Bu durum araştırmacıların, genellikle, siyasal şiddetin farklı türlerinden birine odaklanarak vakaya özgü yaklaşımlar geliştirmesinden kaynaklanmakta ve netice olarak da kolektif siyasal şiddet analizinde kullanılacak bütüncül bir çerçevenin geliştirilmesini engellemektedir. Bu çalışma, mevcut literatürün eksikliklerini ve sınırlılıklarını geride bırakmaya yardımcı olacak yeni bir yaklaşıma ihtiyaç olduğunu savunmaktadır. Kaynak Mobilizasyonu ve Yeni Toplumsal Hareketler yaklaşımlarının siyasal fırsat yapıları, çerçeveleme süreci, kaynak mobilizasyonu, örgütsel hareketlilik stratejileri, harekete katılım ve kimlik inşası süreçleri gibi kavramsal ve metodolojik araçlarıyla, kolektif siyasal şiddet analizi için gerekli olan bütüncül yaklaşıma katkı sunabileceği savunulmaktadır. Bu yaklaşım, farklı zamansal ve mekânsal koşullarda ortaya çıkan kolektif siyasal şiddetin daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için gereklidir. Ayrıca çalışmanın vaka analizi olarak, varsayılandan daha karmaşık bir örgütlenme sunan ve mevcut literatürün analizde yetersiz kaldığı Hamas örneği seçilmiştir. ; A survey of the existing literature on political violence reveals that there is no single paradigmatic approach and method with which to study collective forms of political violence. Scholars usually focus on one type of political violence, developing a case-specific approach, which is not adequate to the task of providing a comprehensive framework with which to analyze different forms of collective political violence. This study points to the need for a new framework which overcomes the shortcomings and limitations of the existing literature. It argues that social movement theory (including both Resource Mobilization approach and New Social Movements theory) can contribute to the development of such a comprehensive approach by providing the base for another way of understanding and interpreting collective political violence as it offers the necessary conceptual and methodological tools such as political opportunity structures, framing processes, resource mobilization, organizational mobilization strategies, movement participation and processes of identity construction. It is, thus, necessary to combine the theoretical insights of social movement theory and the literature on political violence to better analyze collective political violence in different contexts at different times. In this study, these arguments are presented through a case study of Hamas, a complex organization, which is often inadequately analyzed within the existing literature on collective political violence.

The current political climate appears to create accentuated divisions among various incompatible world views. In a globalized world, faster dissemination of information is much faster via social media and other sources like has never experienced before. A local incident may rapidly turned into an international crisis. For instance, a civil war in Syria now has deeply impacted the politics and social structures of many counties around the world. In this social environment tacking with various types of violent extremism and radical popularism have become increasingly challenging. These radical worldviews may be manifested in either end of the political spectrum, namely right or left, based on ethnicity or exploitation of religion. Following the terror attacks of 9/11 security services and public have focused on the threat posed by terrorist groups such as DAESH and Al-Qaeda. However, threats of violence also remain significant in the case of violent extreme right as well as left group. Challenges in tackling violent right-wind extremism is a complicated matter as they may not be seen as a significant security threat in the west. For example, despite a number of terror attacks carried by right supremacists in the USA, this group has not been listed as a terror group by the state. Also, the terror suspects are more likely to be described as mentally disturbed and disgruntled people should they be white. In other to counter violent extremism, whether based on ideology, ethnicity, or exploitation of religion, we need to systematically examine the root cause of such violent tendencies. In this regard, rising radical right popularism in the West calls for a comprehensive examination of this social movement.

