During the pandemic, the government gave a policy that the learning process must be carried out remotely. This becomes a problem for art and culture teachers in carrying out their learning process. Cultural arts learning requires appreciation and expression activities in the learning process, so that if learning is carried out in PJJ, it will reduce student interest and achievement of predetermined indicators. The existence of these problems makes teachers have to change strategies in the learning process so that indicators can still be achieved. Meanwhile, utilizing the You Tube and Tik Tok applications packaged with Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning models can be a good solution, where the Youtube application is a substitute for appreciative media and the Tik Tok application is a substitute for media in expression. Based on the background revealed, this study will discuss the use of You Tube and Tik Tok applications in the art and culture learning process for creating dance materials. This study aims to describe how the use of You Tube and Tik Tok applications in the art and culture learning process for creating dance materials. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by field studies, namely observation techniques, and documentation studies, while data studies were carried out in 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research is expected to inspire teachers to always innovate in the learning process, because the results of this study can describe that by utilizing the You Tube and Tik Tok applications learning becomes more fun and can achieve predetermined indicators. ABSTRAKSelama masa pandemi pemerintah memberikan kebijakan bahwa proses pembelajaran harus dilakukan dengan dengan jarak jauh. Hal ini menjadi sebuah permasalahan bagi guru seni budaya dalam melakukan proses pembelajarannya. Pembelajaran seni budaya membutuhkan kegiatan apresiasi dan ekspresi dalam proses pembelajarannya, sehingga apabila pembelajaran dilakukan secara PJJ, maka akan mengurangi minat siswa dan ketercapaian indikator yang sudah ditentukan. Adanya permasalahan tersebut membuat guru harus merubah strategi dalam proses pembelajarannya agar indikator tetap dapat tercapai. Adapun dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi You Tube dan Tik Tok yang di kemas dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat menjadi solusi yang baik, dimana aplikasi Youtube sebagai pengganti media berapresiasi dan aplikasi Tik Tok sbagai pengganti media dalam berekspresi. Berdasarkan latar belakang yang diungkapkan penelitian ini akan membahas tentang pemanfaatan aplikasi You Tube dan Tik Tok pada proses pembelajaran seni budaya materi berkreasi tari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemanfaatan aplikasi You Tube dan Tik Tok pada proses pembelajaran seni budaya materi berkreasi tari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi lapangan yaitu teknik observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan studi data dilakukan dengan 3 tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menginspirasi para guru agar selalu berinovasi dalam proses pembelajaran, karena hasil penelitian ini dapat mendeskripsikan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi You Tube dan Tik Tok pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan dapat mencapai indikator yang sudah di tentukan.

The presence of OTT services (Over-The-Top) inIndonesia, especially in three major platforms, Youtube, WhatsApp, and Facebook has influenced the phenomenon of globalization. The ease of features offered by each platform began to raise security concerns regarding the use of OTT services. Various cases that arise certainly can not be underestimated, because it is a form of violations committed by foreign OTT against the structure of state authority . With the existence of these three dominating applications in Indonesia, of course, more supervision is required from the state authorities. In this study, the authors will attempt to explain why the existence of foreign OTT in this era of globalization can have potential in threatening Indonesia's sovereignty? This issue will be explained through two from the four concepts of sovereignty described by S.D Krasner, including the concepts of Interdependence Sovereignty and Domestic Sovereignty. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of analysis of literature studies. The results of this study show that OTT has the potential to threaten Indonesia's sovereignty and raise new problems because there is no specific regulation governing OTT, so that OTT dominated by global actors can continue to run their cross-border business without being burdened with legal obligations. In addition, the state can be said to have failed in controlling and applying its authority in implementing regulations on the movement of foreign OTT within the territorial boundaries of its own country.Keywords: OTT, Sovereignty, Regulation, Threats

