The objective of the paper is the determination of the opportunities to realize the cultural policies in the CIS countries to activate their innovations. The conceptual basis of such a course are the theories about the position of cultural production in the social-economic systems and its influence over their innovative development. In lens of their application opportunities this approach facilitated the appraisal of the cultural policy in the Post-soviet space and the design of the general attitude towards its transformation to stimulate efficiently the innovative development of the countries of the Region. The Methodological principles of the research are based on the systems theory, comparative studies and the evolution theories. The research was concluded recognizing the innovation potential of the cultural sector neglected in the countries policies of the countries of the region. Hence the main directions of the cultural policy transformation to activate innovations were indicated. The conclusions of the analysis may be operated while the elaboration and materialization of the cultural and innovation policies at the national and regional levels.

This article features an overview of the common approaches towards studying cultural industries in general and music industries in particular, while describing means of developing "research design" (choosing theoretical perspective, posing research question and selecting methodological toolset), which are currently quite prevalent in culture study and sociology.

The author examines the current main trends when it comes to researching cultural industries: the "cultural production perspective", viewing cultural production as a combination of "creative clusters", as well as an approach which sees collaborative networks as the primary actors in the cultural industry. The separately examined approaches towards studying cultural production in the music industry are as follows: examining the influence of market structure on consumer behavior, studying collaborative networks in music, studying the political dimension of music production, and finally communication between various levels of decision making within music industries. Also the article analyzes the most commonly used objects for criticism in a variety of theoretical-methodological approaches. The author evaluates the applicability of those methods utilized by sociology for studying musical and cultural production within the Russian music industry: social network analysis, qualitative and quantitative content-analysis, secondary analysis of statistical data, as well as in-depth and expert interview. Also the limitations of using the aforementioned methods when it comes to researching Russia's musical-cultural industry are demonstrated.

The analysis is summed up with a conclusion on these methods being highly applicable in further academic research within the field in question. Given the macro-economic development of the field of producing and consuming music in Russia, together with the complete digitization of these processes, the author assumes that the research of cultural and music industries is a rather promising prospect. The rate at which Russian musical and other cultural industries are currently undergoing transformation lead us to the conclusion that this could be a potentially relevant line of study in the realm of journalism and Academia.

The author claims that the interest of modern scholars to studying the processes of cultural transformation in post-Soviet Russia is caused by the fact that the formation and development of democratic institutions and market relations lead to denationalization, decentralization, and deideologization of the economy. This results in appearing new social institutions, forms and practices. The new cultural industries or forms of cultural production have achieved a definite status in the economy, so they are of interest for researchers trying to analyze their social and practical role. Today it is clear that it is impossible to propose a valid strategy of the national development without studying the problems dealt with ethnicity. In modern Russia there has been gained an experience of constructing new regional and national identities. An analysis of this experience (these practices) belonging to the national entities of the Russian Federation is given in this article. ; Интерес современных исследователей к процессам культурной трансформации в постсоветской России вызван прежде всего тем, что формирование и развитие демократических институтов и рыночных отношений сопровождаются разгосударствлением, децентрализацией, деидеологизацией, а также возникновением новых социальных институтов, форм и практик. Новые культурные индустрии, формы культурного производства, получившие определенный статус в секторе экономики государства, пробуждают интерес к научно-теоретическому и практическому анализу, ставя перед исследователями вопрос о социальной роли новых реалий культуры и их возможной теоретической концептуализации. Очевидно, что говорить о стратегиях государственного развития без учета и изучения этнического фактора нельзя. В современной России появился опыт конструирования новых регионально-национальных идентичностей. The article was initially intended as a review of Carolyn Steel's book Hungry City: How Food Shapes Our Lives. However, the author's foreword on the reasons and variations of the sociological interest in food turned the review into the reflections on the ways of (or a kind of) sociological analysis of food's role in the contemporary consumer society, a role that cannot be simply reduced to a "fuel" necessary for the trouble-free operation of man as a biological creature. There are several clearly-defined contexts of the scientific analysis of food that can be of interest and importance for sociologists. These contexts include the macroeconomic approach (such as various interpretations of food security from the social-economic to the (geo)political, such as the Russian state's politicized discourse of import substitution that ignores the population's real food practices and access to food); the gender-economic approach (a 'feminized' version of economic history); the culinary-ideological approach (when the recipes of the usual cookbook or the model of public catering development hide the ideological didactic instructions on the mandatory way of life, i.e., "political dietology"); and the historical-cultural-anthropological approach (the attempts to reconstruct the social-cultural codes of food and its role in the epoch-making events of the past). Such wide boundaries of today's scientific interpretations of food allowed the presentation of the Hungry City as an almost ideal example of the sociological analysis of the social life of food in all its diverse manifestations (such as the production and transportation of food, urbanization and food markets, the transformations of home kitchens' design, the development of the public catering system, social meanings of the joint meal-and-wastes recycling, social justice and utopias), even though the book focuses on only the culinary culture of England.

