The article presents a research in the field of psychoanalysis and philosophy. The main thesis of the work is that Freud's psychoanalytic concept is an extension of the rationalist philosophy of Descartes, which contradicts well-established in the field of humanities postulate that psychoanalysis – an irrational conception. The text deals with the concept of the decentered subject as the foundation of non-classical ideal of rationality, which is discussed in connection with the discovery of Freud's unconscious function for models of cognition in the late XIX – early XX century. Also in the article analyzes the connection «psychic» and «political» dimensions of subjectivity in the long term feasibility of free action. The main question of the article is: can we consider the mental apparatus as a repressive machine that constitutes the subject as an effect of the production of power or resources of psychic have a liberation potential?Key words: psychoanalysis, philosophy, subject, unconscious, rationalism, psychic, power, action. ; Основной тезис статьи состоит в том, что психоаналитическая концепция Фрейда является продолжением рационалистической философии Декарта, данное положение опровергает устоявшийся в области гуманитарного знания постулат, утверждающий психоанализ как иррационалистическую концепцию. В статье также проводится анализ связи «психического» и «политического» измерений субъективности в перспективе возможности осуществления свободного действия. Ставится вопрос: можем ли мы рассматривать психический аппарат как репрессивную машину, конституирующую субъекта как эффект производства власти, или ресурсы психики обладают освободительным потенциалом?

The article is devoted to the analysis of the approaches that exist in foreign science to understanding of a significant social and political phenomenon — collective actions of citizens, which are defined differently. Two approaches to understanding collective actions can be distinguished: as deviant behavior (Drury J., Stott C.) and as rational behavior aimed at protecting one's rights and interests (K.D. Opp, S. M. Buechler).According to researchers, a sense of community and identity is of key importance for the formation of collective communities of people, and for their purposeful actions. At the same time, researchers disagree about what is primary: an identity that stimulates collective actions, or collective actions that allow the formation of the identities of collectively acting people. The more individuals identify themselves with the group, the more likely they are to participate in support actions for this group and other forms of collective action.Modern researchers emphasise the special importance of the network structures of information and communication technologies (the Internet, social networks), which allow collective actions to gain greater efficiency. Under these conditions, stable relationships gradually form between individuals, strengthening the very organisation of collective actions.The author agrees with a number of researchers that collective actions are not always prearranged. They may initially be spontaneous, and it is only afterwards that a coordinating mechanism can be formed. Legislative regulation of collective actions reduces the possibility of their spontaneous manifestation. At the same time, the absence of a hierarchical organisation, the uncertainty (ambiguity) of the situation and events, the emotional basis and experience of previous actions, spatial contexts and restrictions, on the contrary, contribute to the spontaneity of collective actions. ; Статья посвящена анализу подходов в зарубежной науке к пониманию значимого социально-политического феномена — коллективных действий граждан, трактовка которых разная. Выделяется два подхода к пониманию коллективных действий: как отклоняющегося поведения (И. Друри, С. Скот) и как рационального поведения, направленного на защиту своих прав и интересов (К. Д. Опп, С. М. Бичлер).Ключевое значение для формирования коллективных общностей людей, осуществления ими целенаправленных действий имеет, по мнению исследователей, чувство общности, идентичности. При этом есть расхождения во мнениях, что первично: идентичность, которая стимулирует к коллективным действиям, или коллективные действия, которые позволяют формироваться идентичности коллективно действующих людей. Чем сильнее индивидуумы идентифицируют себя с группой, тем более вероятно, что они будут участвовать в акциях поддержки данной группы, иных формах коллективного действия.Современные исследователи акцентируют внимание на особой значимости сетевых структур информационно-коммуникационных технологий (Интернета, социальных сетей), позволяющих приобретать коллективным действиям большую эффективность. В этих условиях между индивидуумами постепенно формируются устойчивые взаимоотношения, укрепляющие саму организацию коллективных действий.Автор соглашается с рядом исследователей в том, что коллективные действия не всегда заранее подготовлены. Они изначально могут быть спонтанными, и только впоследствии может формироваться координирующий механизм. Законодательное регулирование коллективных действий снижает возможности спонтанного их проявления. В то же время отсутствие иерархической организации, неопределенность (двусмысленность) ситуации и событий, эмоциональная основа и опыт предыдущих действий, пространственные контексты и ограничения, наоборот, способствуют спонтанности коллективных действий.