Popular music played in the second half of the 20th century on the territory of former Yugoslavia became known as the newly composed music. During the 1990s wars, music genre known as turbo folk was especially popular in Serbia. Research has shown that this music contains Oriental, most of all Ottoman, influences. Even though it is very popular, this kind of music has been subjected to severe criticism, which may be divided into two main groups. According to some, turbo-folk has been criticized because it was associated with war, nationalism and crime. In the second group are those who are nationalistically terrified of foreign influences in the music, feeling that this music leads to the "tehranization" of Serbia. In addition, critics think that it is kitsch, which favors immorality. The focus of this research is on the perception of turbo folk by You Tube users. The material from this Internet page for video exchange is available in the whole world. Many users from the territory of Former Yugoslavia leave their often nationalistic and political comments about songs. This work deals with the way listeners view their own connection with Ottoman past. What they experience as Turkish and as their own in those songs and what the value system is like. Apart from this, social influence of Internet culture is viewed, in this case on You Tube example. ; У фокусу овог истраживања налазе се перцепција турбо-фолка од стране корисника јутјуба (YouTube) и њихова међусобна комуникација. Материјал са ове интернет странице за размену видео фајлова доступан је широм света. Многи корисници са простора бивше Југославије остављају своје коментаре о песмама, који су често националистички, политички обојени. У раду се истражује начин на који слушаоци виде своју повезаност са османском прошлошћу. Шта доживљавају као турско, а шта као своје у тим песмама. Осим тога, посматра се друштвени утицај интернет културе, у овом случају – јутјуба. Анализа коментара корисника јутјуба показала је да су код старих хитова новокомпоноване музике и код севдалинки веома ретки они који су националистички обојени, а и турско наслеђе се у контексту ових песама веома ретко помиње. Управо супротно, доминирају југоносталгични коментари, а Балкан се помиње као заједнички простор за живљење свих народа. Корисници јутјуба не доживљавају севдалинке као нешто турско, иако су њихови текстови пуни турцизама, а мелодијске линије садрже оријенталне елементе. Овде се појављује извесна врста парадокса, јер за већину корисника јутјуба са територије бивше Југославије турбо-фолк који је створен деведесетих година 20. векам, у време бујања национализма, представља уједно једину врсту музике у којој препознају елементе турске музике у негативном контексту.

Producción Científica ; Esta investigación se centra en el estudio del "infoentretenimiento" político, un género vinculado en su nacimiento a la televisión, pero que en los últimos años ha logrado tener presencia en el resto de los medios de comunicación, incluyendo la Red. El trabajo presenta una revisión del marco conceptual del "infoentretenimiento" político y de los principales estudios realizados en el ámbito internacional sobre el fenómeno y sus posibles influencias en la ciudadanía. Además, muestra cuál ha sido la evolución del "infoentretenimiento" político en el ámbito televisivo y cómo ha comenzado a manifestarse en Internet. Así, el estudio evidencia la presencia en la plataforma YouTube de un gran número de vídeos políticos que cumplen con las características del "infoentretenimiento". De manera concreta, se presenta un análisis de los vídeos que aparecían destacados como aquellos más populares, por el número de reproducciones realizadas, cuando uno trataba de buscar información en YouTube de cuatro de los principales representantes de la política española en 2010: José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, presidente de Gobierno en esa fecha, Mariano Rajoy, líder del Partido Popular, Rosa Díez, líder de Unión Progreso y Democaracia y Gaspar Llamazares, líder de Izquierda Unida. Quizás habría que hablar del mensaje político y también de la investigación, un campo novedoso. ; This research focuses on the study of political infotainment. Originally, this is a genre linked to television, but now is in present in other media as Internet. The paper reviews the conceptual framework of political infotainment and major studies in the international area on the phenomenon and its possible influence on citizens. In also shows what has been the evolution of political infotainment in television field and how it has begun to appear on the Net.This article proves that many political videos of YouTube satisfy the characteristics of infotainment. The development of social network sites (SNS) has been one of the most influential phenomena of digital technology in recent years. According to a survey by the Pew Research Center on the use of SNS in the United States (Smith, 2013), two-thirds of adults use tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Myspac and Linkedin and 60% of mobile applications used by smartphone owners are linked to the social network. The growing interest of Internet users for SNS is also confirmed by one of the latest Nielsen studies (2011). According to this study, Internet users in Europe spend more and more time on social networks and blogs: for example, Italian users spend 31% of their total time on the Internet by visiting these categories of services. Among the various SNS, Facebook is now the most popular, with over 900 million users, of which over 500 million access via mobile products (Facebook, 2012). " Social Media" refers to a wide range of applications that allow users to create, share, comment and discuss a multitude of digital content. Social media is considered "dynamic", "interactive", "democratic", "people-centred", "volatile", "social" and "adaptive" (Manca & Ranieri, 2016b). Another aspect of SM that is often overlooked is its ability to transform teaching/learning into a more social, open and collaborative activity. Researchers have used many theories/models to determine the feasibility of using social media for educational purposes. With the exponential growth of social media and the ease of information flow, new horizons are opening up, as the technological progress that allows the teacher to create a student/group on a social media platform and motivating learners to ask questions at any time to clarify their doubts. In addition, teachers can regularly provide parents has been with immediate feedback about the students' progress. The use of social media, especially Facebook and Youtube, has boomed in the field of education. Thanks to Youtube videos, students can learn through sight and hearing by fixing and memorizing the key concepts of what has been acquired. Multisensory learning, as the name suggests, is the process of learning a new topic through the use of two or more senses. Sensory integration occurs in the central nervous system where complex interactions such as coordination, attention, emotions and memory are processed to give a meaningful response. This can include the visual and auditory combination. By activating brain regions associated with hearing and vision, they indicate a direct relationship between knowledge and sensory mechanisms in the brain. In this study I have examined with particular attention the relationship between technologies, digital media and the learning process. In the first part of the work the theoretical frame of reference is outlined for reconstructing the transition from a monosensory society to a multisensory society increasingly dominated by digital artifacts. The second part focuses on the results obtained by answering the question: "How do social media affect the visual and auditory learning of anatomy?" A multisensory integration model has been developed and there is a clear evidence that this model, based on social media Facebook and Youtube, has improved students' performance in anatomy. Perceptual learning is a good testing ground for the multisensory as it is typically very slow, it requires many days of training and has been shown to be mediated by early visual areas of the brain traditionally considered to be highly unimodal. An auditory-visual study has been chosen because visual motion stimuli are typically accompanied by sounds and because there is anatomical evidence in animals and human neurophysiology studies indicating that hearing-sight interactions affect visual processing in the primary visual cortex as well. This study aims at the following: - investigating the role of the visual element in the study of anatomy thanks to the use of Youtube; - exploring how Youtube and Facebook technology have played a role in enhancing students' learning skills - shedding new light on the importance of Youtube and Facebook as fundamental teaching tools and as a resource for both teachers and students. This empirical research shows the positive results achieved using SNS and multisensory models in both higher and university education. note