Bu çalışmada 1960'lardan sonra değişim gösteren toplumsal hareketler literatürü ve özellikle 11 Eylül 2001 saldırılarından sonra boyut değiştiren barış aktivizmi bağlamında Doğu Konferansı adlı oluşumun barış aktivizmi yapan bir toplumsal hareket olarak değerlendirilmesinin ne ölçüde mümkün olduğu araştırılacaktır. Bu bağlamda Doğu Konferansı oluşumunun içerisinde yer almış ve aktif olarak faaliyetlere katılmış olan kişilerle yapılan derinlemesine mülakatlar ve oluşumun yapmış olduğu yayınlar ile basına ve kamuoyuna yansımış metinler derlenen veriler kullanılacaktır. Bu veriler öncelikle 1960 sonrası toplumsal hareketler literatüründe bu fenomeni acıkmaya çalışan dört temel yaklaşım olan kolektif davranış yaklaşımı, kaynak mobilizasyonu teorisi, siyasi süreç yaklaşımı ve yeni toplumsal hareketler yaklaşımı bağlamında incelenecektir. Ardından Johan Galtung'un pozitif ve negatif barış kavramları üzerinden değerlendirilen veriler ışığında, Doğu Konferansı oluşumunu barış aktivizmi yapan bir toplumsal hareket olarak tanımlamanın ne derece mümkün olduğu değerlendirilecektir. ; In this study, it will be investigated to what extent it is possible to evaluate the Eastern Conference as a peace activist social movement in the context of the social movements literature that changed after the 1960s and especially the peace activism that changed dimensions after the September 11, 2001 attacks. In this context, data compiled from in-depth interviews with people who took part in the formation of the Eastern Conference and actively participated in the activities, and from the publications made by the Conference, as well as texts that were collected from the press, will be used. These data will be examined primarily in the context of the collective behavior perspective, resource mobilization theory, political process perspective and new social movements approach, which are the four main approaches that try to explain this phenomenon in the post-1960 social movements literature. Then, in the light of the data analyzed with the positive and negative peace concepts of Johan Galtung, it will be evaluated to what extent it is possible to define the Eastern Conference as a social movement engaged in peace activism.

Terörizm, günümüzde insanların güvenliğini etkileyen önemli bir kavramdır. Çalışmamızın ilk bölümünde terörizm kavramı, tarihi ve türleri anlatılmıştır. Terörizmin, günümüzde uluslararası kabul gören bir tanımı bulunmamaktadır. Terörizmin tanımıyla ilgili tartışmalar aktarılmıştır. Terörizmin tanımı hakkında bir uzlaşının bulunmayışının nedeni kavramın kendisinin göreceli olmasından kaynaklanmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde terörizm kavramı eleştirel bir perspektiften ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Bir güvenlik tehdidi olan terörizmin abartıldığı görülmüştür. Eski ve Yeni terörizm kavramları eleştirel bir bakış açısıyla karşılaştırılmıştır. Yeni terörizmin aslında yeni olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Terörizm ve sosyal bir kimlik olan din arasındaki ilişki analiz edilmiştir. Batılı devletlerde din motifli terörizmin anlamının saptırıldığı söylenebilir. Devletlerin terörizme başvurduğu durumlar göz ardı edilmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde terörizm ve lidersiz direniş arasındaki ilişki tartışılmıştır. Araştırmalar neticesinde lidersiz direniş kavramının terörizmle ilişkisinin bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. ; Terrorism is a important term affecting that security of humans at today. The history, types, term of terrorism has been explained in the first part of our study. Terrorism has not been well accepted a definition of international at the present time. The debates with respect to term of terrorism has been cited. The reason of a lack of consensus about definition of terrorism stemmed from the relative nature of the concept itself. The term of terrorism has been analyzed with discussing in the part of second that study from a critical perspective. Terrorism has been seen that exaggerated which is a security threat. The old and new notions of terrorism has been compared with a critical viewpoint. The new terrorism has been concluded that is not becoming new in the reality. The relation between terrorism and as a social identity religion has been analyzed. It can be said that the meaning of terrorism with religious motives has been distorted in Western states. States appealing to terrorism which situations has been ignored. The connection that between terrorism and leaderless resistance has been argued in the part of third that study. As a result of research the concept of leaderless resistance has a relationship with terrorism has been determined.

