This qualitative phenomenological study examined thirty female Syrian refugees' perceptions of their children education at the Za'atari Refugee Camp in Jordan. Interpretive Phenomenological Analytic (IPA) was employed to analyze the data collected through in-depth interviews. Findings demonstrated the refugees' high regard for education and their aspirations for a brighter future for their children. Results also highlighted the challenges refugees face at the camp, which impede their children education and prevent the majority of them from attending schools. The research findings contribute to a better understanding of the refugees' experiences and challenges.

We investigated the relationship between employees' strengths use and innovation through the mediator of their work engagement. A validated questionnaire was used to collect data from 158 employees at 3 companies in China. Structural equation modeling results show that work engagement
partially mediated the relationship between employee strengths use and innovation. In addition, employee strengths use increased their innovation and made them more engaged in their work, and employees' work engagement, in turn, promoted their innovative behavior. These findings suggest that
strengths use alone does not enhance employee innovation: Work engagement is also important. Directions for future research are discussed.

AbstractThe recent infusion of cash into production agriculture due to damages from retaliatory trade actions has been large. Up to $28 billion has been authorized through the Trade Mitigation Program in 2018 and 2019, accounting for a significant share of farm income and providing liquidity in an extended period of low prices. Using farm‐level data from Illinois, Kansas, and Minnesota, this research examines the importance of market facilitation program payments in supporting incomes and reducing credit default risk. Results illustrate the additional liquidity provided for farms, and the distributional effects across states and among farms within each state.

What explains receptivity of citizens in the post-communist world to Russian influence? popular attitudes in Central and Eastern Europe about Russia's role in the world and seeks to find answers to the question: does ideology or economic factors most influence support for Russia in post-communist Central and Eastern Europe? We use survey data from the Pew Research Center (2017) to assess the drivers for popular support of Russia. We find that the primary driver of individual-level support of Russia is political attitudes associated with the Far Right, but that this relationship also varies by country.
