The features of Ukrainian social politics are considered based on research of the existing in foreign and home science going near understanding of social politics. The study examined the impact of market reforms on the development of the state social policy in Ukraine. The specific of social politics is exposed. The contradiction in the acceptance of political decisions in this sphere is certain. The general trends in the transformation of social policy, reflecting the specific functioning of the welfare state under conditions of market transformations are educed. The basic lacks of realization of social politics in Ukraine are certain. It is proved that the existing system of social protection requires significant improvement, because a significant portion of the population lives below the poverty line, has a low level of well-being. It was revealed that the social policy of Ukraine has a number of drawbacks, namely: non-transparent legislative framework, the presence of a large number of inefficient social benefits, imperfect system of financing and bureaucracy in the bodies of social protection and the like. It is proved that the improvement of the social security system should be based on improving the organizational, legal, financial measures provided by relevant government programs that need to be focused on economic development and improving living standards.

Article is devoted to the philosophical analysis of actual situation of humanities and the problem of their social role. The political role of humanities lies primarily in promoting the creation of public space. It gives a possibility do develop the human skills which are needed to be an active public agent. The purpose of the article deals with the concretization of public role of humanities which can be presented as different politics. Results. In the article the following politics are presented: politics of ideal (refers to a certain ideal of liberal education which is based on the liberal arts); politics of meaning and sense (it concerns the recognition of meanings, including those that constitute the social and political worlds); politics of sensuality (it connected with performativity as manner to create and comprehend the social and political worlds; also it can be explained as distribution of sensuality in context of J. Ranciere's conception of aesthetics as politics); politics of reconfiguration of discourse (it deals with elaboration of rules of communication on social problems); politics of imagination (the influence on structure of social world with using of imagination and fantasy); politics of responsivity (the comprehension of alien subjectivity), politics of memory (the formation of culture of memory). Originality. The different "politics" of humanities are presented as specific because they are connected with specific of human sciences' cognition. We deals not with objectivity that is directed to the explanation of world as closed system, but we have open system of interpersonal interaction. This interpersonal interaction can structure and configure social and political spheres. Conclusion. The politics of humanities are not separate each other. They are crosscutting, creating horizon ability to influence the public sphere.

The analysis of normatively – legal acts of adjusting of registration politics of enterprise is conducted in the article. The article is devoted to theoretical substantiation of certain critical accounting policies, investigated the nature and purpose of accounting policies. It is proved that the accounting policy is developed individually by each enterprise and is designed to ensure the reliability and accuracy of their financial information system. It is educed that in labours of home and foreign scientists large attention is spared to the aspects of registration politics: methodical, technical and organizational. Досліджено теоретичні аспекти окремих важливих елементів облікової політики.

Main objective of the article is to investigate traits of the institutional process in social politics of the European countries, which compiled an advanced experience in this aspect. Relevance of the study is accounted by the fact that for the first time in the Ukrainian scientific literature the complex research is used as to the essence of social politics concepts and institutional formations on the basis of foreign historiography providing the institutional analysis broadening. Such an approach contributes to perception of social politics as a public institution, which formation and development are predetermined by the public relations whole system functioning, which enables to evaluate a social politics as a complex, multilateral evolutional system. Given research is based on such methods as analysis, synthesis, deduction, modeling, as well as on evolutional, comparative, and system approaches. The main results of the study include the following conclusions. Firstly, it is stated that the achievements of the modern civilization development strategy stimulate social progress, which is to be provided by a certain legislation to guarantee human rights. Social politics of the EU is worked out and realized on two levels – all-union and within the framework of national states. That's why the article uses such terms as "social politics of EU" and "national social politics of a certain country". Rather significant is the concept of universalism dealing with distribution of resources among all members of a society and been interpreted as a fundamental principle of social politics. An accent is made on marginal and institutional aspects in the field of social politics. It should be especially noted that the workers social rights institutionalization was a turning point in determining their citizenship and socialization. Social rights got by the workers, became an important factor of the society modernization, in which both men and women got rid off a routine and paternalistic social order.

In this regard, the author examines the contradictions between the parties on defense, the Iranian "nuclear agreement", trade relations. Particular attention is paid to mutual understanding of the parties. A brief description of the behavior of the President of the United States in communications with the international community. The article covers the role of some presidents in shaping the foreign policies of Latin American states. A concise characteristic of their influence upon the home and foreign policy of Argentina, Chile and Costa-Rica has been provided. The activities of past and contemporary women-politicians are analyzed (Eva Peron, Maria Estella Martines de Peron, Cristina Elisabet Fernández de Kirchner, Laura Chinchilla Miranda, Verónica Michelle Bachelet Jeria). The article contains concise descriptions of their biographies which, undoubtedly, had influenced their activities as leaders of the states and defined the general tendency of foreign policies of the states in the region. The subject of the study is an essence and sources of the concept of hybrid war, signs of hybridity. Topicality. In recent years, the Russian Federation has been waging a hybrid war against Ukraine. The source of hybrid wars is hybrid politics and hybrid economics. The study of the phenomenon of hybrid warfare, gives the opportunity to determine their essence, allows you to develop the correct trade and economic policy of the state. The purpose of the article. The purpose of the article is to define the essence of the concept of hybrid war and to reveal the sources, causes, signs of this phenomenon, the policy and strategy of counteraction in the hybrid war. Methodology. The methodical approach of analysis and classification of types of hybrid wars is used in the article, the modern vision of economic war as a component of hybrid war is systematized. The method of generalization used allowed to establish the properties of hybrid wars and the characteristics of hybrid economy. Results. The concept of «hybrid economy», «hybrid policy», «hybrid war» and their relationship are discussed. The classification of wars by forms and directions is suggested. The definition of hybrid war as a combination of «cold» «hot» is given. Area of application. The results of the study of the features and mechanisms of hybrid wars will help to develop recommendations for the development of a national strategy for economic development in the context of hybrid warfare and counteraction to the aggressor country.

