This article considers the question of human motivation in the process of achieving goals and objectives. The article describes the main stages of motivation formation. A survey was conducted among the students. The main theoretical material on this issue is also considered. The conclusion has shown that this topic will always be relevant. A person should strive to achieve his goals and desires.

The article is devoted to the consideration of strategies for the success of university teachers in the context of the basic principles of modern higher education in Russia — managerialism and academism. Based on an analysis of the socio-cultural and socio-economic aspects of the activities of a higher school teacher, the author of the article comes to the conclusion that the ideology of success imposed by managerialism is incompatible with the high mission of the university. As forms of achieving a goal, success and success are specific results. The university and the teacher, in particular, form the ideology of serving the profession — such is the long-term impact of higher education on the entire subsequent life of a person and on the social space as a whole. And such prolonged exposure has a delayed effect that cannot be assessed in the short term. The article emphasizes that there is an ongoing conflict between managerialism and the professional ethics of university teaching staff, which is based on the principle of academicism. Relations in the university environment between generations are built on mentoring, on the formation and functioning of scientific schools, which fundamentally contradicts the individualism of the ideology of success and success. Rivalry as an integral component of managerialism destroys the educational space of higher education, first of all, due to the implantation of an ideal of success that cannot be realized in this environment. The success of a higher education teacher cannot be assessed in accordance with quantitative criteria. Participation in prestigious international scientific conferences, high-quality scientific publications, effective teaching of academic disciplines, including the use of innovative teaching methods, development of promising scientific topics and involvement of students in research — this is what forms the basis for the success of university teachers. In addition, in the context of the development of modern media, it is necessary to remember the importance of creating a brand of a successful university and an attractive image of science in general, and in this vein, a success strategy can be built as a «populist» one, aimed at achieving fame for a particular teacher or scientific group, department, creative team not only in the student and teaching environment of a particular university, but also in the media, which works to create a positive competitive image of the university in the educational and cultural space at the regional, federal and international levels.

The purpose of the article is to give a comparative analysis of the problems and achievements of the implementation of Bologna principles in higher education systems of the republics of Armenia and Belarus. Based on data from 2017–2019, a comparative study of the modernization of higher education systems of the two countries based on expert survey methods (experts are the administration and the teaching staff of universities), focus groups, content analysis of national media, statistics, and student surveys (only in Belarus), the authors identify the achieved successes and reveal unresolved problems in the process of implementing Bologna principles. It is shown that both countries formally ensured an equal access to higher education for their citizens, employment opportunities for graduates, participation of students and teachers in mobility processes; in both countries, a two-stage system of education and a system of transfer points, as well as a new pedagogical paradigm and competency-based approach have been introduced. At the same time, both countries are experiencing significant objective difficulties, associated primarily with insufficient state funding for higher education systems, inconsistencies between different levels of government, bureaucratization and inertia in the practical implementation of new approaches. Therefore, even with the formal implementation of the Bologna principles in Armenia, the national higher education system did not become a full-fledged participant in the European Higher Education Area. In the context of the institutional transformation of education and the complication of the processes of its functioning and development in the information age, the problem of analyzing the self-assessment of educational success as a subjective regulator of human educational activity becomes of particular importance. The article examines the subjective assessment of success in formal education as a reflection of students' ideas about the degree of compliance with the system of institutional requirements through their acceptance / rejection. The analysis of the problems of educational success is bazed on the material of a large-scale sociological study of schoolchildren, students of secondary vocational education (SVE) and universities of the Sverdlovsk region (N = 2489 people). There were carried out the typologization of subjects of educational activity in accordance with the level of self-assessment of educational success; comparison of the types identified during the transition from one subsystem of education to another (school - secondary vocational education - university); determination of individual-personal and institutional contradictions and conflicts in the assessment of educational success as points of growth, the search for coordination of the needs and interests of the individual, on the one hand, and education as a social institution, on the other. The author comes to the conclusion that the self-assessment of educational success is a stable institutional construct that uniformly regulates educational activity at all stages of education, carrying out the process of differentiation of its subjects. At the same time, it can be dysfunctional in relation to the institution of education, its implementation of an adaptive, socio-cultural function, the function of professional self-determination. The results of the sociological study demonstrated that the institutionally formed model of self-assessment of success for educational communities in the current conditions is not optimal. Gradually transforming in accordance with the needs of students, the possibilities of the educational institution, the challenges of the time, it will have to change, creating conditions for broader prospects and diversity of the educational and professional future of students.

