En el año 2013, según los datos de consumo en hogares del Ministerio de Agricultura, Alimentación y Medio Ambiente, en España se consumió un total de 42 toneladas de leche cruda (1,2% del total de leche líquida). Actualmente sólo la certificación de calidad de leche cruda está autorizada para la venta al consumidor final, ya que el resto de leche cruda debe sufrir previamente un tratamiento térmico si va destinada al mismo. La leche cruda se define como un producto producido por una o varias vacas, que no haya sido calentado a una temperatura superior a 40ºC ni sometido a un tratamiento de efecto equivalente1 . La leche cruda tiene diversos microorganismos. Éstos pueden ser beneficiosos como Lactococcus sp. o Streptococcus sp. que facilitan la elaboración de ciertos alimentos a partir de la leche; o como Lactobacillus sp. y Bifidobacterium sp. que promueven la salud de las personas. Los microorganismos también pueden ser perjudiciales por deteriorar el alimento (Pseudomonas sp., Clostridium sp., Bacillus sp., entre otros) o por causar enfermedades (Listeria sp., Salmonella sp., Escherichia coli, Campylobacter sp. y micotoxinas)2.Los brotes ocurridos en cualquier ámbito y debidos a cualquier agente se notifican a la Red Nacional de Vigilancia Epidemiológica (RENAVE) según el Real Decreto 2210/1995. En los brotes de transmisión alimentaria notificados a la RENAVE se especifica el alimento o vehículo implicado, incluyendo la leche y sus derivados. En el 2004 se publica el Real Decreto 217/2004, por el que se regulan la identificación y registro de los agentes, establecimientos y contenedores del sector lácteo, dando lugar al sistema de información LETRA Q (leche cruda de vaca, trazabilidad y calidad). Se produjo una modificación en 2007, con el Real Decreto 1728/2007, por el que se establece la normativa básica de control, añadiendo el módulo de calidad al sistema LETRA Q. [EN] Current driven domain wall motion in curved Heavy Metal/Ferrimagnetic/Oxide multilayer strips is investigated using systematic micromagnetic simulations which account for spinorbit coupling phenomena. Domain wall velocity and characteristic relaxation times are studied as functions of the geometry, curvature and width of the strip, at and out of the angular momentum compensation. Results show that domain walls can propagate faster and without a significant distortion in such strips in contrast to their ferromagnetic counterparts. Using an artificial system based on a straight strip with an equivalent current density distribution, we can discern its influence on the wall terminal velocity, as part of a more general geometrical influence due to the curved shape. This study compared the effects of wheat-and sorghum-based diets on broiler chickens. The growth performance and caecal microbial community of chickens were measured and correlations between productivity and specific gut microbes were observed. Cobb broilers 15 days of age were individually caged and two dietary treatments were used, one with a wheat-based diet (n D 48) and another one with a sorghum-based diet (n D 48). Growth performance measurements were taken over a 10 day period and samples for microbiota analysis were taken at the end of that period. Caecal microbiota was characterised by sequencing of 16S bacterial rRNA gene amplicons. Overall, the results indicated that a sorghum-based diet produced higher apparent metabolisable energy (AME) and body-weight gain (BWG) values in chickens, compared to a wheatbased diet. Nevertheless, sorghum-fed birds had higher feed conversion ratio (FCR) values than wheat-fed birds, possibly because of some anti-nutritional factors in sorghum. Further analyses showed that caecal microbial community was significantly associated with AME values, but microbiota composition differed between dietary treatments. A number of bacteria were individually correlated with growth performance measurements. Numerous OTUs assigned to strains of Lactobacillus crispatus and Lachnospiraceae, which were prevalent in sorghum-fed chickens, were correlated with high AME and BWG values, respectively. Additionally, a number of OTUs assigned to Clostridiales that were prevalent in wheat-fed chickens were correlated with low FCR values. Journal of High Energy Physics 2015.10 (2015): 130 reproduced by permission of Scuola Internazionale Superiore di Studi Avanzati (SISSA) ; We perform a detailed study of the importance of loop corrections when deriving bounds on heavy-active neutrino mixing in the context of general Seesaw mechanisms with extra heavy right-handed neutrinos. We find that, for low-scale Seesaws with an approximate B − L symmetry