The article presents an overview of the work of the international scientific and practical conference Literary Digital Archive as Cultural Practice and Social Experience, held on October 20, 2022 at the Gorky Institute of World Literature of the Russian Academy of Sciences and dedicated to the results of a research project carried out at IMLI with the support of a grant from the Russian Science Foundation (RNF) - Transcript: Politics and Literature. Digital Archive of Literary Organizations of the 1920s-1930s. The essence of the project consisted in digitizing transcripts of meetings of proletarian writers' unions and placing them in a specially prepared digital database. Turning to these sources allows the literary critic to focus on the functions of literary institutions: production, communication, consumption and distribution of material and symbolic goods. The speakers noted the prospects of an extensive path - the expansion of the material involved in digitization, and the intensive development of the project. The discussion of the results ended with general support for the idea of publishing the next volume of the Literary Legacy, dedicated to the history of proletarian writers' unions, the output of which would crown the historical and literary research vector set by the project Transcript: Politics and Literature.

The paper analyzes the engineering and technical personnel production status in the Urals in the mid-1920s. The aim is to identify the causes and evolution of changes occurring at the time in the rights and duties of engineers in the industrial sector of the region. The paper is based on Ural archival documents (Proceedings of the Regional Committee of the CPSU (b), the information of the Regional Council of Trade Unions, the investigation of the case of engineers arrested by the OGPU in the late 1920s – early 1930s.). The author concludes that the pragmatic course of the Supreme Economic Council leadership to empower engineers in the field of technical guidance between 1924 and mid-1926 was replaced by an irrational one caused mainly by political factors, and aimed at reducing of the number of engineers' rights. In the context of Ural Region (with the lack of technical staff more acute than nationwide), this leads to particularly pronounced negative consequences. ; В статье анализируется производственный статус инженерно-технических работников Урала в середине 1920-х гг. Целью работы является выявление динамики и причин происходивших в это время изменений в соотношении прав и обязанностей ИТР региона в производственной сфере. Основу работы составляют документы уральских архивов (материалы областного комитета ВКП(б), сведения Областного совета профсоюзов, следственные дела инженеров, арестованных ОГПУ в конце 1920-х – начале 1930-х гг.). Автор приходит к выводу, что прагматичный курс руководства ВСНХ на расширение прав ИТР в области технического руководства 1924 – середины 1926 г. сменяется нерациональной, обусловленной главным образом политическими факторами, линией на урезание прав ИТР. В условиях Уральского региона (наличие еще более острого, чем в целом по стране, дефицита технических специалистов) это приводит к ярковыраженным негативным последствиям.

