Emotional intelligence is defined as a form of social intelligence that involves the ability to discriminate, monitor and use one's own and others' emotions to guide one's own thoughts and actions (Albrecht K. 2007). The purpose of the research is to verify the extent to which the level of emotional intelligence influences the leadership style. The objectives of the research are: 1. identifying the profile of leaders; 2. appreciation of the level of emotional intelligence influences the appreciation of the leadership style; 3. the level of leadership responsibilities influences the appreciation of the leadership style; 4. the gender of the respondents influences the appreciation of the leadership style of the bosses. In conclusion, we observed a significant correlation between leadership style and the level of leadership responsibilities, in the sense that as leaders receive new career challenges the leadership style focuses on problem solving and obstacles become a priority.

The frequency with which it is used - ubiquitously integrating with the linguistic arsenal of modern man - places next to the concept of crisis the meaning of those categories of events that bring with them deviations from the axis of a natural and desirable course of daily life. Such eventual frameworks (from natural disasters, economic recession, pandemic, to situations that upset to reconfigure family life, etc.), through their diversity and complexity, increase the difficulty of exhaustive theoretical classification of the concept. There are situations that take place against a background of accentuated emotional vulnerability, with behavioral changes not specific to ordinary life contexts, with exaggerated response reactions, the one in question being in a perpetual search for answers. As a tool that vigorously proves its potential in interpersonal relations in general, effective communication remains indispensable for the trajectory of the crisis situation, whatever its configuration. Integrating a perspective of interdisciplinary approach - anthropological, chronological (historical), psycho-socio-behavioral, and crisis management - the article highlights the interdependence of the concepts of crisis and communication, emphasizing the need for effective cooperation between the two, which becomes an imperative of the situation. crisis.

Given that the topic proposed by this paper is widely debated by both the sociology of education and the management of the classroom, as disciplinary branches of education, this is a synthetic approach from both disciplinary perspectives of the types of relationships and interactions which are outlined in the educational institutions and in the educational environment. Considering the context of the multiple challenges and socio-political changes to which the Romanian education system has had to adapt, in the recent decades, it is found that the interpersonal relationships and interactions established between educational actors are true "sources" and "resources" that ensure its functionality.

This paper presents the difference between the so-called normal lying and pathological lying. Pathological lying is a fascinating topic, still lacking a professional consensus on etiology, treatment and prognosis. The paper explores some of the possible psychological mechanisms underlying pathological lying and considers the forensics significance of normal versus pathological lying. The relationship between pathological lying and mental disorders is also discussed. The paper suggests that lying should be considered as a heterogeneous and multidimensional behavioral model. The paper also highlights how important it is to assess the patient's control over the lie,the role attributted to lying, the acknowledgement and awareness of the lieby the patient, and the effect of the lie on their daily routine.

The psychosocial climate has a great variety of definitions, this being due to the different point of view from which it is approached: pragmatic, affective, normative, structural. In the psychosociological literature in our country, the definitions proposed for this concept are mostly focused on the attitudinal-emotional aspect of this phenomenon and consequently they generally have many notes in common. Organizational and managerial theories have largely begun with the discovery of the importance of people and the socio-human climate for the efficient functioning of companies. Through multiple analyzes and research, the dynamics of the human factor in the organization and management was configured. From the beginning we must distinguish two universes within any organization. On the one hand, machines and technology, the market and production flows, productivity and competitiveness of products representing a distinct universe of corporations, on the other hand, the other universe, as significant as the first, represented by individual people and relationships among them, the knowledge that people store, produce and apply, the values they adhere to, the myths they generate. Therefore, we have two distinct and at the same time complementary universes: one technological and the other human. The technological universe can be changed easily and quickly. It is rational and visible. The cultural universe, however, is much less transparent, it mixes rationalities in different combinations, which only those who participate directly can understand. Leadership is also a field of research and a practical skill that encompasses the ability of an individual or organization to "lead" or guide other people, teams, or an entire organization. Leadership viewed from a European and non-academic perspective includes a vision of a leader that can be changed not only through community goals but also through the pursuit of personal power. Leadership can result from a combination of several factors. A leadership style is the style of a leader to provide direction, implement plans and motivate people. It is the result of the leader's philosophy, personality and experience.

This article presents the synthesis of a research aimed to identify the relevance of emotional intelligence and attitude towards work in relation to the professional integration of people with disabilities. We analyzed the employment status in the labor market and the education level in order to diagnose the extent to which these two factors can increase the degree of insertion. As a result of the statistical analysis, both in terms of emotional intelligence and attitude towards work, we found that there are no significant differences between the dependent variables. In this context, we believe that all people with disabilities have an equal chance at a professional life and to integrate into society. Education for self-knowledge, the development of professional and social skills, as well as the realization of individualized programs of professional integration are a necessity for people with disabilities.
