The article by scientist and writer Ihor Pavlyuk describes the tendencies of formation and dynamics of transformations of ideological concepts (positivist, metaphysical, religious) of Ukrainian poets of different time periods (from Ivan Mazepa to poets of the XXI century) and their representations in the poetry of various verbalized contentforms. In particular, attention is focused on purely national symbols, symbols, mythologems in the formation and recreation of poetry's worldviews and their implementation in lifetacts, texts and their expansion into the global cultural and informational space. It is suggested by methods of arithmetic analysis (algebra to test harmony) to study the tendencies of the development of Ukrainian poetry of a really visible, verbally fixed Ukrainian and Ukrainian-language time space, having also followed the regularities of increasing or decreasing key words and changing their ontological meanings in the Ukrain / Ukrainian cultural and informational space of different centuries, the typology of the main, significant, historical events in which one way or another was engagrated by Ukraine – wars, revolutions, rebellions We, in particular, weighing on biographies of artists, the real fixed changes in their outlook: from the positivist - through metaphysical – to the religious or vice versa, or the existence simultaneously in this ideological triad, paying special attention to the study of transitional stages from one worldview to another, the period of worldview lobes poets under the influence of external or internal factors. Among the research methods used by us are: phenomenological (unbiased description), comparative (comparison of journalistic texts of the investigated period with texts of other historical periods), psychoanalytic (sensing archetypes), hermeneutical (penetration into the meanings of texts), semiotic (decoding of signs), game (disclosure mechanisms for the development of the phenomenon), deconstructivist (the search for marginal values in the texts and meanings of consciousness).Key words: philosophy, positivism, metaphysics, religion, poetry, totalitarianism, communication, commerce, mythology, ideology, democratization, globalization. ; У статті науковця та письменника Ігоря Павлюка означено тенденції формування і динаміку трансформацій світоглядних концепцій (позитивістської, метафізичної, релігійної) українських поетів різних часопросторів (від Івана Мазепи до поетів ХХІ століття) та їхні репрезентації у поезії різних вербалізованих змістоформ. There is a great difference between a war being categorized as "religious" and religion being politicized for the purpose of achieving a political goal. However it can at times be hard to tell difference between the two. It can be especially hard to do so when the difference between "pretend to be" and "is" is obscured almost to a point beyond recognition. In the volume one, we analyze the mass production and use of counterfeit religious symbolism used for political purposes. Purpose. The main purpose of this paper is to consider the methodological peculiarities in the formation and interpretation of war and peace, in the context of the spiritual (irrational) rethinking by humanity and the nature of social phenomena, among which a special place is occupied by the political and legal phenomena of the modern world. This involves solving the following tasks: firstly, to reveal the meaning of modern approaches in understanding the features of religious fundamentalism, and, secondly, to reconstruct the dynamics of transformations in representations of war and peace, in the context of the spiritual practices of the present. Theoretical basis. The author's analysis is based on the systematic reconstruction of modern theoretical models of understanding religious fundamentalism and its connection with the subject of modern anthropological research. The resulted fact that the taxonomy of different types of religious fundamentalism includes more political, legal and economic markers does not provide an answer to the question of what the qualitative influence of the fundamentalist ideas is on the spiritual component of a person's life. Appealing to the problem of religious fundamentalism, in the context of rethinking the phenomena of war and peace, is associated with the actualization of these phenomena in the communicational, media and ideological spheres. That is why, in the context of this analysis, we take into account the main modern approaches in the provisions of religious traditions. These articulate the problems of threat to the global world in the context of actualization and return of the religious factor into the everyday life of a person, including through politics. Originality. The author proves that when analyzing the religious aspect in the reinterpretation of ideas about war and peace, it is necessary to consider, as a doctrinal component, certain types of religious belief doctrines, as well as the individual psychological peculiarities of man. These peculiarities, which are manifested in different types of beliefs, can be verified by the clues in the analysis of religious practices, which represent the meaningful components of the religious doctrine. Conclusions. The reasons for forming ideas about war and peace in theistic religions are a number of provisions related to the nature of the world and of man. They are the result of the manifestation of the act of the Supernatural Essence. In the tradition of rethinking the vocation of man in the context of fundamentalist discourse, these ideas acquire the status of spiritually determined and politically achievable goals. These are conceived in connection with the establishment of the Divine Plan, and they overcome the gap between the material world and the ideal world order. ; Мета. Основна мета статті полягає у розгляді методологічних особливостей формування і інтерпретацій уявлень про війну і мир в контексті духовного (нераціонального) переосмислення людиною природи соціальних феноменів, серед яких особливе місце займають політико-правові явища сучасного світу. Саме тому, в контексті проведеного аналізу та враховуючи цілі, сформульовані в роботі, були розглянуті основні сучасні підходи положеннях релігійних традицій, які артикулюють проблем загрози глобальному світу в контексті актуалізації і повернення релігійного фактора в повсякденне життя людини, в тому числі і через політику. Наукова новизна. Автором доведено, що при аналізі релігійного аспекту в реінтерпретації уявлень про війну і мир, необхідно враховувати як доктринальну складову певного типу віровчення, так і індивідуально-психологічні особливості людини. Ці особливості, які проявляються в різних типах вірувань, можуть бути верифіковані завдяки аналізу особливостей релігійних практик, які репрезентують змістовну складову релігійного віровчення. Висновки. Підставою для формування уявлень про війну і мир в теїстичних релігіях лежить ряд положень пов'язаних з природою світу і людини, які є результатом прояву вольового акту надприродною