Abstract There are three objectives to writing this article as follow, First is to know the background of the rise of Moghul Empire, Second to know growth and fall of the Moghul Empire, and the last several Moghul legacies such as in the aspect of politic, social, art, etc.The founding father of Moghul Empire is Kutbu'ddin Aibak (1206-1211), who was able to establish Independence Islamic Kingdom of India. There are several ruler: Sultan Akbar, Syah Jahan, dan Aurangzib. Sultan Akbar has reputation as the ruler who was able to maintain stability of the empire as well as to combine the Islamic and Hindus civilization. Meanwhile Syah Jahan inherit some relics, such as the famous Taj Mahal.Other ruler Aurangzib was to expand his empire. But the generation after Aurangzib fail to maintain unity of his empire and Moghul breakdown to several independence kingdom. The Sepoy Mutiny in 1857 is the end of Moghul Empire. The regulation of content is no longer a self-contained domain of governance, which was in most aspects reserved for the nation state. Now many other domains have become relevant, in more or less immediate ways. The linkages have only grown stronger as media consumption has moved from old to new media and the latter have become deeply integrated in everyday economic, cultural, political and social life. Next to the difficulty for regulators to grapple with new technologies, the governance challenge here stems from the often strikingly different regulatory histories, rationales for intervention and institutional structures of these previously separated policy domains, and renders regulatory design appropriate for the achievement of core public policy objectives extremely complex. A related phenomenon that can be observed is the growing 'messiness' of regulation, as it not only draws together horizontally different domains but is also unevenly vertically spread along a multi-layered structure that mobilizes various actors at the local, national, regional and international levels.

Historically, immigrants from different parts of the world were welcomed to Britain and at times even seduced into coming to live and work here. However, when their population increased, or other issues of the time were connected to their presence in the country, political and public concerns began to emerge in relation to demographics, health, the economy and crime.2 This paper will explore the temporal aspects of connecting foreign nationals to different non-immigration criminal offences by tracking the historical role of immigration policy and political debates in immigrant criminality in order to understand the background to this issue, which has predominated on the political discourses and immigration policy changes. The historical journey this article takes will shed some light on the economic and social restrictions placed on foreign nationals' activities, and the role of public sentiment and media coverage in connecting foreign nationals to non-immigration criminal offences with a special focus on the criminality of the Irish in the UK.

Political advertising is a form of aesthetic and political communication; it is encountered in election, addressed to electoral groups and aimed at electoral behavior perception management. Aesthetic and political communication has a lot of characteristics of political communication in general, that in its turn is a kind of public communication. Advertising nails down certain emotions in the person's memory, which hereafter will determine his (her) behavior. Achieving of an objective is made by aesthetic images creation and advancement that facilitates aesthetic judgment of objective world, increases beauty sensitivity, uprears and develops cultural perception, the sense of taste. In the course of it, the didactic orientation of political advertising emerges. In a general sense, political advertising aesthetics is the aesthetics of personal behavior management technologies in social setting, the aesthetic of personal influence. Political events infer aesthetic expressiveness and legalization in response to mass media, publicity, popular art, word-picture and image. Internal action of political and aesthetic aspects turns the individual into spectator and recipient.

Kutai Kingdom in the stage history of the archipelago have left traces of civilization. At least the built form of monarchy has got a touch of constitutional govern life in society. Constitutional monarchy called Panji Selaten, and Baraja Niti Law is the law that puts the combination of building indigenous aspects of egalitarianism, which is located between the Dayak and Kutai inland located near the center of power, where the top leadership is the king of Kutai. Building a constitution that remains grounded in the realm of "traditional" so-called "customary legal system sanctioned by the royal policy which also was based on the Personality '. And the result of the accumulation of "integration of religious values" into the royal power structure that forms the social character of the Malay culture is closer to the power structure. As a result, Dayak "haloq" is more likely to make ethnic identity in Kutai, and this is an indication that lead to impaired bargaining power "propaganda Islamiyah"

Governments and business leaders are increasingly aware of the role that innovation plays in economic growth, development and competitiveness. There are imperative challenges for Latin American countries, among them, poverty, social inclusion, sustainable development, climate change, natural disasters, productivity, improve the quality of education and health. Innovations are essential to drive economic growth and prosperity in the region. According to the Global Innovation Index (2014), Mexico is ranked 66th. Most of the research on innovation performance is mostly focused on technological innovation. Therefore, the main variables used, such as patents and number of scientific publications, do not always reflect the other types of innovations (i.e. business model, organizational, etc.) that are developing in emerging markets. The aim of this paper is to analyze the Mexican innovation system using a broad concept with a focus on other types of innovation including cultural aspects to identify the main characteristics that distinguish and determine how innovation in Mexico is formed.

