This paper reports on the state of affairs of the "Erziehungswissenschaften" in the Netherlands. For this description of the educational sciences we primarily rely on a report written in 2014 by a committee that prepared a discipline plan educational sciences (CSO 2014). This report was commissioned by the association of universities in the Netherlands (VSNU .), the umbrella association of research universities. Such reports regularly are prepared to describe the state of affairs of a discipline and advice on policies for the future development of a discipline. For the educational sciences, the committee was composed of representatives of most universities at the level of university executive boards, faculty deans and department chairs. Mit [dem] Themenschwerpunkt versuch[t die Redaktion], nicht nur ein Bewußtsein der Bedeutung von Emigration und Remigration für die Disziplinentwicklung zu wecken, sondern auch einen weiteren Schritt in der Forschung zu tun, mit Fallstudien über lokale Entwicklungen, mit Analysen subdisziplinärer Kontinuitäts- und Diskontinuitätsmuster und mit personenbezogenen Studien über die Disziplinentwicklung nach 1945 in SBZ und DDR. Für die Pädagogik an der Frankfurter Universität (Feidel-Mertz/Lingelbach) wird eine paradigmatische Kontroverse zwischen eher gesellschaftskritischen und eher affirmativen Theorien sichtbar, die durch die politischen Ereignisse 1933 entschieden wird und einem gesellschaftskritischen Paradigma erst nach 1968/1970 wieder eine Chance einräumt (und eher nebenher werden auch die Differenzen zwischen nationalsozialistischer und nationalkonservativer Pädagogik am Exempel H. Weinstocks herausgearbeitet). An der Nachkriegsgeschichte von Besetzungsprozeduren an der Hamburger Universität kann Ch. Kersting nicht nur die unterschiedlichen Formen der Aufmerksamkeit für die Emigranten belegen (die man angesichts der Verdrängungs-These nicht erwartet hätte), sondern auch den Bedeutungswandel der Verdrängungsannahme selbst. […] Konzentriert auf eine Subdisziplin behandeln G. Miller-Kipp und M. Kipp - mit der Frage nach Theoriewandel bei Personenkontinuität […] die Theorie-Geschichte der Berufs- und Wirtschaftspädagogik […]. Die Beiträge von U. Wiegmann und G. Geissler erinnern schließlich daran, daß wir auch unsere bildungshistorischen Fragen an die Disziplin nicht mehr im Lichte der alten Ost-West-Trennung formulieren dürfen. Except other reasons such as politics, economics and military, the decline and collapse of the Ottoman Empire are because of outdated education system. After the proclamation of the Republic, the newly established Republic of Turkey gave great importance in education with its all dimensions to not fall into that error Ottoman Empire had fallen. Many educators who grew up during the 2nd Constitutional Monarchy and took part in the formation of the Republican period education presented and revealed their opinions and suggestions on education. What is interesting in their thoughts is that they are now being implemented as an education policy in modern Turkish education system. In this qualitative study, the report written in 1926 by Sadrettin Celal Antel and published in the Journal of Turkish Education Ministry, titled as "Ten Years Improvement Report", was first transcribed to today's Turkish and then compared to the recent regulation issued on June 16th, 2016 by Turkish Higher Education Council of educational sciences as study disciplines. The study of education in Turkey was divided into the subfields of Philosophical, Social and Historical Foundations of Education, Education Curriculum and Instruction, Education Management, Lifelong Learning and Adult Education, Teaching Technologies and Guidance and Psychological Counseling. Zwei Jahre nach einer Erhebung zum Ersatzbedarf des wissenschaftlichen Personals an Pädagogischen Hochschulen und Universitäten im Fach Erziehungswissenschaft ist zur Identifikation von Entwicklungstrends eine weitere Befragung zu diesem Thema im Jahr 1987/88 durchgeführt worden. Erstmals wurden auch die Fachhochschulen mit pädagogischen Studiengängen erfaßt, so daß nunmehr ein Überblick über die gesamte Situation des wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchses im Fach Erziehungswissenschaft an den Hochschulen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und Berlins (West) vorliegt. Die Resultate werden mit den Ergebnissen aus dem Jahr 1985 verglichen und erste Trends extrapoliert. An die Interpretation der Daten schließt sich ein Postulatekatalog für die Nachwuchspolitik im Fach Erziehungswissenschaft an. (DIPF/Orig.) ; Two years after a survey on the replacement requirements for academic staff in educational science had been conducted at colleges and at universities, a second survey on this issue was carried out in 1987/88, in order to identify trends of development. For the first time specialized institutions of higher education offering educational courses were included, so that there now exists a general account of the overall Situation of junior academic staff in this field at the universities of the Federal Republic of Germany and of West Berlin. The results of the second survey are compared with the findings of 1985 and first trends are extrapolated. Under evolving economic, political and social situation, education paradigm is also undergoing changes. It establishes new education possibilities, which are actively propagated. However, most frequently they fail to answer expectations since they are focused on separate factors that reflect the spirit of the time, disregarding or even critically evaluating achievements of the previous paradigms. Pursuing to find answers to the most urgent questions of education and development, especially, when life-long learning is becoming a common objective of all the European countries and when education problems are emerging in countries of various levels of economic and social development, there is a need to search for fundamental ideas that exceed the borders of one paradigm. Therefore, the aim of this article is to highlight fundamental education ideas, to reveal possibilities for their expression, which transcend the frames of any education system. The article is based on the methods of scientific literature analysis and generalisation of pedagogical experience. Fundamental education ideas are based on and education, which integrate external and internal factors and, thus, form preconditions for stability without impediment of changes. Considering a human nature to be a subordinate unity of three (psychical, physical and spiritual) dimensions, where a particular role is played by a spiritual one ensuring individual's readiness and power for self-possession and self-control, the first fundamental education and development idea may be pointed out: only individual himself can change own personality. This idea allows for understanding, why a learner, as a person, acquires status of the key object of pedagogical action, irrespective of whether educative or developmental goals are being pursued. An important factor in ensuring learner's self-development is environment because natural powers are only of potential level.