сутністю. У традиції переосмислення покликання людини в контексті фундаменталістського дискурсу ці ідеї набувають статус духовно визначених і політично досяжних цілей, які мислиться у зв'язку з встановлення божественного задуму і подолання розриву між матеріальним світом і ідеальним світопорядком. ; Цель. Это предусматривает решение следующих задач: во-первых, раскрыть содержание современных подходов в понимании особенностей религиозного фундаментализма и, во-вторых, реконструировать динамику трансформаций в представлениях о войне и мире в контексте духовных практик современности. Теоретический базис. Анализ автора основан на систематической реконструкции современных теоретических моделей осмысления религиозного фундаментализм и его связи с тематикой современных антропологических исследований. Зафиксированное в результате исследования положение о том, что таксономия разных видов религиозного фундаментализма включает в себя в большей степени политические, правовые и экономические маркеры, оставляет не разрешенным вопрос о том, каково качественное влияние фудаменталистских идей на духовную составляющую жизни человека. This thesis is about a forest hunter-gatherer people, the Mbendjele Yaka Pygmies of northern Congo-Brazzaville. The thesis is based on field research carried out between 1994 and 2001. I begin by examining certain key terms used in the thesis and by situating my research within the existing literature. Research methodologies are presented and the fieldwork experience described. I provide an overview of the historical, political and economic context of the research including an outline assessment of the main historical reconstructions of regional history. Conservationist and loggers' models of the forest are juxtaposed with Mbendjele ways of representing landscape and the forest environment. I discuss the significance of the forest in Mbendjele social experience and its role as the ideal environment for social life. I examine the way the Mbendjele classify animals and the cosmological significance of hunting and killing. This theme is continued with a presentation of ekila, a complex set of practices and beliefs that regulate the interactions of people with animals and express a complex relationship between human fertility and the correct handling of prey animals. I continue the analysis of Mbendjele collective representations with a presentation of the activity of massana. The link between children's play and adult rituals implicit in the use of this term is analysed. I then build on this understanding to present an analysis of aspects of two ritual associations, Ejengi and Ngoku, central to men's and women's power in society. The thesis is brought to a close by moving beyond the forest to examine Mbendjele relations with and conceptualisations of outsiders and property rights. New technological developments and financial incentives are increasingly transforming the Mbendjele forest into faunal and floral assets for distribution to international organizations.

For almost 30 years of Ukraine's independence, issues of gender equality have still not been resolved. The Constitution of Ukraine guarantees equality in rights and responsibilities regardless of race, color, age, property status, place of residence, religious, political, ideological be¬liefs, ethnic and social origin, language and other characteristics. Ukrainian legislation guarantees equality between men and women. Equality of rights in politics regardless of gender is defined at the international level by the Univer¬sal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimi¬nation, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, and the Convention on the Political Rights of Women. Today, gender equality is one of the fundamental areas of legislative and political activity in the modern world. The goals set by our state to ensure gender equality are to overcome the limitations of their rights and opportunities for self-realization in the private and public spheres, both at the legislative level and in real life. In order to find possible solutions to this problem, the article illustrates the main international and regional regu¬lations governing gender equality in Ukraine, analyzes the state of equality in relation to future women politicians de facto, formed possible measures to influence to ensure the observance of women's political rights, protection of their violated rights, preventive measures and increase the influx of women into politics in Ukraine. Monitoring of existing programs for the protection of women's suffrage has become the subject of this work, as well as an assessment of the current state of this reality in our country. The focus was on the relationship between policy officials and women who are being expelled, violated their rights, disregarded gender equality and improperly enforced electoral quotas. ; Демократичні суспільства повинні надавати чоловікам і жінкам можливість однаковою мірою брати участь у всіх сферах життя, в тому числі й у сфері політики, зокрема на найвищих рівнях прийняття суспіль¬но-важливих рішень. Майже за 30 років незалежності України все ще не вирішені питання щодо забезпечен¬ня гендерного рівноправ'я. Конституція України гарантує рівність у правах та обов'язках незалежно від раси , кольору шкіри, віку, майнового стану, місця проживання, релігійних , політичних, світоглядних переконань, етнічного та соціального походження, мовних та інших ознак. Законодавство України гарантує забезпечення рівності між чоловіком і жінкою. Рівність прав у політиці незалежно від статі визначається на міжнародному рівні Загальною декларацією прав людини, Міжнародною конвенцією про ліквідацію всіх форм расової дис¬кримінації, Конвенцією про ліквідацію всіх форм дискримінації щодо жінок, Конвенцією про політичні права жінок. На сьогодні тендерна рівність є одним з основоположних напрямів законодавчої та політичної діяль¬ності країн сучасного світу. Цілі, які визначила для себе наша держава щодо забезпечення гендерної рівності полягають у подоланні обмежень своїх прав та в можливостях самореалізації в приватній та публічній сферах як на законодавчому рівні так і в реальному житті. Задля пошуку можливих розв'язків даного проблемного питання у статті проілюстровані основні міжнародні та регіональні нормативно-правові акти, що регулюють питання гендерної рівності в Україні, проаналізовано стан дотримання рівноправ'я по відношенню до май¬бутніх політикинь де-факто, сформовано можливі заходи впливу для забезпечення дотримання політичних прав жінок, захисту їх порушених прав, превентивних заходів цьому та збільшенню притоку жінок у політику в Україні. Моніторинг існуючих програм для захисту виборчих прав жінок став предметом даної роботи, як і оцінка сучасного становища даної реалії на теренах нашої держави. Об'єктом виступили відносини, що фор¬муються між посадовими особами у сфері політики та жінками, що зазнають вигнання, порушення власних прав, недотримання на практиці гендерної рівності та неналежного забезпечення виборчими квотами.

