This article provides an analysis of the relations and influences between a forgotten protagonist of transnational communism in the twentieth century, the Austrian Franz Marek, and the Italian Communist Party (PCI). By tracing these very relations, it is possible to understand the importance of transnational political and intellectual networks for the international communist movement. Focusing on the period ranging from 1945 to Marek's death in 1979, the article interprets the importance of Marek as a Marxist intellectual and political figure in Europe. From his prominent role in the Austrian Communist Party, to his engagement in theoretical discussions, Marek's life was that of a fervent Marxist. Whether as a political interlocutor or Marxist philosopher and theorist, in both cases the PCI was interested in the words of Franz Marek and fascinated by his theoretical thoughts. His studies of Gramsci were the proverbial cherry on the cake. Not only did he not become an outlaw when ousted from the Austrian Communist Party in 1970, the exchange continued to intensify, and he was involved to some extent in all theoretical discussions of the PCI, even though this posed a problem for many a brother party.

Developing a professional profile of the expert teacher is a complex operation that forces us to reflect on the aims and meanings we attribute to the whole teaching and learning process. In the complexity of our reality, teachers are required to have new and specific competences, methodological knowledge and an expertise to invest both in terms of the students' educational success and of their own professional training. The quality of the training systems is played on these two aspects, considering it through the perspective of the improvement rather than the accountability. In Italy, the legislation has tried to outline the figure of the teacher in terms of merit, but we can look for other viewpoints in the international literature on Educational Expertise and above all on Teacher Leadership. Leadership can become a tool to improve teaching processes through the dynamic training of the teacher's identity as a marker of his expertise. ; La stesura di un profilo professionale dell'insegnante esperto è un'operazione complessa che obbliga a riflettere sulle finalità e i significati che attribuiamo all'intero processo di insegnamento e apprendimento. Nella complessità della nostra realtà si richiede agli insegnanti competenze nuove e specifiche, conoscenze metodologiche e una expertise da investire sia ai fini del successo formativo degli alunni, che della propria formazione professionalizzante. Su questi due aspetti si gioca la qualità dei sistemi formativi, se la consideriamo attraverso la prospettiva dell'improvement piuttosto che dell'accountability. In Italia la normativa ha cercato di delineare la figura del docente in termini di merito, ma possiamo cercare altri sguardi nella letteraturainternazionale relativaall'Educational Expertise e soprattutto alla Teacher Leadership. La leadership può diventare un mezzo per migliorare i processi di insegnamento attraverso la formazione dinamica dell'identità del docente come stile marcatore della sua professionalità.

For a long time it has been discussed on compulsory of physical educationsubject in primary school by specialist teachers who have a degree in exerciseand sport sciences. After many physical education projects, at the least"Sport di classe", and the expectation of employing the generalist teacherwith certified skills of the so-called "Good School" law, the Chamber ofDeputies of Italian Republic approved a draft law to resolve the issue definitively.However, due to the stratification of more laws, the acquired rights ofwhom are in possession of framework qualifications according to previousrules and for furthermore political and scientific visions, nowadays the mainproblem is the multiple competences in this field. The aim study is to identifythe training program of the teachers to identify the most appropriate profileaccording to educational aims of the National Guidelines for the Curriculumfor primary school and respecting the purposes of the draft cited law project.The method is the archive research with document analysis. The results pointabout the specialist graduate in physical education and sports sciences withthe certification of 24 ECTS in the anthropology-psychology-pedagogicalarea, according to the specialist teacher idea. Nel quadro delle importanti rivoluzioni storiografiche del Novecento - da quella delle Annales, al ritorno al narrativo, fino all'esperienza della microstoria e del biographical turn - la più recente ricerca storico-educativa internazionale e nazionale ha rivolto sempre più l'attenzione verso la "scuola come realtà viva" alla ricerca della black box of schooling. In particolare, la conoscenza della cultura empirica prodotta in classe e della