Встановлено, що поєднання принципів венчурної філантропії і соціальних інвестицій зумовлює високий рівень взаємодії та довгостроковий підхід до створення соціального ефекту від вкладеного капіталу й зусиль венчурних інвесторів і підприємств-реципієнтів. Наявність військових конфліктів на території України, а також факту анексії Криму роблять нашу країну економічно нестабільною та інвестиційно непривабливою для потенційних інвесторів. Тому виникає проблема пошуку нових альтернативних джерел фінансування соціально-економічного розвитку суб'єктів господарювання, а також окремих соціально незахищених груп населення, що потребують соціальної підтримки з боку держави та небайдужих інвесторів. У процесі дослідження з'ясовано сутність та роль венчурної філантропії у фінансуванні благодійної діяльності громадських організацій. Її основою метою є допомога некомерційним організаціям у просуванні інноваційних ідей соціального характеру, а також забезпечення сталого розвитку таких організацій і їх соціальних проектів, що приносять надзвичайну користь суспільству та мають соціальний ефект у довгостроковій перспективі. В цілому використання засад венчурної філантропії становить цікавий підхід до здійснення благодійності, поєднуючи найкращі практики інвестування з некомерційними цінностями для досягнення найбільшого соціального впливу. З'ясовано, що цей вид благодійності означає залучення фінансових ресурсів, часу, репутації, особистих та професійних контактів, але водночас дає можливість досягти набагато ширшого впливу у сфері вирішення найважливіших соціальних проблем. З урахуванням виявленої специфіки фінансування соціальних програм на засадах венчурної філантропії сформовано напрями удосконалення облікового забезпечення управління таким фінансуванням з метою подальшої оцінки ефективності участі венчурного капіталу в соціальних проектах. ; The article specifies that the combination of venture philanthropy and social investment principles leads to a high level of engagement and a long-term approach to creating the social effect of invested capital and the efforts of venture investors and recipient enterprises. The presence of military conflicts on the territory of Ukraine, as well as the fact of annexation of the Crimea make our country economically unstable and unattractive for potential investors. Therefore, there is a problem of finding new alternative sources of financing for the socio-economic development of economic entities, as well as certain socially disadvantaged groups of the population, which need social support from the state and indifferent investors. The nature and role of venture philanthropy in funding charitable activities of NGOs were identified during the research. Its main purpose is to assist non-profit organizations in the promotion of innovative ideas of a social nature, as well as to ensure the sustainable development of such organizations and their social projects, which are of great benefit to society and have a long-term social impact. In general, the use of venture philanthropy is an interesting approach to charity, combining best investment practices with nonprofit values to achieve the greatest social impact. This kind of charity has been found to mean attracting financial resources, time, reputation, personal and professional contacts, but at the same time it provides a much broader impact in addressing major social issues. Taking into account the identified specificity of financing social programs on the basis of venture philanthropy, the directions of improvement of accounting support of management of such financing were formed in order to further evaluate the effectiveness of venture capital participation in social projects.

The study clarifies the role of accounting and reporting of the enterprise in making management decisions regarding venture financing, and also founds that the provision of internal reporting on venture capital will allow investors to assess adequately the possibilities of obtaining dividends from the implementation of a venture project and the fulfillment of obligations on the securities of the enterprise-recipient. The analysis of the financial statements shows that the financial reporting indicators are rather generalized and therefore insufficient to formulate precise and substantiated conclusions on operations with venture financing as well as conduct the effective analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise. The solution of this problem is to improve existing financial reporting and to develop and formulate the package of internal accounting reporting on venture financing, whose purpose is to meet the needs of management personnel at all levels. ; Робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей та тенденцій розвитку венчурного фінансування в Україні. У роботі розглянуто облікові аспекти управління ризиками, які виникають у діяльності субєктів господарювання при наданнї благодійної допомоги військовослужбовцям з місць військових конфліктів, сімям поранених та загиблих в зоні АТО (на території проведення ООС). Досліджуючи питання соціальної відповідальності бізнесу в конфліктні часи встановлено існування різноманітних напрямів, форм і джерел надання та бенефіціарів благодійної допомоги. Задля ідентифікації та оцінки ризиків благодійної діяльності підприємства розроблено класифікацію операцій з надання благодійної допомоги з метою їх облікового відображення та розкриття у звітності. Встановлено вплив гібридної війни на діяльність бізнес-структур, що дозволило ідентифікувати ризики підприємства, які здійснюють благодійність для військовослужбовців з місць військових конфліктів, сімей поранених і загиблих в зоні АТО (на території проведення ООС), та розробити матрицю і алгоритм управління такими ризиками задля мінімізації їх негативних економічних та соціальних наслідків. ; The article considers the accounting aspects of risk management that arise in the activities of economic entities in providing charitable assistance to military personnel from places of military conflicts, families of wounded and dead in the zone of the antiterrorist operation (in the territory of the Joint Forces Operation). Investigating the issue of social responsibility of business in times of conflict, the existence of various directions, forms and sources of provision and beneficiaries of charitable assistance has been established. In order to identify and assess the risks of the charitable activity of an enterprise the classification of transactions for the provision of charitable assistance for the purpose of their accounting display and disclosure in the reporting has been developed. The influence of the hybrid war on the activities of business structures has been identified, that has made it possible to identify the risks of enterprises conducting charity for military personnel from territories of military conflicts, the families of wounded and dead in the zone of the antiterrorist operation (in the territory of the Joint Forces Operation), and to develop a matrix and algorithm for managing such risks to minimize their negative economic and social consequences. The application of the proposed developments in the article while improving the accounting of risk management of the activities of socially responsible companies will help minimize the risks caused by the phenomenon of hybrid war and ensure peace and social and economic consequences.