The article examines the general picture of the use of their time fund by university students, its structuring, as well as the dynamics of time indicators related to the main spheres of students' daily activities in 2002–20. Particular attention is paid to educational activities as status-forming for full-time students. A survey of university students in Moscow, Omsk and Pskov was conducted in March 2019 – January 2020 by the sector for studying the daily activities and time budget of the ISRAS within the framework of the monitoring complex research "Daily activities of the urban population: time budget, values, social adaptation." The real behaviorur of students was analyzed in combination with the analysis of motivation to obtain higher education, adaptive opportunities for participation in educational activities and the success of professional socialization of students. It was revealed that the dominant motive for obtaining higher education - "the need to have a higher education diploma in order to get a good job" - not only retained (over the period 2002–20) its dominance and a significant "gap" from the significance of other motives, but its importance even rose. In general, the configuration of educational motivation has not changed much. Changes in resource time possibilities least of all affected the segment of daily activities related to the total work load (study time, paid work, unpaid work). The study time of students decreased more significantly for women (much less for men). The amount of time spent on physical recovery of students has decreased, but the space for studying in their free time has significantly expanded. It is shown that the types of students' value orientation in relation to educational activities have a connection with the volume, structure of educational time and other indicators. Indicators of adaptive capabilities of students for the implementation of educational activities are associated with the degree of preparedness of students to study at the university. It was revealed that the time spent on all educational activities and its structure in 2019–20 differs by the worst characteristics both in comparison with 1920 and in comparison, with other periods (the period of 1920–2020 was considered in dynamics).

Introduction. Sociological studies of the social portrait of students are an urgent problem of science, which has recently acquired special significance in Russian conditions. This is due to those circumstances, which, on the one hand, follow from the special characteristics of students as a specific social group, for which the problems of successful socialization are especially relevant, and on the other, they are dictated by the significant dependence of students on those factors that are formed in the political, economic and the legal space of different regions. In conditions of social transformations and turbulence, almost always young students find themselves in a more difficult situation than older generations. In particular, a number of problems arise on the basis of the divergences and nuances of the social perception of reality, which are formed among students who, to varying degrees, are adapted to the local conditions of the university.Methodology and sources. The theoretical foundation of the study is the concept of youth as a cultural group, the methodology of sociological research of risk and social uncertainty, the works of foreign and national researchers of student youth, which reflect various aspects of students' social life, in particular, the results of a study of the effects of social factors in the information space, new phenomena of youth subcultures, etc., which involve the development of new strategies for a sociological study of the social portrait of young students.Results and discussion. Particular problems of students' socialization arise in those regions of the country where new legal and political realities are forming. Compared with other social groups, in such social spaces, it is more difficult for young people to integrate and join in a new reality, because the usual mechanisms of socialization, formed earlier, are not actual now, and how to achieve full potential in the new social space is not yet clear to everyone. In particular, such contradictions are clearly visible in the Crimean realities, in the university community of Sevastopol. The purpose of the sociological research conducted by the Centre for Sociological Research of Sevastopol State University was to study the characteristics of the social portrait of student youth in Sevastopol, including those representing various groups of students according the period of their residence on the peninsula. For this purpose, two groups of young people were distinguished in the analysis, differing by the period of their residence in Sevastopol: an "indigenous" one – those who live in Sevastopol from birth or moved here at an early age, and a "new" one – those who moved to Sevastopol after 2014. The results of the study made it possible to determine the strategic life goals of university students, which can be described as ambitious: starting a business, acquiring a car and housing, providing material wealth, pursuing career success and self-realization.Conclusion. Most of the "indigenous" youth and "new" residents of the southern capital of Russia have shown their attitude to Sevastopol as a city that they want to develop together. This fact was assessed as a phenomenon of social gratitude: the young generation, who found in Sevastopol the opportunity to live peacefully and fulfill itself, binds itself to the city, but wants to make it better. The study also confirms the relevance of highlighting among students social and demographic groups that differ in the perception of social reality, due to the time spent in this social environment. In particular, this is noted in a higher degree of readiness of "old-timers" for practical participation in changes in social reality – participation in public life, volunteering, etc. ; Введение. Социологические исследования социального портрета студенчества – актуальная проблема науки, приобретающая в последнее время особое значение для российских условий. Обусловлено это теми обстоятельствами, которые, с одной стороны, вытекают из особых характеристик студенчества как специфической социальной группы, для которой особенно актуальны проблемы успешной социализации, а с другой, продиктованы существенной зависимостью студенческой молодежи от факторов, которые формируются в политическом, экономическом и правовом пространстве различных регионов. В условиях социальных трансформаций и турбулентности практически всегда студенческая молодежь оказывается в более сложной ситуации, чем старшие поколения. В частности, целый ряд проблем возникает вследствие расхождений и нюансов социального восприятия действительности, которые складываются у студентов, в различной степени адаптированных к местным условиям нахождения вуза.