cultura materiale della scuola hanno ricevuto significativi contributi dagli studi sulla professione docente, le cui molteplici dimensioni sono state indagate anche attraverso la prospettiva biografica. All'interno di questa cornice teorica si è inteso ricostruire la biografia magistrale di Cesare Malservisi, maestro di scuola elementare, bibliotecario, cantautore dialettale e figura di intellettuale vissuto nella Bologna dell'Italia del secondo dopoguerra. A partire dalla letteratura coeva di riferimento si è concentrata l'attenzione sulle fonti primarie dell'archivio personale conservato dalla famiglia relativamente alla sua carriera e vita privata, all'attività professionale e alla cultura materiale della scuola. Sul piano metodologico le fonti sono state inventariate, catalogate ed analizzate nell'intreccio con le testimonianze orali costituite da interviste a persone che l'hanno conosciuto, al fine di ricostruire una biografia 'al plurale'. Il quadro che emerge restituisce la complessità di una figura docente tra formazione iniziale e in servizio, giocata non solo sui banchi di scuola, ma come professionista impegnato nella società, ed inoltre contribuisce allo studio della realtà pedagogica e scolastica dell'Italia del secondo dopoguerra e della 'stagione pedagogica' del capoluogo emiliano, caratterizzata da un particolare fermento politico, sociale ed educativo che rimane, a parte il mito, ancora poco indagata. ; Among the most influential revolutions of the 20th century historiography - from the Annales to the return to narrative history, through the key concepts of microhistory and biographical turn – while seeking for the "black box of schooling", the recent international and national historical-educational researches have turned their attention to the theory of "school as a living reality". Notably, the observational study of the classroom empirical culture as well as of the school material culture has received significant contributions from the focus on the teaching profession, whose multiple dimensions have also been investigated from a biographic point of view. Within this theorethical framework, this work attempts to portray the life of Cesare Malservisi as primary school teacher, librarian, dialect songwriter and intellectual during the Postwar years in Bologna. Starting from the analysis of the reference coeval literature, the primary focus of this research is to investigate the family personal archive whose sources shift from Cesare Malservisi's career, private life, professional activity to the school material culture. For instance, while aiming to build a "plural biography", sources have been classified, analyzed, intertwined and integrated with interviews conducted with witnesses who have personally met Cesare Malservisi. The picture that emerges from this study confirms the complexity of Malservisi's teacher role whose professional development coexist with his engagement to society, and parallely explores the local pedagogic and teaching scene, with special attention to the intense socio-political and educational ferment of the Postwar years in Bologna, a subject that has not yet been thoroughly investigated.

The new path of access to the profession provided by law 107 and DLG 59 seems to align Italy with most European countries regarding the modalities and procedures for the training of new teachers in the lower and upper secondary education. In this study we will developed the thesis that the lawmaker's approach, in accordance with current theories and pedagogical practices, is to enhance the interconnection between theory and practice in the training of the future teachers. The constructive and dynamic interaction between theory and practice occurs especially in the laboratory context that consist in the class of true pupils in which the teacher in training begins to practice theprofession under the guidance of the scholastic teacher/tutor. We therefore considered that the tutor, as envisaged by the mentioned norms, is a nodal figure in the training of the neo-teachers, because the tutor is the mediator between pedagogical-didactic theories acquired at the university and the practice of teaching experied in the classroom. La ricerca indaga, nell'ambito dell'educational evaluation, sulla funzione dell'autovalutazione nel processo di valutazione dei docenti e sul suo ruolo nello sviluppo professionale degli insegnanti e nel miglioramento della scuola. All'interno degli approcci della program evaluation la valutazione dei docenti è connessa alla valutazione del curricolo; dall'analisi delle teorie e dei modelli di valutazione del programma si individua una linea di tendenza verso una progressiva partecipazione del docente e verso una specifica attenzione al suo portato nella valutazione, dinamismo che avvicina alla pratica auto valutativa. L'utilizzo di pratiche auto valutative emerge dalla comparazione