Pengembangan Pariwisata Berbasis Masyarakat (CBT) telah ditetapkan sebagai makna masyarakat arus utama dalam pengembangan pariwisata. berfokus pada masyarakat pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengevaluasi penerapan prinsip-prinsip CBT melibatkan ekonomi, sosial, budaya, politik, dan lingkungan, (2) mengidentifikasi kondisi masyarakat yang mendukung penerapan prinsip-prinsip dasar Masyarakat Pariwisata Berbasis (CBT) di kota Agro Batu, dan (3) merumuskan prinsip dasar indikator Masyarakat Pariwisata Berbasis (CBT) yang mendukung realisasi Agro Lestari. Lokasi ditentukan secara purposive penelitian di Batu, Jawa Timur. Alasannya untuk memilih lokasi penelitian karena Kota Batu mengembangkan diri sebagai analisis berdasarkan tujuan wisata masyarakat.Unit penelitian ini meliputi dua spektrum : (1) orang yang terdiri dari individu anggota masyarakat di tujuan wisata ekowisata, agrowisata dan petani yang mengembangkan wisatawan yang Ekowisata kegiatan; dan (2) lembaga (institusi). Data primer dikumpulkan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara mendalam dan observasi. pengumpulan data sekunder sedangkana menggunakan data dari BPS, terkait kantor pemerintah daerah dan Monografi Desa / Village, dan kabupaten. Analisis kuantitatif dari data yang akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan deskriptif dan inferensial statistik. Sedangkan data kualitatif akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi dan interaktif. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi CBT berkaitan erat dengan pertumbuhan industri barang / jasa di bidang pariwisata Batu yang akan menyerap lokal sektor pariwisata tenaga kerja. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip CBT pada umumnya sosial persepsi masyarakat tentang perkembangan positif dari agrowisata. Penerapan prinsip budaya dalam pengembangan agro CBT melibatkan tiga hal: (a) mendorong pertukaran budaya berkembangannya, menghormati budaya yang berbeda, dan adanya perkembangan budaya. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip politik terkait erat dengan akses, kontrol, dan partisipasi dalam pengembangan agrowisata. Prinsip-prinsip yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan CBT daya dukung lingkungan berbasis kearifan lokal, sistem pengelolaan sampah yang ramah lingkungan, dan konservasi. Kondisi masyarakat yang mendukung penerapan prinsip-prinsip dasar dari komunitas pariwisata berbasis (CBT) adalah struktur kekuasaan masyarakat yang berkaitan erat dengan proses pengambilan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan desa stratifikasi sosial anggota. dan peran tokoh masyarakat yang memiliki kekuatan untuk mempengaruhi adalah informal namun efektif masyarakat. Currently, ASEAN has come to the new phase of cooperation on political security, economic, and socio-cultural by the establishment of ASEAN Charter in 2008. The cooperation has been deepened, widened, and enlarged. Accordingly, the AEC is the most significant cooperations, namely the economic integration of ASEAN which not mere free trade area but to make the region as a production basefor all products of ASEAN as well as to accomplish the region as a single market by applying scorecard system of AEC's blueprint that should be preserved by all ASEAN state members. Theformation of AEC in 2015 totally depends to the commitments of the member states of ASEAN to apply those agreed trade agreements, roadmaps, and plan of actions including AEC's blueprint.

The existing literature on Indonesia's foreign policy has excluded the state from the category of an agent which shapes the country's external affairs. This trend certainly ignores the notion that foreign policy is a unique state activity taking place in the interface between domestic and international politics. To fill the gap, this article explores the idea about the family state and looks at its influence on the conduct of Indonesia's international relations. The argument is that the family state pursues order in international society in which sovereignty can be maintained. Indonesia plays the role of an order-maker in Southeast Asia through the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN). The order-oriented actions are displayed by Jakarta's diplomacy to resolve border disputes with neighbouring countries in the region

This paper analyses the important of regional investment agreements for promoting international trade in ASEAN countries. To visualize the above idea, this work will explain the roles of regional investment agreements to serve investment, trade facilitation and to protect regional investment interests. It is argued that regional investment agreements can serve as a vehicle for dialogue, coordination on and to response regional issues including regulatory harmonization, infrastructure development, and collaboration among members to facilitate investment. The paper shows how regional agreements will commit to eliminate barriers on substantially trade and investment, create positive welfare gains, the productivity and stimulus to growth in the region. This paper also analyses the effect of the establishment of an ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) by 2015 to the regional investment policies. AEC aiming at transforming ASEAN into a single market and production base with a highly competitive economic region, equitable economic development, free movement of goods, services, investment, skilled labor, and freer flow of capital, will likely accelerate regional integration and cooperation in the investment sectors fully integrated into the international trade. Then, this work demonstrates the implementation of regional investment cooperation into the formal instruments/agreements of investment policy architecture promoting and protecting cross border investment among nationals of ASEAN member states, such as ASEAN Investment Guarantee Agreement (IGA), the ASEAN Investment Area (AIA) and ASEAN Comprehensive Investment Agreement (ACIA). However, it is realized that the ASEAN members may resist and protest against the regional investment agreements because of conflicting their national interest. The paper proposed that the regional inv stment agreements need to be strengthened by harmonization and structural adjustment due to the member's resistance and protest. This idea may spark challenge because each member has fundamental differences on the nature and character of legal and economic systems reflecting different political systems, economic and social cultures in accordance with the philosophy of life values and national interests of each country. To overcome the challenge, this paper argues that ASEAN member countries need to unilaterally and collectively come up with structuring trade and investment policy harmonization to move ahead and reap the benefits from regional investment agreement as a common tool for contesting their interest in international trade. In addition, pre agreed flexibilities to accommodate the interests of all ASEAN countries may eliminate the problem.

