The article analyzes the basic theory of subjective well-being. It is indicated that the desire for well-being is one of the main driving forces of human society, its subjective feeling is an important condition for a full-fledged life of a person, therefore, attention is drawn to the need for psychological research related to the analysis of methodological and systemic approaches aimed at studying subjective well-being. The main differences between the theories, as well as the relationship between the concepts of "well-being", "subjective well-being" and "psychological well-being" are shown, a theoretical analysis of existing modern approaches to the problem of studying subjective well-being and its components is carried out. Subjective well- being is considered as an integral psychological formation, including the assessment and attitude of a person to his life and himself.
The main approaches to elucidating the components of subjective well-being are characterized – hedonistic and eudemonistic. Based on the analysis of modern and research, a study of its sources and determinants is carried out, the component composition, terminology base is clarified, the influence of various factors, such as: social relations, genetic predisposition, material well-being, joy of needs, existence of goals and meaning of life, physical activity are investigated , individual characteristics, accepting oneself as a person, etc. Through a synthesis of various approaches to understanding subjective well-being, several key statements have been identified in the framework of the study: the positivity of measuring well-being as the presence of positive intensity indicators and experiences of different intensities; global dimension – the interconnection of all aspects of human life (social, biological, psychological, physical) time lag, dynamism; subjectivity as the dependence of the experience of well-being on assessment, attitude and personal experience. Attention is drawn to the fact that the term "subjective well-being" is interdisciplinary and has its meaning in psychology, sociology, economics and the political sciences. The prospect of further research is seen in continuing to study the structural features of models and components of well-being.
Курс є нормативною дисципліною підготовки фахівців за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія» за освітньо-професійним рівнем першим (бакалаврським). Навчальна програма дисципліни «Методика проведення психологічної експертизи в різних галузях психології» розроблена відповідно до структури та змісту навчальних посібників, які рекомендовано для студентів вищих освітніх закладів. Курс «Методика проведення психологічної експертизи в різних галузях психології» посідає важливе місце в загальній структурно- логічній схемі підготовки фахівця. Сучасна методика проведення психологічної експертизи в різних галузях психології вивчає основні принципи та методи експертної роботи психологів, практичних уміння і навички при використанні спеціальних методів і прийомів для вирішення різних експертних питань відповідно до чинного законодавства. Змістові модулі дисципліни забезпечують якісну підготовку на рівні бакалавра психології за рахунок узагальнення знань та вмінь, що були набуті студентами у змістових модулях інших психологічних дисциплін, в єдину професійну психологічну картину побудови світу. The curriculum of discipline "The method of conducting psychological examination in various fields of psychology" is developed in accordance with the structure and content of textbooks that are recommended for students of higher educational institutions. The course "The method of conducting psychological examination in various fields of psychology" occupies an important place in the general structural-logical scheme of training a specialist. The modern method of conducting psychological examination in various fields of psychology examines the basic principles and methods of expert work of psychologists, practical skills and skills using special methods and techniques for solving various expert issues in accordance with the current legislation. The content modules of the discipline provide qualitative training at the level of the bachelor of psychology at the expense of the generalization of knowledge and skills acquired by students in the content modules of other psychological disciplines into a single professional psychological picture of the construction of the world

This paper presents an analysis of the main theories and results of experimental research in the context of the shifting social preferences towards moral prejudices in a process of resource allocation decision making. Researchers of game theory have found that three motives are included in the decision-making process about resource allocation: social preferences, moral prejudices, and self-interest. Personal interests and moral prejudices are strong predictors in the model of predicting people's social orientations. Moral prejudices, being the distortions created by self-interest, can strongly influence people's social preferences, and even change them to the opposite. As a result, an asymmetric relationship is established between personal interest and moral prejudices in the decision-making process about resource allocation. When moral prejudices become an obstacle to achieving a goal, a person unconsciously distorts the information so that it justifies its actions. These distortions can be manifested in the avoidance of information that interferes with personal interests, the selective selection of information, and even recourse to opposing moral principles. In the long run, all this is expressed in the change of a person's social orientation from altruistic to selfish. These changes in people's social preferences are confirmed by the results of numerous experiments not only in social psychology, but also in social neuropsychology and neuroeconomics. The way to overcome these distortions is to have a clear understanding of the limits of personal interests and an understanding of one's own motives in decisions about resource allocation.

