The results of empirical research devoted to the study of individual psychological characteristics of individuals engaged in social entrepreneurship in Ukraine are considered in this article. Social entrepreneurship is a new area of practice that is developing rapidly but is still insufficiently studied in psychology. Foreign research projects compare social entrepreneurs' personal traits with the ones of traditional entrepreneurs, members of the general public, employees in the same area of activity, volunteers, etc. There are such personal traits of social entrepreneurs that have a higher level of development (compared to others) as empathy, willingness to take risks and to cooperate and develop social networks, creativity, need for autonomy and independence, optimism, trust in others, belief in positive social changes, ability to cope with obstacles on their way to social mission implementation. Most researchers emphasize the developed sense of social responsibility, moral obligations towards others, self-sacrifice of social entrepreneurs. As a result of the empirical research of individual psychological characteristics of individuals engaged in social and traditional entrepreneurship in Ukraine psychological particularities within each group of entrepreneurs have been determined. A psychological portrait of social entrepreneur has been compiled based on the obtained empirical data: an active, focused on the external world, intent on reflection and introspection, receptive to obtain new knowledge, hardworking, creative, relatively emotionally stable, moderately conformable and ambitious individual, which is characterized by a high level of empathy and an internal locus of control, which can work successfully both as a team member and independently, which can adequately estimate their capabilities and make right decisions in situations of uncertainty and risk. The differences between groups of traditional and social entrepreneurs in such factors as «Openness» according to the Big 5 Personality Traits, «Сreative tendency», «Calculated risk-taking», «Internal locus of control» according to the General measure of Enterprising Tendency (GET) test, as well as according to the Balanced Emotional Empathy Test have been detected. Based on these findings one can conclude that a phenomenon of social entrepreneurship is a dynamic process that meets the urgent needs of society, corresponds to individual motives and is determined by the specifics of professional tasks we solve, and therefore by the type of business activity in general.
The article deals with the subjects of individual labor relations, which, in turn, are the employee and the employer, which are labor legal personality. These relationships arise between them regarding the employee's employment. The employer is the main subject of individual and collective labor relations. We note that in the legislation of Ukraine there is no single, agreed in all branches of legislation the concept of "employer". In the current Labor Code this term is not used at all. In some legislative acts, the employer recognizes the owner or the body authorized by him, in others - the enterprise, institution, organization. There are contradictions between the Economic and Civil Code of Ukraine regarding those legal forms in which the business can be conducted and legal entities. Even in related fields - labor law and social security law, this definition is different. Regulations have a number of significant differences in the definition of the term "employee", which, in turn, testifies to the improper regulation, namely: lack of regulation in the legal material. The employee is one of the parties to the employment contract. According to the legislation, an employee is defined as a natural person who works under an employment contract (contract) at an enterprise, institution and organization, regardless of the form of ownership and type of activity, or of a natural person who uses hired labor in accordance with the law. Hence, distinguishing from the employee as the subject and one of the parties to the employment relationship, the main characteristics, it should be noted that the acquisition of the status of the subject of the employment relationship begins from the moment of conclusion of the employment contract. It is noted that the basic labor rights are enshrined in three groups of acts: international legal acts of the world level (UN acts, ILO); acts of the regional level (acts of the Council of Europe, the European Union, other regional acts of organizations); acts of national legislation which establish guarantees for the exercise and protection of fundamental labor rights.

The world-perceiving opinions of the Ukrainian organized nationalism in the 20-30es of the twentieth century on individual's freedom were analyzed. Within this approach were studied the Martynets's views, who had been one of the ideologists of the OUN and emphasized the existence of certain differences between the world-perceiving doctrine of the OUN and D. Dontsov's nationalism. The critical reinterpretation of some stereotypes widely-spread in scientific literature on the Ukrainian political thought in the 20-30es of the twentieth century, first of all concerning the claims of the Ukrainian nationalism for the defence of an ethnic purity was provided. The examination of Martynets's works gave the reasons to make a conclusion that such issue has never been risen in that way before. Actually the ideas of the political nation formed on the basis of the certain spiritual, cultural and historical tradition were advocated. Thus, the main actor of the political process and all forward actions had been recognized the independent, active, self-aware individual. Key words: V. Martynets, the Ukrainian political thought, the Nationalism, the freedom, an individual.
It has been analyzed the content of the concept «Individualization of the professional training» as a scientific problem in various dictionaries and the works of eminent scholars from different periods, both foreign and domestic. It was indicated in the article that individualization is a consideration, in the process of training, the individual characteristics of the students in all its forms and methods, regardless of which features in any way taken into account. It was noted by the author that some scientist, under the concept of "individualization of training", understand the relative individualization, which is namely: focused on the individual psychological characteristics of the student; based on the individual differences of the future teachers; implemented the principle of individual approach, taking into account the individual characteristics of students in the process of learning in all its forms and methods no matter what are the characteristics and the extent to which they are recorded.According to the individualization of training we understand the organization of the message to students the appropriate expertise and the skills formation based on their individual characteristics, creating optimum conditions for the realization of the potential of each student. Personalization of the training does not allow to level differences between students, each student contributes to the development of their unique skills, focuses on preparations for the highly professional work. The main objectives, results and criteria of individualization of training are: improving the efficiency of vocational teacher training, creating educational system that provides each full development of his capabilities and abilities; democratization of the educational process, the elimination of uniformity in training, providing students the freedom to choose the elements of the educational process; creating conditions for training and education, adequate individual needs and optimal diversification for the overall development of students; the formation and development of individuality, independence and creative potential.