The article reveals the technologies of formation of such important social and psychological phenomena as collective opinion, collective mood and intra collective traditions in subdivisions of the internal troops. The study is given to the work of the commander of division on forming the social and psychological phenomena which promote the consolidation of personnel and increase morale of subdivisions. The most important task for the commander when forming a military collective is to study collective opinion, collective mood and traditions. With the targeted continuous work of the officers to form collective opinion, collective mood and intra collective traditions, the commander will achieve the consolidation of the personnel; increase the morale of the division, and strong military discipline. To manage collective opinion and collective mood, to be able to create positive traditions, conformity, to eliminate the conflicts and to form collective demands are the priorities to promote the consolidation of the personnel and strengthen the morale in subdivisions of the internal troops.DOI 10.14258/izvasu(2015)3.1-08 ; В статье раскрываются технологии формирования таких важных социально-психологических явлений, как коллективное мнение, коллективное настроение и внутриколлективные традиции, в подразделении внутренних войск МВД России, показана актуальность работы командира подразделения по формированию данных социально-психологических явлений, которые способствуют сплочению личного состава и повышению боевой готовности подразделения. The article reveals the concept of political protest movements as a form of social movements. The Influence of extra-institutional actors on politics at the beginning of the XXI century increased significantly because of the global processes. There are many actors, not originating from the traditional government and political institutions, but seeking to influence the political process. The author shows the complex relationship between political protest movements, organizations and institutional policy. According to the author's position, the extrainstitutional form of political protest is a rational type of collective action. The choice of protest behavior form is caused by a lack of efficiency of the institutional channels of political decision-making. Political protest movements are the conflict type of collective action. They are focused on the systems of authority, such as government, NGOs, religious organizations, educational institutions and corporations. Movements as the extra-institutional actors are the type of conflict confrontation which in its content sharply diverges from the existing social and political institutions, values and normative structure of the regulating the behavior of citizens groups.DOI 10.14258/izvasu(2015)4.2-17 ; Статья раскрывает понятие протестных политических движений в качестве вида социальных движений. Показаны сложные отношения между протестными политическими движениями, организациями и институциональной политикой. Согласно авторской позиции, экстраинституциональная форма политического протеста является рациональным типом коллективного действия. Выбор той или иной формы протестного поведения обусловливается недостаточной эффективностью функционирования институциональных каналов принятия политических решений. Протестные политические движения — это конфликтный тип коллективного действия. Они нацелены на системы власти, такие как государство, неправительственные организации, религиозные организации, учебные заведения и корпорации. The article presents the results of the author's study of present state of employee ownership in the U.S. It is noted that in Russia this form of business is not sufficiently developed. The model of employee ownership of corporate property in the United States (enterprises based on Employee Stock Ownership Plan – ESOP model) is considered. It was demonstrated that employee-owned companies have considerable over the enterprises of other forms of ownership concerning better control of production due to participative management, more comfortable psychological climate and higher competitiveness. The study was carried out within the framework of the R&D theme «Development of a systemic multilevel theory and models of coordination and co-evolution of industrial complexes and enterprises for the purpose of sustainable economic development» (state registration number AAAA-A18-118021390173-4).

The decision of state authorities is largely dependent on state organizations and bodies of state civil service. Out of many decisions is regulated at the level of government. The determining factors in the activities of public authorities are the behaviour and certain professional actions during work. The ethics of public service is a system of ethical knowledge and recommendations and its practice crabapple cationic work. The problem of ethics of a state civil servant in its legal appendix is only beginning to be studied in a complex form: the basic concepts and provisions of the legislation are defined. The problem of ethics of state civil servants in its legal application, which only in modern Russia begins to be studied in conjunction with the basic concepts of ethics and the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The article analyzes the theoretical positions of cognitive modeling and the construction of a cognitive map. Based on the analysis, the features and stages of cognitive modeling are determined. The work defines the basic factors that affect the process of building a commander's cognitive map from the point of view of the processes of conducting combat operations by a grouping of air forces. As a result of the study, a cognitive map of the commander was constructed from the point of view of the processes of conducting combat operations by a grouping of air forces.

