The publication of the work "The Sense of Beauty" by the philosopher George Santayana marks the maturity of American aesthetics. From a naturalistic psychological approach he turns to the question of beauty to understand why, how and where beauty arises, the conditions necessary for its formation and the elements that help its flowering. Despite its importance, since the philosopher's death in 1952, his work has fallen into a semi forgotten stage. The purpose of this work is precisely to recover from the historical limbo this work so relevant to clarify how Santayana treated the problem of beauty of his youth work.
In German legislation it is very common for so-called "open house" contracts to be signed in order to acquire pharmaceutical products, these contracts have the characteristic that they are celebrated without a prior tender for the selection of the supplier, here simply the contracting entity verifies that the latter comply with those who meet the requirements set for the satisfaction of the announced need. For its part, the interested supplier must not submit an offer, it must only demonstrate to the contracting entity that it complies with the budgets established for the conclusion of the contract. With the arrival of the health pandemic caused by COVID - 19, in Germany the authorities or contracting authorities have used this method in order to supply themselves with pharmaceutical products, they have entered into "open house" contracts for the supply of some products and later it will be the doctor, the pharmacist or the patient who chooses the provider of their choice.
This article aims to analyze, from the work Truth and Method, as main perspectives that can support a hermeneutic philosophical device inherent as human sciences. The main hypothesis is that Gadamer develops a non-methodological reflection for human sciences guided by the inextricable relationship between critical hermeneutics and language, understood as the dialogic way of interpreting interpretation. To develop such a hypothesis, three moments are relevant: the first moment presents Gadamer's non-methodological path from the appropriation of the concepts of touch, game and art. In the second moment, the security or maturation of hermeneutic devices in the human sciences, based on the notion of hermeneutics of fatality developed by Heidegger. In the third moment, use the approximation between hermeneutics and language as a point of dialogue with tradition, thus bringing it to the fore of the historic and effective conscience. It was concluded that the hermeneutic constitution of the human sciences has as main objective to prepare a hermeneutic conscience.

The students reported the use of the Internet as a tool to aid in research and school work and other purposes alternatives such as real-time interaction through chat rooms and virtual communities. Most students (n = 179) responded that he believed to be passive interactivity between the user and the environment distance education, and Moodle, the leading virtual learning environment. Convenient schedules, individual attention, progress in the promised time and quality of teaching materials, were among the main attractions for a distance learning course. Among the main disadvantages cited by respondents, showed up: the digital divide (related to the need for computers), the large number of students per tutor, the excessive use of multiple choice questions and the failure of activities for students (dropouts). Most respondents judged important information technology and communication (ICT) to support the classroom teaching the courses of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and for vocational training, skill levels: technical, update and graduation. The disciplines of greater theoretical approach were cited as those most fit over a distance course in Pharmacy. With the analysis of such data, it was found that respondents showed an awareness of the need for distance education in its formation. However, had expressed concern about the quality and complementarity of the studies, due to the specificity of each activity that involves the professional practice of pharmacy and the patient.
Alternative means of dispute resolution are sought a long time as an access to justice more humane. Without the imposition of an intervening power, the parties have gain more autonomy in their decisions. The extension project of the Federal University of Paraíba "Citizenship in Extension: Access to Justice and Conflict Mediation", linked to the Reference Center for Human Rights (CRDH) aims to address the theme "Access to Justice", using one of the extrajudicial dispute resolution methods, namely: Mediation. The Mandacaru and Jardim Veneza's Reference Center for Citizenship in João Pessoa/PB, were the spaces chosen in the first year of the project, where residents discussed their problems in these localities, in order to build possible plans of action. The following year, the Guardian Council has become the chosen space, working directly with the Mediation. Building a sense of unity among residents of a community is one of the goals of this project with respect to collective issues. And mediation, with respect to individual issues. With the prospect of working together, this project follows its activity, achieving its main goals: empowering individuals and fostering active citizenship.

Abstract: The terms "university", "teaching" and "research" are closely related. The reason for the establishment of a community of learners and students were, on the one hand, the formation of man, and on the other the search for the truth about man, life, society and the world. In the face of technological development and access to information, including the development of legislation that allows the individual, without going through formal institutions, data acquisition, the question arises whether the university is needed, and if so, what is its role in realizing the right to education and freedom of scientific research. Implementation of freedom of scientific research and freedom of teaching in times of universal information access and modern technology can do without the university. However, this is university that can benefit from innovative research methods and teaching remains the most important forum for the exchange of ideas and the search for truth and knowledge transfer, vocational skills and social attitudes. Keywords: Right to education. Freedom of scientific research. Constitution. Cultural rights. Freedom of teaching. Stem cell medicine promulgates a notion of regenerative health that is strikingly at odds with the notion of health found in pharmaceutical regimes of drug research. Hence, regenerative stem cell medicine presents one key site in struggles and strategies that seek to overcome the limitations of conventional drug therapies and their entrenched political economies of research and innovation. This paper analyzes an emerging politics of "post-pharmaceutical health" and their underlying logics of generating health and value in the global bioeconomy. This paper analyzes an emerging form of post-pharmaceutical health and its underlying regime of value in the global bioeconomy of regenerative stem cell-based medicine (RSCM). Animated by a vision to overcome drug-based therapies and their underlying political economies, RSCM pursues a form of regenerative health that is strikingly at odds with pharmaceutical regimes of drug research, regulation and therapy. To offer a theoretical account of these competing forms of health, the paper provides an analysis of the regimes of values that underpin pharmaceutical and regenerative health respectively. This analysis is done alongside three dimensions: the interlinkage between knowledge, technology and economic value creation; its relation to normative values and ethics; and conceptions and valuations of the biomedical subject and his/her body in biomedical research, intervention and innovation. Contrasting these two diverging regimes of health and value suggests that in RSCM the pharmaceutical logic of accumulating "surplus health" is not entirely dismissed but re-articulated in a regime based on the (re-)generation of regenerative biovalue through the extraction and ex vivo accumulation of "surplus vitality". Finally, the article discusses "post-pharmaceutical health" as a sensitizing concept that offers new research avenues into emergent forms of health, value, and subjectivity beyond RSCM.
