The article is devoted to a problem of political commitment of philosophy, of its involvement into social and political problems of the relevant historical era. It is shown that Marxist ideas of partisanship of philosophy are succeeded by concepts according to which the philosophy expresses ways of identification of various social groups, concepts relying on the same sociological reductionism. The Hegelian concept of interrelation of policy and philosophy is considered too.

The article outlines the main provisions of the new work on the knowledge economy of contemporary American scholar Joel Mokyr. In "The Gifts of Athena" Joel Mokyr argues that rapid economic growth in the West over the past two centuries has been associated not only with the advent of modern technical ideas, but also with a significant improvement in access to these ideas in society. This access expansion was made possible by access to social networks consisting of universities, publishing houses, clubs of specialists engineers, etc. ; Излагаются основные положения новой работы по экономике знания современного американского ученого Джоэля Мокира. Это расширение доступа стало возможным благодаря социальным сетям, состоящим из университетов, издательств, кружков специалистов-инженеров и т.д.

The article analyses the features of the historical research of P.A. Florensky. It gives a review of the main works of the thinker, in which he formulates his understanding of history and historical knowledge. The article reveals the internal connection between the historical ideas of P.A. Florensky and his doctrine of discreteness and antinomicity as the universal principles of being as well as the philosopher's ideas about the immanent rhythms of the movement of culture. It shows the common grounds of P.A. Florensky`s ideas and the cultural-historical monadology of N.Y. Danilevsky, O. Spengler, A. Toynbee. The historical methodology proposed by P.A. Florensky denies the laws of «direct perspective». P.A. Florensky's representations concerning the meaning of history and culture are analyzed. His understanding of historical crisis as a blessing harboring in itself the possibility of change and growth. He offers his own understanding of the «end of history» and «another» history, taking its standpoint from that a person's change to a different qualitative state. In this context Florensky's teachings view theocracy as the least hostile form of government and the ideas about «extrapresence» as the most reasonable form of political positioning. The refutation of the linearity of history, as if having some immanent intent and moving towards some kind of logical realization, is a sign that characterizes the historiosophical discourse of religious thinkers of the Silver Age.
The study of the main cultural, domestic and political trends is currently being updated due to the fact that in addition to the economic and political aspects of the development of social and political life is gaining strength and influence of cultural and cultural trends. This is due to the fact that in the period of globalization erased the boundaries of national and cultural identity, although the cultural aspect of the political development of the state on the example of the USSR in 1965–1985., allows us to show the importance of the cultural component of social and political life of the province in our days, such a retrospective allows us to highlight the main aspects projected on modern society and note the validity of this projection in the conditions of modern scientific knowledge.

The first part of this article discusses the methodology for studying the conditions and means of knowledge transfer in interdisciplinary research. It is based on a combination of methodology from historical, socio-cultural and scientific research applied to the study of the conditions of interdisciplinary communication, with a methodological approach characteristic of the philosophy and epistemology of science, focusing on studying means of transfer. It is suggested that conceptual metaphors, or semantic transfers between conceptual domains, which are studied in cognitive linguistics, be considered as such tools. The article analyzes their role in interdisciplinary transfer using the author's parallel dictionary methodology. The second part of the article shows the application of this approach to studying specific interdisciplinary knowledge transfer based on the examples of a number of relevant and developing interdisciplinary areas. Three examples were specifically examined: the transfer of knowledge between evolutionary biology and evolutionary computation; between evolutionary biology and evolutionary political science and biological science and semiotics.
Political economy moves in wave-like patterns. Initially it had a universal character, simply as economic knowledge. Then came Karl Marx, with his Capital and critique of political economy. Later still came the division that saw some scholars accept Marxist political economy and others, the ideas denoted by the Russian transcription "ekomomiks". This verbal history of the terms that have been used to designate economic science may be topped off by referring to the fates and activity of the people who restore its fortunes. There are few such people, but the main thing is that they exist. Among them is the professor (and political economist!) V.V. Chekmarev. The purpose of this article is to show the influence of political economy on all aspects of human existence by reviewing the stages in the life of an outstanding representative of the scholarly world of economists, a person who has given 50 of his 70 years to the service of science.

The article examines the new role played by the state as a deliberate economic actor. The basis here is provided by the direct activity of the state in regulating the economy, as is characteristic of all economically developed countries. But at the same time, market regulators are beginning to die away, and are already fulfilling a secondary role. This situation is resulting in a change to the economy itself, with the previous goal of development-the maximising of profits-being replaced by the maximising of social utility. The degree and significance of conscious economic regulation, whose basis is scientific knowledge, is increasing. A new quality of the economy, designated by the article as noonomy, is emerging; this is steeped in scientific knowledge and in planned, considered regulation. The objective basis of this process is a new technological order within which production is permeated by complex technological systems, and for which knowledge-intensive production is a primary requirement. All this is serving to bring changes to political economy. In place of the classical political economy that concentrated on research into questions of market production and exchange, the new political economy or post-classical political economy studies the relations between people from the angle of social utility, that is, the exchanging of knowledge, information and activity with the goal of achieving economies in the use of social time.

The article attempts to provide a definition for the problem area of the philosophy of politics, political philosophy and political science. Given the lack of a well-established distinction between the subjects of these sciences in the Russian-language discourse, the author turns to the English-language tradition. The analysis of this discourse shows the following: 1) the absence of a distinction between political philosophy and the philosophy of politics, which is replaced by political ontology as part of political philosophy; 2) the existence of a distinction between political theory and political philosophy; 3) the dependence of the paradigm of the relationship between political theory and political philosophy on the consensus developed in the national intellectual tradition. In the English-language discourse, the question of the relationship between political science and political philosophy comes to the fore. The latter is considered as a subordinate, integral part of political science. It is shown that, based on the criterion of "insufficient scientificity", attempts to exclude political philosophy from the political science do not stop. The article substantiates the position according to which, despite their apparent similarity, the subjects of political science and political philosophy do not coincide – the disciplinary ontology of political science can become the subject of political philosophy. When discussing the relationship between the philosophy of politics and political philosophy, the article presents several hypotheses. First, a distinction is made between the philosophy of politics and political philosophy and the author argues that they are distinct. Secondly, the position, according to which the philosophy of politics belongs to the field of philosophy, and political philosophy to political science, is critically examined, and the fact that the two disciplines belong to the philosophical corpus of knowledge is substantiated. Thirdly, it is proposed to demarcate between the philosophy of politics and political philosophy in accordance with the difference between their subjects. The subject of philosophy of politics is the phenomenon of the political, while the subject of political philosophy is political phenomena.
The optional course provides a general systemic view of classical political economy. Reflects the relevance of the classical theory and the direction of its development. The course allows students to study and learn how to apply the method of dialectical knowledge of economic and social processes. The course "Political Economy" is supposed to give students a holistic description of modern economic relations in historical retrospect as relations regarding ownership of the means of production. The course examines the socio-economic system of post-Soviet Russia. In the process of studying the course, business games are held, a discussion of modern problems.
