In this paper we assume that innovation requires transmission of information. The content of the transmitted information currently is subject to legal regulation, typically intellectual property, where the agents and the requirement of a needed consent hinder free transmission. To solve this problem, two type of solutions are being implemented: first through legal code and second through computer code. These solutions, rooted on ethical foundations, have political consequences and determine the kind of society we can build using the transmitted knowledge.
This paper focus on the religious and political issue in Brazil from a socio-historical perspective. In recent years, we have seen the rise of the right-wing, anarcho-capitalist biopower in socio-political and reactionary-conservative terms in religious terms. How was the emergence of the current religious-political panorama possible? There are two complementary interpretative hypotheses: the construction of a conservative and reactionary religious-political camp and neoliberal social and economic changes. The research methodology is qualitative and primary and secondary documentary sources on contemporary Brazilian religion and politics were used.

By analyzing the chapter «Peoples and Fatherlands» (§§ 240-256) in Beyond Good and Evil, we intend to point out the way by which Nietzsche accomplishes his critique to nationalism, as opposed to European unity, assuming as a reference German music, particularly the Wagnerian one, which, in this case, embodies a worldview based on an ideal of formation (Bildung) practically inexistent in the philosopher's contemporary Germany. In this way we aim to emphasize the fact that politics cannot be taken as a metaphor to describe «states of soul», but rather that it should be understood in its effective dimension.
This paper presents a synthetic exposition of a previous element to the political questions in Heidegger's work that criticizes, implicitly, the use of his work to defend proposals that try to found communities in our time, the internal limits (to Heidegger's own approach) of the Heideggerian attempts to propose a foundation of this type (either under the name of state, community, people, etc.) and of those similar attempts that do not take into consideration this author. The previous element is the problem of the "homeland" (die Heimat) and its constitution of man's "stay" (der Aufenthalt) and the "homelessness" (die Heimatlosigkeit) inherent in the modern "civil state" and modern "civil society".
The study analyzes the intervention processes that Social Workers, graduated from the Universidad del Quindío, carry out with diverse communities in the region. We sought to build knowledge collectively with the actors who participated in the process using a qualitative methodology supported by critical, intercultural and decolonial theories. For this reason, a horizontal relationship was established among all the participants and an attempt was made to consolidate a learning community in which all were assumed as subjects of knowledge. The investigative process was composed of six cycles or moments, from the formation of the research team, to the socialization and dissemination of the findings. Results. It was identified that professionals, at the epistemological-theoretical level, tend to locate themselves in a comprehensive and critical matrix for their intervention, make use of a theoretical-conceptual plurality and in turn question and problematize the theory and recognize the knowledge that emerges from the context. In methodological terms, they favor participation, play and experience, as well as generic methods for their intervention. With regard to the ethical-political dimension, they refer to ethical principles and dilemmas, they construct a notion of the subject for the intervention, and they offer clues for the reflection of the professional political project. Conclusion. The need to strengthen the production of endogenous knowledge of the profession in favour of strengthening the discipline.
The analysis of the impacts of coffe bonanzas and crisis on the Colombian economy, given its importance, has been one of the favorite topics of research both by colombian and foreign economists, Cárdenas(1991);Carkovic (1992); Cuddington (1986); Ocampo (1994); Posada(1992);Urrutia and Suescún(1994). The political economy aspects behind the policy response by colombian authorities has not had similar emphasis in the literature. Such is the topic of this paper. The article stars with a historical overview of the international coffee price with the purpose of identifying the major periods of bonanzas and crissi. In a chronological pattern, the paper discusses the main institutional and political economy issues that took place then and the extent to which they may explain the macroeconomic response to bonanzas and crisis. The paper singles out the key role traditionally played by the coffee growers represented through the National Federation of Coffee Growers and poses the question of what should be its future role, in a country where coffee has lost its importance in foreign exchange earnings and in GDP, but where the coffee activity continues to be an important source of rural employment and where the coffee producers maintain a political and economic leadership in key regions of the country.
The increasing number of free trade agreements involving both developed and developing countries has raised political and economical concerns, while increasing inconsistencies in international trade law. Non governmental organizations (NGOs) and social movements have strongly criticized these processes as well as the existing unbalanced trade rules resulting from unbalanced power relations between developed, developing and less developed countries (LDCs).

The article tackles the genre of science fiction in film by focusing on the Alien and Predator series and their crossover. By resorting to "the fictional worlds" theory (Dolezel, 1998), the relationship between the fictional and the real is examined so as to show how these films refract political issues in various symbolic ways, with special reference to the ideological construct of "global threat".
Investigating subjectivities in education reveals the relationship between knowledge and strategies that motivate young people to participate in politics. The research presented in this article addressed controversial issues from Legardez and Simonneaux (2006) and the contributions of the GREDICS group (Oller, 1999; Oller & Pagès, 2007; Pagès & Santisteban, 2011), and political subjectivity in González-Rey (2002, 2010, 2011) and the contributions of Díaz (2005, 2012b). Mixed methodology guided the design, and the analysis was carried out from the case study. It was shown that, reflecting on oneself and on action are fundamental to reconceptualize political education and build a proposal to analyze the social within the classroom and; innovative didactics promote reflections on Chilean social reality by students from their social role and disciplinary training.