In recent years, an emerging body of work, centred on specific communicative forms used in facilitating collective and connective action, have contributed to greater understanding of how digital communication relates to social mobilisation. Plenty of these studies highlight the progressive potentiality of digital communication. However, undemocratic actors also utilise the rapid advancement in digital technology. This article explores the online video activism of extreme right-wing groups in Sweden. It analyses more than 200 clips on YouTube, produced by five right-wing extremist organisations. The study shows that the extreme right deploy video activism as a strategy of visibility to mobilise and strengthen activists. Moreover, the groups attempt to alter the perception of (historically-rooted) socio-political identities of the extreme right. Furthermore, YouTube becomes a political arena in which action repertoires and street politics are adapted to the specific characteristics of online video activism. Finally, video activism could be understood as an aestheticisation of politics.

This paper examines how the Front National's electoral victories could be explained, partially, in terms of a new discursive rhetoric adopted by Marine Le Pen. In order to compare rhetorical strategies used by both Marine and Jean-Marie Le Pen and their impact on their followers, we use comparable data, which consist of press articles published during the presidential campaigns of each politician and postings by online discussants related to interviews. Using corpus linguistics tools and lexical semantics, we assess how differently both leaders position themselves emotionally and how this emotional positioning is reconstructed within the postings of the viewers. Although no important quantitative difference can be observed in the number of emotion key-words they used respectively, a shift in both politicians' rhetoric positioning can be observed when analyzing the context in which these keywords are embedded. A lot of people don't know that most of what America considers "Florida"– the tri-county area of Miami-Dade, Broward, & Palm Beach – was underwater before it was developed. The unadulterated marshland of the Everglades flooded everything south of Orlando. On some days, so many wading birds crowded the air above that you couldn't even see the sky. Fast forward about a century, & half of the marsh has been drained with the help of dredges, levees & canals. 90% of the wading birds are gone, but the snowbirds from the northeast, biding out retirement on the beach, have replaced them. Florida lies in the deep south, with its antebellum houses & small-town Walmarts. The strange thing is, the longer you travel down the coast on I-95 towards Miami, the more it becomes a kind of hot northeast, a melting pot of people & politics. It's as if someone cramped all of America into one, long, hot state & set the birds free. In a journal documenting his exploration of the St. John's River & East Florida, American naturalist William Bartram writes, ".being placed so near the great savanna. how is the mind agitated and bewildered, at being thus, as it were, placed on the borders of a new world!" Indeed, to travel through Florida is to discover a different world, each mile you pass through it. With my notebook & loved ones in the car, I set out into the drained marsh prairies of America's problem child, to try to understand how she came to be.

Se ubica a la llamada Web 2.0 como un fenómeno impulsado en buena medida por el paradigma dela sociedad de la información y como un término creado desde una perspectiva fundamentalmente mercadológica. Se concibe al conjunto de servicios y aplicaciones de la Web 2.0, como un grupo heterogéneo en el que coexisten visiones económicas que forman parte de la economía digital, al lado de enfoques que privilegian aspectos sociales y degeneración colectiva de conocimiento. En este contexto, en este artículo se analizan los recursos de interactividad presentes en dos sitios emblemáticos de la Web 2.0: YouTube y la Wikipedia, en los que se destaca la horizontalidad de las relaciones entre sus usuarios.

While it may be tempting to dismiss the broad humor and downright inaccuracies of politically oriented You Tube videos such as Brad Neely's animated short on George Washington, this article argues it would be a mistake. The campy exaggerations and absurd claims contained therein may offer new sources of populist resistance to dominant understandings of masculinity as played out in the relation between the founding fathers and contemporary constitutional politics. This article explores two parodies of masculinity and paternity, suggesting ways in which You Tube may be used to integrate or converge scholarly and popular understandings into a new discourse, called Constitutionalism 2.0.