The purpose of the article is to identify the cultural and symbolic attributes that form the symbolic capital of the Republic of Mordovia. As part of the study, a representative survey of 384 residents was conducted in accordance with quotas by sex, age, place of residence, as well as a complete survey of the target group — employees of cultural institutions of the Republic of Mordovia (763 people) using an interactive questionnaire on the Google Forms platform.
The study of cultural and symbolic attributes and the main components of the ethno-cultural image is due to the search for competitive advantages of the territory to determine and form the image of the region, taking into account the potential of national cultures. The results of the study made it possible to determine a set of authentic and original meanings and images that ensure fame and cause a stable positive association with Mordovia.
It was revealed that natural-geographical, ethno-cultural and socio-economic components give the republic its uniqueness and recognition. The natural and geographical advantage of the territory is unique natural and recreational resources, favorable geographical position, proximity to the federal center and the presence of a network of high-quality roads of federal and republican significance. The national and cultural identity of the region acts as a resource for generating its positive reputation. The organization of interesting and non-trivial cultural events that attract local and external audiences increases the attractiveness of the republic. The socio-economic advantage of Mordovia is determined by the production of industrial products and food products that have a high reputation among consumers. For the inhabitants of the region, the places of concentration, preservation and promotion of the cultural heritage of the region, located in the regional centers, become important.
The authors confirmed that the Republic of Mordovia has rich intangible assets that make it possible to construct its own unique ethno-cultural brand of the territory.

The article deals with the pioneering approaches of P.A. Sorokin to the study of non-linear transformations of social and cultural realities in the form of fluctuations. They have complex causality of both deterministic and non-deterministic character, which the scientist formulates through principles: immanent generation of consequences, self-definition by the system of its own destiny and self-determination. On the basis of these methodological innovations, he "rediscovered" the progress as an exclusively bottom-up development and argued that the pragmatically oriented development of Truth and Beauty while diminishing the production of Good leads to non-linear deformations of the institutions of democracy, law, and the family. Today Sorokin's ideas are being actualized because non-linear approaches to the interpretation of the global complexity are in demand. The theories of becoming (P. Sztompka), rhizomic development (J. Deleuze and F. Guattari), hybridization (J. Urry), metamorphization of the world (U. Beck) and traumatic development (P. Sztompka, J. Alexander, J.T. Toshchenko) are analyzed in detail. It is concluded that in the foreseeable future the humanity will have to live with the dominance of the non-linear realities. Accordingly, we need new scientific instruments for their governance, based on interdisciplinarity, which should have a humanistic core – that corresponds to the content and spirit of P. Sorokin's theory. ; В статье рассматриваются пионерские подходы П.А. Сорокина к изучению нелинейных трансформаций социальных и культурных реалий в виде флуктуаций. У них сложная причинность, имеющая как детерминистский, так и неодетерминистский характер, что ученый формулирует посредством ряда принципов, в числе которых имманентное порождение последствий, самоопределение системой своей собственной судьбы, самодетерминация. На основе этих методологических инноваций им было осуществлено "переоткрытие" прогресса как исключительно восходящего развития. Также было обосновано, что прагматически ориентированное развитие Истины и Красоты при умалении производства Добра ведет к нелинейным деформациям институтов демократии, права, семьи. Сегодня сорокинские идеи актуализируются, ибо востребованы инновационные подходы к интерпретации глобальной сложности, развивающейся нелинейно. Конкретно анализируются современные теории нелинейности: становления (П. Штомпка), ризомного развития (Ж. Делёз и Ф. Гваттари), гибридизации (Дж. Урри), метаморфизации мира (У. Бек), травматического развития (П. Штомпка, Дж. Александер, Ж.Т. Тощенко). Делается вывод о том, что в обозримом будущем человечеству придется жить с доминированием нелинейных тенденций. Соответственно, нужен новый научный инструментарий диагностики и управления ими, основанный на междисциплинарности, которая должна иметь гуманистический стержень, что соответствует содержанию и духу теории П. Сорокина.

The Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) or Bingtuan originates to the ancient military settlements (Tuntian or Tunken) on the border territories. Their goal is to protect and develop border areas, restore and progress the economy. Tunken, regardless of historical conditions, has always been an exclusively state-owned economic system. Therefore, the XPCC, despite the fact that it originated in 1952; it is based on the long tradition of its historical predecessors. At the same time, during the Soviet period, Tunken absorbed communist ideals, the experience of Soviet state farms, scientific achievements in the social and national building and military defense. In the subsequent period, in the Cultural Revolution, Bingt^n fell into disrepair and was liquidated. A new stage in the history of the Xinjiang Corps came with the beginning of the era of reform and opening. But all over china, the time of Bingtuan has come to an end: many state-owned enterprises and state farms associated with the development of border territories have totally transformed into independent economic units focused on the market. Thanks to the activities of Wang Zhen, who was well aware of the social realities of the region, an exception was made for Xinjiang, in which Bingtuan was restored in the early 1980s. The paper examines Wang Zhen's role in the revival of the XPCC, the reasons that influenced his position. ; Синьцзянский производственно-строительный корпус (СПСК), или бинтуань генетически восходит к древним военным поселениям (туньтяням или тунькэням) на пограничных территориях. Их цель - защищать и обустраивать пограничные районы, восстанавливать и развивать экономику. Тунькэни независимо от исторических условий всегда представляли собой исключительно государственную систему хозяйствования. Поэтому СПСК, несмотря на то, что был основан в 1952 г., опирался на внушительную традицию своих исторических предшественников. В то же время тунькэни вобрали в себя коммунистические идеалы, опыт советских госхозов, научные достижения в сфере социо-, нациестроительства и военной обороны. В последующий период, связанный с культурной революцией, бинтуани пришли в упадок и были ликвидированы. Новый этап в истории Синьцзянского корпуса наступил с началом эпохи реформ и открытости. Но в общекитайском масштабе время бинтауней завершилось: многие государственные предприятия, госхозы, связанные с освоением приграничных территорий, полностью трансформировались в самостоятельные хозяйственные единицы, ориентированные на рынок. Благодаря деятельности Ван Чжэня, который хорошо знал общественные реалии региона, было сделано исключение для Синьцзяна, в котором в начале 1980-х гг. был восстановлен бинтуань. Исследуются роль Ван Чжэня, личности всекитайского масштаба, в возрождении СПСК, причины, которые повлияли на его позицию.

The article gives a general interpretation of the significant events in the scientific life of Moscow University for the Humanities: in 2019 the Institute of Fundamental and Applied Studies is celebrating its 15th anniversary along with the international scientific conference "Higher Education for the 21st Century"; the Bunin Prize; the scientific journal "Knowledge. Understanding. Skill" and others. These initiatives, attributed to the rector of Moscow University for the Humanities I. M. Ilinsky, implement his interdisciplinary conception "knowledge-understanding-skill" (the Ilinsky formula).The article interprets the Ilinsky formula and its extensions in the works of the Institute of Fundamental and Applied Studies, in publications in the journal "Knowledge. Understanding. Skill" and other MosGU journals, in discussions at the international scientific conference "Higher Education for the 21st Century", and in the analysis of contemporary literary process at the contest of literary works submitted for the Bunin Prize. It is demonstrated that the transition from the conventional formula in pedagogy and Russia's system of education - "knowledge-skill-competency"- to the Ilinsky formula is consistent both with the contemporary stage of intellectual development across the world, and the modern technologies of content production in the digital society.In light of this, the author reveals the viability of MosGU's works in the following fields of study: the impact of biological factors on the processes of changes in the human nature; the application of the methodological thesaurus approach; social analysis, where the social and cultural factor, which is gradually driving out the factors of economic benefit and political superiority, becomes the critical one; uncovering the social role of the phenomena of innovation and archaization; new life of universal and domestic cultural values.The article defines the institutionalization forms and the social and cultural significance inherent in the Ilinsky formula in relation to the research of young people (interdisciplinary, sociological, psychological, linguistic and others). ; В статье дается общая интерпретация значимых событий научной жизни Московского гуманитарного университета: в 2019 г. 15-летие отмечают Институт фундаментальных и прикладных исследований (ИФПИ), международная научная конференция «Высшее образование для XXI века», Бунинская премии, научный журнал «Знание. Понимание. Умение» и др. Эти инициативы, принадлежащие ректору МосГУ И. М. Ильинскому, реализуют его междисциплинарную концепцию «знания-понимания-умения» (формула Ильинского).В статье дается интерпретация формулы Ильинского и ее расширений в работах ИФПИ, публикациях журнала «Знание. Понимание. Умение» и других журналов МосГУ, дискуссиях на международной научной конференции «Высшее образование для XXI века», анализе современного литературного процесса при проведении конкурса литературных произведений, представленных на присуждение Бунинской премии. Показано, что переход от принятой в педагогике и системе образования России формулы «знание-навыки-умения» к формуле Ильинского соответствует современному этапу интеллектуального развития мира, осваиваемым технологиям производства информации в цифровом обществе.Раскрыта в этой связи перспективность работ МосГУ в области влияния биологического фактора на процессы изменений человеческой природы, применения методологического тезаурусного подхода, анализа общества, где культурный фактор становится определяющим, оттесняя факторы экономической выгоды и политического превосходства, выявления назначения в обществе феноменов инновации и архаизации, новой жизни мировых и отечественных культурных ценностей.Определены присущие формуле Ильинского ее институциализационные формы и социокультурное значение применительно к исследованиям молодежи (междисциплинарным, социологическим, психологическим, лингвистическим и др.).

