The issue of sports disciplines teachers` taste for pedagogical activity formation, as well as of persons who have gained a qualification in other areas of professional activity, becomes very relevant. Social pedagogical practices for modern Ukraine are a new pedagogical phenomenon, which, however, is already enshrined in the legislation of our country. This article presents the experience of "social pedagogical practice", which exists in the system of professional training of teachers, in particular, of sports disciplines in China. Also, the article pays attention to the discrepancy between the terminological apparatus of the People's Republic of China and Ukraine regarding the problem mentioned, with the obvious identity of the purpose and objectives of the process. Social pedagogical practices in the People's Republic of China are an integral part of the general system of vocational training of teachers and other pedagogical workers. Today, students-practitioners in the People's Republic of China, who come to institutions of secondary education to practice pedagogy on their own will ("social pedagogical practices"), besides acquiring purely professional skills, also take part in the educational work of the school. However, their work, to a large extent, is reduced to help to senior teachers to organize the current educational process that takes place at school in accordance with the annual "School Work Plan". Social pedagogical practices are not obligatory when studying in a pedagogical university in China, but are stimulated by a higher educational institution. The non-eligibility of any practice is explained by the specifics of the educational process organization in the country in general, in which practice as a form of work is carried out the educational process and is included in the system of acquisition and advanced training at the workplace. The article deals with the noble guardianship, an estate institution founded by Catherine II, which successfully existed until 1917. The purpose is to describe its main functions and find out how the modernization measures of the state influenced its activities in the second half of the 19th and early 20th centuries. The research methodology is based on the general principles of scientificity and historicism using the methods of social history. The supreme power endowed the noble guardianship with elements of class self-government, including the elective principle of the formation of the cadre, control over the reporting of its activities, as well as the decision-making by the county noble corporation and its participation in the introduction of guardianship or termination of its operation and the maintenance of the institution at its own expense. At the same time, guardianship became a flexible means of state control over the position of the property of the privileged class. The state strived to ensure that estates with the loss or illness of the owner remained in the family and under the control of the guardianship and the noble corporation, supporting its members, providing funds for the upbringing and education of young nobles, potential military men and officials. It activated the nobility meetings in order to discipline the owners of the estate not to waste it, not to squander, as well as to stop the cruelty of the landlords to exploit the peasantry, because it continued to remain the main taxpayer and source of supply of soldiers for the army. In the second half of the XIX – early XX centuries guardianship intensified, which is explained by attempts to use them to preserve property during the transition of society to market relations. Losing its dominant position, the nobility used its opportunities for self-preservation, to protect their property, and the state – to reduce the class identity and to collect funds from indebted owners, regulating the repayment of loans.

Purpose: to reveal the genesis of the concept of «physical culture» in the Russian-Soviet and domestic scientific and social practices. Material and methods: the research materials are based on the analysis of special literature which covers various aspects of the development of the sphere of human activity related to the use of physical exercises. Results: it is shown that the problem of objective definition of the essence of the concept of «physical culture» is one of the key in the developmentof integrative theory; the socio-political preconditions for the introduction of the term «physical culture» in Russian-Soviet scientific and social practice are revealed; it is deduced that the basic provisions formulated by G. Duperon in his theory are the basis of the integrative theory of physical culture. Conclusions: it is shown that the term «physical culture» was introduced into the social practice of Russia in the spring of 1918 by the Bolshevik government through the administrative mechanism of public administration by issuing relevant decrees, decrees, etc.; it is shown that in the scientific community of that time physical culture was interpreted as the implementation of the basics of hygiene and sanitation; it is established that G. Duperron emphasized that the term «physical culture» acts as a general name for a special field of human activity. У статті проаналізовано сучасні теоретичні підходи до визначення сутності соціальної практики школярів та досвід різнотипних навчальних закладів щодо її організації. Доведено, що розвитку соціальної практики учнів навчально-реабілітаційних закладів сприятиме актуалізація в сучасних умовах ідей і новаторського досвіду А. С. Макаренка щодо організації соціально корисної праці вихованців, розширення їх соціального досвіду, збагачення ціннісного підґрунтя їх комунікації, а також забезпечення особистісної спрямованості соціальної практики. В якості прикладу системного здійснення цієї роботи розглянуто соціальну практику учнів Хортицького національного навчально-реабілітаційного багатопрофільного центру, яка передбачає роботу школярів над компетентнісно зорієнтованими завданнями, розробку та реалізацію соціальних проектів, проведення інтерактивних виховних занять за технологією «Океан життєвої компетентності» та діяльність учнівсько-студентського самоврядування. ; The author of the article analyzes the current theoretical approaches to the definition of pupils' social practice and experience of different educational institutions for its organization. The article proves that the development of social practice of pupils of educational rehabilitation establishments will be contributed by updating A. S. Makarenko's ideas and innovative experiences on the organization of socially useful work of pupils, expanding their social experience, enriching value basis of communication, as well as providing personal direction of social practice. As an example of system implementation of this work, this article describes social practice of pupils of Khortytsky National Educational Rehabilitation Multispecialized Centre. This practice involves pupils' work on competence-oriented tasks, development and implementation of social projects, interactive educational sessions using the technology of «Life-competence ocean» and activities of students' government.