Günümüz toplumlarının karşı karşıya kaldığı en önemli krizlerden birini oluşturan çevre sorunları, insanlığın önünde aşılması gereken önemli bir meseledir. Çevre sorunlarının hava kirliliği, küresel ısınma, iklim değişikliği, su sıkıntısı, türlerin yok oluşu gibi farklı şekillerde gündeme gelmesi 20. yüzyılın ikinci yarısına rastlamış olmakla birlikte çevre sorunlarının bu yıllarda birdenbire ortaya çıktığını söylemek yanlıştır. Ekolojik tahribatın boyutları, sanayileşme ile birlikte yükselişe geçen tüketim toplumunda ciddi düzeye ulaşmakla birlikte, insanın doğaya müdahalesinin kökenleri daha da geridedir. Çevre sorunlarının geçmişi insanlık tarihi kadar eskidir. İnsanın doğaya müdahalede bulunması, sanayileşmenin ve makineleşmenin yaygınlaşmasıyla doğayı kendi dengesini sürdüremeyecek ölçüde yıpratmaya başlamıştır. Bu durum koruma amaçlı birçok örgütün kurulmasına ve hükümetleri çevre sorunlarına karşı önlemler almaya zorlamıştır. Çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde çevre sorunlarının düşünsel arka planı ve tarihsel gelişim süreci ele alınmaktadır. Bu bağlamda insan doğa ilişkisi ve ekolojik düşüncenin ortaya çıkışından bahsedilmektedir. İkinci bölümde Avrupa'da çevreci hareketin oluşumu ve siyasallaşma süreci ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmaktadır. Bu gelişim ve siyasallaşma süreci örneklem olarak seçilen; Almanya, İngiltere ve Amerika üzerinden incelenmektedir. İkinci bölümde Yeşil Partilere ayrıntılı olarak değinilmektedir. Çevre hareketinin toplumsal hareketten siyasal partilere dönüşmesi Yeşil Partiler aracılığı ile gerçekleşmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde ise Türkiye'de çevre hareketinin gelişim süreci incelenmektedir. Özellikle Cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarından Yeşiller Partisi'nin kurulmasına kadar uzanan süreçte ortaya çıkan çevresel eylemlerin üzerinde durulmaktadır. Ayrıca çevreci hareketin siyasallaşmasını sağlayan Yeşiller Partisi de bu bölümde ele alınmaktadır. ; The environmental problems that constitute one of the most important crises facing today's society are an important issue that must be overcome for humanity. It is wrong to say that environmental problems such as air pollution, global warming, climate change, water stress, species disappearance are suddenly emerging in these years with environmental problems coming to light in the second half of the 20th century. The extent of ecological destruction, with industrialization, has reached a serious level in the consumer society that has risen, and the origins of man's intervention in nature are further back. The history of environmental problems is as old as the history of mankind. The discovery of human intervention in nature has begun to worsen nature with the widespread use of industrialization and mechanization, which can not sustain its own balance. This has forced many organizations to establish conservation-oriented organizations and to take measures against environmental problems. The study consists of three parts. In the first part, the intellectual background of environmental problems and the historical development process are discussed. In this context, human natüre relation and the emergence of ecological thought are mentioned. In the second part, the formation of the environmentalist movement and the process of politicization in Europe are discussed in detail. This development and politicization process was analyzed on a chosen sample; as Germany, England and America. In the second part, the Green Parties are mentioned in detail. The transformation of the environmental movement from the social movement into political parties has been realized through the Green Parties. In the third part of the study is examining the development of the environmental movement in Turkey. It focuses on the environmental actions that took place in the process, from the first years of the Republic to the establishment of the Green Party. In addition, the Green Party, which enables the politicization of the environmentalist movement, is also dealt with in this section.