Актуальность исследования предопределена той научной популярностью, которую в последнее время приобрела концепция "мягкой силы", являющаяся наиболее эффективным способом властвования в современную эпоху. Цель работы - рассмотрение концепта "мягкой силы" через призму таких теоретических направлений, как конструктивизм, структурализм и культурологическая теория. Методы: аксиологический подход, дающий возможность ценностного измерения исследуемых социокультурных явлений, и конструктивистский подход, рассматривающий "мягкую силу" как каркас культурного производства определенных символических схем, конструирующих социальную реальность. Выводы: во-первых, стратегии "мягкой силы" дают возможность без видимого применения прямого и жесткого давления воздействовать на ментальные структуры массового сознания. Во-вторых, политика на современном этапе представляет собой арену конкурирующих между собой символических и культурных универсумов, стремящихся навязать различным аудиториям собственные знаковые "реальности", и именно "мягкой силе" как механизму аппликации этих "культурных кодов" принадлежит ведущая роль в политических практиках. Результатом является соотнесение теории «гегемонии» Грамши с концепцией "мягкой силы". Различие заключается в том, что "мягкая сила" - это, скорее, инструмент внешнеполитического воздействия, трансляции и продвижения собственных культурных кодов «вовне» с помощью разных способов (публичная дипломатия, телевещание, Интернет и т. д.), тогда как "гегемония" - механизм "внутреннего" сохранения власти правящей буржуазией. На основании всего вышеизложенного можно заключить, что «мягкая сила» останется важнейшим инструментом аппликации власти в современном социокультурном пространстве. ; The relevance of the research is predetermined by the scientific popularity that the concept of "soft power" has recently acquired. The aim of this work is to examine the concept of "soft power" through the prism of such theoretical approaches as constructivism, structuralism and cultural theory. Methods: the axiological approach that allows evaluating socio-cultural phenomena, the constructivist approach that analyses "soft power" as a framework for cultural production of certain symbolic schemes that construct social reality. The article draws the following important conclusions: firstly, soft power strategies make it possible to use influence on the mental structures of mass consciousness without the visible use of direct and hard pressure. Secondly, politics at the present stage is an arena of competing symbolic and cultural universes that seek to impose their own iconic "realities" on different audiences. "Soft power" as a mechanism for applying these "cultural codes" plays a leading role in the political practices. The result of the research is the Gramsci's theory of "hegemony" compared with the concept of "soft power". The difference between them is that "soft power" is rather a tool for foreign policy influence, whereas "hegemony" is a mechanism for "internal" preservation of power by a ruling class. In the end we can conclude that "soft power" will remain the most important tool for applying power in the modern socio-cultural space.