Методология и источники. Теоретический фундамент исследования составляют концепция молодежи как культурной группы, методология социологического исследования риска и социальной неопределенности, работы зарубежных и отечественных исследователей студенческой молодежи, в которых отражены различные аспекты социальной жизни студентов, в частности, итоги изучения влияния социальных факторов информационного пространства, новых феноменов молодежных субкультур и пр., что предполагает разработку новых стратегий социологического исследования социального портрета студенческой молодежи.Результаты и обсуждение. Особые проблемы социализации студентов возникают в тех регионах страны, где складываются новые правовые и политические реалии. В сравнении с другими социальными группами в таких социальных пространствах молодым людям сложнее интегрироваться, включиться в новую действительность, так как привычные механизмы социализации, сформированные ранее, уже не работают, а как реализовать себя в новом социальном пространстве, не всем еще понятно. В частности, такие противоречия отчетливо видны в крымских реалиях, в университетской среде г. Севастополя. Цель социологического исследования, проведенного Центром социологических исследований СевГУ, состояла в изучении характеристик социального портрета студенческой молодежи Севастополя, в том числе по времени пребывания на полуострове различных групп студенчества. Для этого в рамках анализа выделены две группы молодежи, отличающиеся по периоду проживания в Севастополе: «коренная» – те, кто живет в Севастополе с рождения или переехал сюда в раннем возрасте, и «новая» – те, кто переехал в Севастополь после 2014 г. Результаты исследования позволили определить стратегические жизненные цели студенческой молодежи вуза, которые можно охарактеризовать как амбициозные: открытие собственного дела, приобретение автомобиля и жилья, обеспечение материального достатка, достижение карьерных успехов и самореализации.Заключение. Большинство «коренной» молодежи и «новые» жители южной столицы России продемонстрировали отношение к Севастополю как к городу, который хочется вместе развивать. Данный факт был оценен как феномен социальной благодарности: молодое поколение, нашедшее в Севастополе возможность мирно жить и самореализовываться, связывает себя с городом, желая сделать его лучше. Проведенное исследование также подтверждает актуальность выделения среди студентов социально-демографических групп, отличающихся особенностями восприятия социальной реальности, обусловленными временем пребывания в данной социальной среде. В частности, это отмечается в более высокой степени готовности «старожилов» к практическому участию в изменениях социальной действительности – участию в общественной жизни, волонтерстве и пр.

В настоящее время информационно-коммуникационные технологии стали частью образовательного процесса. Ни одна сфера человеческой деятельности не растет и не развивается в таких масштабах, как компьютерная. Перед системой образования стоит задача применения инновационных информационно-коммуникационных технологий для формирования необходимых навыков. Одним из таких способов развития образовательного пространства является геймификация образования. В образовательном контексте геймификация используется для качественного улучшения образовательного процесса, т. е. для повышения вовлеченности студентов и усиления мотивации к отличным результатам. Игровые механизмы, как показывает практика, положительно влияют на качество обучения, показатель остаточных знаний. В настоящее время существует множество образовательных технологий, таких как традиционная подача материала, задание домашней работы, применение учебной литературы, презентаций, а также инновационные информационно-коммуникационные технологии. Под понятием «геймификация» понимается процесс, позволяющий раскрыть творческие способности человека и мотивировать его на успех. В данной статье рассматривается применение технологии геймификации как использование игрового подхода и игровых элементов в образовательных целях. В работе выявлены основные приемы геймификации. В ходе исследования был проведен педагогический эксперимент со студентами направления подготовки 09.03.03 Прикладная информатика. Авторами на основе полученных экспериментальных данных доказана эффективность использования элементов геймификации в учебном процессе.
Currently, information and communication technologies have become part of the educational process. Not a single sphere of human activity grows or develops on such a scale as the computer one. In the educational system there is a task of applying innovative information and communication technologies to develop the necessary skills. One of these ways of developing the educational space is the gamification of education. In an educational context, gamification is used to qualitatively improve the educational process, that is, to increase student engagement and increase motivation for excellent results. Game mechanisms, as practice shows, have a positive effect on the quality of education, an indicator of residual knowledge. Currently, there are many educational technologies, including the traditional presentation of material, homework assignments, the use of educational literature, presentations, and innovative information and communication technologies. The concept of "gamification" is understood as a process that allows you to reveal a person's creative abilities and motivate for success. This article examines the use of gamification technology as the use of a game approach and game elements for educational purposes. The paper identifies the basic techniques of gamification. The pedagogical experiment was carried out with students of the direction of training programmme 09.03.03 Applied Informatics which revealed the efficiency of using the elements of gamification in the educational process.