characterized by electroweak scale Majorana masses and large Yukawas, loop corrections could indeed become relevant in a small part of the parameter space. Previous results in the literature showed that a partial cancellation between these important loop corrections and the tree level contributions could relax some constraints and lead to qualitatively different results upon their inclusion. However, we find that this cancellation can only take place in presence of large violations of the B −L symmetry, that lead to acceptably large contributions to the light neutrino masses at loop level. Thus, when we restrict our analysis of the key observables to an approximate B − L symmetry so as to recover the correct values for neutrino masses, we always find loop corrections to be negligible in the regions of the parameter space preferred by data ; We are happy to acknowledge very illuminating discussions with Mattias Blennow, Belen Gavela, Stefano Rigolin and Alfredo Urbano. 6 pags., 1 tab. ; We show that uniformly accelerated detectors can display genuinely thermal features even if the Kubo-Martin-Schwinger (KMS) condition fails to hold. These features include satisfying thermal detailed balance and having a Planckian response identical to cases in which the KMS condition is satisfied. In this context, we discuss that satisfying the KMS condition for accelerated trajectories is just sufficient but not necessary for the Unruh effect to be present in a given quantum field theory. Furthermore, we extract the necessary and sufficient conditions for the response function of an accelerated detector to be thermal in the infinitely adiabatic limit. Introduction: Tuberculosis, the
main cause of death by a single infectious agent in the
world. Annually there are 10 million new cases and more
than 95% in developing countries; this health problema is
linked to the social and economic conditions of the
population. Objective: To analyze the relationship between
health spending and poverty with the incidence of
tuberculosis in Mexico. Material and methods:
Non-experimental research, analyzing economic and
epidemiological reports of tuberculosis in Mexico, period
2009-2015. Results: Mexico's Gross Domestic Product (GDP)
grew 45% in 2014 compared to 2009. The percentage of GDP
invested in health decreased since 2009, from 6.2 to 5.9%
in 2015. The population in poverty increased from 2010 to
2014, from 46.1 to 46.2%; extreme poverty decreased from
11.3 to 9.5%. In 2015, 20,561 new cases of tuberculosis
were diagnosed, with an incidence of 17 cases per 100,000
inhabitants, increasing two tenths in relation to the
previous year. Conclusion: The increase in the incidence of
tuberculosis in Mexico is related to the socioeconomic
conditions of the population. Public policies must address
social determinants.

Durante la última década, los tres miembros geoconservacionistas de la UICN (SGE, ProGEO y SEDPGyM) han estado contribuyendo a la inclusión y consideración apropiada del patrimonio geológico y la geodiversidad en las políticas de la UICN. Resumimos aquí el reciente proceso de elaborar, modificar, defen- der y votar en el Congreso Mundial de la Naturaleza de la UICN de 2016 las resoluciones relacionadas con la conservación del patrimonio geológico y la geodiversidad, es decir, relacionadas con la geoconservación. Estas tres organizaciones consiguieron que, en varias resoluciones, se nombrara explícitamente la geodiver- sidad y/o el patrimonio geológico; y que en otras se utilizaran términos inclusivos como patrimonio natural o diversidad natural, en cumplimiento de la resolución WCC-2012-Res-048 de la propia UICN. Además, redac- taron y propusieron una moción para la conservación del patrimonio geológico mueble que fue finalmente aprobada como resolución WCC-2016-Res-083. Intentamos aquí resumir el significado y analizar las posibles implicaciones de estas resoluciones, proponiendo líneas de acción para el futuro. ; During the last decade, the three geoconservationist members of IUCN (SGE, ProGEO and SEDPGyM) have been contributing towards the inclusion and appropriate consideration of geoheritage and geodiversity in IUCN policies. We herein synthesize the recent process of elaborating, modifying, defending and voting at the 2016 IUCN World Conservation Congress the resolutions related with the conservation of geoheritage and geodiversity, that is, related with geoconservation. These three organizations succeeded in explicitly referring to geodiversity and geoheritage in the resolutions, and to use inclusive terms such as natural heritage or natural diversity in others, in compliance with IUCN resolution WCC-2012-Res-048.