Milli Görüş Hareketi, Türk Siyasi Hayatı içerisinde son 50 yıllına sosyal, siyasal, fikirsel ve dış politika açısından farklılıklar getirmiş bir siyasi harekettir. 1969 yılında Bağımsızlık Hareketiyle başlayan daha sonra Milli Görüş adını alarak mücadelesini vermiştir. 1970 yıllın da günümüze kadar Partileşme sürecine girmiş siyasi hayatı boyunca beş siyasi partisi "laikliğe aykırı" sebepler dolayısı ile dört partisi kapatılmıştır. Partileşme süreçleri boyunca kurmuş oldukları teşkilat yapısı ve temel esasları ile siyasete içerisinde çeşitli kavram ve söylemler ile yenilikler ortaya atmıştır. Teşkilat modeli ve beli kuraları temel esaslar üzerinden belirleyerek varoluş şekli ve mücadele sebeplerini hem İslami hem de ülke şartlarına göre olması. Teşkilat mensuplarının siyaset yapma amaçlarını öğretmesi, eylem, söylem ve fikir birliği için çalışması siyaset içerisindeki kendi has yapısını göstermektedir. Mücadelesini yaratılış, manevi ve yasal açıdan açıklaması ile varoluş sebebini tarif etmiştir. Siyasi hayata getirmiş olduğu Önce Ahlak ve Maneviyat söylemi ile yeni bir eğitim (maarif) model ortaya çıkmış, ekonomik açıdan ortaya atmış olduğu Adil Ekonomik düzen ve Ağır Sanayi söylemi ile kendine özgü bir ekonomik model ortaya atmıştır. Avrupa Ekonomik Ortak Pazarı günümüzdeki adıyla Avrupa Birliği karşıtı olması ve onun karşısına İslam Birliği söylemi hatırlatması ile D-8 aktif hale getirmesi ile kendine özgü dış politika hamlesi belirlemesi. Hukuk açısından Adil Hukuk Sistemi oluşturarak çok hukuklu sistem üzerinden Adalet, Hürriyet ve İnsan haklarına dayalı adil düzen söylemi olmuştur. Sonuç olarak Milli görüş hareketi TSH içinde eli yılık mücadelesi boyunca kendine çalışma metodu olarak belirlediği Temel Esasları ve Söylemleri nasıl oluştuğunu ve devam ettiğini üzerinde durulmuştur. ; The National Vision Movement is a political movement that has brought social, political, and intellectual and foreign policy differences to the last 50 years in Turkish Political Life. The movement, which started with the name of Independence Movement in 1969, continued struggle with the name the National Vision later. Since 1970 up to the present, the national movement, which has been on way to becoming a political party, had been closed for four times during its political life, it has been claiming that its political party was contrary to secularism. Throughout the process of becoming a political party, they have introduced various concepts and discourses and innovations within their organizational structure and basic principles. The fact that the national vision movement determined its organizational model and certain rules based on the basic principles that are both Islamic and suitable to the country conjecture shows its unique structure. Its discourse of which the priority is morality and morale revealed a new educational model. It has created a unique economic model with its economic outlook; "Fair Economic Order" and "Heavy Industry". Its foreign policy formed D-8 Union as an alternative to the European Economic Common Market and it is the anti-European Union. In terms of law regulations, 'Fair Legal System' has been formed by 'Fair Order' based on Justice, Honesty and Human Rights through a multi-legal system. As a result, the National Vision Movement in Turkish political life has focused on how the Fundamental Principles and Discourses, which were determined as a method of self-study during the fifty-year struggle, were formed and continued.