The tax system is an important element of state influence on the activities of economic entities. Its effectiveness influences the productivity of social and economic transformations in the country. In this article the author considers the concept of restriction of individual rights in civil law, as well as the re-lationship between the concepts of restriction and encumbrance of civil rights. First of all, the lack of a legislative definition of the concept of restriction of individual rights in civil law, as well as the ambiguity of the position of the legislator on the use of the term restriction and its place among related conceptsIn writing this work, first of all, attention was paid to the Constitution of Ukraine, which is the Basic Law, which serves as a guide that establishes the general boundaries of human and civil rights. The connection of the provisions of the Constitution with the norms of the Civil Code of Ukraine within the framework of the chosen topic was presented. Emphasis is placed on the fundamental principle according to which the national legal system is built, namely: "everything is allowed that is not expressly prohibited by law."The views of some scholars who adhere to their vision of the concepts under study are given. In addition, in this study, the relationship between the concepts of restriction and encumbrance of individual rights in civil law. In the process of writing this work, the positions of legal scholars who had relatively similar positions were given. They distinguish between the above concepts, and provide the relevant features. However, outside the scope of this study were many works of scientists who do not see a difference in these concepts.None of this was left out of the regulatory framework for the definition of the above concepts at the legislative level. In particular, it was found that in contrast to the concept of restriction of individual rights, including in civil law, the current legislation contains a definition of encumbrance. There are several acts that provide this definition. And in all cases, the definition is different.Based on the analysis of regulations, it was found that the legislator does not consistently approach the definition of encumbrance. In particular, in some cases the latter includes the encumbrancer's right to the debtor's movable property or restriction of such right, in others - prohibition or restriction of disposal and / or use of real estate, and in some cases the legislator identifies encumbrances and restrictions.According to the results of the study, the conclusions on the failure to define in national law the concept of re-strictions on the rights of persons in civil law, as well as the lack of a clear distinction between the concept of restric-tion of the right of person and encumbrance, in particular under civil law. The article studies the motivational framing of the protest events on the Kyiv Maidan (2013–2014) relying on the pool of 300 in-depth interviews collected during the first six months after the events. The investigation of the oral testimonies of the active members of Maidan events made possible to identify the cognitive constructs and interpretations that underlie the motivational component of the framing of the social movement. The research of in-depth interviews allowed us not only to detect a wide range of motives that had encouraged the participants of the Maidan to collective actions but also to interpret these motives more correctly. Motives for the participation of the respondents in the Maidan directly depended on the course of events. Changes in interpretations of the personal motives to take part in the social movement coincide in time with the main transformations of the framing of protest. The motives differed not only depending on which stage of events the person had decided to join the Maidan. The same person outlined his or her own reasons for participation in different ways on different stages of the Maidan. The main group of motives for participation at the first stage of the protest was mostly related to the renovation of the political course ofUkrainetowardsEuropewith its quality of life and respect for human rights and freedoms. Then after the police had cruelly beaten the protesters, participants started to join the movement mainly against excessive use of force by law-enforcement authorities, for the condemnation of those who had been guilty in the beating, for the resignation of the government and the president and because of other similar motives. Motives for participating in the Maidan also differed depending on the roles of the activists. Such differences were especially visible during the periods of violent confrontation between the protesters and law-enforcement authorities. The motives of the individuals who were directly at the Maidan differed from the motives of those who were involved in organizing the Maidan's life or helping the victims. For the first category of people the com-mon motive was «If not me, then who else?» or the revenge motive. While for the second category more common motives were guilt, desire to help, desire to protect. According to the research, at the beginning of the social movement the motives for the participation of activists were more specifi c and local. People were protesting against the new foreign policy of the country, for punishing those, who had been guilty of beating the protesters, and so on. On the other hand, speaking about later events, respondents more often referred to moral and psychological motives and stimuli for participation in the Maidan: conscience, guilt, desire to help, desire to protect etc.So the motives and stimuli for taking part in the protest depended on the dynamics of events on Maidan and on the roles of individuals during the Revolution of Dignity. In the article it is noticed that the further development of a modern political science provides, first of all, improvement of its theoretical and methodological components. In this context concept «fashion» and its interactions with such elements categorical and conceptual device as «tradition» and «culture / political culture» (within the limits of development of ideas about existence of G. W. F. Hegel's triad) are analyzed. The tradition is considered as the form of behavior and thinking of the political actor (R. Merton) that follows from its role within public job specialization (accomplishment of specific functions within system) The fashion is analyzed as one of many forms of life (G. Zimmel) with which help the tendency to social equalization unites with a tendency to individual differences. The culture / political culture is presented as the form of qualitative display of political activity or political creativity. It is proved that results of functioning of this triad allow to specify procedure of gradual transition in a modern society from one type of political culture to another type. The further researches and scientific investigations in this direction are offered to be concentrated, first of all, on two moments. First, this is determination of conditions, factors, etc. at which the political subject will be guided in the choice between the traditional actions, new samples of behavior and the modified variants of the standard actions for benefit of one of them; Secondly, this is designing of the scheme on which occurs within social and political practice of subjects of accumulating of certain elements of one type of political culture (from institutional and political to social and psychological) within another and which allows to perform this transition between different types of political consciousness and political activity.
