The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that one of the fundamental principles of the administrative procedure is the principle of good faith, which has become both a reflection of the law enforcement need that has arisen in the process of judicial and regulatory practice, and the result of scientific developments carried out and the search for argumentation to determine the optimally necessary list of fundamental principles of publicity and management legal relations. The purpose of the article is to establish the content and essence of the principle of good faith as a principle of administrative procedure. The study used such general scientific and specifically scientific methods of scientific knowledge of the principles of administrative procedure as the historical and legal method; method of comparative law; generalization method and classification method. It is noted that the principle of integrity in an administrative procedure actually comes from the moral foundations of society and should be considered as one of its basic principles, defined in the legal and ethical standards of humanity, and is capable of reflecting the desire of an official and a private person to «act good honestly». The principle of integrity is considered in many areas, such as law, business, science and society as a whole. The main aspects of the principle of integrity as a regulator of social relations are indicated: honesty, understood as the ability of an individual or organization to act in accordance with the moral principles of society, avoiding deception, forgery and any other forms of dishonesty. Based on the study, conclusions are formulated and recommendations are given. It is substantiated that conscientious activity includes the fulfillment of all competent obligations. It is noted that the principle of good faith implies respect for the rights of others and attempts not to harm their interests or rights. It is recommended to consider the principle of conscientiousness in the implementation of administrative procedures as the principle of a responsible attitude of an individual to the consequences of his activities.

The article considers the category of discretionary powers of administrative courts. It is noted that human rights and freedoms and their guarantees determine the content and orientation of the activities of our state, the Constitution of Ukraine not only declares the idea that a person is the highest social value of society, but emphasizes that the activities of the state guarantee protection and are aimed at the realization of its legal rights, freedoms and interests. It is stated that ensuring guarantees of man and citizen rights in relations with public administration bodies is the responsibility of any law-based state, and Ukraine is no exception. The above-mentioned necessitated the creation of administrative justice in our state, which, on the one hand, protects the rights of a person and a citizen, and on the other hand, with the help of a single judicial practice, ensures the legality of the activities of public authorities. Administrative justice is the most important procedural and legal instrument in the field of full protection of constitutional rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of man and a citizen. Methodology: The methodological basis for the article are general and special methods of legal science, in particular: the method of dialectical analysis, the method of prognostic modeling, formal and logical, normative and dogmatic, sociological methods. The results of the study: in order to resolve the issue of legislative consolidation of the concept of "discretionary powers of the administrative court", the proposal in part 1 of Art. 4 of the CAS of Ukraine "Definition of terms" a separate paragraph defines the concept of the following content: "discretionary powers of the administrative court – the rights and powers of the administrative court (first, appellate, cassation instances, Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court) granted to it by the state, enshrined in the provisions of the articles of the CAS of Ukraine, which enable the administrative court to freely act considering and deciding an administrative case, to choose between two or more legal alternatives to that, which in its opinion is more appropriate (more reasonable)".

The urgency of this article is to conduct a thorough analysis of the legal regulation of the right to receive public information about the state of use of natural resources in Ukraine, as well as to determine the peculiarities of access to such in-formation. The purpose of this article is to study the peculiarities of legal regulation of access and to receive information about the sustainable use of natural resources in Ukraine. Among the methods by which the study of this topic was con-ducted, one can distinguish: dialectical method, formalization method, legal method, formal-legal method, hermeneutical method, logical-legal method, sys-tematic, structural-functional method, axiomatical method, methods of induction and deduction, method of analysis and synthesis, etc. In the process of research the basic concepts, terms and phenomena, which are applied in the course of the given research, definition of the normative-legal base, which regulates the recep-tion of public information about the sustainable use of natural resources by the population, analysis of peculiarities of access to public information about the state of use of natural resources, were given; analysis of experience of regulation of the right to receive public information on the state of environment and use of natural resources in foreign countries and introduction of such experience in Ukrainian leg-islation. In the course of the research, author's definitions were formed, in particular, there are "public information", "environmental information", "right to access to public information about the use of natural resources", etc. The regulatory and legal framework for the regulation of access to public information was studied and the peculiarities of obtaining information about the state of use of natural re-sources in Ukraine were analysed; international experience of regulation of the rights of the population to receive public information has been studied. Forecasting the further development of the legal regulation of access to public information on the state of use of natural resources in Ukraine, it should be noted that the most expedient and effective way is to take into account the experience of regulation of this sphere in foreign countries. The practical significance of the research lies in de-veloping a strategy for improving the legal regulation of access to public infor-mation in Ukraine based on the obtained research results, in particular the use of experience of regulating access to public information in foreign countries.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation of administrative definitions of refugees and internally displaced persons, as well as compliance of these definitions with international standards. The methodological framework of the study included analytical, legal, and statistical methods of analysis. The study employed general scientific and special methods of cognition. The paper investigates the main provisions of the legislative framework at the international and national levels. The applied methods allowed obtaining reliable and reasonable conclusions and results. Therefore, it is necessary to legislatively regulate the situation of persons who have been in Ukraine for a long time in violation of the law. The specified non-conformity of the legislation of Ukraine should be eliminated in two parallel ways. On the other hand, the corresponding law approves the procedure for determining a person as stateless, or apatride.