Türkiye'de demokrasinin bütün kurum ve alt yapılarıyla birlikte yerleşmiş olduğunu söylemek güçtür. Demokratik kurum ve yapıların oluşmasında yasal çerçevenin önemli ölçüde tamamlanmış olmasına rağmen, demokrasinin pekişmesinin önünde siyasal kültüründen kaynaklanan toplumsal engeller söz konusudur. Güçlü bir demokrasiye sahip olunması ve demokratik kurumların kurulabilmesi için ilk ve en önemli gereklilik uygun bir siyasal kültürün varlığıdır. Elitler ve kitlelerce demokratik değerlerin içselleştirilmesi, siyasal kültürle doğrudan ilgilidir. Siyasal kültür birden ortaya çıkmadığı gibi kısa sürede değişime veya dönüşüme de uğramaz. Türk demokrasisi, siyasal kültüründeki eksiklikler nedeniyle kurumsallaşıp gelişmemektedir. Türkiye'de demokrasinin gelişebilmesi bir siyasal kültür ortamına ihtiyaç vardır. Siyasal kültür ortamı; toplumsal hoşgörü, karşılıklı güven, bireysel özgürlükler, adalet ve eşitlik, ortak hedefe yönelik olarak birlikte hareket etme ve siyasal etkinlik duygusu unsurlarından oluşmalıdır. Türkiye'de kültürel ve toplumsal boyutta demokrasinin pekişmesinin önünde güven, hoşgörü eksikliği, siyasal seçkincilik duygusu zayıf bir sivil toplumun varlığı gibi engeller, bu çalışmanın temel düşüncesini oluşturmaktadır. ; It is difficult to say the Turkish democracy located along with all institutions and infrastructures of democracy. Although the legal framework in the formation of institutions and structures of democracy had substantially completed, there are social barriers due to political culture in front of the compaction of democracy. The first and the most important necessity of having a strong democracy and establishment of democratic institutions is the existance pf a prooer democratic culture. İnternelization of a democratic culture by the elites and the masses is directly related to political culture. Political culture cannot change or get transformed abruptly as it has not come into being all of a sudden. The Turkish democracy can not develop and institutionalize because of deficencies of Turkish political culture. There is a political culture environment for development of Turkish democracy. The political culture environment ought to consists the constituent of social tolerance, mutual trust, individual freedom, justice and equality, common movement progress to common goal and the sensation of political activity. The main purpose of this study is to determine the barriers of compaction of Turkish democracy on the social and culturel basis. These barriers are lack of the tolarence and confidence, political pre-eminence sensation and the existence of not strong a civil society.

İran içerisinde barındırdığı çeşitli ve farklı etnik unsurlar bakımından, toplumsal dinamiği yüksek bir ülkedir. Barındırdığı Türk nüfus açısından ise Türkiye'den sonra dünyada ikinci sırada yer almaktadır. Türklerin yoğun olarak yaşadığı İran'ın kuzeyini içine alan bu bölgeye, Güney Azerbaycan denilmektedir. Bu bölge tarihsel süreç içerisinde, İran rejiminin baskıcı ve engelleyici politikalarına maruz kalmıştır. Türkler, İran'da şahlık rejiminin Farslaştırma politikasına maruz kalan sayıca en büyük etnik topluluğu oluşturmaktadır. Zaman içerisinde bu baskı ve engelleyici politikalara karşı ayaklanmalar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Settar Han'ın bağımsızlık mücadelesi, Şeyh Muhammed Hıyabani ve Azadistan Devleti ile Seyit Cafer Pişeveri'nin kurmuş olduğu Güney Azerbaycan Demokratik Cumhuriyeti, bu hareketlerin başlıcaları olup çalışmamızda ele alınmıştır. Türklerin, İran rejimi içerisindeki milli kimliklerini korumaya yönelik vermiş oldukları bu mücadele, Güney Azerbaycan Demokratik Cumhuriyeti'nin kuruluşu ile zirveye ulaşmıştır. Bu dönem, Türk dili ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalar bakımından büyük önem arz etmektedir. Türkçe'nin Güney Azerbaycan'da resmi