Introduction. Political discourse is characterized by a high role of metaphorical representations as it is formed by the number of metaphorical concepts. Such concepts can be universal, ethnical, group and individual, they are usually socially and culturally marked. Understanding such basic concepts and getting into their language representation through language signs help to deepen the knowledge of other cultures and ethnos. Purpose of this article is to analyze the basic political metaphors used for the verbal representation of the macro concept DOMESTIC POLITICS in the political discourse of the UK parliamentary debates. Methods. The basic methods used in this paper are the metaphoric modelling that helps to better understand the mechanism of source and target domains' integration and the propositional modelling that helps to define the structures of propositions in the domains. One more method is the contextualinterpretational analysis used to interpret the text fragments that contain metaphoric lexemes. Results. The basic concepts in the political sphere are predetermined by the peculiarities of the ideology, moral, norms, evaluations and values accepted by the society as well as the political, economic and social situation on a certain stage of the ethnos' development. Thus, the basic macro concept DOMESTIC POLITICS is verbalized in the political discourse of the UK parliamentary debates by a set of metaphorical representations, the most widespread of which are the politics as plant and politics as way / road. These metaphors reflect the urgent problems concerning the whole nation and discussed during the debates in the UK parliament. The development of the economic policy is typically associated with growth. Thus, metaphorical model POLITICS as PLANT is widespread both during the Conservative and Labour lead in the parliament. Usually growth is compared to the economic development of the country. Metaphorical representation of politics as way / road is reflected in different fragments of participants' interactions during the debates and expresses the possibility to implement new laws, avoid discussing some issues and taken steps to solve the existing problems. Conclusions. Detailed analysis of the metaphorical representation of politics as plant and way / road demonstrates that they can contextually bear both positive and negative evaluation. These metaphors are primarily used by the opponents in the political communication for positive selfrepresentation and critical remarks towards the others.

The role and influence increase of the right forces in Europe, their exit outside marginal support of electors forms the actual aim of the basic tendencies research of the citizens' trust level increase to such political parties in the European Union countries in relation to their influence on integration politics in a region. This analysis consistency was achieved by using the historical method for sources research, preconditions and general lines of the right forces of interwar period and their modern development. A comparative method allowed to define identical elements in understanding the concepts of "right-wing" and "right-wing populism", as well as assisted to disclosure distinctions between the right and left political parties of Europe. An accomplished analysis proved that during the last two decades, the right-wing got the considerable credit of trust of the key electorate who became a middle class on the whole, formed general slogans in relation to the denial of politics of European Union in direction of limitation of migration, fight against terrorism, distribution of quotas on the reception of refugees, interference with the internal affairs of the state that levels maintenance of originality of ethnoss and nations. Populism, euroscepticism and increase of representative office in European parliament, puts under a threat maintenance of integration politics that was predictable and clear for all participants of association and direct countries-partners. Ukraine in this case must work on making of new strategy of co-operating with Europe, taking into account new tendencies.

The article examines the main ways of interaction between politics and aesthetics – semantic, cultural and practical. A specific emphasis is laid upon actuality and methodological justification of studying politics through the prism of aesthetics. ; В статті досліджуються основні форми взаємодії між естетикою і політикою – семантична, культурно-цивілізаційна та практична. Акцентується увага на актуальності та методологічній виправданості дослідження політики крізь призму естетики.

I n this article, American philosopher and founder of speculative realism, Graham Harman (born 1968) analyzes two types of political philosophy: the politics of truth, and the politics of power. Central to the former is the idea of access to political truth; for the latter it's the idea that «might makes right». According to Harman, both approaches rely on the same ontological mistake. This mistake consists in ignoring the role of objects in the service of something greater or smaller than those objects. Harman proposes a way to solve this error by providing a sketch of an object-oriented ontology, and a political philosophy that follows from it. In his opinion, it is free of the defects of the politics of truth and power. На думку Гармана, обидва підходи спираються на одну онтологічну помилку. Вона полягає в нехтуванні роллю об'єктів на користь чогось більшого чи мен-шого за ці об'єкти. Гарман пропонує шлях для виправлення цієї помил-ки, даючи нарис об'єктно-орієнтованої онтології та політичної філософії, яка з неї випливає. На його думку, вона позбавлена вад політик істини й сили.