Gender in the English language culture : collective monograph. The monograph focuses on the way gender as a cultural phenomenon is constructed in the modern English discourse practices. The authors analyze the dynamics of language and gender relation and examine the role of the cultural context in the (re)production of masculinity and femininity.

The article discusses the activities of the collective and state farm theaters on the organization of the audience of Western Siberia in the period from 1933 to 1941 and the influence of the authorities on the population through these theaters. The state viewed the theaters as one of the means raising the cultural level, but stationary theaters were able to meet the demand of the urban population, so collective and state farm theaters became centers of culture in the village. The theatres were not only a means of cultural education, but also carried political order as through the art of theater was a weapon of the ideological struggle. In this regard, it was necessary to strengthen the contact with the audience, as well as the initiation of new viewers. The article reveals the means and methods by which there was a contact for the theatre — audience. The main measures taken to solve this problem were to increase the number of production performances increasing in the number of productions. The paper shows the dynamics of growth, as theatres and their productions, the data on number of served population in Western Siberia. A variety of incentives, discounts as well as the practice of awarding with free tickets was introduced. All this led to the formation of a new Soviet intelligentsia.DOI 10.14258/izvasu(2015)4.2-44 ; В статье рассматривается деятельность колхозно-совхозных театров по организации зрительской аудитории Западной Сибири в период с 1933 по 1941 г., воздействие органов власти на население посредством данных театров. Государство рассматривало театры как одно из средств повышения культурного уровня, но стационарные театры могли удовлетворить лишь городское население, именно поэтому колхозно-совхозные театры стали центрами культуры на селе. Данные театры являлись не только средством культурного воспитания, но и несли политический «заказ», так как через театральное искусство шла идеологическая борьба. В связи с этим необходимо было усиление контакта со зрителями, а также приобщение новых. В статье выявлены средства и методы, посредством которых происходил контакт театр — зритель. Основные меры, принимаемые для решения данной задачи, заключались в увеличении количества выпуска спектаклей, увеличении количества постановок. В работе показана динамика роста как театров, так и их постановок, приводятся данные по количеству обслуженного населения Западной Сибири. Вводились разнообразные льготы, скидки, появилась практика премирования бесплатными билетами. Все это приводило к формированию новой советской интеллигенции.DOI 10.14258/izvasu(2015)4.2-44