dil ilan edilmesi ve eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerinin Türkçe yapılması gibi birçok önemli reform gerçekleştirilmiştir. İran rejimi, uluslararası alanda yürüttüğü siyaset neticesinde, A.B.D. ve Sovyet Rusya ile bir takım antlaşmalar yaparak bulduğu siyasi destek ile, 1946 yılında Güney Azerbaycan Demokratik Cumhuriyeti yönetimini yıkmış ve yapmış olduğu tüm reformları sonlandırmıştır. ; Iran is a country with high social dynamics in terms of various and different ethnic elements. Hosted by the Turks in terms of population after Turkey has the second biggest population in the world. This region, where the Turks live intensely and includes the north of Iran, is called South Azerbaijan. This region has been subjected to the repressive and preventive policies of the Iranian regime in the historical process. The Turks constitute the largest number of ethnic communities in Iran who have been subjected to the Persian policy of Persian regime. In the course of time, rebellions were made against these oppression and preventive policies. Settar Han's struggle for independence, Sheikh Muhammed Hıyabani Azadistan State and Seyit Cafer Pişeveri's, established by the Republic of South Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, these movements are considered in our study. The struggle of the Turks to protect their national identity within the Iranian regime has reached its peak with the establishment of the South Azerbaijan Democratic Republic. This period is of great importance in terms of studies on Turkish language. Many important steps have been taken, such as the announcement of the Turkish language as the official language and the Turkish language teaching activities. The Iranian regime, with its policy in the international arena, is the United States. and in 1946, with the political support of Soviet Russia, he demolished the administration of South Azerbaijan Democratic Republic and ended all the reforms.

Bu tez çalışmasında çok partili hayata geçişten günümüze Türk seçmeninin parti tercihlerini etkileyen sosyal ve kültürel etkenler üzerinde durulmuştur. Seçmenin genel seçimlerde sergilediği tutum ve oy verirken hangi faktörlerden etkilendiği, bir dizi akademik ve bilimsel araştırmadan yararlanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Seçmenin tercihlerinde en az sosyal faktörler kadar kültürel faktörlerin de etkili olduğu varsayımıyla siyasi kültür olgusu seçmen tercihleriyle ilişkilendirilmeye çalışılmış ve Türk siyasi kültürünün baskın yönlerine yer verilmiştir. Türk seçmeninin bazı istisnalar dışında tercihinin Demokrat Parti ve onun devamı niteliğinde kabul edebileceğimiz "sağ" partilerden yana olduğundan hareketle, bu tutumun nedenlerine değinilmiştir. "Sol" partilerin de kronikleşen seçim başarısızlıklarının nedenleri ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmış ve "sol" un Türkiye'deki mevcut durumunun nedenleriyle ilgili olarak dışsal etkenlerden çok, sol hareketin kendi içindeki eksikliklere, yanlışlıklara değinilmiş ve yorumlar yapılmıştır. ; In this study I focus on the social and cultural effects on the political party preferences of the Turkish electorate from the transition to the multiparty era until today. I review the academic researches regarding the factors that affect the attitudes and the voting behavior of the electorate during the general elections. In order to associate the political culture phenomenon with the preferences of the electorate, I assert the dominant features of the Turkish political culture. I investigate the reasons why for the Turkish electorate attitudes are in favor of the right wing parties that share the same political roots with the Democrat Party. Thereby, I introduce the reasons of the chronical failure of the left wing parties by investigating the flaws in the left wing movement in Turkey.

