EFEKTIVITAS USIA KERJA (ASN) BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 5 TAHUN 2014 DI KABUPATEN GOWA
This article discusses the effectiveness of the working age of state civil servant teachers based on Law number 5 of 2014 concerning state civil servants. This research raises the implementation of the productive age of state civil servant teachers and the efforts made by schools to increase teacher productivity and Islamic legal views regarding the productive age of state civil servant teachers. It is hoped that the regional government will increase the number or appoint teachers with the status of civil servants at this school for the progress of this school and take into account the welfare of its teaching staff and it is hoped that the teaching staff, both civil servants and non-civil servants, will remain trustworthy in carrying out their teaching duties. future future nationals.

KEMAMPUAN GURU MI YANG BERSERTIFIKAT PENDIDIK DALAM MENYUSUN RENCANA PEMBELAJARAN (Kasus Kota Pekalongan)
This study aimed to investigate the capability of certified teachers of Islamic elementary school located in Pekalongan City in preparing lesson plan. Fourteen informants -- consist of 6 government teachers and 8 non-government teachers -- were investigated. The data were taken from the lesson plan documents prepared by them and then followed up with an interview. The results showed that: (1) there are many teachers who have not been able to develop their own learning devices, and (2) there are still very much in error that occurred in the lesson plan prepared by them. There are several constraints faced by them. They are: (1) their knowledge is still lack, their innovation and creativity were not maximized; (2) the pattern of development for them had not touched their academic aspect; (3) the orientation of the supervisions which only leaded to the administrative aspects; and (4) their independence lack in preparing learning device, which is part of the curriculum.

STEREOTIPE PERAN GENDER BAGI PENDIDIKAN ANAK
Stereotype concerning gender role has attached on society. Paradigm which views the label differential between female and male characteristics is affected by many factors. Biological, social standpoints, theories of gender psychoanalytical, social cognitive and scheme have concealed influential factors based on its own perspectives. Education based on gender has been one of the programs for government therefore gender bias will be able to be eliminated and the awareness of it will be augmented on many education aspects, for teachers in classes and parents as well. There are many alternative solutions for parents and teachers to be able to encourage learners in having awareness therefore gender bias might be abbreviated.

The Analysis of Integrity and Satisfaction Effect on Teacher Loyalty in Kupang ; Analisis Pengaruh Integritas dan Kepuasan terhadap Loyalitas Guru di Kupang
Kupang is a city where teacher competence is still low. The government has disbursed quite a lot of funds for teacher development in Kupang. It is unfortunate if the teachers who have been fostered do not have high loyalty to move to other schools or leave the area. It is suspected that loyalty is influenced by teacher satisfaction and integrity. Satisfaction can include satisfaction with salary, workload, leadership, co-workers, awards, regulations, and facilities. If the components influence of satisfaction and integrity on teacher loyalty in Kupang can be found, then policies to increase loyalty can be pursued. This research aims to analyze the distribution of teachers in Kupang based on their loyalty, analyze the distribution of teachers in Kupang based on their general satisfaction, the distribution of teachers in Kupang based on their integrity, and the effect of integrity and satisfaction on teacher loyalty in Kupang. This research was conducted based on 141 teachers in Kupang who were selected by purposive sampling. The method used for data analysis is Partial Least Square (PLS) and Distribution Table. The data analysis found that 39% of respondents had low loyalty, and 61% had high loyalty; 48.2% of respondents had low general satisfaction and 51.8% had high satisfaction, 44% had low integrity, and 56% had high integrity. Variables that influence loyalty are integrity, satisfaction with salary, school rules, and co-workers. The higher the integrity and satisfaction component of salaries, regulations, and co-workers, the higher the loyalty of teachers in Kupang. ; Kupang merupakan kota yang kompetensi gurunya masih rendah. Pemerintah mengucurkan dana yang cukup besar untuk pengembangan guru di Kupang. Sangat disayangkan jika para guru yang telah dibina tidak memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi untuk pindah ke sekolah lain atau keluar daerah. Diduga loyalitas dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan dan integritas guru. Kepuasan dapat mencakup kepuasan terhadap gaji, beban kerja, kepemimpinan, rekan kerja, penghargaan, peraturan, dan fasilitas. Jika komponen pengaruh kepuasan dan integritas terhadap loyalitas guru di Kupang dapat ditemukan, maka kebijakan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dapat diupayakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sebaran guru di Kupang berdasarkan loyalitasnya, menganalisis sebaran guru di Kupang berdasarkan kepuasan secara umum, sebaran guru di Kupang berdasarkan integritasnya, serta pengaruh integritas dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas guru di Kupang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 141 guru di Kupang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dan Tabel Distribusi. Analisis data menemukan bahwa 39% responden memiliki loyalitas rendah, dan 61% memiliki loyalitas tinggi; 48,2% responden memiliki kepuasan umum rendah dan 51,8% memiliki kepuasan tinggi, 44% memiliki integritas rendah, dan 56% memiliki integritas tinggi. Variabel yang mempengaruhi loyalitas adalah integritas, kepuasan terhadap gaji, peraturan sekolah, dan rekan kerja. Semakin tinggi komponen integritas dan kepuasan gaji, peraturan, dan rekan kerja, maka semakin tinggi pula loyalitas guru di Kupang.