A soft Brexit scenario will include an implementation period from the day the UK formally leaves the EU to 31 December 2020. During the implementation period, the UK will continue to be functionally treated as an EU member state and remain a party to EU international agreement. Associated with the ASEAN single market, should be considered the readiness of Indonesian regulations and legislations that in sectorial concerns at least three aforementioned legal instruments to be harmonized with the laws of the ASEAN countries. Important findings were shown by the research from the perspectives of business law, especially, capital investment law, intellectual property and international trade law that Brexit has significant impact for the EU itself, Indonesia and also AEC.

This research focuses on the relation of elite H. Andiwarto with sub-elite and village community in maintaining Masra family dynasty for village head position. Masra family dynasty has run for a long time. For 150 years, Masra family descendants occupy the village head position. The survival of Masra family dynasty in the Gapurana Village Government is studied in the relation of H. Andiwarto, who is Masra descendant with sub-elite and village community to maintain Masra family descendant dynasty as a village head. This research used a qualitative method with descriptive research type. The elite theory proposed by Suzanne Keller was used to analyze the relation of elite, sub-elite, and the community. This theory has 4 (four) indicators: the governing elite, the ruling elite, the not ruling elite, and the community. Based on these indicators and the results of this research, the relation built by H. Andiwarto in maintaining Masra family dynasti consists of three relations: relation with the political elite, relation with economic elite, and relation with the social elite. The political elite's relationship is vital in maintaining the Masra family descendant dynasty. In contrast, the relation between the economic elite and the social elite supports relations for keeping the legitimacy of the village community towards Masra descendants. ; Penelitian ini berfokus pada relasi elite H. Andiwarto dengan sub-elite dan masyarakat desa dalam mempertahankan dinasti keluarga Masra untuk jabatan kepala desa. Dinasti keluarga Masra sudah berjalan sejak lama. Selama 150 tahun, keturunan keluarga Masra menduduki posisi kepala desa. Kelangsungan hidup dinasti keluarga Masra dalam Pemerintahan Desa Gapurana dikaji dalam relasi H. Andiwarto yang merupakan keturunan Masra dengan sub-elite dan masyarakat desa untuk mempertahankan dinasti keturunan keluarga Masra sebagai kepala desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teori elite yang dikemukakan oleh Suzanne Keller digunakan untuk menganalisis relasi elite, sub-elite, dan masyarakat. Teori ini memiliki 4 (empat) indikator yaitu elite yang memerintah, elite yang berkuasa, elite yang tidak berkuasa, dan masyarakat. Berdasarkan indikator tersebut dan hasil penelitian, maka relasi yang dibangun oleh H. Andiwarto dalam mempertahankan dinasti keluarga Masra terdiri dari tiga relasi yaitu relasi dengan elite politik, relasi dengan elite ekonomi, dan relasi dengan elite sosial. Relasi elite politik merupakan relasi yang paling vital dalam mempertahankan dinasti keturunan keluarga Masra. Sebaliknya, relasi elite ekonomi dan elite sosial mendukung relasi untuk menjaga legitimasi masyarakat desa terhadap keturunan Masra.

The urgency of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia continues to increase. Companies in Indonesia are now focusing on CSR programs to assist the government in accelerating the handling of COVID-19. This study aims to examine the form of social support by implementing CSR on the official website pages of 5 State-Owned Enterprises. The type of research used in this research is qualitative using a qualitative content analysis approach. Sampling used non-probability sampling method. The technique used was purposive sampling by taking samples of news content and various CSR activities on the website pages of 5 State-Owned Enterprises. The data analysis technique uses data coding using a deductive approach. The value analysis of CSR activities is implemented and implementing CSR based on the value state of defense. Otherwise, three CSR pillars, namely People, Profit, and Planet, are implemented in various CSR activities covering education, health, environment, infrastructure, community empowerment, disaster management, and special assistance to affected communities. The Result of the seven categories, the three most frequently encountered are community economic empowerment support through Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and health support and educational support. ; Urgensi pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia terus meningkat, perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia kini fokus pada program CSR untuk membantu pemerintah dalam percepatan penanganan COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bentuk dukungan sosial melalui penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada laman resmi 5 Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis isi kualitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling, sedangkan teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan mengambil sampel konten berita dan berbagai kegiatan CSR pada halaman website 5 BUMN, Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan koding data menggunakan deduktif. pendekatan. Analisis nilai bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan CSR dan kemampuan melaksanakan CSR berdasarkan nilai bela negara. Selain itu, terdapat tiga pilar CSR yaitu Profit, People, dan Planet yang diimplementasikan dalam berbagai kegiatan CSR yang meliputi bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, lingkungan, infrastruktur, pemberdayaan masyarakat, penanggulangan bencana, dan bantuan khusus kepada masyarakat terdampak. Hasil dari ketujuh kategori tersebut, tiga yang paling banyak dijumpai adalah dukungan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dan dukungan kesehatan dan pendidikan.