В статье освещаются теоретико-методологические и практические аспекты формирования этнокультурных компетенций обучающихся в системе учреждений дополнительного образования в кружках, при проведении творческих мастер-классов, ремесленных мастерских. Цель исследования – определить актуальность возрождения народных ремесел как основного фактора формирования этнокультурных компетенций у обучающихся. Актуализируется важность формирования этнокультурных компетенций учащихся в контексте возрождения народных ремесел. Представлены основные работы отечественных авторов в области исследования народных ремесел, художественных промыслов. Методы. В статье проводится сравнительный анализ исторически сложившейся ситуации, отражающей содержание и важность народных ремесел, а также современное ее состояние. В ходе исследования автором применялись следующие методы: анализ отечественной литературы, законодательных актов, беседа с обучающимися и педагогами, контент-анализ продуктов творческой деятельности. Исследование проводилось на базе учреждений дополнительного образования и культуры Светлоярского района Волгоградской области, среди мастеров декоративно-прикладного творчества г. Волгограда и членов клуба мастеров «Ремалия». Описана роль мастеров декоративно-прикладного искусства в системе дополнительного образования, а также основные виды представления продуктов народных ремесел. Также описан опыт взаимодействия вузов, школ и учреждений дополнительного образования с мастерами декоративно-прикладного творчества, направления совместной деятельности различных возрастных групп. Кроме того, в статье раскрываются основные направления, в рамках которых реализуется возрождение народных промыслов, традиций в современной системе культуры и образования (кружки, студии, мастерские). При этом автор анализирует основные моменты регулирования возрождения народных ремесел, в том числе, и законодательные. Результаты исследования. В статье освещается важность формирования этнокультурных компетенций у обучающихся в контексте работы с родителями, как носителями традиций и обычаев. Делается вывод о том, что формирование этнокультурных компетенций обучающихся в контексте возрождения народных ремесел является сложным многокомпонентным и поэтапным процессом, в который включено множество субъектов. ; The article highlights the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of students' ethno-cultural competencies formation in the system of institutions of additional education in study clubs, trade shops as well as during creative master classes. The purpose of the study is to define the relevance and significance of folk crafts revival as a factor of students' ethno-cultural competencies formation. The main works of Russian authors in the field of research of folk and art crafts are presented. Methods. A comparative analysis of the historical situation that reflects the content and importance of folk crafts, as well as its current state is presented. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis of Russian literature, legal acts, conversation with students and teachers, content-analysis of creative activity outcomes. The study was carried out on the basis of the institutions for additional education and culture of the Svetloyarsky District in Volgograd Region, among masters of decorative and applied art of Volgograd and members of the club of masters "Remaliya". The role of masters of decorative and applied arts in the system of additional education, as well as the main types of presentation of folk crafts products is described. The experience of interaction between universities, schools and institutions of additional education with masters of decorative and applied art, areas of joint activity of various age groups is outlined. Moreover, the article reveals the main directions in which the revival of folk crafts and traditions in the modern system of culture and education (study clubs, studios, trade shops) is implemented. At the same time, the author analyzes the main points of folk crafts revival regulation, including legislative ones. Research result. The article highlights the importance of forming ethno-cultural competencies in students in the context of working with their parents as carriers of traditions and customs. It is concluded that students' ethno-cultural competencies formation in the context of the revival of folk crafts is a complex multi-component and step-by-step process, into which many subjects are involved.

