Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is a subject that measures usability and evaluates the interface of a system, software, or product to see its efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction. On the other hand, at the time, the pandemic spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19) having an immense impact on schools, universities, and other educational sectors. In this current unpredictable situation, the importance of online education is visible, therefore, the usability of e-learning platforms truly plays an essential role in our lives. This study is about to evaluate the usability of a very common e-learning portal i.e., Khan Academy by user testing and heuristic evaluation techniques. Effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction of Khan Academy were measured quantitatively, while usability issues were identified qualitatively through heuristic evaluation. The study result shows that Khan Academy suffers from certain usability problems which need to be addressed. The study also presents relevant recommendations which are scrutinized and approved by IT specialists and UI/UX designers. The study concluded that suggested amendments are important to consider enhancing the usability of different e-Learning portals generally and Khan Academy particularly.

Chinese foreign policy towards the Middle East is undergoing geopolitical and geostrategic transformation. In spite of the fact that there are constant determinants in China's policy toward the Middle East and its major issues such as the Arab-Israeli conflict, new rules are being applied with regard to Chinese relations with the major powers that have interests in the region. This is understood to be a fundamental development and major change in determining the future and balance of power in the region, and perhaps in the world order. This study uses a 'national interest' approach to clarify the strategy that China has pursued in protecting its national interests in the Middle East, and in particular in the wake of the political developments that the region has been undergoing since 2010. The study gives a background history of Chinese foreign policy on the Arab–Israeli conflict, the recent changes in Chinese foreign policy regarding the Arab–Israeli conflict and the expected future of Chinese foreign policy on the Arab–Israeli conflict. Finally the study gives recommendations pertaining to Arab–Chinese relations.

A digital game-based learning approach is a sophisticated method in which the student is dynamically involved in the learning. The traditional or old learning technique is fully replaced by this learning strategy. Several research studies have demonstrated that employing a game-based strategy boosts learning. The purpose of the current review study was to employ descriptive and statistical approaches to compare the learning outcomes of pupils who used a digital game-based learning approach to those who used traditional learning strategies. A total of 26 papers published between 2012 and 2021 were chosen based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The previous research' literature evaluation revealed that the digital game-based learning method has proved to be every operative learning technique in a number of disciplines and learning situations. Learners are extremely engaged in the learning process while using a digital game-based learning technique

AbstractAgribusiness is central to human life, and eco‐innovation is the key driving force behind economic and ecological growth. However, in developing countries, setting economic and environmental goals remains challenging for entrepreneurs. This article focuses on the perceived role of entrepreneurial opportunity identification (EOI) factors on eco‐innovation in Tunisian agribusiness. A combination of external and sustainable factors was used to create an integrated model to assess the potential of EOI for stimulating eco‐innovation and sustainable development. Structural equation modelling was used to explore the positive effect of these factors and investigate the mediating role of entrepreneurial alertness. The findings confirm (a) the positive influence of EOI factors on eco‐innovation, which serves as an innovative way for entrepreneurs to gain profits; (b) entrepreneurial alertness constitutes the most important factor for adopting eco‐innovation; (c) entrepreneurial alertness plays a mediating role between (1) prior knowledge and (2) social networks and eco‐innovation.

The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of an online recruitment system and its impact on organizational attraction among fresh graduate job seekers. A sample comprised of 302 fresh graduate job seekers from well-known HEC recognized business schools in the Lahore region is selected using Stratified Random Sampling. Since the data is not normal, the Kruskill Wall is test of mean differences is applied to compare the effectiveness of e-recruitment with traditional methods of recruitment. Furthermore, the Macro process tool of Regression analysis is used to examine the matter of cost-effectiveness, easy to use and website quality. Findings of regression results confirm that e-recruitment has a positive influence on organizational attraction and cost-effectiveness and easy to use mediate the relationship between e-recruitment and organizational attraction. However, the positive relation between e-recruitment and organizational attraction depends on the quality of the recruitment website which depicts that Sitequal (Website Quality) moderates the relationship between e-recruitment and organization attraction. Thus, this study offers valuable findings for managers that aim to adopt E-recruitment systems in their hiring process.