The article presents an analysis of the process of subordination of artistic thinking to ideological dictates, «inscribing» the literary practice of the subject of aesthetic creativity in the format of a single Soviet method.It is proved that at the stage of political structuring of literary and artistic life, strengthening of regulation and unification of creativity, writers in the format of socialist realism are forced to use new tactics and methods, to find ways of adapting. ; У статті подано аналіз процесу підпорядковування художнього мислення ідеологічному диктатові, «вписування» літературної практики суб'єкта естетичної творчості у формат єдиного радянського методу. Досліджено, що на етапі політичного структурування літературно-мистецького життя, посилення регламентації та уніфікації творчості, письменники у форматі соціалістичного реалізму змушені використовувати нові тактики й методи, відшукувати шляхи адаптації.

The article is devoted to the study of discursive practices of denial in intercultural communication as a kind of discursive social practice. The multidimensional nature of intercultural communication determines the complexity of the problems of studying intercultural communication from the point of view of culture studies, linguistics, sociology, philosophy, ethnology, pragmatics, the theory of mass communication, political science and public administration. The study of the pragmatic aspect of intercultural communication is relevant from the point of view of the integrated approach that helps to reveal the picture of the world of the people, its way of life, and the socio-cultural conditionality of the language allows us to establish the facts of the culture of the people, which contributes to better mutual understanding in the intercultural dialogue. The article noted that there is a significant difference between sociocultural space and time and multicultural space. From our point of view, the current situation of the development of new strategies of cultural communities that are active in activism is not deprived of the national and cultural potential of the society, a lot of mental and spiritual growth, and there is no new pattern of new growth.

On the formation of verbal and behavioral practices of interaction with the mentally ill effect supranational, state and micro­social factors. Now Ukraine is experiencing a period of socio­cultural, political and economic transformations. These processes inevitably lead to changes in the verbal­behavioral social practices of interaction between the various categories of the population, including insane. The events of the past year: the revolutionary and military actions, the re­election of the President and deputies of the Verkhovna Rada significantly speed up these processes. A radical transformation in the political sphere. Now the country's leadership declares about carrying out reforms in the field of medical and social services. The study of transformation processes of interaction with the mentally ill will influence them and make them more controllable. The aim of this study was to explore the socio­cultural, political and eco­nomic transformation, including socio­pharmaceutical marketing verbal­behavioral social engagement practices insane. To meet our goal was used the following research methods as analysis, synthesis, content analysis. In the course of the research we identified the following patterns of socio­cultural, political and economic transformations: the disparity in the transformation processes of verbal­behavioral social practices, relations between civil society and the mentally ill, namely proactive socio­cultural determinants of relative political and economic, the emergence of practices of not receiving medical care, paternalistic verbal­behavioral practice of interaction with insane for disabilities and the provision of social assistance, it is necessary medical treatment. ; На формування вербально­поведінкових практик взаємодії з психічно хворими впливають наддержавні, державні та мікросоціальні фактори. Зараз Україна переживає період соціокультурних, політичних та економічних трансформацій. Ці процеси неминуче призводять до зміни вербально­поведінкових соціальних практик взаємодії між різними категоріями населення, в тому числі і з психічно хворими. Події останнього року: революційні та військові дії, перевибори президента та депутатів Верховної Ради значно прискорюють ці процеси. Кардинальні трансформації відбуваються в політичній сфері. Наразі керівництво країни декларує про проведення швидких реформ у сфері медичного та соціального сервісу. Вивчення трансформаційних процесів взаємодії з психічно хворими дозволить впливати на них та зробити їх більш контрольованими. Метою роботи стало дослідити соціокультурні, політичні та економічні трансформації, у т.ч. соціально­фармацевтичний маркетинг вербально­поведінкових соціальних практик взаємодії з психічно хворими. Для виконання поставленої мети застосовувалися такі методи дослідження, як аналіз, синтез, контент­аналіз. The article analyzes theoretical and legal, comparative and applied as well as terminological and conceptual aspects of the process of interpretation by the administrative courts of Ukraine of general and military-special regulations that are important for making informed decisions in military and legal public disputes. In order to determine a systematic approach to the possibility of reversing the execution of court decisions in administrative cases on appeals against decisions, actions and omissions of the subject of power, the subject of which is the payment of one-time cash benefits to servicemen, conscripts and reservists in case of death, total or partial disability, a systematic analysis of terms, words and phrases in the context of the normative content of Article 381 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine has been conducted. Based on the study, a logical conclusion has been made regarding the diversity and ambiguity of general legal terms, terminological phrases enshrined in the normative content of Article 381 of the CAP of Ukraine and their inconsistency with military-special terms and phrases enshrined in the normative-legal legislation of Ukraine, in particular in the field of military service and military-social legal relations. The results of the study allow the application of the provisions of Article 380 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine on the reversal of a court decision to the disputed military-protective legal relations. Further research on the peculiarities of the application of military and social legislation by administrative courts of Ukraine should be carried out by taking into account the requirements of military and social legislation of developed foreign countries and the current practice of the European Court of Human Rights.