Der Beitrag dient als Beispiel der Ermöglichung von Permeabilität zwischen Philosophie und Geschichte im Rahmen der Erziehungswissenschaft. Er behandelt die epistemologischen, materiellen, politischen und kategorialen Bedingungen, von denen einige eine Trennung der Geschichtswissenschaft von der Philosophie initiieren, während andere dazu beitragen, dass einerseits die Geschichte von der Philosophie und andererseits die Philosophie von der Geschichte profitieren kann. Es wird aufgezeigt, welcher erwartete Zugewinn sowohl für die Philosophie als auch für die Geschichtswissenschaft durch gegenseitige Offenheit innerhalb der Erziehungswissenschaft erzielt werden kann. Eine stärkere Integration philosophischen Denkens in die Bildungsgeschichte und umgekehrt kann auf beiden Seiten blinde Flecke, unhinterfragte methodologische Archetypen und scheinbar unumgängliche mentale Dispositionen zur Sprache bringen, deren Reflexion zur Bereicherung der erziehungswissenschaftlichen Forschung beitragen kann. It deals with the epistemological, material, political, and categorical conditions, some of which initiate a separation of historical science from philosophy, whereas others allow, on the one hand, for history to profit from philosophy and, on the other, for philosophy to profit from history. It is shown how much is to be gained by both philosophy and historical science through reciprocal openness within educational science. A greater integration of philosophical thought into education history and vice versa may draw attention to blind spots on both sides, to unchallenged methodological archetypes and seemingly unavoidable mental dispositions, the reflection of which may contribute to an enrichment of educational research. The de-ideologisation of Czech higher education was accompanied by many other changes after 1990 in the Czech Republic. In the context of local and global educational policy, this paper presents three periods of development of the educational sciences including andragogy in Czech higher education after 1990, showing how changes influenced university teaching quality. In the research part, the study concentrates on changes made by the actors – notably professors/associate professors – involved in the development of the educational sciences in the Czech Republic since the 1990s. The analysis of the semi-structured interviews shows that the change in educational sciences was framed by limited access to foreign literature and significant personnel changes, including the return of qualified academics. The promotion of andragogy in the Czech Republic demanded the development of methodology and a critical approach to adult learning. For individual academics, the new focus privileged research over teaching, though interaction with students remains central for the interviewees. ; V Češki republiki je po letu 1990 deideologizacijo visokega šolstva spremljalo tudi veliko drugih sprememb. Članek v kontekstu tako lokalne kot globalne izobraževalne politike predstavi tri razvojna ­obdobja izobraževalnih ved, vključno z andragogiko, v češkem visokem šolstvu po letu 1990 in pokaže, kako so spremembe vplivale na kakovost univerzitetnega poučevanja. V raziskovalnem delu se osredotoča na spremembe, ki so jih dosegli akterji, predvsem profesorji in docenti, povezani z razvojem izobraževalnih ved v Češki republiki, po omenjenem letu. Analiza polstrukturiranih intervjujev je pokazala, da so na spremembe v izobraževalnih vedah vplivali omejen dostop do tuje literature in velike kadrovske spremembe, tudi vračanje kvalificiranih akademikov. V Češki republiki je spodbujanje andragogike zahtevalo razvoj metodologije in kritičnega pristopa do učenja odraslih. Posamezni akademiki so zaradi novega poudarka dali prednost raziskovanju pred poučevanjem, kljub temu pa so udeleženci raziskave poudarili osrednji pomen dela s študenti.