The problematic of the categorical aspect of the term of the soul through the prism of the principle of systematicity (organization) has been reviewed in the article. The problematic of the place of the category of a soul in the categorical apparatus of theoretical psychology have been shown through the context of general categories of the structure of the human – an organism, an individual, an individuality, a personality, the I, the subject. The problematic of analysis and disclosure of the meaning load of the specified of categories which is due to the application of the principle of determinism to their analysis has been noted. The possibility of building a hierarchical range of categories as levels of concretization (organization) of a mental structure of the one by analogy with respect to such a range of levels of concretization (organization) of a living that have been shown. It has been noted that specifics for a range of levels of organization of a living one is its start with a unit of analysis of what is alive – an organism, also specific is its completion represented as a unit of development of a living form of life – a body. The conceptual filling of range of levels of an organization that is characteristic to a mental structure is appropriate of general categories of the structure human in accordance with the principle of systemicity has been proposed. The article also deals with the connection of the concept of a soul with categories that lie beyond the scope of psychological science per se, like philosophy. The necessity of the said action is justified by the historical context of the humanity's literary and social practices that include the notion of the soul. The article concludes with the outline of the future direction for theoretical research of the outlined problematic aimed at making space for the notion of the soul in psychological science and the system of its concepts. Overall, the work is dedicated to the efforts of bringing more clarity to the use of the concept of the soul within the existing paradigm of psychology.

One of the criteria for the efficiency of the military leader's management activity is the ability correctly and timely solve the tasks and problems that confront him\her in the course of professional activity.Purpose is to analyse psychological peculiarities of problem solving by military leader in the management activity.The methodological basis of research are situational theory of leadership, motivation theory, humanistic approach, attribution theory of leadership, transformational leadership, systematic approach in psychology.The article deals with the attempt of psychological comprehension of leadership problem in the military and social management. The concept «problem» is defined, the typology of problems in the military and professional activity is revealed, the strategies of problems' solving, which are typical for military manager, are presented. The essence of typology of problems' application in the sphere of military practice is revealed.At the current stage of functioning of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, leadership is not just an effective regulator of managerial activity, but an integral part of the management process itself. Prospects for further research may be problems of implementation and development of leadership in the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. ; Осуществлено попытку психологического осмысления проблемы лидерства в военно-социальном управлении. Political science is a fairly young, integrative science that emerged at the intersection of different sciences (sociology, political science, psychology, cultural science, etc.). The subject of her research is the socio-political components of the litical life of society, which are formed at the level of political consciousness of peoples, states, ethnic groups, social groups, governments and individual representatives of society. Political processes in Ukraine are actively studied and predicted by a wide range of Ukrainian scholars. Their research is aimed at analyzing the past and present state of development of society, determining the role and place in them of a person, revealing the influence of political processes on the life of the individual. For many years after Ukraine's independence, democratic principles have been vigorously proclaimed and efforts have been made to realign the political system in accordance with these principles. A number of scholars have noted in their research that the current political culture of Ukrainians is characterized by ignorance f their rights and responsibilities, there is a lack of interest in public affairs and solving public problems, and being distant in making public decisions. Political psychology is a branch of general psychology that examines and studies the various psychological components used in the political life of society. Such psychological components include scholars' attitudes, attitudes, attitudes, behaviors, values of members of society, manifested through their political consciousness, political participation, political values. The political phenomena and processes that we are able to observe in our country depend to a large extent on the nature, psyche, specific people, their attitude to what is happening around us. Political-psychological knowledge and culture are necessary for every person, regardless of their professional specialty, since each of us in everyday life constantly interacts with other people and the state. As a citizen of one's own country, everyone reacts differently to those