Technological developments are booming. Game or game use is particularly helpful in the learning process. At a time when materials are familiar with the countries of asean students will be more likely to get bored because the state map introduction, the capital and naturalness are only in the books, the need for a learning medium to be used by teachers so that students do not get bored quickly. The purpose of research is to make teachers easier in delivery of materials and easier students to study asean's introduction materials. The educational game was developed using multimedia development life cycle, as the result of the MDLC method (multimedia development life cycle), a introduction to countries in the asean program that matches the 2013 curriculum. The survey of 30 respondents scored an average of 92.19%, thereby falls into a category strongly in favor of the "educational introduction to asean state for siosswa middle school vii for android based" to be adopted as an alternative medium

The Indonesian government continues to make changes and developments in the field of education to prepare students to become human beings who are knowledge able, capable, creative, independent, and responsible. Vocational education aims to prepare graduates to be ready to work and innovate. The main purpose of this study is to determine the content of the creative economy in shaping the life skills of students. This research uses a qualitative case study design approach, to understand the meaning of events and interactions involving school principals, teachers, students, school staff, as well as the business world and industry, so that researchers can understand concepts and strategies related to SMK management. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the content of the creative economy is one of the creative approaches that need to be integrated into the curriculum and learning to build honest, responsible, confident, tenacious, disciplined, and highly competitive attitudes for students, teachers always use various methods and approaches are compiled in the curriculum and can be integrated in the learning process. The formation of life skills as a provision of skills to face and solve the difficulties of life and life, actively and creatively seek and find solutions to overcome problems. Membangun Sekolah sebagai Ruang Dialog: Studi Kasus di SMA Kolese Gonzaga ; Establishing School as a Dialogue Space: A Case Study at Kolese Gonzaga High School
Dialog adalah bagian penting dari penguatan demokratisasi. Namun, dialog belum sepenuhnya dipraktikkan dan diprioritaskan di sekolah. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana SMA Kolese Gonzaga membangun sistem pembelajaran yang menyediakan ruang besar untuk berdialog. Dalam setiap kegiatan, sekolah mencoba mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi, belajar untuk saling memahami, dan juga berkolaborasi dengan berbagai komunitas. Sekolah menjadi institusi penting untuk mempromosikan toleransi dan dialog dari berbagai tradisi atau latar belakang budaya. Memperkuat dialog adalah bagian penting dari penekanan pendekatan pendidikan humanis. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua hal: (i) praktik menjadikan sekolah sebagai ruang dialog, dan (ii) bagaimana sekolah dapat mempromosikan dialog untuk perdamaian. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi literatur. Wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Kegiatan dialog diperkuat dalam berbagai kegiatan di sekolah. SMA Kolese Gonzaga membangun ruang dialog di berbagai bidang di sekolah seperti di ruang kelas, kegiatan sehari-hari, dan kegiatan di luar sekolah. ; Dialogue is an important part of strengthening democratization. However, dialogue has not been fully practiced and prioritized in schools. Schools become important institutions to promote tolerance and dialogue from various traditions or cultural backgrounds. Strengthening dialogue is an important part of the humanist education approach. This research discussed how Kolese Gonzaga High School established a learning system that provides a large space for dialogue. In each activity, the school tries to develop communication skills, learn to understand each other, and also collaborate with various communities. This research focused on two things: (i) the practice of establishing school as a space for dialogue, and (ii) how school can promote dialogue for peace. This research was qualitative research with a case study approach. Informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. Interviews were conducted with school principals, teachers, students, and parents. Dialogue activities are strengthened in various activities at school. Kolese Gonzaga High School establishes dialogue spaces in various fields in the school such as in classrooms, daily activities, and activities outside of school.

IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN SERTIFIKASI GURU DALAM JABATAN DI DINAS PENDIDIKAN KABUPATEN CIREBON
ABSTRACT This research is a qualitative research using verbal data from respondents' information about the implementation of the teacher certification policy in a position at the Cirebon District Education Office. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The selection of informants used purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study uses qualitative descriptive analysis with data reduction and data display stages.The implementation study is a study of policy studies that lead to the implementation process of a policy. In practice policy implementation is a process that is so complex that it is not infrequently politically charged with the intervention of various interests. This study uses the theory of George C. Edward III. In this theory, the success of a policy implementation is influenced by four factors: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Furthermore, to analyze the implementation of the Teacher Certification Policy in the Office of the Cirebon District Education Office, this research will focus on observing these factors as observable phenomena. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of the teacher certification policy in the position in the Cirebon District Education Office, in general, has gone well. In the communication factor, the subfactor of transmission and consistency of information is good, but from the subfactor of clarity, there is a problem. This lack of clarity in information includes the requirements to carry out certification. Furthermore, on the factors of resources, sub-factors of staff, information, authority is effective but the sub-factors of facilities are inadequate. Facilities in the form of facilities and infrastructure, as well as a special budget for the implementation of certification in the Cirebon District Education Office, are insufficient. The factors of the disposition of the implementor include good. The bureaucratic structure factor also supports the implementation of the policy.The Cirebon District Education Office needs to conduct an optimal socialization by empowering principals and teacher supervisors, optimizing the utilization of a database of all public and private teachers in Cirebon District. Furthermore, the Cirebon District local government prioritized funds for implementing teacher certification in positions in the Cirebon District Education Office and providing incentives for implementers as beneficiaries.