Razvoj pedagoške nauke u bivšoj Jugoslaviji obeležava oštar diskontinuitet uslovljen promenom političko-ideološkog poretka, a time i socijalno prihvatljivog pedagoškog mišljenja, ali i prikriveni kontinuitet između 'građanske' i 'socijalističke' pedagogije. Naša analiza dela jugoslovenskih pedagoga ukazuje na prisustvo strategije koju nazivamo 'nacionalizacija pedagoškog znanja'. U osnovi, ona predstavlja pokušaj da se zadobije društvena, ali i akademska legitimizacija pedagoške nauke. Nacionalizaciju pedagoškog znanja nalazimo kod predstavnika svih dominantnih pedagoških pravaca: eksperimentalne pedagogije, duhovno-naučne pedagogije, kao i u reformskim pedagoškim pokretima. Na prvi pogled paradoksalno, nacionalizacija pedagoškog znanja predstavlja i osnovno obeležje jugoslovenske marksističke pedagogije u periodu nakon Drugog svetskog rata. Ova strategija bila je uspešna u transformaciji vodećih teorijskih usmerenja ('promene paradigmi'): herbartijanizma u eksperimentalnu pedagogiju, eksperimentalne u duhovno-naučnu pedagogiju i, na kraju, duhovno-naučne u marksističku pedagogiju, ali je njen uspeh u razvoju institucija za pedagoška istraživanja bio bitno limitiran nivoom modernizacije sistema obrazovanja i ideološkog nadzora nad njim. ; Development of educational science in Former Yugoslavia was marked both by huge discontinuity due to changes in political and ideological regimes that had effects on 'mainstream' pedagogy, and hidden continuity between civil and socialist pedagogy. Our analysis of the writings of Yugoslav pedagogues shows the presence of strategy known as 'nationalization of pedagogical knowledge'. This strategy presents the attempt of gaining social, as well as academic legitimacy of educational science. Nationalization of pedagogical knowledge was present in all dominant pedagogical schools: experimental pedagogy, spiritual-scientific pedagogy (Geisteswissenschaftliche Pädagogik), as well as in New school movements. Paradoxically, nationalization of pedagogical knowledge presented the main feature of Yugoslav Marxist pedagogy in the period after the World War II. This strategy was successful in transformation of the leading theoretical schools ('paradigm change'): herbartianismus into experimental pedagogy, experimental pedagogy into spiritual-scientific pedagogy and at the end spiritual-scientific pedagogy into Marxist pedagogy, but the success of this strategy was significantly limited by the level of modernization of educational system and the ideological control over this system.

Über viel "Muße" zu verfügen war und ist gesellschaftlich ein Privileg, das höchst ungleich verteilt ist. Manchen erscheint sie vor diesem Hintergrund als ein "Luxus", auf den man notfalls verzichten kann und der eher hedonistischen Charakter hat. Einige glauben sogar, dass "Müßiggang aller Laster Anfang" ist. Aus einer bildungstheoretischen Perspektive stellt es sich jedoch für Einige genau umgekehrt dar. Ihnen erscheint Muße als Anfang jedes genuinen Bildungs- und Autonomisierungsprozesses, eine wissenschaftliche Auffassung, die schon der berühmteste deutsche Bildungstheoretiker Wilhelm von Humboldt vertreten hat. "Muße" ist kultursoziologisch gesehen zunächst einmal diejenige Sphäre menschlicher Praxis, in der frei produziert (oder auch rezipiert) wird, d. h. um seiner selbst willen bzw. allein um der Sache willen, mit der man beschäftigt ist. Insoweit ist sie geradezu der Inbegriff von Autonomie und unterscheidet sich grundsätzlich von jener gesellschaftlichen Sphäre der Entfremdung und Fremdbestimmung, der Erwerbsarbeit, Freizeit und Arbeitslosigkeit im klassischen Sinn gleichermaßen angehören. Ein zum würdigen Leben ausreichendes, bedingungslos gewährtes Grundeinkommen würde allen Bürgern "Muße" auf eine Weise verfügbar machen, die bisher nur privilegierten, sehr vermögenden Kreisen vorbehalten war, wie etwa historisch den berühmten "britischen Gentlemen", deren Lebensmaxime darin bestand, zu leben, um (frei und selbstbestimmt, in Muße) zu arbeiten (bzw. sinnvoll tätig zu sein) im Unterschied zur Maxime, zu arbeiten, um zu leben (den Lebensunterhalt zu verdienen). Man kann die Einführung eines zum würdigen Leben ausreichenden bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens daher auch als "Demokratisierung der Muße" bezeichnen. Dieser Gesichtspunkt des bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens bildet in der gesellschaftlichen Debatte ganz ohne Zweifel das Hauptskandalon auf der Seite seiner Kritiker. Denn auch die ebenso notorisch diskutierte Finanzierungsfrage hängt am Ende vor allem davon ab, ob man den Bürgern insgesamt einen vernünftigen Umgang mit derart großen Muße- bzw. Autonomiespielräumen zumuten und zutrauen könnte. Allein der Gedanke einer "Demokratisierung der Muße" erscheint vielen Kritikern unmittelbar als abwegig, als realitätsfremde, abgehobene sozialromantische Spinnerei. Jedoch wird man die offensichtlich gegebene starke Attraktivität der Grundeinkommensidee erst angemessen verstehen können, wenn man nicht bei einer solchen reflexhaften Abwehr der Idee stehen bleibt, sondern sich insbesondere mit der Frage auseinandersetzt, welche Bedeutung die Verfügbarkeit von Muße in der individuellen Lebensführung nicht zuletzt in Zeiten eines beschleunigten gesellschaftlichen Strukturwandels hat. Deswegen diskutiert der Vortrag den Gesichtspunkt einer Demokratisierung der Muße insbesondere aus bildungstheoretischer (ebenso -empirischer) Perspektive.