events by the witness or participant of which he or she is. Political events and phenomena reflect the psychological state of their participants, their thinking, imagination, views, values, consciousness, behavior. The training of any specialist involves the study of a number of subjects, which are specified in the educational and professional program in the relevant specialty. The purpose of studying the discipline "Political Psychology" is to develop in the cadets knowledge of the systematic presentation and understanding of the psychological content ofpolitic al life and activity, the ability to carry out psychological analysis of politics. The objectives of the discipline are: 1) familiarization with the theoretical and methodological foundations of political psychology as a science; 2) understanding and awareness of the essence of politics as a socio-psychological and psychologicalph enomenon; 3) mastering categorical tools; 4) knowledge of psychological features of different political regimes; 5) understanding the essence of political socialization of the individual as a process and as a phenomenon; 6 generalization of the practice of using socio-psychological technologies in political activity. Політичні явища та процеси, які ми маємо можливість спостерігати в нашій державі, значною мірою залежать від природи, психіки, конкретних людей, їх ставлення до того, що відбувається навколо. Політико-психологічні знання і культура необхідні кожній людині, незалежно від її професійного фаху, оскільки кожен із нас у буденному житті постійно взаємодіє з іншими людьми та державою. Будучи громадянином своєї держави, кожен по різному реагує на ті події, свідком або учасником яких він є. Політичні події й явища відображають психологічний стан їх учасників, їх мислення, уяву, погляди, цінності, свідомість, поведінку. Підготовка будь-якого фахівця передбачає вивчення цілої низки навчальних дисциплін, які зазначені в освітньо-професійній програмі за відповідною спеціальністю. Метою вивчення навчальної дисципліни "Політична психологія" є формування у курсантів знань про системне уявлення та розуміння психологічного змісту політичного життя і діяльності, уміння здійснювати психологічний аналіз політики. To overcome existingmethodological differences are calls to separate social management as an independent branch of scientific knowledge and incorporate it sections of sociology management, management philosophy, psychology, management, politics as the art of management, economy, culture and law, so as to highlight the problem of social control. Thus a «interdisciplinary discipline» subject and method of research is a systematic approach, systematic analysis of the phenomena of social life, and bring together a set of methods and toolsto study for the quality and structure of complex social systems as a control object. These calls cause concern, but their implementation has serious difficulties that present significant methodological problems determining categorical apparatus. Analytical review of existing definitions of management shows «Parade» content and meaning of this phenomenon, approaches for its consideration. This situation causes the problematic nature of the theory of social control. At its creation should clearly focus, primarily, on: 1) the formulation of major categories, laws, principles and methods change(optimization) social systems while maintaining their integrity; 2) identifying opportunities to build new social formations on the grounds of social expediency and value-normative notions of governance and public inherent in society at this stage of development. Any scientific theory, primarily intended to provide ideological orientations that easy to accept and to use in practice. A clear highlight social content management will create these benchmarks. We believe that the authors leave aside the fact that a general theory of social management requires a study of laws, principles and forms of social interaction, regardless of which sphere of life they are carried out. It is necessary to study not only the organizational management institutions and management as a social system, comprehensive regu existing social system. Admittedly, in the field of scientific research of sociologists observed substantial «deviation » in the direction of activity of their own administration. But sociology of management should not seek to replace management activities. Migration has been a popular topic among researchers and scholars from various fields; and evaluated from different perspectives such as that of sociologists, politicians and economists. The main approaches to the comprehension of concept «migration» are considered in the article. The cultural and historical concepts bases for analyzing and developing of adequate notion of migration process is proposed. The article deals with major traumatic problems and issues faced by migrant workers and how they affect the psychological state of individuals. The socio-psychological essence of the phenomenon of migration is revealed, the leading aspects of migration motives of behavior are outlined, the problem of migration in globalization processes of the world and the problem of social identification of the migrant are outlined.The aim of the article is a theoretical and practical analysis of the psychology of the migrant's personality through the prism of socio-psychological research.Methods: analysis, synthesis of the provisions contained in the psychological literature on the development of modern nuclear family, comparison, generalization, interpretation and