За сучасних економічних та політичних умов в Україні і наявності реального військового конфлікту на її території все більшої актуальності набувають питання, які стосуються розвитку соціально відповідальної діяльності підприємств в частині надання благодійної допомоги військовослужбовцям з місць військових конфліктів, сім'ям поранених та загиблих. Тому надзвичайно актуальним є поняття «венчурна філантропія», яке поєднує у собі економічну ефективність бізнесу і прагнення вирішення важливих соціальних проблем, які сьогодні існують у суспільстві. В той же час, використання нових альтернативних механізмів фінансування соціальних проектів та програм, які б сприяли адаптації військовослужбовців з місць військових конфліктів та членів їх сімей, сприяють вирішенню важливої проблеми національної безпеки країни та підвищення соціально-економічних умов життя конкретних груп населення. В рамках фінансування соціальних проектів використання засад венчурної філантропії може забезпечити, крім суттєвого фінансування, ділові зв'язки та управлінські здібності, які допоможуть створити стабільне та успішне підприємство, що має на меті реалізацію соціального ефекту. У процесі дослідження з'ясовано, що за сучасних умов розвитку економіки та політичного становища в різних країнах все більшої необхідності та актуальності набуває соціально-відповідальне інвестування різноманітних проектів та програм загальносуспільного значення. На сьогодні з'являються нові форми здійснення соціально-відповідальних заходів бізнесу, серед яких усе більшої популярності набувають імпакт-інвестиції та фінансування соціально значущих проектів на засадах венчурної філантропії. Визначено, що імпакт-інвестування передбачає, по-перше, отримання прибутку, а по-друге, очікує позитивних соціальних змін, зокрема, на підтримку сталого розвитку сільського господарства, забезпечення доступності медичних послуг, доступності житла, розробку екологічно чистих технологій. З'ясовано, що мета венчурної філантропії полягає, передусім, у створенні соціального ефекту, а вже згодом і отримання прибутку, який може з'явитися в процесі реалізації проекту або діяльності організації. У переважній більшості випадків зазначений вид фінансування відбувається за рахунок прямих інвестицій або боргових цінних паперів з фіксованим доходом. ; The research is devoted to the study of the features and trends of the development of socially responsible investment in Ukraine. The present study shows that under the current conditions of economic development and political situation in different countries, socially responsible investment of various projects and programs of social significance becomes increasingly important and relevant. Today we observe the appearance of the new forms of implementation of socially responsible business activities, among which the impact-investment and financing of socially significant projects on the principles of venture philanthropy are becoming more and more popular. It is determined that IMP involves, firstly, profit making, and secondly, it expects positive social changes, in particular, in support of sustainable agricultural development, ensuring availability of medical services, affordability of housing, development of environmentally friendly technologies. It was found out that the goal of venture philanthropy is primarily to create a social effect, and, eventually, to generate profits that may appear in the process of implementing the project or the activities of the organization. In the vast majority of cases, this type of financing takes place through direct investment or fixed income securities.

З'ясовано, що мета венчурної філантропії полягає, передусім, у створенні соціального ефекту, а вже згодом і отримання прибутку, який може з'явитися в процесі реалізації проекту або діяльності організації. У переважній більшості випадків зазначений вид фінансування відбувається за рахунок прямих інвестицій або боргових цінних паперів з фіксованим доходом. ; The research is devoted to the study of the features and trends of the development of socially responsible investment in Ukraine. The present study shows that under the current conditions of economic development and political situation in different countries, socially responsible investment of various projects and programs of social significance becomes increasingly important and relevant. Today we observe the appearance of the new forms of implementation of socially responsible business activities, among which the impact-investment and financing of socially significant projects on the principles of venture philanthropy are becoming more and more popular. It is determined that IMP involves, firstly, profit making, and secondly, it expects positive social changes, in particular, in support of sustainable agricultural development, ensuring availability of medical services, affordability of housing, development of environmentally friendly technologies. It was found out that the goal of venture philanthropy is primarily to create a social effect, and, eventually, to generate profits that may appear in the process of implementing the project or the activities of the organization. In the vast majority of cases, this type of financing takes place through direct investment or fixed income securities.
