as possible in a policy to optimize all problems that arise in the field of elections to the electoral commission. In the law it is regulated that the financial aspect of the candidate is audited by a public accountant but the way tends to be easily by using funding out of the candidate's fund. This can be seen in ICW's research on the time-making of technical rules related to campaign funds that are very late, In addition to experiencing delays in terms of preparation time, the substance of the arrangements also seem normative. Some of the additions included in this support rule even seem to be absurd and unworkable. This study aims to describe the level of political participation of female voters in the 2019 general election. This study descriptif the participation of female in general elections. Therefore, to find out the level of political participation of women voters the researchers distributed questionnaires 90 respondents. According to Malihah (2011) Women's Participation is the participation of women as part of the community to play a role in practical political activities as well as in development activities or political implementation in a broad sense.This type of research is descriptive with the location od the study in the Punggasan district of Linggo Sari Baganti. The population in this study amounted to 900 female voters and a sample of 90 respondents the sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument and documentatio, data were analyzed using triangulasi.The results of the study at total apathy level 1,1% , 56,76% participated in the voting, 51,65% participated in imformal political discussions of general interest in politics, 37,5% of female voters actively participated in public meetings and demonstrations, 15,56% actively participated in the passive membership of a plitical organization, 14% participated in the actuve membership of a quasi po;itical organization, and 1,1% of female voters become member passive membership of a political organization and there are no active female voters in active membership in apolitical organization, seeking politica; or administrative positions and accupy political or administrative. It can be concluded that the level of political participation of female voters in district Linggo Sari Baganti is 25,11% in the low category. Millennial voters are a potential community that is a strategic target for pairs of candidates for regional election contestation to reap the coffers of votes. The campaign approach using religious and ethnic sentiments is an alternative strategy. This study looks at religion and ethnicity influencing millennial voters' voting intentions. The research method uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression. The research sample was drawn randomly according to the criteria so that the answers to 280 respondents were analyzed. The study results found that religion significantly influenced millennial voter intentions, while ethnicity did not affect millennial voter intentions. Millennial voters tend not to be interested in practical politics. ; Pemilih milenial merupakan komunitas potensial yang menjadi sasaran strategis bagi pasangan calon kontestasi pemilukada untuk meraup pundi-pundi suara. Pendekatan kampanye yang menggunakan sentimen agama dan etnis merupakan strategi alternatif. Penelitian ini melihat agama dan etnisitas yang mempengaruhi niat memilih pemilih milenial. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian diambil secara acak sesuai kriteria sehingga dianalisis jawaban dari 280 responden. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa agama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pemilih milenial, sedangkan etnisitas tidak mempengaruhi niat pemilih milenial. Pemilih milenial cenderung tidak tertarik pada politik praktis.

Muhammadiyah is one of the Islamic organizations in Indonesia. The existence of Elections in Indonesia's national history were carried out several times, namely during the Old Order era, namely 1955, the New Order period 1971, 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992 and 1997. Elections for a democratic country like Indonesia are very important because elections are a channel for people's aspirations. Elections that have been held in Indonesia have their own characteristics with differing democratic levels, so the truth of the argument needs to be proven in order to obtain an accurate answer. The results obtained from this study that the implementation of general elections in the Old Order period can already be categorized as democratic elections, with the many parties participating in the general election signifying the existence of freedom in political life, whereas during the New Order the democratic period faded along with the power of the Suharto regime which always curbed the political life of the Indonesian nation, the implementation of the general election during the Reformation especially the 2004 general election was more democratic because the implementation of the election could represent the aspirations of the people especially with the electoral system which was different from the previous election because with a combination of district and proportional systems then the people can know and know what people's representatives will like to channel their aspirations.
This study aims to investigate the position of the DGT's Civil Servant Investigator in relation to their duty to enforce taxation criminal. The law enforcement of taxation criminal in Indonesia is involving several institution like Civil Servant Investigator (Directorate General of Taxes Institution), Police Investigator (Indonesian Police Institution), and Attorney Investigator (Attorney Institution). This involving, which lately leads to the position and authority problem of each institution. This study will be focused on the position of civil servant investigator of Directorate General of Tax and its relation with other party like Supervisory Coordinator which occupied by police investigator, and also other investigator from another institution. The method which is used in this study is normative juridical approach with analytical descriptive specification. Based on that method, then the researcher will compare between the position of DGT's Civil Servant Investigator 'in legislation' and 'in its practice' through library study and field research. The researcher carry out this research based on the researcher's consideration about the importance of state income from the taxation sector, so that the unlawful act that detrimental from the taxpayer and any related party of it can be eradicated immediately. The results shows that the position of the DGT Civil Servant Investigator in the framework of eradicating taxation criminal was emphasized as the primary investigator. This position is based on Law No. 16 of 2009 as lex specialis derogat legi generalis against Law No. 8 of 1981. Based on this position, there some friction that occurs between the DGT Civil Servant Investigator and other officer from another institution. Mediation is one of dispute resolution process that is faster and cheap, as well as can give access that is greater to all party to find settlement that satisfy and meet justice sense, however mediation implementation in Padang Religion Court class 1 A slight once that succeed in mediation. Problem formulation namely: 1. How mediation implementation in divorce case as peace effort in Padang Religion Court class 1 A ? 2. Factors any that became supporter and mediation success obstacle in Padang Religion Court class 1 A? Sociological juridical approach law research method (socio legal research). Research result: Padang Religion Court conducted peace effort with mediation way, accordance Perma Number 1 Year 2008. Mediation implementation in divorce case not yet went like a bomb. From 636 case that in mediation for January 2013 to June 2014 only 25 case or 3.9 % only divorce case that succeed mediation. Success as well as mediation failure certainly have supporter factor as well as inhibitory factor, among mediation success supporter factor in Padang Religion Court among others: mediator ability, sociological factor and pisikologis all party, moral and kerohaniaan, and good determination all party. Besides it so happens mediation success obstacle factor in Padang Religion Court among others: eager desire all party to divorce, room that is less conducive, mediator number limitation,one of party would not come, and lack of community understanding about mediation.