The subject. The article is devoted to problems of institute of collective legal protection in German civil procedure law.The purpose of the article is to confirm or disprove hypothesis of the need to introduce the institution of general class action in German civil procedural law.The methodology of the study includes general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, description) and sociological approach.The main results and scope of their application. German civil procedure law is based on the principle of "two parties". However, there are many situations that do not fit into the traditional scheme of individual legal protection, because either the conflict is affected by many persons, or the conflict goes beyond the individual interests of the affected persons. For processes in which a significant number of persons are involved, as a means of protection, first of all, claims for abstention from actions (Unterlassungsklagen) submitted by associations of consumers and entrepreneurs are offered. These claims, in spite of the dogmatic difficulties, have been implemented in practice and proven. Special legal regulation on this issue exists in the legislation on consumer protection, competition and Antimonopoly legislation. Added to this are the more recently the claims of the unions about the withdrawal of the profits (Verbandsklagen auf Gewinnabschöpfung). The claim for recovery (Einziehungsklage), which allows associations to join several unidirectional claims of consumers in a single lawsuit, is also regulated in a special way. However, there is still no General class action in German law.Conclusions. The author concludes that the absence of a General class action is a legal gap in German civil procedure law. This situation is criticized as insufficient to raise the issue of causing mass harm before the court. First of all, there is the absence of a collective action aimed at compensating for harm, which is regarded as alien to German law. The relevant initiatives of the European Commission in this regard contain only non-binding recommendations to States parties on the introduction of collective forms of legal protection. This topic becomes even more relevant in Germany in connection with the "diesel scandal" and the introduction of the bill on a collective model claim for recognition (Musterfeststellungsklage). ; Рассматриваются проблемы института коллективной правовой защиты в немецком гражданском процессуальном праве. Отмечается, что общий групповой иск до сих пор отсутствует как институт в немецком праве. Подобное положение дел подвергается критике как недостаточное для постановки перед судом вопроса о причинении массового вреда. Речь прежде всего идет об отсутствии направленного на возмещение вреда коллективного иска, который рассматривается как чуждый немецкому праву. Связанные с этим актуальные инициативы Европейской комиссии содержат лишь необязательные рекомендации государствам‐участникам по введению коллективных форм правовой защиты. Делается вывод, что отсутствие института общего группового спора является правовым пробелом немецкого гражданского процессуального права.

In the paper, I introduce the concept of social mood. It may be defined as the collective feeling/belief a social group or population has about its future on different time scales. On a given time scale, say, a year, the social mood is positive if the population feels that things will be "better" one year from now than they are today; if they believe that things will be worse, then the social mood is negative on that time scale. The social mood is an example of "internal ideology" of a social group that transforms beliefs and expectations of a set of individuals into different beliefs and expectations that cannot be deduced from individual feelings. Within the socionomics paradigm, there is a logical dependence: herd instinct → social mood (beliefs/feelings) → social behaviour and collective events. This flow is the central hypothesis of socionomics. Considering various examples of social moods and events (e.g., collapse of Enron Corporation in 2001; history of US presidential elections from the foundation of USA up to the present, building the world's tallest skyscrapers; Middle East military conflicts in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries; terrorist attacks and state leader's assassination), I demonstrate the central hypothesis in action. In the paper, I suggest using the national stock market indexes as the sociometer. To be more specific, stock market index behaviour does not follow positive or negative social events; it often anticipates them. Moreover, I show that the stock market index is an almost universal indicator of the social mood of population. It works not only for the American realities but everywhere in the world. I describe examples of Brazil, BRICS countries and Turkey to underlie this assumption. These examples provide ample evidence to support the notion that the mood of a population, i.e. its social mood biases the types of social events and behaviours that we can expect to see on all time scales.