delle prassi valutative dei paesi europei; la competenza auto valutativa e valutativa dell'insegnante diviene indispensabile, se ne verifica la presenza nei profili professionali dei docenti di Inghilterra, Francia, Finlandia e Portogallo, confrontati tramite un metaframework (Danielson, 2011). L'autovalutazione delle proprie competenze diviene esercizio della competenza del valutare, operazione mentale da apprendere al pari delle altre; si parla, date queste premesse, di apprendimento della valutazione (Guasti, 2013), nel quale il soggetto ha un ruolo attivo e consapevole. Nel percorso italiano di valutazione della scuola e dei docenti, dai progetti sperimentali di valutazione alla Legge 107/2015, si ricercano passaggi auto valutativi e si prendono in esame documenti e strumenti per analizzarne gli aspetti auto valutativi. Il profilo professionale del docente italiano è ricostruito a partire dalle leggi, dai contratti e dai progetti sperimentali. È la "scuola vissuta" ad essere interpellata con la survey approach rivolta ad alcuni dirigenti scolastici; l'indagine conferma il valore dell'ipotesi iniziale, evidenziando attenzione e ricettività verso le pratiche auto valutative della scuola e dei docenti. Un ruolo sempre più attivo del soggetto nella valutazione, sino al suo compimento nell'autovalutazione, insieme alla considerazione della parte processuale dell'insegnamento- apprendimento, possono rappresentare la chiave di volta per lo sviluppo professionale dei docenti e il miglioramento della scuola. ; The research, in the field of educational evaluation, the role of self-evaluation in teacher's evaluation and in professional development of teachers and the improvements of schools. Within the approaches of the program evaluation the evaluation of teachers is linked to the evaluation of the curriculum; from the analysis of the theories and the models of the evaluation of the program a tendency can be identified toward the participation of teachers and an attention toward what teachers can bring to the evaluation, dynamism that approaches to self-evaluation. The use of self-evaluation practices arises from the comparison of different evaluation techniques in european countries; and the competency in self-evaluation and of the teacher's evaluation becomes necessary, it's checked the presence in the professional profiles of teachers in England, France, Finland and Portugal, compared with a metaframework (Danielson, 2011). The self-evaluation of competencies becomes and exercise to evaluate, a mental operation that must be learnt like others; it's discussed the "learning to evaluate" (Guasti 2013), in which the subject has an active role. In the Italian path of evaluation of school and teachers, from the experimental project of evaluation to the law 107/2015 the self-evaluation step are searched and documents and tools to analyse the self-evaluation aspects. The professional profile of the Italian teacher is built from the laws, the contracts and the experimental projects. The "everyday school" is called upon with survey approach to a few head teachers; the enquiry confirms the value of the initial hypothesis, highlighting the attention towards auto-evaluation practices of the school and the teachers. An incresingly active role of the subject of the evaluation, until it's success in the self-evaluation, together with the consideration of the process part of teaching-learning, can represent the key for professional development of teachers and the improvement the schools.

The ability of understanding mental states (mentalization) is not genetically given, but develops depending on the critical interacting with more mature, benign, and reflective minds. The reflective function is defined as the outward manifestation of mentalization. The Recommendations of the European Parliament and Council in 2006 identify as a goal that of providing every citizen with social and civic skills, together with the development of critical and creative thinking skills meant as the specific goal of training.This paper claims that the reflective function is the basic condition for the development of such skills and that the function can be the subject matter of training. ; La capacità di comprendere gli stati mentali (mentalizzazione) non è geneticamente data, ma si sviluppa dipendendo in maniera critica dall'interazione con menti più mature, benevole e riflessive. La funzione riflessiva è definita come la manifestazione estrinseca della mentalizzazione. Le Raccomandazioni del Parlamento e del Consiglio del 2006 identificano come obiettivo il garantire a ogni cittadino competenze civiche e sociali, e lo sviluppo di capacità di pensiero critico e creativo come scopo della formazione.Si sostiene dunque che la funzione riflessiva sia la condizione fondamentale per lo sviluppo di tali capacità e che la funzione possa essere materia di formazione.