В статье рассматриваются известные теории социального, культурного и символического капиталов в едином контексте. На основе междисциплинарного подхода обосновываются ключевые аспекты концепции социокультурного капитала, решающей проблему фрагментарного знания и представляющей возможность комплексного исследования разнообразных практик в области экономики, политики, религии, масс-медиа, искусства, регионального развития и т.д. В качестве методологии автор использует коммуникативную парадигму, позволяющую выявить некоторые особенности функционирования и накопления социокультурного капитала, а также определить векторы его эмпирического анализа. ; The article observes some famous theories of social, cultural and symbolic capital in the uniform context. Key aspects of the conception of cultural capital are explained on the ground of interdisciplinary approach. This conception solves the problem of fragmentary knowledge and provides the possibility of complex research of different practices in economics, politics, religion, mass-media, art, regional development, etc. As a basic methodology the author uses communicative paradigm, revealing certain features of functioning and formation of cultural capital and determining vectors of its empirical analysis.

Авторами выделяются экономические, институциональные и правовые аспекты проблемы пространственной интеграции, пути преодоления тех негативных тенденций, которые «разрывают» экономику России как единое пространство хозяйственного и социального развития. Пространственная интеграция определяется как одна из важнейших задач федеральной политики регионального развития, ее концептуального и законодательного закрепления. ; The article focuses on the formation of the prerequisites for the consistent spatial integration of the Russian economy as one of the most important preconditions for the practical implementation of strategic planning methods. The authors highlight economic, institutional and legal aspects of the spatial integration problem and show the ways to overcome the negative tendencies, which "break" the economy of Russia as a common space of economic and social development. Spatial integration is defined as one of the most important tasks for the Federal regional development policy, for its conceptual and legislative fastening.

Agneta Horn was a Swedish noblewoman who lived in the Seventeenth Century. Her autobiography is interesting for historical, social, linguistic and literary reasons, and often addresses the crucial events of the time, such as the Thirty Years' War. The language Horn employs, especially the military jargon, is rich in loanwords from Middle Low German and French, thus reflecting the changes that Swedish was undergoing in the Seventeenth Century. Apart from the linguistic and historical aspects, Horn's autobiography is noteworthy also for its formal diversity and articulation, possibly attributable to the influences of a variety of literary genres. It is a female autobiography, a genre that was gaining popularity at the time (Queen Christina also authored her own autobiography); it is a släktbok, i.e. a collection of personal notes that recount the private and economic events of a family; it is a war diary, since Horn's husband was in the army and she followed him during his military campaigns; it is finally a book of prayers, which are a considerable portion of the text, especially in the final section.

In her book Policy Paradox and Political Reason published in 1988, she focuses on policy and politics as cultural bargaining over values and ideas, instead of a rational process of decision-making. In addition to this book, which was retitled Policy Paradox, The Art of Political Decision Making in later editions, she has published widely on societal paradoxes, political reasoning and professional dilemmas in many aspects of social policy. The newest edition (published in 2012 and called the third edition, but really the fourth) incorporates major revisions to the literature, theories and policy illustrations, including more examples from international relations and countries besides the USA. Due to this key contribution and the longstanding relevance of her book, we talked with Deborah Stone in Vienna on 5 July 2013. We had a dialogue about this book, her theoretical ideas and how policy sciences could improve in the future.

The legislation of health warning labels on cigarette packaging is a major focus for tobacco control internationally and is a key component of the World Health Organization's Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. This population-level intervention is broadly supported as a vital measure for warning people about the health consequences of smoking. However, some components of this approach warrant close critical inspection. Through a qualitative content analysis of the imagery used on health warning labels from 4 countries, we consider how this imagery depicts people that smoke. В статье рассматриваются основные нормативно-правовые аспекты развития кустарной кооперации в России в конце ХIХ начале ХХ века. Анализируются законодательные попытки привести сельскохозяйственные кооперативные уставы в соответствие с социальной эволюцией деревни. Делается акцент на роли земств в развитии промысловой кооперации, в то же время не игнорируются причины, тормозившие массовое распространение сельскохозяйственных обществ. Автор также отмечает, что в определенной автономности кооперации правительство видело политическую опасность для режима. ; The article examines the basic normative and legal aspects of the development of handicraft cooperation in Russia at the end of the XIX the beginning of the XX century. Legislative attempts to adjust agricultural cooperative statutes in accordance with the social evolution of the village are analyzed. Emphasis is made on the role of zemstvos in producers' cooperation development and at the same time reasons that hampered the mass spread of agricultural societies are not ignored. The author also notes that the government saw a political danger for the regime in certain autonomy of cooperation.