systematization of theoretical and empirical research.The study of the psychology of the migrant's personality requires attention to the leading psychological parameters, including motivation, needs, values, emotional states of the migrant, which are the basis of the mental health of the individual. At the theoretical level, the hypothesis that there is a direct positive relationship between the adaptability of the migrant in the new socio-cultural environment and indicators of personal mental health has been confirmed.Psychology has a significant contribution to make to key areas of work on migration. In psychological discourse, migration is a tense process of entering a new socio-cultural environment, which may be accompanied by discomfort, anxiety, depression, different syndromes, chronic stress, problems not only mental but also domestic. In addition, the availability and accessibility of public and psychological services to make them inclusive, cultural and free remain a problem. Migration has been a popular topic among researchers and scholars from various fields; and evaluated from different perspectives such as that of sociologists, politicians and economists. The main approaches to the comprehension of concept «migration» are considered in the article. The cultural and historical concepts bases for analyzing and developing of adequate notion of migration process is proposed. The article deals with major traumatic problems and issues faced by migrant workers and how they affect the psychological state of individuals. The socio-psychological essence of the phenomenon of migration is revealed, the leading aspects of migration motives of behavior are outlined, the problem of migration in globalization processes of the world and the problem of social identification of the migrant are outlined.The aim of the article is a theoretical and practical analysis of the psychology of the migrant's personality through the prism of socio-psychological research.Methods: analysis, synthesis of the provisions contained in the psychological literature on the development of modern nuclear family, comparison, generalization, interpretation and systematization of theoretical and empirical research.The study of the psychology of the migrant's personality requires attention to the leading psychological parameters, including motivation, needs, values, emotional states of the migrant, which are the basis of the mental health of the individual. At the theoretical level, the hypothesis that there is a direct positive relationship between the adaptability of the migrant in the new socio-cultural environment and indicators of personal mental health has been confirmed.Psychology has a significant contribution to make to key areas of work on migration. It is substantiated that the modern stage of society development is characterized by strengthening the attention of various scientists, social and political leaders to the ideas of humanism. This interest is caused by the increasing of negative tendencies in the social sphere, which include the declining of morality, reducing of the cultural level, human rights limitation, increasing of aggression, indifference, social injustice and so on. All these processes are the evidences of the crisis of humanism. Thus the understanding of necessity of respect and kindness to human beings, the need of increasing the psychological culture of society are actualized, as well as the updating the content of professional education, particularly in the field of psychology. The aim of educational discipline «Psychology of humanistic orientation of higher school lecturer» is the forming of readiness of future lecturers of psychological disciplines to identify the humanistic orientation in the system of higher education and continuous professional growth. The main tasks of the discipline «Psychology of humanistic orientation of higher school lecturer» is broadening and deepening the knowledge of the problem of humanistic orientation of personality, particularly the higher school lecturer; developing the necessary skills of professional self-upbringing during the studying in higher pedagogical educational institution; stimulation of personal and professional self-improvement; students' creation of individual strategies of humanistic orientation during the studying. Program of the discipline consists of two sections (content modules): 1. Humanistic orientation of higher school lecturer as a psychological andpedagogical problem (topics: «The essence and history of humanism as the fundamental principle of human existence», «Psychological approaches to the problem of lecturer's humanistic orientation», «Professional health of humanistic aimed personality of lecturer», «Psychological well-being as a factor of lecturer's humanistic orientation»; 2. Components of the humanistic orientation of lecturer of higher school (topics: «Valuable orientations in the structure of lecturer's humanistic orientation», «Lecturer's tolerance», «Lecturer's empathy», «The creative component of lecturer's humanistic orientation»). Methodical guidelines that describe the list of tasks for practical classes and independent work of Master's Degree students are designed. Tasks and learning of scientific sources will let the Master's Degree students to learn more about the main tendencies in the studying of problem of humanistic orientation of higher school lecturer, will help to form their own vision for its detection and optimization, and also will encourage creativity and continuous personal and professional self-improvement as a lecturer.
