Objective: This article analyzes the Cleantechs of the solar energy segment as a sustainable source of clean energy generation, which has grown in Brazil, albeit in an incipient way. The search for alternatives in the generation of electric energy has been the main reason why these startups have been sought, allied to the good climatic conditions found in the country during most of the year.Methodology: It uses the deductive method, through bibliographic research and scientific articles on the theme, as well as national legislation. Results: It is concluded that there will only be a sustainable consumption of clean energy when there is the possibility that more people will have access to this technology. For the time being, the compensation amounts will depend on the rates practiced by the concessionaires, which take into account a number of factors, including geographic position. The likelihood that there will be a cost reduction in the installation is still a distant project, but not impossible.Contributions: The research is relevant since there is a promising market in the field of clean energy generation and in terms of the forms and values of compensation for the energy returned in the network on solar panels. The use of this technology is within the perspective of the energy transition towards sustainable development. Keywords: Cleantechs; Solar energy; Electricity compensation system; Clean technologies; Sustainable development. ; Objective: This article analyzes the Cleantechs of the solar energy segment as a sustainable source of clean energy generation, which has grown in Brazil, albeit in an incipient way. Stem cell medicine promulgates a notion of regenerative health that is strikingly at odds with the notion of health found in pharmaceutical regimes of drug research. Hence, regenerative stem cell medicine presents one key site in struggles and strategies that seek to overcome the limitations of conventional drug therapies and their entrenched political economies of research and innovation. This paper analyzes an emerging politics of "post-pharmaceutical health" and their underlying logics of generating health and value in the global bioeconomy. This paper analyzes an emerging form of post-pharmaceutical health and its underlying regime of value in the global bioeconomy of regenerative stem cell-based medicine (RSCM). Animated by a vision to overcome drug-based therapies and their underlying political economies, RSCM pursues a form of regenerative health that is strikingly at odds with pharmaceutical regimes of drug research, regulation and therapy. To offer a theoretical account of these competing forms of health, the paper provides an analysis of the regimes of values that underpin pharmaceutical and regenerative health respectively. This analysis is done alongside three dimensions: the interlinkage between knowledge, technology and economic value creation; its relation to normative values and ethics; and conceptions and valuations of the biomedical subject and his/her body in biomedical research, intervention and innovation. Contrasting these two diverging regimes of health and value suggests that in RSCM the pharmaceutical logic of accumulating "surplus health" is not entirely dismissed but re-articulated in a regime based on the (re-)generation of regenerative biovalue through the extraction and ex vivo accumulation of "surplus vitality". Finally, the article discusses "post-pharmaceutical health" as a sensitizing concept that offers new research avenues into emergent forms of health, value, and subjectivity beyond RSCM.
; The thesis argues that while many planning theories have focused the sight on the social differences, multiculturalism and conflicts resolution, there is not yet sufficient acknowledgement on how these differences can be deeply unsolved and how this weakness could be strongly linked with conflicting rationalities and with a 'cognitive slipping' planes of meaning (Bourdieu & Wacquant, 1992). Especially in terms of inexplicit urban conflicts, generated by not opposite economic interests or political will, but by simply and natural differences of the cultural and behavioral baggage, the cognitive level of understanding between people involved plays a fundamental role in terms of awareness and choices efficacy. So this works wants underlines that the link between planning, governance, institutional adjustments and community engagement is, first of all, a matter of mutual deep and real understanding, rather than new form of tools and policies. Starting from the persuasion that conflicts are an incredible source of unexpected creative solution for urban contexts, planning systems and sharing values, this paper aims to probe how a 'cognitive mobilization' (Dalton, 1984) of a community, for the care and the protection of a common good, can be able to "fight for a right" in terms of acquiring political resource and skills to reach own decisions, and constructing new form of genuine power through education (Dolci, 1974) and culture against a 'dominant discourse' (Gramsci, 2007). Using quantitative and qualitative methods, the author presents two field experiences of insurgent practices in the southern Europe: (1) a traditional Case-Study of a Marine Protected Area in Arrábida, Portugal, to illustrate how a community mobilization, that aims to understand really every form of instance and claim, can realize forms of participation that, first of all, sight problems in term of resources, and then allowed people to work democratically together building new and shared solutions able to modify deeply an institutional plan that, due to a displacement between powers and values, generated forms of conflicts between stakeholders, especially in terms of economic and decision making point of view; (2) a case of Participatory Action Research in the Simeto river valley, Italy, where local communities through a strong mobilization were able to defend and took care the river, the biggest in terms of basin in a scarcity water territory, threatened by the institutional choice to collocated an incinerator in a valley strongly based on agriculture, for its economic sustenance, and deeply linked with the landscape, for its recognition and sense of belonging to . This understanding, it is suggested, has important implications for both planning theory and practice. Choosing a multi-disciplinary approach, this work attempts to explore if and how it is possible to transform the antagonism between enemies in competitive spirit among subjects, different for nature and culture, focusing on respect and mutual learning and on the building up of processes really inclusive and choices really shared
Due to the importance of the theory of values, elaborated by Max Scheler, this article aims to describe the essence and originality of the moral foundation, showing the absolute nature inherent to it, to erect an ethics of absolute moral values. This done, we will find, in fact, axiological foundations capable of showing the principles that permeate and make the basis of people's ethical and moral life full of value and meaning, within the responsive and responsible causality of their actions and decisions that emanate from this human capacity and, that is latent in its essence.