Purpose. To consider the subjective factor of cultural and historical identity of society as an ideology, without which the positive social and personal development is inconceivable. To produce proofs against the false rhetoric about "deideologization", as a harmful and destructive idea for social awareness, that aims to destroy basic humans' ethical values and to manipulate their living motivations. Methodology. The method of investigation of the problem was indicated as analytical result of preliminary scheme that was directed by the author towards the realization of his conception. This subjectivism of thinking "on one's own account" (K. Jaspers) and "without relying on existences" (M. Heidegger) the author attempted to corroborate with notions of modern scientists about the relations of causes in non-linear systems. Scientific novelty. It would be difficult to talk about scientific novelty if we had no thought on "chronic" issues of contemporary society and its world outlook vectors. It is possible to talk about the existential newness, the rise of personal indifference in connection with the irresponsible short-sightedness with which today under the guise of democratic overcome the totalitarian narratives is lightly questioned the universally valid moral values, belittled the philosophical classics and dragged the false ideological omnivorous freedom and devaluation of high culture. Conclusions. Personal life of individuals and historical results of their vital activity are dependent on their world outlook orientation. Human being without ideology is similar to lost creature with weakened will and uncertain conscience. The problem is not in refutation of ideology, but in its production and selection. It's impossible to build ideal social relation based on ideal principles, but in the same time it is impossible to imagine social development without any general orientation. Man can create only ruin and prepare himself for apocalypse without the culture, which would be reflection of philosophical understanding and orientation. ; Цель. Рассмотреть субъективный фактор культурно-исторического самосознания общества как идеологию, без которой немыслимо никакое положительное социальное и личностное развитие. Привести аргументы против фальшивой риторики о деидеологизации и «научном», «постмодерном» ниспровержении «субстанциальных» ценностей культуры, как вредной псевдодемократической порчи общественного сознания, нацеленной не на утверждение свободы самодеятельности людей, а на их тотальное оболванивание и манипулирование. Методология исследования означенной проблемы не что иное, как его аналитический результат, который сначала в виде побудительного мотива и общей схемы направлял автора к экспликации его замысла. Этот субъективизм мышления «на свой страх и риск» (К. Ясперс) и без «опоры на сущее» (М. Хайдеггер) автор попытался подкрепить современными представлениями учёных о нелинейных отношениях причинности в сложных самоорганизующихся системах. Научная новизна. Можно говорить об экзистенциальной новизне, подъёме личного неравнодушия в связи с той безответственной недальновидностью, с какой сегодня под видом демократического преодоления тоталитарных нарративов легкомысленно ставятся под сомнение общезначимые нравственные ценности, принижается философская классика и протаскивается фальшивая свобода идейной всеядности и обесценивания высокой культуры. Выводы. От характера мировоззренческих установок зависят как личные судьбы индивидов, так и исторические результаты их совместной жизнедеятельности. Человек без идеологии подобен потерянному существу со слабой волей и неуверенной совестью. Проблема состоит не в преодолении идеологии, а в её выработке и выборе. На идеальных принципах и общезначимых смыслах вряд ли удастся построить столь же идеальные общественные отношения, но без них невозможно представить общество, способное к продуктивному развитию. Без культуры, которая была бы отражением консолидирующих общество философских ориентиров, человек может создать только руину и подготовить себя к апокалипсису. ; Мета. Методологія дослідження цієї проблеми не що інше як її аналітичний результат, який спочатку у вигляді спонукального мотиву і загальної схеми керував автором у реалізації його задуму. Цей суб'єктивізм мислення на свій «страх і ризик» (К.Ясперс) і без «підпори на існуюче» (М.Гайдеґґер) автор спробував пов'язати з сучасними уявленнями вчених про нелінійні відношення причинності у складних системах, що само організуються. Немає людей без ідеології, оскільки як смислова істота людина завдана в пошуку виправдання свого існування. Проблема міститься не в подоланні ідеології, а в її виробленні і виборі.

Purpose. To consider the subjective factor of cultural and historical identity of society as an ideology, without which the positive social and personal development is inconceivable. To produce proofs against the false rhetoric about "deideologization", as a harmful and destructive idea for social awareness, that aims to destroy basic humans' ethical values and to manipulate their living motivations. Methodology. The method of investigation of the problem was indicated as analytical result of preliminary scheme that was directed by the author towards the realization of his conception. This subjectivism of thinking "on one's own account" (K. Jaspers) and "without relying on existences" (M. Heidegger) the author attempted to corroborate with notions of modern scientists about the relations of causes in non-linear systems. Scientific novelty. It would be difficult to talk about scientific novelty if we had no thought on "chronic" issues of contemporary society and its world outlook vectors. It is possible to talk about the existential newness, the rise of personal indifference in connection with the irresponsible short-sightedness with which today under the guise of democratic overcome the totalitarian narratives is lightly questioned the universally valid moral values, belittled the philosophical classics and dragged the false ideological omnivorous freedom and devaluation of high culture. Conclusions. Personal life of individuals and historical results of their vital activity are dependent on their world outlook orientation. Human being without ideology is similar to lost creature with weakened will and uncertain conscience. The problem is not in refutation of ideology, but in its production and selection. It's impossible to build ideal social relation based on ideal principles, but in the same time it is impossible to imagine social development without any general orientation.