In order to find possible solutions to this problem, the article illustrates the main international and regional regu¬lations governing gender equality in Ukraine, analyzes the state of equality in relation to future women politicians de facto, formed possible measures to influence to ensure the observance of women's political rights, protection of their violated rights, preventive measures and increase the influx of women into politics in Ukraine. Monitoring of existing programs for the protection of women's suffrage has become the subject of this work, as well as an assessment of the current state of this reality in our country. The focus was on the relationship between policy officials and women who are being expelled, violated their rights, disregarded gender equality and improperly enforced electoral quotas. ; Демократичні суспільства повинні надавати чоловікам і жінкам можливість однаковою мірою брати участь у всіх сферах життя, в тому числі й у сфері політики, зокрема на найвищих рівнях прийняття суспіль¬но-важливих рішень. Майже за 30 років незалежності України все ще не вирішені питання щодо забезпечен¬ня гендерного рівноправ'я. Конституція України гарантує рівність у правах та обов'язках незалежно від раси , кольору шкіри, віку, майнового стану, місця проживання, релігійних , політичних, світоглядних переконань, етнічного та соціального походження, мовних та інших ознак. Законодавство України гарантує забезпечення рівності між чоловіком і жінкою. Рівність прав у політиці незалежно від статі визначається на міжнародному рівні Загальною декларацією прав людини, Міжнародною конвенцією про ліквідацію всіх форм расової дис¬кримінації, Конвенцією про ліквідацію всіх форм дискримінації щодо жінок, Конвенцією про політичні права жінок. На сьогодні тендерна рівність є одним з основоположних напрямів законодавчої та політичної діяль¬ності країн сучасного світу. Цілі, які визначила для себе наша держава щодо забезпечення гендерної рівності полягають у подоланні обмежень своїх прав та в можливостях самореалізації в приватній та публічній сферах як на законодавчому рівні так і в реальному житті. Задля пошуку можливих розв'язків даного проблемного питання у статті проілюстровані основні міжнародні та регіональні нормативно-правові акти, що регулюють питання гендерної рівності в Україні, проаналізовано стан дотримання рівноправ'я по відношенню до май¬бутніх політикинь де-факто, сформовано можливі заходи впливу для забезпечення дотримання політичних прав жінок, захисту їх порушених прав, превентивних заходів цьому та збільшенню притоку жінок у політику в Україні. Моніторинг існуючих програм для захисту виборчих прав жінок став предметом даної роботи, як і оцінка сучасного становища даної реалії на теренах нашої держави. Об'єктом виступили відносини, що фор¬муються між посадовими особами у сфері політики та жінками, що зазнають вигнання, порушення власних прав, недотримання на практиці гендерної рівності та неналежного забезпечення виборчими квотами.

"This text addresses the Philippines' historical and contemporary reproductive politics, offering a timely insight into the rich reproductive lives of Filipinos. It critically explores stories of sexuality, religiosity, and reproductive livelihoods during the immediate aftermath of the passing of the 'Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act' of 2012 after more than fifteen years of opposition by the Philippine Catholic Church. Commonly called the "RH Law", it aims to provide public access to reproductive and family planning services for Filipino women and men, especially those from poorer communities who often experience unwanted pregnancies, complications from illegal abortions, and exacerbated economic hardship. This book explores the intimate and urban after-effects of globalization, and how they shape the "reproductive dilemmas" of Filipinos in Metropolitan "Metro" Manila. Since the US-led invasion and occupation of Iraq in 2003, the challenges of sectarianism and militarism have weighed heavily on the women of Iraq. In this book, Zahra Ali foregrounds a wide-range of interviews with a variety of women involved in women's rights activism, showing how everyday life and intellectual life has developed since the US-led invasion. In addition to this, Ali offers detailed historical research of social, economic and political contexts since the formation of the Iraqi state in the 1920s. Through a transnational and postcolonial feminist approach, this book also considers the ways in which gender norms and practices, Iraqi feminist discourses, and activisms are shaped and developed through state politics, competing nationalisms, religious, tribal and sectarian dynamics, wars, and economic sanctions.