The CLIL approaches simultaneously use a foreign language as an object to studying and as an instrument to learning other subjects. The emergence of CLIL was related to a wide distribution of bilingualism in society and the need to cope with the problems related to this process, including the elimination of international conflicts, the consolidation of society as the factor of a social well-being, the support of a competitive labour market, etc.Despite growing popularity of CLIL across the world and recognised status by the European Union as one of the leading effective means to implementing international language policy of multilingualism, the academic teaching staff of Russian higher school does not still fully understand the organisational mechanisms and forms of a similar learning process, largely as a result of national characteristics and traditions. In a globalising world, CLIL didactics is currently becoming a perspective direction of higher education and an effective way both of acquiring and improving language and communicative competencies to provide further successful professionalising of students and to facilitate their career promotion in the chosen field of activity. The aim of this paper was to sum up and discuss the experience of Tomsk Polytechnic University in conducting CLIL-based courses. Methodology and research methods. The concept of practice-oriented vocational education was used as the methodological base of the experimental work in order to search optimal variants when developing foreign language knowledge in the students of engineering specialties. In the course of the research, the approaches of comparative analysis, synthesis, generalisation, forecasting, design, modelling, prolonged monitoring of learning outcomes, observation and questionnaire survey were applied. Results and scientific novelty. The actualising reasons for CLIL approach in the Russian high school education were formulated and proved. The brief historical overview of didactic concepts was presented. The authors analysed temporary challenges which preceded the implementation of CLIL methodologies in the learning process of Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) and the introduction of programme "Vocational Training and Education in a Foreign Language" (3rd-4th years of education). The stages of teaching foreign language evolution at the university were distinguished: the anglification of engineering education transformed into multidisciplinary model of English for Specific Purpose (ESP); the creation of "pedagogical tandems" – the organization of courses with "double agents"; and, finally, CLIL training in which a cognitive component can be seen as the key characteristic and the main advantage. Success and failure in the field of CLIL practices available today at TPU were revised. The examples of private implementable practices were described and analysed. The research findings revealed the rationality when using various applied variations of CLIL methodology. Practical significance. The research outcomes allowed the authors to adjust not only the main educational programmes of higher education institution, but also internal programmes of professional development of teachers. Although the long-term experiment summarised in the publication in a single higher education institution does not apply for universality and mass circulation, the authors believe that experimentative materials will contribute to consistent embedding of CLIL courses into a complete system of vocational training. ; Введение. Методы интегрированного предметно-языкового обучения, которые в мировой педагогической литературе получили название CLIL – Content and Language Integrated Learning, стали применяться в системе образования не так давно, но круг их сторонников стремительно расширяется, охватывая самые разные страны. Сущность данных методов состоит в одновременном использовании иностранного языка как объекта изучения и как инструмента овладения содержанием других предметов. Появление CLIL было обусловлено широким распространением в социуме билингвизма и потребностью справляться с сопутствующими этому процессу проблемами, в том числе с необходимостью элиминации межнациональных конфликтов; укрепления консолидации общества как фактора его социального благополучия; поддержки конкурентоспособного рынка труда и др. Несмотря на рост популярности во всем мире и присвоение Европейским Союзом CLIL статуса одного из ведущих эффективных средств осуществления международной языковой политики мультилингвизма, механизмы и формы организации подобного обучения пока не находят должного понимания среди части представителей профессорско-преподавательского состава российской высшей школы, что в значительной мере связано с национальными особенностями и традициями. Тем не менее в глобализирующемся мировом пространстве CLIL-дидактика становится перспективным направлением высшего образования и действенным способом приобретения и совершенствования языковой и коммуникативной компетенций, обеспечивающих дальнейшую успешную профессионализацию обучающихся и облегчающих им карьерное продвижение в избранной сфере деятельности. Цель статьи – подытожить и обсудить локальный опыт, накопленный в Томском политехническом университете (ТПУ) по внедрению учебных курсов на основе CLIL-подхода. Методология и методы. Методологической базой экспериментальной работы по поиску оптимальных вариантов освоения иностранного языка студентами инженерных специальностей являлась концепция практико-ориентированной профессиональной подготовки. В ходе исследования были задействованы такие методы, как сравнительный анализ, синтез, обобщение, прогнозирование, проектирование, моделирование, пролонгированный мониторинг результатов обучения, наблюдение и анкетный опрос. Результаты и научная новизна. Сформулированы и обоснованы причины актуализации в российском вузовском образовании CLIL-подхода. Представлен краткий исторический очерк дидактических концептов и временных вызовов, которые предшествовали закреплению в учебном процессе ТПУ CLIL-методик и введению в программу вуза на 3–4-м курсах дисциплины «Профессиональная подготовка на иностранном языке». Рассмотрены этапы эволюционирования преподавания иностранного языка в университете: англофикация инженерной подготовки, трансформировавшаяся в ее многопрофильную модель (ESP); создание «педагогических тандемов» – организация курсов с «двойными агентами»; и, наконец, CLIL-обучение, ключевой характеристикой и основным преимуществом которого выступает когнитивная компонента. Произведена ревизия имеющихся на сегодняшний день в ТПУ достижений и неудач в области CLIL-обучения. Описаны и разобраны примеры частных практик его реализации. Сделаны выводы о рациональности использования различных прикладных вариаций CLIL-технологии. Практическая значимость. Результаты исследования позволили скорректировать не только основные образовательные программы вуза, но и внутренние программы повышения квалификации преподавателей. Несмотря на то, что изложенный в публикации многолетний эксперимент в одном отдельно взятом вузе не претендует на универсальность и массовое тиражирование, авторы полагают, что материалы эксперимента внесут свою лепту в органичное встраивание CLIL-курсов в целостную систему подготовки специалистов.