There has long been an unnatural separation in the Western world between the pedagogic-didactic field and musicology, and the contemporary situation has not substantially changed. Musicology and pedagogic-didactic studies have chosen, and proceeded along, parallel paths which do not converge. The conceptual starting point is an awareness of two problems: on the one hand, musicology runs the risk of becoming self-referential if it does not open itself up to a vital relationship with the political aspects of education; on the other hand, the educational sciences develop models of music education the content of which is not updated on the basis of musicological knowledge. This disconnection causes the making of music to prevail over knowing music, instead of the two dimensions being integrated. This article describes the results of an Italian research project carried out by an Italian University Network for Music Education. ; U zapadnom svijetu već dugo postoji neprirodna podjela između pedagoško-didaktičkog polja i muzikologije, a suvremena situacija nije to znatno promijenila. Muzikologija i pedagoško-didaktički studiji odabrali su i slijede paralelne putove koji se ne preklapaju. Konceptualno je polazište svijest o dvama problemima: s jedne strane muzikologija riskira da postane samoreferencijalna ako se ne otvori vitalnoj vezi s političkim aspektima obrazovanja; s druge strane obrazovne znanosti razvijaju modele glazbenog obrazovanja čiji se sadržaj ne ažurira na temelju muzikološkog znanja. Ova razjedinjenost uzrokuje da izvođenje glazbe prevladava nad poznavanjem glazbe, umjesto da su ove dvije dimenzije združene. Članak opisuje razultate talijanskog istraživačkog projekta koji provodi talijanska Sveučilišna mreža za glazbeno obrazovanje (Rete universitaria per l'Educazione musicale).

Inklusive Bildung ist ein zentrales Thema der Lehrer*innenbildung und ein wichtiger Baustein mit Blick auf die Professionalisierung von angehenden Lehrpersonen. Im Sinne einer dekategorisierenden Form inklusiver Schul- und Unterrichtsgestaltung erweist sich die Inblicknahme der Rechte der Kinder und Jugendlichen (UN-Kinderrechtskonvention) auf die Ausgestaltung entsprechender hochschulischer Praxis als gewinnbringende Perspektive. Dabei sind die Kinderrechte sowohl individuell als auch strukturell ein bedeutsames Element der Ausrichtung pädagogischer Handlungen. Im Seminar "Inklusive Bildung unter dem Fokus der Kinderrechte" lernen die Masterstudierenden die UN-Kinderrechte als völkerrechtlich verbindliche Grundlage schulischer Praxis kennen und können sie im Kontext Inklusiver Bildung und Sozialer Ungleichheit verorten. Anschließend kommen sie mit verschiedenen Akteur*innen der pädagogischen Praxis zusammen und entwickeln im Sinne des forschenden Lernens explorative Interviewvorhaben, die in Kleingruppen durchgeführt werden. In Hinblick auf die Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften für Inklusion deuten die Ergebnisse der Studierenden auf eine reflektierte Auseinandersetzung mit den schulischen Herausforderungen der Verwirklichung der UN-Kinderrechtskonvention und UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention hin. Dabei gerät auch die Antinomie aus schulpolitischen Forderungen und schulstrukturellen Rahmenbedingungen in den Blick, in der sich Lehrkräfte tagtäglich bewegen. ; Inclusive education is a central topic in teacher training and important for the professionalisation of future teachers. In the sense of a decategorising form of inclusive school and teaching, the consideration of Children's Rights in the design of corresponding higher education practice proves to be a profitable perspective. In this context, children's rights are a significant element in the orientation of pedagogical actions, both individually and structurally.