Yüksek Lisans Tezi ; Dünya kaynaklarının sanıldığı gibi sınırsız olmaması, giderek tükenme noktasına yaklaşması, çevre sorunlarının insan sağlığı ve ekosistemi tehdit etmesi başta hükümetleri, sivil toplum kuruluşları ve tüketicileri harekete geçirmiştir. Uluslararası alanda birçok ülke çevre sorunlarına çözüm aramak için işbirliği yoluna gitmiş ve ortak politikalar belirlemiştir. Bugünün ihtiyaçları karşılanırken bunun gelecek nesillerin ihtiyaçlarının, tehlikeye atılmadan yapılması için (Sürdürülebilir gelişme) anlayışının da önem kazanması ile gözler özellikle üretim yapan işletme faaliyetlerine çevrilmiştir. Gerek yasal baskılar gerek tüketici ve sivil toplum kuruluşlarının baskıları işletmeleri çevreyi dikkate almaya ve çevreye zarar vermeyecek faaliyetlerde bulunmaya itmiştir. Yeşil hareket olarak adlandırılan çevreyi koruma bilincinin toplumun büyük kesiminde desteklenmesi, işletmelerin de bu hareketi benimseyip çevreye en az zarar verecek uygulamaları geliştirmelerine neden olmuştur. Yeşil pazarlama işletmeleri ürünlerinin fiyat, dağıtım ve tutundurma faaliyetlerinde yeşil politikaları benimsemelerine sebep olmuştur. Bu çalışmada küresel çevre sorunları ve işletmeleri yeşil pazarlama stratejilerini uygulamalarına iten nedenler ele alınmış, çevre stratejileri ve yeşil pazarlama uygulamalarının düzeyi incelenerek sonuçlar istatistiksel ve betimsel olarak değerlendirilmiştir. ; As it's supposed that the sources of earth aren't limitless and coming to an end, also threatening of the environmental problems to the human health and ecosystem put the governments, civil social organizations and consumers in action. In order to find a solution many countries collaborate and determine common policies in international area. While supplying todays demands which should be done by not endangering the needs of next generations, people has paid attention to the activities of the enterprises after the concept sustainable development has become important . Both legal influences and influences of consumers and civil social organizations force the enterprises to consider the environment and not to damage it. Environmental protection consciousness which is called green movement has been supported by the great part of society that enterprises has adopted this view and has caused to develop the least destructive applications for the environment. Green marketing has caused the enterprises to espouse the green policies in price, distribution and promotion . In this research global environmental problems and the reasons which cause the enterprises to apply the green marketing strategies are going to discussed, the level of environmental strategies and green marketing applications are going to analyzed. The results are going to analyzed by using descriptive statistics.

Tüm bu etkilere bağlı olarak Avrupa Birliği ve Türkiye'de istihdam, işsizlik ve sosyal sermaye konusunda etkilenmektedir. ikinci Dünya Savaşı sonrasında ortaya çıkan çöküşlerle birlikte arz-talep dengesi de bozularak işsizlik sorununu ortaya çıkarmıştır. Başta ABD olmak üzere AB ve Türkiye işsizlikle mücadele için farklı politikalar uygulamaktadır. Genel olarak AB istihdam politikası, işgücünün serbest dolaşımı ve iş güvenliğinin sağlanması üzerindeyken; Türkiye'de istihdam politikası, ihracatı artıracak yönde sanayileşmenin sağlanması gibi daha detaylı önlemler alınmaya çalışılmaktadır. ABD hegemonyasının AB ve Türkiye'ye olan bir diğer etkisi ise sosyal sermayedir. Sosyal sermaye, ekonomik ve sosyal ilişkileri bir bütün halinde ele alarak, sosyal etkilerin ekonomik sonuçlara neden olmasıyla ortaya çıkmaktadır. Ülkeler sosyal sermayelerini artırmak için sosyal politikalardan yararlanarak daha gelişmiş ve modern bir devlet haline gelmeye çalışmaktadır. ; The concept of hegemony from 1817 until today, is defined as affordable housing to impose a political issue in the country's sovereignty by establishing community specialization. Her ne kadar teknoloji insanoğlunu değiştirse de ve insanoğlu bu değişimlere uyum gösterse de aslında demokrasi ışığında insanoğlunun mülkiyet hakları özgürlükleri güvensiz ortamlar oluşturmadıkça değişimden söz etmemiz doğru olmayacaktır. Özgürlüklerin, mülkiyet haklarının ve kişilerin toplumsal güvencelerinin ortadan kalkması durumunda teknoloji değişimleri insanoğlunun temel davranışlarına etki göstermeyecektir. En temel haklar ışığında insanoğlu toplumsal hareketini her ne koşulda olursa olsun gösterecek ve demokrasiden uzaklaşan yönetimler yönetişim noktasında büyük kayıplar görecektir.
