Der Artikel definiert die Kultur in erweitertem Sinne, einschließlich Prozesse und Ergebnisse der Wechselwirkung zwischen Menschen und Organismen (Tieren, Pflanzen, Pilzen, Mikroben, Viren usw.) – in ihren natürlichen oder künstlichen Erscheinungsformen. Es werden Grenzwerte festgelegt, die der Entwicklung der komplexen zivilisatorisch-kulturellen Globalisierung heutzutage Schranken setzen. Der Begriff einer post-pragmatischen Strategie der kulturellen Einheit wird eingeführt. Das Konzept der Kultureinheit kommt aus der Anthropologie. Es bedeutet soziale Integrität, die als eine einheitliche Kultur beschrieben werden kann. Die Kultureinheit zeichnet sich durch etablierten Satz von Merkmalen, Kategorien, Mustern, Themen aus. Diese wiederholen sich von Generation zu Generation. Manchmal behandeln wir die Kultureinheit als ein Großsystem. Die Studie wird im Kontext der aufstrebenden intellektuellen Disziplin der Kulturhygiene mithilfe der Methodik der Kultureinheit durchgeführt. Diese Methodik wurde im Rahmen der oben genannten Disziplin erarbeitet. Das Ziel des Artikels ist es, methodische Fundamente für die Reaktion kultureller Einheiten und ihrer Komplexe zu schaffen, um den Kampf gegen Phänomene wie die COVID-19-Pandemie aufnehmen zu können. Das ist also die post-pragmatische Strategie. Sie ist altruistisch, frei von Lügen und Misstrauen. Infolge dessen überwindet sie die erwähnten Schranken. ; An extended definition of culture as a phenomenon that includes processes and results of human communities interaction with wildlife, e.g. viruses is propounded. An indicator of development limitations of Global civilization-cultural integrity is proposed. We put forward the concept of a post-pragmatic strategy of a cultural unit. The latter signifies social integrity that represents a separate culture – a stable set of traits, categories, patterns reproduced in series of generations. We believe a cultural unit to be a large-scale system. Our study is carried out in the context of the emerging intellectual discipline Hygiene of Culture with the help of methodology of sustainable reproduction of a cultural unit. The aim of the study is to form methodological bases for the reaction of cultural unit aimed at confronting phenomena similar to COVID-19. The result is altruistic post-pragmatic strategy, free of mistrust. We propose to supplement the known security dilemma as follows. Actors allocate their military budgets in proportion to confidence/mistrust rates to opponents while likelihood of risk events in the environment increases according to sandpile model and information noise rises. ; В настоящей работе - дано расширенное определение культуры, включающее процессы и результаты взаимодействия с человеком и человеческими общностями живой природы (животных, растения,грибы, микробов, вирусов и т.д.)– в ее естественных или искусственно культивируемых проявлениях. - указан абсолютный ограничитель пределов развития сформировавшейся к настоящему моменту сложной глобальной цивилизационно-культурно целостности; - введено понятие пост-прагматической стратегии культурной единицы. Она альтруистична, свободнаот лжи и недоверия.Благодаря этому она преодолевает выявленное ограничение.

On the basis of unpublished historical sources and notes, periodicals of the last third of the XIX century. It draws attention to the incidents that took place in the parish court and contemporaries petitions to reform detached from the general system of estate courts. However, representatives of government agencies, understood the injustice and backwardness of the peasants justice, were not ready for its radical restructuring.

The article presents the results of a media-analytical study of information flows in Ukraine and in the "new" subjects of the Russian Federation – Crimea and Sevastopol. The relevance of the study of post-conflict societies is dictated by the fact that in the digital era, an effective military solution must be supported by participation in the formation of the information agenda and management of information flows. The cases of color revolutions allow to speak of communication as a factor in the formation of unconventional social attitudes. The results of the study carried out by the authors show that in the condition of the crisis in society, communication networks are formed often due to the external influence. Information flows of a post-conflict society are formed not only from real events of everyday life and the existing socio-political situation, but also focusing on a number of topics and discourses that must be present in the media field without fail. They act as information triggers, system trigger tools that form a different streaming of flows, which were differentiated by the authors as single – and multi-wave. The analysis of the identified flows, that represent communicative network structures, testifies to the different genesis of their emergence and functioning, but the determining factor in this process is the geopolitical request for the formation of media tracks. The authors come to conclusion that the information flows of post-conflict societies are communicative-political structures of a dual nature: they initially carry the ideas of an open and democratic society, but then form conflict situations in the civil and media fields.

The object of the research is the regional policy of the Republic of Armenia in the post-Soviet space in the XXI century. The subject of the research is the economic, strategic, foreign policy relations of the Republic of Armenia with the countries of the post-Soviet space, in particular with Russia. Armenia's relations with the countries of the Middle East region, the United States and the European Union and their influence on the regional policy of Armenia in the post-Soviet space The aim of the work is to examine the regional policy of the Republic of Armenia in the post-Soviet space. Analytical and comparative methods are used to analyze the problems under study. The analysis resulted in the identification of positive and negative trends in the development of the regional policy of Armenia, its economy and strategic position in the post-Soviet space. As well as identifying the dynamics in relations with Russia, the CIS countries, the countries of the West and the East. The scientific novelty lies in the study of the current state of the regional policy of Armenia after 2010 and its analysis.