European educational policies highlight the importance of improving the initialtraining of future teachers, in order to raise the quality of educational systems and promote the integration of young people into the labor market. In this context, the University has the main task and the statutory responsibility of research for the most appropriate opportunities to train teachers who are able to face these challenges and who possess specific cultural tools. The aim of this paper is to describe the pedagogical-didactic model used to perform the activities of the laboratory of General Didactic and Educational Technology, achieved during the academic year 2015/2016, in the degree program LM85 bis at the University of Salerno, in order to show their teaching effectiveness in terms of students' active participation as a precondition necessary for the acquisition of cultural, educational and professional skills. The results achieved, in terms of process and product, are encouraging and, in our view, be attributed to the laboratory, as a place for discussion and mediation between teaching and training, as one of the potential solutions to innovate the university teaching and improve the quality of training. ; Le politiche d'istruzione europee sottolineano l'importanza di migliorare la formazione in ingresso dei futuri docenti per innalzare la qualità di sistemi scolastici e favorire l'inserimento delle giovani generazioni nel mercato del lavoro. PudCAD è un progetto patrocinato dal programma europeo Erasmus+ che rientra nelle azioni di cooperazione per l'innovazione e condivisione di buone pratiche per gli stati dell'unione euro-pea. Scopo dell'azione è la modernizza-zione e l'attivazione, a livello sistemico, di percorsi di istruzione partecipativi ba-sati sulle ICT. L'obbiettivo di PudCAD è realizzare una piattaforma di gioco che coinvol-ga i software CAD e che permetta agli studenti universitari delle discipline del progetto (designer, ingegneri e architet-ti) di apprendere ed utilizzare nella pra-tica progettuale i principi dell'Universal design. Since the last century there has been much reflection on the construct of sustainability both from an environmental, social and cultural point of view, and political scientists, ecologists, economists, journalists but also pedagogists have discussed it. During 2020, the European Commission considered sustainable development as a vital core of the 2030 Agenda, so much so that it elaborated 17 Sustainable Development Goals SDGs and the 169 sub-objectives associated with them to be achieved in the decade 2020- 2030. This essay deals with the issue of sustainability in relation to the new training models of teachers and school organization at the time of Covid-19, starting from the IV objective of the 2030 Agenda: To guarantee inclusive and equitable quality education and to promote opportunities for continuous learning for everyone. It follows that sustainable development appears to be a solid and useful conceptual framework from which to build a fair and sustainable well-being in the classroom and, consequently, in society, for the benefit of future generations. ; Già a partire dal secolo scorso si è tanto riflettuto sul costrutto sostenibilità sia da un punto di vista ambientale, che sociale e culturale e ne hanno discusso politologi, ecologisti, economisti, giornalisti ma anche pedagogisti. This research, conducted on behalf of IPRASE (Autonomous Province of Trento), aims at analysing changes that have affected over the past decade the figure of the teacher at an international level. It does so in relation both to the profile of the skills that identify his/her practice, and to policies introduced in recent years by several States to raise the level of accountability expressed by national education systems. The study is based on a comparativeanalysis, carried out by taking into account four European nationalcontexts that registered profound renewal processes in these years. These processes address the development of professional standards, as well as innovative models of initial teacher training, recruitment, induction, continuing professional development and performance management of teachers.The national scenarios selected are, respectively, England, France, Spain and Switzerland (Canton Ticino). ; La ricerca, condotta per conto dell'IPRASE (Provincia Autonoma di Trento), mira ad analizzare i mutamenti che hanno influenzato nel corso dell'ultima decade la figura dell'insegnante a un livello internazionale, in relazione sia al profilo delle abilità che ne identificano la pratica, sia delle politiche introdotte negli anni recenti da diversi Stati allo scopo di innalzare il livello di responsabilità espressi dai sistemi educativi nazionali. Lo studio si basa su un'analisi comparativa, condotta prendendo in considerazione quattro contesti nazionali europei che hanno registrato in questi anni profondi processi di rinnovamento. Questi processi riguardano lo sviluppo degli standard professionali e anche modelli innovativi di formazione iniziale, il reclutamento, i corsi introduttivi, la progressione di carriera e la gestione dellaperformance degli insegnanti. The essay provides all available data useful for the discovering of an up-to-now lost text by Paolo Paruta (Venice, 1540-1598), the Risposta [Reply] to Lettera XXX by Pseudo-Dante, a fake letter published in 1547 by Florentine Anton Francesco Doni, in order to arouse a bitter anti-Venetian controversy. New evidence shows that one copy of Paruta's Risposta lay in Gian Vincenzo Pinelli library (located in Padua). In fact, Paruta and Pinelli shared a lot of interests and friends in the middle and late 16th century Padua and Venice. ; Il saggio presenta tutti i dati disponibili utili al ritrovamento di un testo per ora fantasma, quale la Risposta di Paolo Paruta (Venezia, 1540 - 1598) alla Lettera XXX dello pseudo-Dante, falso d'autore editando il quale nel 1547 il fiorentino Anton Francesco Doni scatenò una violenta polemica politica anti-veneziana. Nuove ricerche dimostrano come nella celebre biblioteca padovana di Gian Vincenzo Pinelli fosse conservata una copia della Risposta. Paruta e Pinelli, infatti, condividevano molti interessi e conoscenze negli ambienti della Padova e della Venezia del Secondo Cinquecento.