Reproductive, surrogate, abortion and other types of medical tourism are evidence of the demand for certain practices and unresolved biopolitical issues at the level of legislation of different countries with different attitudes to socio-economic and biological inequality. Ukraine is remaining the center of world reproductive tourism. In the large cities of Ukraine, the reproductive business is developing and there are clinics that provide services using assisted reproductive technologies. This actualizes the problem of unresolved biopolitical issues and strengthens their impact on surrogacy practices in Ukraine. Needs of deep socio-philosophical analyses of problems of surrogacy is reasoned, especially when it comes to ethics of risk. It is noted that laws which rule surrogacy, lags behind reproductive and social practices and needs. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the legislation in biopolitics is relevant for a short time: to a new stage of development of technological potentiality. Legislation on surrogacy in Ukraine is more regulated and in part more progressive than in many countries around the world, and based on genetic relatedness. The challenges and threats to the Ukrainian society, which are hiding in prohibitive legislative initiatives in the field of reproduction, have been clarified. An analysis of recent abolitionist initiatives, including those from religious organizations, has been conducted. It has been shown that the protection against exploitation invoked by abolitionists is achieved in a clearly disproportionate and burdensome way for women themselves. Conclusion that in order to avoid negative biopolitical scenarios, Ukrainian society should avoid moral panic, form a special respect for technology and scientific knowledge, recognize the authority of socio-humanitarian research and appreciate data obtained by scientists have been done.

The article contends the priority of practices of political, civic and social participation in the measurement of social inclusion as a component of social quality. Comparative analysis of the third (1999-2001) and the fourth (2008-2010) waves of European values study demonstrates contradictory tendencies of different types of participation in Ukraine during the late 1990s - 2000s which allows an assessment of important dimension of social quality of Ukrainian society in the context of other countries in Eastern and Western Europe. The structure of factors of civic and social participation in Ukraine has similarities with democratic countries - Germany, France and Poland, as well as with authoritarian Russia and Belarus. The growth of political activity and disproportionately low levels of civic and social participation in Ukraine point to problems of social inclusion and, respectively, relatively low level of social quality. It is concluded in the article that political reforms without corresponding changes in civic and social participation will not lead to the strengthening of democratic institutions of Ukrainian society and establishing a stable system of consolidated democracy. ; В статті обґрунтовується пріоритетність практик політичної, громадянської і соціальної участі населення для вимірювання соціального включення як компоненту якості суспільства. The use of social media in political discourse is quite active, and has turned this means of communication into a tool for influencing the communities. In times of political and social crises, such influence can be particularly relevant, since society is mobilized and traditional media often have lower level of trust. Discourses in social media, especially under conditions of increasing gradient of confrontation in society, are elements of power, and through the implementation of certain psychological practices in them, social construction can take place in the form of establishing a social hierarchy. In this article, which is utilizing a Fairclough's critical discourse analysis of a communicative case in the Ukrainian segment of social media, the features of linguistic characteristics, discursive practices and social practices that lead to the reproduction of the psychological practice of segregation of community members are identified. This practice is weakening the society's ability to unity and mobilization through the strengthening of internal contradictions between individuals, depending on their attitude to the "politicization" of a particular topic, and to the construction of an additional "fault line" between citizens. In the process of reproducing this practice towards the target audience, the effect of monotony is also instilled, that is the fatigue from information and loss of interest. Monotony, in turn, leads to the increase in the passivity of citizens and their loss of motivation to somehow position themselves in discourses, fills the communication space of "excessive" information and reduces the ability of society to mobilize. ; Застосування соціальних медіа в політичному дискурсі є досить активним, і давно перетворило цей засіб комунікації на інструмент впливу на спільноти. В умовах політичних та соціальних криз такий вплив може бути особливо актуальним, адже суспільство перебуває у мобілізованому стані, а традиційні медіа часто мають менший рівень довіри. Дискурси в соціальних медіа, особливо в умовах нарощення у суспільстві градієнту протистояння в суспільстві, є елементами влади, і через реалізацію в них певних психологічних практик може відбуватися соціальне конструювання у формі встановлення соціальної ієрархії. В цій статті завдяки дослідженню із застосуванням критичного дискурс-аналізу за методом Нормана Феркло комунікативного кейсу в українському сегменті соціальних медіа визначено особливості лінгвістичних характеристик, дискурсивних практик та соціальних практик, що ведуть до відтворення психологічної практики сегрегації членів спільноти. Ця практика веде до послаблення здатності суспільства до єдності та мобілізації через посилення внутрішніх протиріч між індивідами, залежно від їхнього ставлення до «політизації» конкретної теми, і до побудови додаткової «лінії розлому» між громадянами. У процесі відтворення цієї практики на цільову аудиторію також навіюється ефект монотонії, тобто втоми від інформації та втрати інтересу. Монотонія, в свою чергу, веде до зростання пасивності громадян та втрати ними мотивації якось позиціонувати себе в дискурсах, заповнення комунікаційного простору «зайвою» інформацією та до зниження здатності суспільства до мобілізації.