In this article we intend to analyze the relationship between science and values from the philosophy of Hans Jonas. It starts with an analysis of the change identified by the author with regard to the new status of knowledge in modernity, which gives rise to the so-called technobioscience, born from the articulation between knowing and doing, in view of a new power. It is about showing how the old formulation of knowledge as contemplation gave way to the utilitarian idea of knowledge as exploration, although in such a version, the claim of neutrality and absolute freedom is maintained, characteristic of the old moral island represented by knowledge pre-modern. Jonas argues in favor of an articulation of technobioscience with ethics, in order to provide the values capable of guiding knowing, doing and power in technological civilization.
; The present article consists of an interdisciplinary analysis of the results obtained in an empirical research carried out with undergraduates of the Law School of the Fluminense Federal University regarding their representations on reproductive rights in the process of higher education. Upon collection data were analyzed based on contemporary social theories on gender relations and on legal education. The aim was to understand the tensions between curricular knowledge and individual values in the basic training on the university level. The text aims to contribute to the production of knowledge about the professional ethos of legal experts, produced since the early stages of formation. As a result, one can identify trends regarding the legal treatment of controversies related to reproductive rights, because students´representations have a potential effect on the performance of the stakeholders within the Court System. The intersections between representations on reproductive rights, legal education and the criminalization of this practice highlight restrictions on the exercise of women's sexual rights and reproductive rights, as well as the limits on advancing human and women's rights and the democratization of women in the Brazilian society. The outcome of the research, makes it possible to think over whether the curriculum in Law courses are suitable and problematize the national guidelines for higher-education legal training.
Josep Maria Puig is one of the leading international scholars in Moral Education. Throughout his academic and personal trajectory, moral education occupied a central place in his researches, reflections, concerns, teaching and way of living. His writings and investigations in Catalan, Spanish and Portuguese, converted him in one of the main theoretical references in Latin America for the studies of the human morality. Cited in more than 800 theses and articles in Brazil, his work has exerted and still exerts great influence in a whole generation of Brazilian researchers. In the interview that follows, beyond the academic trajectory of Professor Puig, we present in this text his reflections on moral education in different dimensions: theoretical, practical, political, social and personal. As it could not fail to be, in times of people talking about "no-party schools", Puig also discusses the legacy of Paulo Freire and the influence that exerted in his work. These are themes that mobilize current concerns, and it is of great relevance for the ethical and moral development of the future generations. The project of European unity has oscillated between dream and disillusion. Its future will depend on its ability to know how to think and interpret Europe's Historical lessons, particularly since the end of the nineteenth-century, keeping in mind its remote cultural roots and the values of freedom and solidarity that survived the hecatombs it went through. Thus, increasingly seeking social justice, Europe will be able to come closer to the values that, in a broad sense, characterize its identity, not shutting upon itself, but rather opening to the world, without losing its autonomy and its inventiveness.
One of David Sassoli's most outstanding initiatives was the Conference on the Future of Europe, concluded in 2022, which aimed to promote the European construction based on the voices of citizens. Given the Europe's historical relevance in the development of science and technology and my own European experience, I comment on this Sassoli's "political testament", highlighting three major challenges for Europe and arguing that, in addition to science and technology, the future of the European Union must be based on the values he espoused.