The stages of teaching foreign language evolution at the university were distinguished: the anglification of engineering education transformed into multidisciplinary model of English for Specific Purpose (ESP); the creation of "pedagogical tandems" – the organization of courses with "double agents"; and, finally, CLIL training in which a cognitive component can be seen as the key characteristic and the main advantage. Success and failure in the field of CLIL practices available today at TPU were revised. The examples of private implementable practices were described and analysed. The research findings revealed the rationality when using various applied variations of CLIL methodology.Practical significance. The research outcomes allowed the authors to adjust not only the main educational programmes of higher education institution, but also internal programmes of professional development of teachers. Although the long-term experiment summarised in the publication in a single higher education institution does not apply for universality and mass circulation, the authors believe that experimentative materials will contribute to consistent embedding of CLIL courses into a complete system of vocational training. ; Введение. Методы интегрированного предметно-языкового обучения, которые в мировой педагогической литературе получили название CLIL – Content and Language Integrated Learning, стали применяться в системе образования не так давно, но круг их сторонников стремительно расширяется, охватывая самые разные страны. Сущность данных методов состоит в одновременном использовании иностранного языка как объекта изучения и как инструмента овладения содержанием других предметов. Появление CLIL было обусловлено широким распространением в социуме билингвизма и потребностью справляться с сопутствующими этому процессу проблемами, в том числе с необходимостью элиминации межнациональных конфликтов; укрепления консолидации общества как фактора его социального благополучия; поддержки конкурентоспособного рынка труда и др.Несмотря на рост популярности во всем мире и присвоение Европейским Союзом CLIL статуса одного из ведущих эффективных средств осуществления международной языковой политики мультилингвизма, механизмы и формы организации подобного обучения пока не находят должного понимания среди части представителей профессорско-преподавательского состава российской высшей школы, что в значительной мере связано с национальными особенностями и традициями. Тем не менее в глобализирующемся мировом пространстве CLIL-дидактика становится перспективным направлением высшего образования и действенным способом приобретения и совершенствования языковой и коммуникативной компетенций, обеспечивающих дальнейшую успешную профессионализацию обучающихся и облегчающих им карьерное продвижение в избранной сфере деятельности. Цель статьи – подытожить и обсудить локальный опыт, накопленный в Томском политехническом университете (ТПУ) по внедрению учебных курсов на основе CLIL-подхода.Методология и методы. Методологической базой экспериментальной работы по поиску оптимальных вариантов освоения иностранного языка студентами инженерных специальностей являлась концепция практико-ориентированной профессиональной подготовки. В ходе исследования были задействованы такие методы, как сравнительный анализ, синтез, обобщение, прогнозирование, проектирование, моделирование, пролонгированный мониторинг результатов обучения, наблюдение и анкетный опрос.Результаты и научная новизна. Сформулированы и обоснованы причины актуализации в российском вузовском образовании CLIL-подхода. Представлен краткий исторический очерк дидактических концептов и временных вызовов, которые предшествовали закреплению в учебном процессе ТПУ CLIL-методик и введению в программу вуза на 3–4-м курсах дисциплины «Профессиональная подготовка на иностранном языке». Рассмотрены этапы эволюционирования преподавания иностранного языка в университете: англофикация инженерной подготовки, трансформировавшаяся в ее многопрофильную модель (ESP); создание «педагогических тандемов» – организация курсов с «двойными агентами»; и, наконец, CLIL-обучение, ключевой характеристикой и основным преимуществом которого выступает когнитивная компонента. Произведена ревизия имеющихся на сегодняшний день в ТПУ достижений и неудач в области CLIL-обучения. Описаны и разобраны примеры частных практик его реализации. Сделаны выводы о рациональности использования различных прикладных вариаций CLIL-технологии.Практическая значимость. Результаты исследования позволили скорректировать не только основные образовательные программы вуза, но и внутренние программы повышения квалификации преподавателей. Несмотря на то, что изложенный в публикации многолетний эксперимент в одном отдельно взятом вузе не претендует на универсальность и массовое тиражирование, авторы полагают, что материалы эксперимента внесут свою лепту в органичное встраивание CLIL-курсов в целостную систему подготовки специалистов.