Purpose This study aims to extract information and analyze the antecedents of Muslims following pilgrimage tours. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics Indonesia shows that 87.18 per cent of the total population of Indonesia are Muslims. In addition to running the ruling of Islam and the pillars of Faith, Muslims also maintain the religious tourism. The form of religious tourism which is widely followed by the Muslims of Indonesia is to follow a pilgrimage to the tomb of the wali (Guardian), both wali limo and wali songo. Design/methodology/approach This study used a qualitative approach. Data collection was done using in-depth interviews of Muslims in Indonesia who had already attended pilgrimages to wali limo and/or wali songo. Findings The tourists are satisfied and have an intention to revisit the destination, and the interest of the community to follow religious tours is very large, as well as the opportunities to do business in this sector are still wide open. Various motives and benefits of following religious tours, as well as suggestions for improvements for religious tourism destination managers, as well as advice for the government were uncovered. Thus, the results of this study are expected to provide a theoretical contribution related to marketing management in religious tourism and a practical contribution for the managers of religious tourism. Research limitations/implications Further research can be done with a quantitative approach, as well as comparative studies between pilgrimages in Indonesia (developing countries) and pilgrimages in other developing countries or in developed countries can also be conducted. Practical implications For marketing practitioners, the results of this study can be used as a consideration to continue to improve services in the field of religious tourism in the country, given the potential for development is very large. Social implications There is a contribution from this study to the development of marketing science, particularly related to marketing management on religious tourism services. Originality/value This study offers new insight regarding factors influencing Muslims pilgrimage tourism in Indonesia.

Interfaith dialogue has not gained a strategic place in the context of the study of international relations yet, even though its existence has practically provided new dynamics in the constellation of contemporary international relations. Not only that, interfaith dialogue also has sufficient theoretical urgency as a academics study that needs to be continuously developed. The debate between realism and idealism continues to develop in contemporary international relations studies. This development is influenced by the expansion of the meaning of actors who not only talk about state actors but also non-state actors, the expansion of the issues was originally focused on hard political issues but also focus to the discussion on low political issues, as well as how the interaction between actors with the religious discussion of these issues has created varied patterns of relations between actors in the study of international relations. This study attempts to place the phenomenon of interfaith dialogue theoretically in the study of international relations through a rational perspective, by seeking a middle ground between the realism and idealism debates. The English School approach, foreign policy, and diplomacy will try to be presented so that the theoretical position of inter-religious dialogue will become clear as a phenomenon that continues to develop in the study of international relations. The importance of this research is to provide the possibility of a wider variety of studies in the context of international relations, so that the existence of international relations as a scientific discipline can be optimized for its contribution to analyzing social phenomena across national borders that occur and growing.

Undang-Undang No. l Tahun 1974 In people's lives there is still a frequent way of marriage which is a violation of Law , especially article 2 paragraph 2, namely: "Each marriage is recorded according to the applicable laws and regulations". According to Gustav Radbruch law must contain three basic values, namely: 1. Value of justice (philosophical aspect). The validity of the law is justified on the basis of human philosophical beliefs. 2. Value of certainty (juridical aspect). The law is enforced because it is determined by the state (gemeenschap), namely by the government and the people's representative council. 3. Value of benefits (sociological aspects). The validity of the law is due to social reality (society as a whole). In a sociological and philosophical view, siri marriage is relatively acceptable to the community, but judicially cannot be justified because it will have an impact on the low legal awareness of the community. Marriage recording does not determine the validity of a marriage, but only states that the marriage event actually happened, so it is merely administrative. Thus, the marriage is legitimate because it is carried out in accordance with religious law but has a weakness, namely the absence of a recording as referred to in article 2 paragraph 2 of Undang-Undang No. l Tahun 1974 . In reality the registration of marriages brought more good than bad in living in a society, so carrying out the registration of the marriage would be in line and not in conflict with religious norms

This study research views relation between incentives and enhancement of unit's performance budget which is managed by human resources in DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. In this research using 62,568 data which is classified by 1,738 unit from 2017 – 2019 related to realization of budget and human resources. By using Difference in Difference method in this research find that after implementing policy in delayed of incentives, it has a positive impact on realization budget of 12.75% in units affected by the policy with a significance level of 1%. In addition, the implementation the policy if the unit can not achieve the target for two (2) concecutive months has a positive effects of 7.10% with significance level of 1%. This study recommends that the policy can be implemented if government concern in gender, education, and employee attendance in each unit, so the unit can achieve the target. The findings research support the literature that policy which is includes the punishment has positive effects in improving performance unit and motivating employee performance.