Данная статья посвящена вопросам взаимодействия студентов факультетов иностранных языков педагогических вузов в условиях современной школы с участниками образовательного процесса, а именно: обучающимися, их родителями, преподавателями в школе и в высшем учебном заведении. Представлены основные условия успешного их сотрудничества, возможные трудности и пути их решения. В статье рассматриваются виды связей между студентом и обучающимся, которые будущий педагог выбирает сам в течение всего срока прохождения практики. Освещена проблема организации личностно-ориентированного взаимодействия преподавателя и обучающихся. Авторами описывается роль преподавателей студентов в вузе, которые участвует в образовательном процессе, являются его участниками и полноправными партнерами, обладают всей нужной информацией о профессиональном развитии и успехах студента. Педагогическое взаимодействие преподавателя и обучающегося рассматривается в статье как центр реализации личных и деятельностных контактов, а также как сфера демонстрации их сотрудничества и сотворчества, поскольку преподаватель должен создать дружескую атмосферу и положительный эмоциональный настрой на работу и принять тот факт, что все обучающиеся - это отдельные личности со своими особенностями, темпераментом, интересами и уровнем подготовки, поэтому нет единого подхода ко всем студентам. Проводится анализ дисциплин профессиональной подготовки будущего учителя иностранных языков, изучение которых способствует формированию готовности студентов к взаимодействию с участниками образовательного процесса. Также авторами предлагается педагогический способ решения проблемы взаимодействия студента на производственной (педагогической) практике в школе с представителями обучающихся. Формулируются показатели сформированности готовности студентов факультета иностранных языков педагогических вузов к будущей профессиональной деятельности с точки зрения их готовности к взаимодействию с участниками образовательного процесса.
This article is devoted to the issues of interaction of students of faculties of foreign languages of pedagogical universities with participants of the educational process in the conditions of a modern school, namely: students, their parents, school teachers and university lecturers. The paper also presents the main conditions for their successful interaction, possible difficulties and ways of solution; examines the types of connections between a student and a learner that a future teacher chooses for the entire period of school practice; highlights the problem of organizing personality-oriented interaction between a teacher and pupils. The authors describe the role of university lecturers who participate in the educational process and are its participants and full partners, have all the necessary information about the professional development and success of the student. Pedagogical interaction of the lecturer and the student is considered as a center for the realization of personal and activity contacts, as well as a sphere of demonstration of their cooperation and co-creation, since the lecturer is to create a friendly atmosphere and a positive emotional attitude to work and accept the fact that all students are individuals with their own characteristics, temperament, interests and level of training, therefore there is no single approach to them. There is held the analysis of the disciplines of professional training of the future teacher of foreign languages, the study of which contributes to the formation of students' readiness to interact with participants of the educational process. The authors proposed a pedagogical way to solve the problem of student interaction in school practice with pupils; provided the indicators of the formation of readiness of foreign language faculty students of pedagogical universities for future professional activity from the point of view of their readiness to interact with participants of the educational process.

According to the analysis of the existing internationalization strategies it is demonstrated that its main source is an international students' mobility, which is based on ability, willingness and common interest in cooperation of three following subjects: countries importing education, education-exporting countries, higher educational institution of the exporting country, which provides its educational services for the citizens of the country importing education. The success of this process depends on a certain set of factor indicators in politics, economics, sociology and technology, which are peculiar to each of three participants. The authors propose common to all the participants list of criteria, which evaluate indicators of the stated factors according to the integrated scale: political (administrative) stability, degree of participants' cooperation, legislation in educational sphere, mutual amiability of the subjects, level of administrative barriers, peculiarities of demographic situation, economic performance, demand for majors of training, logistic accessibility, the number of graduate students, language attraction of training programs, level of career-oriented activities, correspondence between the level of applicants' acquirements and requirements of the education-exporting country, competition on the educational services market, accessibility of distance educational technologies, development level and dynamics of innovations. The article gives an integral estimation of the efficiency forecast for the work of exporting higher educational institution with the population of a particular education-importing country. This estimation is carried out by means of the analysis of the formed multi-level hierarchical structure. Introduction. This study focuses on intercultural competence of students of international relations and aims to determine the characteristics of intercultural competence in the group of Russian male and female students of international relations. Methods. The ideas of the Council of Europe document on key competencies underlying the culture of democracy were the source material for the study of intercultural competence. We interviewed 54 students of international relations aged 17–23 years using the technique of M. Barrett who operationalized this conceptual model of the Council of Europe. This paper represents a first effort in comparing the factor structure of theoretical and empirical models of Russian respondents' intercultural competence (taking into account their gender) in relation to their values, behavioral attitudes, practical skills, and knowledge necessary for intercultural interaction.Results. The study involving Russian respondents confirmed the hypothesis that there are no differences in the number of factors in the theoretical and empirical models of intercultural competence. In the group of Russian female students the rating of factors of intercultural competence was as follows: 1 – practical skills, 2 – tolerance, 3 – empathy, and 4 – civic consciousness. In the group of Russian male students the rating of factors of intercultural competence was as follows: 1 – respect and responsibility, 2 – adaptability, 3 – empathy, and 4 – tolerance. Discussion. The findings obtained from the Russian sample suggest that while maintaining the four-factor structure in the theoretical and empirical models of intercultural competence, the content of factors differs significantly from the theoretical model. In our research, the respondents showed semantic and instrumental diversity in the components of intercultural competence. Women associate the success of intercultural interaction with skills, self-education, skills for listening and understanding, willingness to cooperate, and tolerance. For men, the success of intercultural interaction depends on respect and responsibility, adaptability, knowledge and its critical understanding. The conceptual model for the development of intercultural competence should be improved taking into account gender and professional characteristics of students and should be implemented in educational programs. ; Введение. Статья посвящена оценке межкультурной компетентности студентов-международников. Цель нашего исследования – определение особенностей межкультурной компетентности в группе российских женщин и мужчин, получающих высшее образование по специальности, связанной с межкультурным взаимодействием. Методы. Исходным материалом для развития актуальности исследований межкультурной компетентности были взяты идеи документа Совета Европы о ключевых компетенциях, лежащих в основе культуры демократии. Нами были опрошены 54 студента-международника в возрасте 17–23 лет по методике М. Барретта, операционализировавшего эту концептуальную модель Совета Европы. Новизна исследования – в сравнении и анализе факторной структуры теоретической и эмпирической моделей межкультурной компетентности российских респондентов (с учетом их гендерной принадлежности) в отношении ценностей, поведенческих установок, практических навыков и необходимых знаний для межкультурного взаимодействия.Результаты. Для российских респондентов была подтверждена гипотеза об отсутствии различий в количестве факторов теоретической и эмпирической моделей межкультурной компетентности. В группе россиянок рейтинг факторов межкультурной компетентности составил: 1 – практические навыки, 2 – толерантность, 3 – сопереживание, 4 – гражданское сознание. В группе российских мужчин рейтинг факторов межкультурной компетентности представлен: 1 – уважением и ответственностью, 2 – адаптивностью, 3 – сопереживанием, 4 – толерантностью. Обсуждение результатов. При сохранении четырехфакторной структуры в теоретической и эмпирической моделях межкультурной компетентности содержание факторов по данным российской выборки существенно отличается от теоретической модели. В нашем исследовании респонденты проявили семантическое и инструментальное разнообразие в компонентах межкультурной компетентности: для женщин успешность межкультурного взаимодействия зависит от практических навыков, самообразования, умения слушать и понимать, готовности к сотрудничеству, толерантности; для мужчин – от уважения и ответственности, адаптивности, знаний и их критического осмысления. Концептуальная модель развития межкультурной компетентности должна совершенствоваться с учетом гендерной и профессиональной специфики и иметь реализацию в образовательных программах.

Modern China is one of the fastest growing economies in the world. This success has been achieved thanks to the creation of technological enterprises and the widespread introduction of innovations aimed at increasing labor productivity and making efficient use of other factors of production. China is undergoing a transformation in its economic growth environment. As an important force of technological progress, which is the key to transforming a country's economy, it is human capital, and its foundation is high-quality education. Moreover, one of the main priorities of the Chinese Government is to build the "national scientific force" in the hope that China will make breakthroughs in advanced economic fields. Therefore, the development of the system of postgraduate professional education, including the training of undergraduates and doctoral students, is a top priority.This article gives a brief introduction to the history of the development of postgraduate professional education in China, shows the features of its formation, significant events and achievements obtained at each stage of the scientific training system formation. There is a detailed analysis of the processes taking place at the present stage, which began in 2010. The Chinese Government plays a primary role in establishing a competitive national system of postgraduate education.Based on data from the Ministry of Education of China, official statistics, publications that are publicly available on the Chinese Internet, and scientific articles published in leading world publications, the article shows how the number of universities training undergraduates and doctoral students, the number and structure of students in various specialties have changed over the past decade. The article presents the results of a three-year study conducted by the Sociology Chair of the RUDN University in cooperation with foreign colleagues to compare the worldview priorities of the today's student youth. Due to the article size limitations the authors divided the data into two parts: in the first part, they focus on the identification of the values that serve as reference points specifying the social action limits and criteria for assessing events and situations. The data does not allow for broad generalizations due to the non-equivalence of the questionnaires used in three countries, but points to a number of characteristics that make the Russian youth look more similar to their Czech or Kazakhstan peers than to themselves a decade ago. Such a conclusion is based on the analysis conducted according to the thematic structure of the questionnaire. Thus, the article presents the educational values of students (pragmatic-instrumental perception of the higher education), labor values (a mixture of optimism and pessimism when assessing chances to find a job after graduation, and different attitudes to the combination of study and work), interpersonal interaction features (a high credit of trust in parents, especially in a difficult situation, does not depend on the self-perception and the circle of personal responsibility), political values (the ratio of the lack of political activity and interest in politics, and the level of social trust differ despite the same leaders of national pride), general value priorities (attitudes towards religion, interpretations of the life success and qualities necessary for achieving it, the horizons of planning) and problems (assessing one's generation in terms of actual threats). © N.P.
